Research on the Status Quo and High-Quality Development of Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education in China

Faced with unprecedented changes in the world,China has chosen to continue expanding its opening-up and actively cooperate with other countries.Internationalization of education is one of the important directions for the future development of universities.Since the reform and opening-up,a series of Sino-foreign cooperative education policies have been successively released,forming a relatively systematic and complete policy system.Under the promotion of policies,Chinese universities actively engage in Sino-foreign cooperative education,with increasingly frequent educational exchanges and a clear trend towards internationalization.The scale of Sino-foreign cooperative education is also constantly expanding.It is worthy to explore how to draw on advanced teaching experience from overseas,continue to promote Sino-foreign cooperative education,and improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education.

Effects of cooperative nursing and patient education on postoperative infection and self-efficacy in gastrointestinal tumors

BACKGROUND Gastrointestinal tumors have a high incidence rate.The application value of the cooperative nursing care system of medical care has received widespread attention in recent years.However,there are few studies on the value of the joint application of collaborative nursing care and self-efficacy education.AIM To explore the effect of cooperative nursing care management/self-efficacy education on postoperative infection and self-efficacy in gastrointestinal tumor surgery patients.METHODS A total of 102 patients with gastrointestinal tumors treated in our hospital from October 2018 to February 2020 were selected and divided into a conventional group(n=51)and a combined group(n=51)according to the nursing plan.The routine group adopted routine nursing,and the joint group adopted the medical care cooperative responsibility system nursing management combined with selfefficacy education.The self-efficacy scores,coping style scores,self-experience burden scores,and postoperative complication rates of the two groups before and after intervention were counted.RESULTS After intervention,the daily life behavior management,cognitive symptom management,and disease management scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,and those of the combined group were higher than those of the conventional group(all P=0.000).After the intervention,the positive response scores of the two groups were higher than those before the intervention,the negative response scores were lower than those before the intervention,and the combined group was better than the conventional group(all P=0.000).After the intervention,the two groups’emotional,economic,and physical factor scores were lower than those before the intervention,and the combined group was lower than the conventional group(all P=0.000).The incidence of infection in the combined group(1.96%)was lower than that in the conventional group(15.69%)(P=0.036).CONCLUSION Cooperative nursing care management and self-efficacy education improved the physical and mental states of gastrointestinal cancer surgery patients,change the response to disease,and reduce the risk of postoperative infection.

A Study on English Reading Teaching With Cooperative Learning By Means of Task-Based Teaching in Higher Vocational Education

Higher Vocational Education(HVE) is an important component of higher education in our country.The English Curriculum Standard of HVE considers promoting the students' reading comprehension as one of the most important goals in English teaching.Task-based CL emphasizes the importance of education as a vehicle for teaching citizens to live cooperatively in a social democracy and teachers are not the only sources of knowledge and students should be able to help each other and learn in an interdependent way.The heart of cooperative learning is student-centered.Therefore,task-based CL can overcome the shortcomings in traditional teaching models,and the goal of improving reading comprehension can be achieved for the teachers of reading by realizing the mental process of reading comprehension and how prior knowledge can enhance a reader's interaction with the text through CL.This thesis consists of five parts.Part one,two and three briefly introduces the background and significance of the study,definitions and models of cooperative learning and reading comprehension.Part four and five are the key sections of the thesis,which introduces the hypotheses,subjects,instrument,procedure of the study and the analysis of the results of the study.Part five draws the conclusion of the study.

Influences on Excellent Course Network Teaching to Imported Courses Implementation of International Cooperative Education in Vocational Colleges

Both the ＂Interim Provisions on Sino-foreign Cooperative Education＂ and the ＂Regulation of the People＇s Republic of China on Sino-Foreigu Cooperative Education＂ are not specifically mentioned the implementation proposals to the foreign imported courses.The implementation methods of those introduced courses of China are basically like someone crossing a river by feeling the stones, which lacks the mature theoretical guidance and successful practical experience.The release of ＂Implementation Proposal to Construction of Excellent Open Courses of Ministry of Education＂ and the ＂Notice of ＇Construction Measures of the Top-quality Sharing Courses＇＂ have pushed the excellent course construction of vocational colleges into a restructuring and upgrading stage. Focused on the poor teaching effect of current introduced courses appeared in the Sino-foreigu cooperative education, this paper aims to expand teaching time and space of the Sino-foreign cooperative education through the excellent courses construction and network sharing technology.

