The effects of relative density of metal foams on the stresses and deformation of beam under bending

The exact analytic solution of the pure bending beam of metallic foams is given. The effects of relative density of the material on stresses and deformation are revealed with the Triantafillou and Gibson constitutive law （TG model） taken as the analysis basis. Several examples for individual foams are discussed, showing the importance of compressibility of the cellular materials. One of the objects of this study is to generalize Hill＇s solution for incompressible plasticity to the case of compressible plasticity, and a kinematics parameter is brought into the analysis so that the velocity field can be determined.

Effects of donor density and temperature on electron systems in AlGaN/AlN/GaN and AlGaN/GaN structures

It was reported by Shen et al that the two-dimensional electron gas （2DEG） in an AlGaN/AlN/GaN structure showed high density and improved mobility compared with an AlGaN/GaN structure, but the potential of the AlGaN/AlN/GaN structure needs further exploration. By the self-consistent solving of one-dimensional Schroedinger- Poisson equations, theoretical investigation is carried out about the effects of donor density （0-1×10^19 cm^-3） and temperature （50-500 K） on the electron systems in the AlGaN/AlN/GaN and AlGaN/GaN structures. It is found that in the former structure, since the effective △Ec is larger, the efficiency with which the 2DEG absorbs the electrons originating from donor ionization is higher, the resistance to parallel conduction is stronger, and the deterioration of 2DEG mobility is slower as the donor density rises. When temperature rises, the three-dimensional properties of the whole electron system become prominent for both of the structures, but the stability of 2DEG is higher in the former structure, which is also ascribed to the larger effective △Ec. The Capacitance-Voltage （C - V） carrier density profiles at different temperatures are measured for two Schottky diodes on the considered heterostructure samples separately, showing obviously different 2DEG densities. And the temperature-dependent tendency of the experimental curves agrees well with our calculations.

Axial variations in anatomical properties and basic density of Eucalypt urograndis hybrid(Eucalyptus grandis 3 E. urophylla)clones

We studied two clones of Eucalypt urograndis hybrid （Eucalyptus grandis × E. urophylla）, GR283 and GR330, grown in Tumkur district of Kamataka （India）, and felled 5-6 years old three trees of each clone. We recorded axial variations in heartwood content, bark properties, wood density and anatomical characteristics of wood in- cluding fibre length, fibre diameter, fibre wall thickness, lumen diameter, vessel frequency, vessel diameter and vessel element length. Clone GR283 had about 10 % heartwood, significantly lower than for clone GR330 （37 %）. Basic wood density along the tree height varied significantly within and between the clones. We observed significant variations in fibre length, fibre diameter and wall thickness within and between the two clones. Vessel frequency and vessel element length did not vary but vessel diameter differed significantly between the clones. With a greater proportion of sapwood, clone GR283 can be uti- lized for paper and pulp applications. Clone GR330 had a higher proportion of heartwood and lower wood density and, hence, is more suitable for light-weight material applications.

DFT Study on Two C_4N_(12)O_4 Isomers with Pagodane- and Isopagodane-like Structures

Geometries, energies, and vibrational frequencies for two C4N12O4 isomers with pagodane- and isopagodane-like structures have been calculated at the B3LYP/6-31G＊ level.Isomers 1 and 2 are of D2h and D2d symmetry, respectively. Heats of formation for the two C4N12O4 isomers have been estimated in this paper, indicating they would be reasonable candidates for high energy density materials.

Effects of alternating current interference on corrosion of X60 pipeline steel

With rapid economic development in China, demand for energy and transportation is growing. Due to the limitations of factors such as terrain and traffic, a large number of buried oil and gas pipelines are parallel to high- voltage transmission lines and electrified railways over long distances. Alternating pipelines is very serious in laboratory experiments were current （AC） corrosion of such cases. In this work, carried out with an electrochemical method in a simulated soil solution at various AC current densities from 0 to 200 A]m2 and AC frequencies from 10 to 200 Hz. Experimental results indicated that with an increase in the AC current density, the corrosion po- tential of an X60 steel electrode shifted negatively, the anodic current density increased significantly, and the corrosion rate increased. Moreover, with an increase in the AC frequency, the corrosion potential of the X60 electrode shifted positively and the anodic current density decreased, which led to a decrease in the corrosion rate. Furthermore, the morphology of X60 electrodes indicated that uniform corrosion occurred at a low AC current density; while corrosion pits were found on the X60 electrode surface at a high AC current density, and deep corrosion pits seriously damaged the pipelines and might lead to leakage.

西部地区经济增长质量研究

从经济增长效率、经济结构优化、经济稳定性、人民生活幸福、生态环境和谐五个维度构建一套经济增长质量评价指标体系,并据此运算用熵权法与线性加权法组合测算出2004~2017年西部地区12个省市的经济增长质量指数,随后运用变异系数法和系统聚类法分析了经济增长质量的地区差异,最后采用核密度估计方法分析西部地区经济增长质量水平的分布动态与特征,主要结论有:西部地区经济增长质量存在地区和增长率差异,后期政策应有针对性。
