After annealing at 600℃ for 30 min, thin films become magnetically hard with coercivities in the range of 160-875 kA/m because of high anisotropy associated with the L10 ordered phase. C doping plays an important role in improving (001) texture and reducing the intergrain interactions. The oriented growth of CoPt films was influenced strongly by the number of repetitions (n) of CoPt/C. By controlling the C content and the number of repetitions (n) of CoPt/C, nearly perfect (001) orientation can be obtained in the [CoPt3nm/C3nm]5/Ag50 nm.展开更多

The experimental results show that the iron loss of the specimen by water jet cutting is the lowest, but the magnetic induction under the low magnetic field is the highest, the iron loss of the specimen by laser cutting is the highest, but the magnetic induction under the low magnetic field is the lowest. It is necessary to adopt suitable production conditions and minimize the deterioration involved, and the magnetic property can be recovered by SRA effectively.展开更多

Due to the complexity of bioactive ingredients in biological samples,the screening of target proteins is a complex process.Herein,a feasible strategy for directing protein immobilization on silica magnetic beads for l...Due to the complexity of bioactive ingredients in biological samples,the screening of target proteins is a complex process.Herein,a feasible strategy for directing protein immobilization on silica magnetic beads for ligand fishing based on SpyTag/SpyCatcher(ST/SC)-mediated anchoring is presented.Carboxyl functional groups on the surface of silica-coated magnetic beads(SMBs)were coupled with SC using the 1-ethyl-3-(3-dimethylaminopropyl)carbodiimide hydrochloride/N-hydroxysulfosuccinimide method,named SC-SMBs.The green fluorescent protein(GFP),as the capturing protein model,was ST-labeled and anchored at a specific orientation onto the surface of SC-SMBs directly from relevant cell lysates via ST/SC self-ligation.The characteristics of the SC-SMBs were studied via electron microscopy,energy dispersive spectroscopy,and Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy.The spontaneity and site-specificity of this unique reaction were confirmed via electrophoresis and fluorescence analyses.Although the alkaline stability of ST-GFP-ligated SC-SMBs was not ideal,the formed isopeptide bond was unbreakable under acidic conditions(0.05 M glycine-HCl buffer,pH 1e6)for 2 h,under 20%ethanol solution within 7 days,and at most temperatures.We,therefore,present a simple and universal strategy for the preparation of diverse protein-functionalized SMBs for ligand fishing,prompting its usage on drug screening and target finding.展开更多
〈110〉 and 〈112〉 TbDyFe magnetostrictive oriented crystals were prepared by the zone-melting unidirectional solidification method at 240 mmfh and 720 mm/h respectively. 〈112〉 oriented crystals were also obtained ...〈110〉 and 〈112〉 TbDyFe magnetostrictive oriented crystals were prepared by the zone-melting unidirectional solidification method at 240 mmfh and 720 mm/h respectively. 〈112〉 oriented crystals were also obtained with 〈110〉 oriented seeds with the same technique as for growing the 〈112〉 oriented crystals. It is confirmed that this technique is stable for growing the oriented crystals in the TbDyFe alloys. Meanwhile, the variation of orientation, the solidification morphology and the magnetostriction were studied during the transition from 〈110〉 oriented seeds to the 〈112〉 oriented crystal growth. As the growth speeds up, the preferred orientation changed from 〈110〉 to 〈112〉, and its morphology develops from of initial cellular to dendritic gradually. When an axial compressive pre-stress of 10 MPa is applied, the magnetostriction at the bottom, the middle and the top are 972× 10^6, 918 × 10^-6 and 900× 10^-6 at 100 mT respectively. The middle sections with mixed orientations have the same high magnetostriction performance as those with a single preferred orientation, which may be due to its celluar-dendritic morphology.展开更多