Research on the Teaching of Landscape Engineering by Foreign Teachers in Sino-Foreign Cooperative Education in SUCC

Sino-foreign cooperative education plays an important role in undergraduate education.It has also proved itself popular in higher vocational education in recent years,in which foreign teachers are undertaking the task of teaching some specialized courses.The teaching by foreign teachers has certain irreplaceable advantages,but nonnegligible disadvantages as well.Questionnaires have been distributed to the students majoring in Landscape Engineering from Shanghai Urban Construction College to investigate the teaching of specialized courses by foreign teachers.Based on the statistics,the advantages and disadvantages of their teaching have been analyzed,and several suggestions on how to adopt the good points and avoid the shortcomings are offered,so as to improve the quality of Sino-foreign cooperative education in higher vocational college.

Optimal decision threshold for soft decision cooperative spectrum sensing

In order to achieve higher spectrum efficiency in cognitive radio （CR） systems, a closed-form expression of the optimal decision threshold for soft decision cooperative spectrum sensing based on the minimum total error probability criterion is derived. With the analytical expression of the optimal decision threshold, the impact of different sensing parameters on the threshold value is studied. Theoretical analyses show that the optimal threshold achieves an efficient trade-off between the missed detection probability and the false alarm probability. Simulation results illustrate that the average signal-to-noise ratio （SNR） and the soft combination schemes have a great influence on the optimal threshold value, whereas the number of samples has a weak impact on the optimal threshold value. Furthermore, for the maximal ratio combing （MRC） and the modified deflection coefficient （MDC） schemes, the optimal decision threshold value increases and approaches a corresponding individual limit value while the number of CR users increases. But the number of CR users has a weak influence on the optimal decision threshold for the equal gain combining （EGC） scheme.

Effects of supervised movie appreciation on the improvement of college students’ life meaning sense

The purpose of this study was to explore the effects of supervised movie appreciation on improving the life meaning sense among college students. The intervention combined by “pre-video, post counseling” was conducted on the experimental group, while the control group received no intervention. Results have shown that the scores on the subscales of will to meaning, life purpose, life control, suffer acceptance and on the total scale have improved significantly. No gender difference was found on the intervention effect, and participants receiving intervention maintained higher level on related subscales a week later, indicating that supervised movie appreciation is an effective way to improve the life meaning sense among college students.

Cooperative Spectrum Sensing Exploiting a Certain Number of CR Users Based on Multi- Antennas in Cognitive Radio Networks

In this paper,a cooperative spectrum sensing scheme,which is based on cooperation of a certain number of secondary users and cooperative diversity under multi-antenna scenario,is proposed.Under multi-antenna scenario,we set a targeted detection probability and optimize the false alarm probability of the network by choosing a certain number of secondary users with the highest primary user’s signal to noise ratio.The detection performance of the network is also evaluated when all the secondary users are cooperating to illustrate the benefits of the proposed scheme as a contrast.In addition,how to choose the detection threshold of the secondary user is analyzed for the purpose of decreasing the average risk.Theory analysis and simulation results show that the optimum false alarm probability can be derived by cooperating a certain number of secondary users rather than all the secondary users and the detection performance of the network can be further improved if secondary users are equipped with multiple antennas.Also,a minimum average risk can be obtained by optimizing the detection threshold.

Effect of teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing on adverse emotion and patient cooperation during 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT

BACKGROUND 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT is a commonly used examination method in nuclear medicine.However,patients receiving 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT have insufficient knowledge of this method and worry about the examination results.AIM To investigate the effect of teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing on adverse emotion and cooperation in patients undergoing 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT examination.METHODS Ninety patients undergoing 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT examinations were divided into a study group and a control group using a simple random number table,and 45 cases were allocated to each group.Routine nursing was provided to the control group,and teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing was provided to the study group on the basis of the control group.Heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,systolic blood pressure,self-rating depression scale(SDS),and self-rating anxiety scale(SAS)were assessed before and after the intervention,and examination cooperation and intervention satisfaction were assessed in the two groups before,during,and after the examination.RESULTS Before the examination,heart rate,diastolic blood pressure,and systolic blood pressure in the study group were not significantly different from the values of the control group(P>0.05).The results of the study group before and after the examination were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before the intervention,SDS and SAS scores in the study group were not significantly different from those in the control group(P>0.05).After the intervention,SDS and SAS scores in the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The degree of cooperation was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).The satisfaction rate with the intervention was higher in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).CONCLUSION Teach-back health education combined with structured psychological nursing can help maintain the stability of blood pressure and heart rate,relieve negative emotions,and improve the satisfaction and cooperation of patients undergoing 99mTc-3PRGD2.SPECT/CT examinations.