The Fe81Ca19 [001] and [110] oriented crystals were prepared and the magnetostriction was measured under different pre-stress. The saturation magnetostriction of the [001] oriented crystal increases from 170×10^-6 to 330×10^-6 under the pre-stress from 0 to 50 MPa. The [110] oriented crystal has a saturation magnetostriction from 20×10^-6 to 140×10^-6 with the compressive pre-stress from 0 to 40 MPa. The magnetostriction of [001] and [110] oriented crystals has been simulated based on the phenomenological theory. The domain rotation path has been determined and the resultant magnetostriction calculated under different pre-stress. The experimental and simulated results both show that the [001] oriented crystal exhibits better magnetostriction than [110] oriented crystal. The enhancement of the saturation magnetostriction by the compressive pre-stress in the [110] oriented crystal is higher than that in the [001] oriented crystal.展开更多

Mn-based Heusler alloys have attracted significant research attention as half-metallic materials because of their giant magnetocr.ystalline anisotropy and magnetocaloric properties.We investigate the crystal structure...Mn-based Heusler alloys have attracted significant research attention as half-metallic materials because of their giant magnetocr.ystalline anisotropy and magnetocaloric properties.We investigate the crystal structure and magnetic properties of polycrystalline,[101]-oriented,and[100]-oriented Mn2-δ Sn prepared separately by arc melting,the Bridgeman method,and the flux method.All of these compounds crystallize in a Ni2 In-type structure.In the Mn2-δSn lattice,Mn atoms occupy all of the 2 a and a fraction of the 2 d sites.Site disorder exists between Mn and Sn atoms in the 2 c sites.In addition,these compounds undergo a re-entrant spin-glass-like transition at low temperatures,which is caused by frustration and randomness within the spin system.The magnetic properties of these systems depend on the crystal directions,which means that the magnetic interactions differ significantly along different directions.Furthermore,these materials exhibit a giant magnetocaloric effect near the Curie temperature.The largest value of maximum of magnetic entropy change(-△SM)occurs perpendicular to the[100]direction.Specifically,at 252 K,maximum-△SM is 2.91 and 3.64 J-kg-1K-1 for a magnetic field of 5 and7 T,respectively.The working temperature span over 80 K and the relative cooling power reaches 302 J/kg for a magnetic field of 7 T,which makes the Mn2-δSn compound a promising candidate for a magnetic refrigerator.展开更多

After final annealing, the addition of excess boron(w(B0〉0.004 1 wt%) led to the formation of Fe2B particles. As boron content increased, grain size increased and reached a maximum in steel with 0.004 1 wt% boron. Furthermore, steel containing 0.004 1 wt% boron had the strongest { 100} fiber texture, Goss texture and the weakest { 111 } fiber texture among the five tested steels. Flux density firstly rapidly increased and then suddenly decreased with increasing boron content and reached a maximum in steel with 0.004 1 wt% boron. Conversely, core loss first sharply decreased and then abruptly increased with the increase of boron content and reached a minimum in steel containing 0.004 1 wt% boron. Steel containing 0.004 1 wt% boron obtained the best magnetic properties, predominantly through the development of optimum grain size and favorable texture.展开更多

The thermodynamics of CaS inclusion formation was analyzed, and the m...Based on the industrial production of non-oriented silicon steel,calcium treatment by CaSi wire feeding during the RH refining process was studied. The thermodynamics of CaS inclusion formation was analyzed, and the morphology and the size distribution were observed. Furthermore, the change in inclusion characteristics after calcium treatment and the effect of calcium treatment on magnetic properties were discussed. The results show that the formation of MnS and A1N inclusions were restrained, and the aggregating, floating and removing of microinclusions after calcium treatment were effectively promoted. The cleanliness of liquid steel was obviously increased. The main type of inclusions was single phase of CaO, with some complex inclusions composed of CaO, SiO2 and MgO. No CaS inclusion was observed after an appropriate calcium treatment. The size of all inclusions was distributed in the range of 2 - 20 μm, and the number was about 1.8 × 10^5/mm3. In addition, as an increasing amount of calcium was added,the core loss gradually decreased to a stable level, and the magnetic induction decreased quickly after a slow increase. The optimal calcium treatment mode depends on the chemical composition of steel.展开更多