Optimization of sensing time and cooperative user allocation for OR-rule cooperative spectrum sensing in cognitive radio network

In order to improve the throughput of cognitive radio(CR), optimization of sensing time and cooperative user allocation for OR-rule cooperative spectrum sensing was investigated in a CR network that includes multiple users and one fusion center. The frame structure of cooperative spectrum sensing was divided into multiple transmission time slots and one sensing time slot consisting of local energy detection and cooperative overhead. An optimization problem was formulated to maximize the throughput of CR network, subject to the constraints of both false alarm probability and detection probability. A joint optimization algorithm of sensing time and number of users was proposed to solve this optimization problem with low time complexity. An allocation algorithm of cooperative users was proposed to preferentially allocate the users to the channels with high utilization probability. The simulation results show that the significant improvement on the throughput can be achieved through the proposed joint optimization and allocation algorithms.

A Comparative Study of School-enterprise Cooperation and Work-study Combination System Construction in Vocational Education at Home and Abroad

In this paper, based on the experience and practice of school-enterprise cooperation in developed countries, the current situation ofschool-enterprise cooperation in China was studied. Through analysis and comparison, the mode of school-enterprise cooperationsuitable for higher vocational education in China was explored to promote the development of higher vocational education inChina. The current situation and existing problems of work-study integration in higher vocational education in China wereanalyzed, and different modes of work-study combination in foreign higher vocational education were compared. Under thecurrent situation, earnestly studying and drawing lessons from the experience of foreign developed countries is of greatsignificance to the continuing development of school-enterprise cooperation and the talent training mode of work-studycombination in national model colleges and key universities.

OPTIMIZATION OF MULTIPLE-CHANNEL COOPERATIVE SPECTRUM SENSING WITH DATA FUSION RULE IN COGNITIVE RADIO NETWORKS

This paper focuses on multi-channel Cooperative Spectrum Sensing (CSS) where Secondary Users (SUs) are assigned to cooperatively sense multiple channels simultaneously. A multi-channel CSS optimization problem of joint spectrum sensing and SU assignment based on data fusion rule is formulated, which maximizes the total throughput of the Cognitive Radio Network (CRN) subject to the constraints of probabilities of detection and false alarm. To address the optimization problem, a Branch and Bound (BnB) algorithm and a greedy algorithm are proposed to obtain the optimal solutions. Simulation results are presented to demonstrate the effectiveness of our proposed algorithms and show that the throughput improvement is achieved through the joint design. It is also shown that the greedy algorithm with a low complexity achieves the comparable performance to the exhaustive algorithm.

Exploration and Consideration of the Development of Sino-foreign Cooperation of Higher Education——A Comparative Analysis Perspective Based on the Data of Municipal Universities of Wuhan, Hubei Province and China

With the tide of economic globalization and the practice of“One Belt and One Road”Initiative,Sino-foreign cooperation has gradually become one of the effective ways to improve the quality of higher education.This paper based on the statistics and analysis of the data released by the Ministry of Education’s foreign-related supervision information platform,combining with the actual investigation and research on the situation of Sino-foreign cooperation of higher education in municipal universities of Wuhan,has found that the Sino-foreign cooperation programs commonly have problems of non-standardized enrollment of students,insufficient quality of teachers and teaching qualities,and lack of core competitiveness.Therefore,it is essential to upgrade the level of foreign cooperative institutions and the standards of students’recruitment,optimize the curriculum,pay attention to the public welfare of education,improve the teaching model,improve the level of teachers,so as to truly realize the original intention of Sino-foreign cooperation in municipal universities of Wuhan.

Research on The Software Development Ability Training With Gradual and Whole Process Based on The Deep Integration Between Industry and Education

The Impact of Cooperative Leaming and Empowerment on the Performance of First-Year Accounting Students

Empowerment in learning has been a topic of discussion for the last two decades. Empowered learners are not only believed to achieve greater content learning but are also thought to better demonstrate competencies such as communication, teamwork, and problem solving. These competencies are becoming increasingly important as the role of professional accountants evolves and diversifies. This paper examines first-year accounting students＇ perceptions of empowerment based on two different learning styles： cooperative learning and traditional classroom instruction. A quantitative research design was used to survey 279 first-year business degree students studying at institutions in Libya. The results indicated that students who attended cooperative learning classes were more empowered in terms of the impact they believed they could have on class discussions and the meaningfulness they attributed to the tasks being discussed. In addition, students taught by cooperative learning methods recorded significantly higher end of term exam results than those students who received traditional classroom instruction. In conclusion, this research indicates that the teaching method used in classroom instruction may impact an accounting student＇s levels of empowerment and subsequently their critical thinking, problem solving, writing skills, and technical accounting competencies.