Recently automotive nets are adopted to solve increasing problems in automotive electronic systems.Technologies of automotive local area network from CAN and LIN can solve the problems of the increasing of wire bunch ...Recently automotive nets are adopted to solve increasing problems in automotive electronic systems.Technologies of automotive local area network from CAN and LIN can solve the problems of the increasing of wire bunch weight and lack in module installation space.However,the multilayer automotive nets software becomes more and more complex,and the development expense is difficult to predict and to keep in check.In this paper,the modeling method of hierarchical automotive nets and the substitution operation based on object-oriented colored Petri net(OOCPN) are proposed.The OOCPN model which analyzes the software structure and validates the collision mechanism of CAN/LIN bus can speed the automobile system development.First,the subsystems are divided and modeled by object-oriented Petri net(OOPN).According to the sets of message sharing relations,the message ports among them are set and the communication gate transitions are defined.Second,the OOPN model is substituted step by step until the inner objects in the automotive body control modules(BCM) are indivisible and colored by colored Petri net(CPN).And the color subsets mark the node messages for the collision mechanism.Third,the OOCPN model of the automotive body CAN/LIN nets is assembled,which keeps the message sets and the system can be expanded.The proposed model is used to analyze features of information sharing among the objects,and it is also used to describe each subsystem real-time behavior of processing messages and implemental device controllers operating,and puts forward a reasonable software framework for the automotive body control subsystem.The research can help to design the communication model in the automotive body system effectively and provide a convenient and rapid way for developing the logical hierarchy software.展开更多

We believe that our work will contribute to better understanding of how to meet the needs of the big potential software market and to promote the software industry in developing country. The United States and Western Europe have well established software industry and related civilization. Software science, technology, and engineering are needed in China; however, maybe what is needed, first of all, is software civilization, including software ideas, customs, skills, arts, etc. We will draw a framework for the software culture as following: Software is the most important commodity in this age; Brilliance of hardware component era has become past fact; A software component era is ahead; Traditional linear process model is obsolete; Modern software engineering has a new face, object evolution model; Distributed object oriented software engineering over Internet is an approach to software component era; and Complete software civilization will be formed all over the world in next century.

文摘Mn-based Heusler alloys have attracted significant research attention as half-metallic materials because of their giant magnetocr.ystalline anisotropy and magnetocaloric properties.We investigate the crystal structure and magnetic properties of polycrystalline,[101]-oriented,and[100]-oriented Mn2-δ Sn prepared separately by arc melting,the Bridgeman method,and the flux method.All of these compounds crystallize in a Ni2 In-type structure.In the Mn2-δSn lattice,Mn atoms occupy all of the 2 a and a fraction of the 2 d sites.Site disorder exists between Mn and Sn atoms in the 2 c sites.In addition,these compounds undergo a re-entrant spin-glass-like transition at low temperatures,which is caused by frustration and randomness within the spin system.The magnetic properties of these systems depend on the crystal directions,which means that the magnetic interactions differ significantly along different directions.Furthermore,these materials exhibit a giant magnetocaloric effect near the Curie temperature.The largest value of maximum of magnetic entropy change(-△SM)occurs perpendicular to the[100]direction.Specifically,at 252 K,maximum-△SM is 2.91 and 3.64 J-kg-1K-1 for a magnetic field of 5 and7 T,respectively.The working temperature span over 80 K and the relative cooling power reaches 302 J/kg for a magnetic field of 7 T,which makes the Mn2-δSn compound a promising candidate for a magnetic refrigerator.

文摘The microstructure and magnetic properties of cold rolled non-oriented electrical steel,annealed at 200-1 000 ℃ for 0-240 min with different heating rates,were investigated by optical microscopy,scanning electron microscopy,Epstein frame,and transmission electron microscopy. The results show that the magnetic properties of cold rolled non-oriented electrical steel can be improved by controlling the annealing process to obtain uniform coarse grains with critical sizes after the recovery,recrystallization and growth of grains. Additionally,the annealing temperature influences the magnetic properties more significantly than annealing time,and with the increase of heating-up rate during the annealing process,the magnetic properties of the cold rolled non-oriented electrical steel increase.

文摘The effects of boron content in the range of 0-0.0082 wt%, on the inclusion type, microstructurc, texture and magnetic properties of non-oriented electrical steels have been studied. After final annealing, the addition of excess boron(w(B0〉0.004 1 wt%) led to the formation of Fe2B particles. As boron content increased, grain size increased and reached a maximum in steel with 0.004 1 wt% boron. Furthermore, steel containing 0.004 1 wt% boron had the strongest { 100} fiber texture, Goss texture and the weakest { 111 } fiber texture among the five tested steels. Flux density firstly rapidly increased and then suddenly decreased with increasing boron content and reached a maximum in steel with 0.004 1 wt% boron. Conversely, core loss first sharply decreased and then abruptly increased with the increase of boron content and reached a minimum in steel containing 0.004 1 wt% boron. Steel containing 0.004 1 wt% boron obtained the best magnetic properties, predominantly through the development of optimum grain size and favorable texture.
文摘Mobile Internet will be the killer application of 3G. For the mobile Internet, the business model of telecom operators has to evolve to Teleco2.0. IP Multimedia Subsystem (IMS) will be used mainly for VIP and enterprise customers. Mass-oriented entertainment and new media services will be based on the Intelligent Node Overlay Node (INON)/Distributed Service Network (DSN). The core network will be flat, with an evolution route from Internet High Speed Packet Access (I-HSPA) to System Architecture Evolution (SAE), and even the Internet can be used as the core network. The low-cost mobile phone can be accessed to HTTP Internet by using 'client end software + portal'model with cloud computing. Flat rate will be the only fee model to be accepted by customers, and cheap and reasonable prices will contribute to the development of mobile Internet.
文摘Based on the industrial production of non-oriented silicon steel,calcium treatment by CaSi wire feeding during the RH refining process was studied. The thermodynamics of CaS inclusion formation was analyzed, and the morphology and the size distribution were observed. Furthermore, the change in inclusion characteristics after calcium treatment and the effect of calcium treatment on magnetic properties were discussed. The results show that the formation of MnS and A1N inclusions were restrained, and the aggregating, floating and removing of microinclusions after calcium treatment were effectively promoted. The cleanliness of liquid steel was obviously increased. The main type of inclusions was single phase of CaO, with some complex inclusions composed of CaO, SiO2 and MgO. No CaS inclusion was observed after an appropriate calcium treatment. The size of all inclusions was distributed in the range of 2 - 20 μm, and the number was about 1.8 × 10^5/mm3. In addition, as an increasing amount of calcium was added,the core loss gradually decreased to a stable level, and the magnetic induction decreased quickly after a slow increase. The optimal calcium treatment mode depends on the chemical composition of steel.

文摘Object-oriented Petri nets (OPNs) is extended into stochastic object-oriented Petri nets (SOPNs) by associating the OPN of an object with stochastic transitions and introducing stochastic places. The stochastic transition of the SOPNs of a production resources can be used to model its reliability, while the SOPN of a production resource can describe its performance with reliability considered. The SOPN model of a case production system is built to illustrate the relationship between the system's performances and the failures of individual production resources.

文摘Recently automotive nets are adopted to solve increasing problems in automotive electronic systems.Technologies of automotive local area network from CAN and LIN can solve the problems of the increasing of wire bunch weight and lack in module installation space.However,the multilayer automotive nets software becomes more and more complex,and the development expense is difficult to predict and to keep in check.In this paper,the modeling method of hierarchical automotive nets and the substitution operation based on object-oriented colored Petri net(OOCPN) are proposed.The OOCPN model which analyzes the software structure and validates the collision mechanism of CAN/LIN bus can speed the automobile system development.First,the subsystems are divided and modeled by object-oriented Petri net(OOPN).According to the sets of message sharing relations,the message ports among them are set and the communication gate transitions are defined.Second,the OOPN model is substituted step by step until the inner objects in the automotive body control modules(BCM) are indivisible and colored by colored Petri net(CPN).And the color subsets mark the node messages for the collision mechanism.Third,the OOCPN model of the automotive body CAN/LIN nets is assembled,which keeps the message sets and the system can be expanded.The proposed model is used to analyze features of information sharing among the objects,and it is also used to describe each subsystem real-time behavior of processing messages and implemental device controllers operating,and puts forward a reasonable software framework for the automotive body control subsystem.The research can help to design the communication model in the automotive body system effectively and provide a convenient and rapid way for developing the logical hierarchy software.
