Methods Cyclohexane was added to the reaction mixture every 8...Aim To optimize the reaction condition for preparation of 3-spiro-1, 3, 4-oxadiazole substituted fructose and hydrolysis of its isopropylidenes stepwisely. Methods Cyclohexane was added to the reaction mixture every 8 h to remove acetic acid at 90 ℃. The isopropylidenes were hydrolyzed in 80% AcOH at 60 ℃ stepwisely in a reaction time- dependent manner. Results The yields of cyclization products 1b and 1c were improved from 53% and 51% to 74% and 79% respectively. The 1, 2-di-O-isopropylidene product 3 was obtained after 1 h and the total deprotected product 4 was obtained after 3 h in 80% AcOH at 60 ℃. Conclusion The yield of 1 is improved by cyclohexane-aided azeotropic removal of AcOH from the reaction mixture. Deprotection of 1 in 80% AcOH at 60 ℃ gives 3 or 4 after different time periods.展开更多

The introduction of the electron-deficient 1, 3, 4-oxadiazole units into the MEH-PPV backbone also increases the electron affinities of the conjugated segment, which leads to the blue-shift of the maximum absorption wavelength and makes the polymer have a high optical band-gap energy, good electron-transporting stability and high PL quantum yield.展开更多

Among of the synthesized compounds, compounds 7, 10, 11 and 13 were screened for them in vitro anticancer activity against four human cancer cells. MCF-7 (Breast), HEPG2 (Liver), HCT116 (Colon) and HEP2 (Larynx) carcinoma cell lines with IC50 values ranging from 2.08 - 8.72 μg/well. They were fully characterized by IR,elemental analys...A series of 3-nitro-5-nitroimino-1,2,4-oxadiazole-based energetic salts were synthesized from 3-nitro-5-nitroimino-1,2,4-oxadiazole anion and nitrogen-rich cations. They were fully characterized by IR,elemental analysis and NMR spectroscopy. The structure of triaminoguanidinium salt(1-e) was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction. All salts showed good thermal stability with decomposed temperature ranging from 155 8C to 258 8C, and positive heats of formation from 226.0 k J/mol to554.1 k J/mol. Thus, the theoretic detonation pressure was predicted from 28.70 GPa to 37.60 GPa and velocities from 8526 m/s to 9354 m/s. Among them, guanidinium salt(1-c) exhibited both high decomposition temperature(258 8C) and detonation velocity(9319 m/s).展开更多

Objective:3,4-Oxo-isopropylidene-shikimic acid(ISA),a derivative of shikimic acid,has exhibited ameliorative effect on cognitive impairment in experimental animal models of dementia.This study investigated the effect ...Objective:3,4-Oxo-isopropylidene-shikimic acid(ISA),a derivative of shikimic acid,has exhibited ameliorative effect on cognitive impairment in experimental animal models of dementia.This study investigated the effect of ISA on lipid accumulation and adipokine secretion during differentiation of 3T3-L1 fibroblasts to adipocytes.Methods:3T3-L1 cells were cultured and treated with ISA(50e800 mM)from days 3e8.Lipid accumulation and triglyceride content were measured.Gene expression of adipokines(adiponectin,leptin,and resistin),CCAAT/enhancer binding protein(C/EBP)b,C/EBP a and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor g(PPAR g)and PPAR target genes,including adipocyte fatty acid binding protein(aP2)and fatty acid synthase(FAS)were investigated.Results:ISA promoted 3T3-L1 fibroblast differentiation to adipocytes and increased triglyceride content by 26%.On mechanistic levels,ISA increased expressions of C/EBP b,PPAR g,C/EBP a,aP2 and FAS.Moreover,ISA stimulated expressions of adipokines secreted by adipocytes,including adiponectin,leptin,and resistin.Conclusions:These findings demonstrated that ISA promoted adipogenesis by up-regulating expressions of C/EBP b,PPAR g,C/EBP a,aP2 and FAS,and also stimulated adipokines during adipocyte differentiation.Further study should clarify the relationship between stimulation of adipokines and cognitive enhancing effect of ISA.展开更多

Compound 6, 5-(2,6-dichloropyrimidin-4-yl)-3-phenyl-1,2,4-oxadiazole, crystallizes in monoclinic space group Pn with a = 8.4275(13), b = 5.4088(8), c = 13.493(2)A, β = 99.768(3)°, V = 4658.6(6)A3 and Z = 8. Preliminary bioassay indicated that the two title compounds had good herbicidal activities.

文摘The crystal structure of the title compound ethyl 3-(4-chlorophenyl)-3,4-dihydro-6- methyl-4-oxo-2-(pyrrolidin-1-yl)furo[2,3-d]pyrimidine-5-carboxylate (C20H20ClN3O4, Mr= 401.84) has been prepared and determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction. The crystal is of monoclinic, space group P21/n with a = 20.6215(9), b = 8.5311(4), c = 21.6886(9) A^°, β = 91.607(1)°, V = 3814.0(3)A^°^3, Z = 8, Dc = 1.400 g/cm^3, F(000) = 1680, μ = 0.233 mm^-1, R = 0.0718 and wR = 0.1545 for 6717 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). X-ray diffraction analysis reveals two crystallographically independent molecules in the asymmetric unit.

文摘A series of 3-nitro-5-nitroimino-1,2,4-oxadiazole-based energetic salts were synthesized from 3-nitro-5-nitroimino-1,2,4-oxadiazole anion and nitrogen-rich cations. They were fully characterized by IR,elemental analysis and NMR spectroscopy. The structure of triaminoguanidinium salt(1-e) was confirmed by single crystal X-ray diffraction. All salts showed good thermal stability with decomposed temperature ranging from 155 8C to 258 8C, and positive heats of formation from 226.0 k J/mol to554.1 k J/mol. Thus, the theoretic detonation pressure was predicted from 28.70 GPa to 37.60 GPa and velocities from 8526 m/s to 9354 m/s. Among them, guanidinium salt(1-c) exhibited both high decomposition temperature(258 8C) and detonation velocity(9319 m/s).

文摘Objective:3,4-Oxo-isopropylidene-shikimic acid(ISA),a derivative of shikimic acid,has exhibited ameliorative effect on cognitive impairment in experimental animal models of dementia.This study investigated the effect of ISA on lipid accumulation and adipokine secretion during differentiation of 3T3-L1 fibroblasts to adipocytes.Methods:3T3-L1 cells were cultured and treated with ISA(50e800 mM)from days 3e8.Lipid accumulation and triglyceride content were measured.Gene expression of adipokines(adiponectin,leptin,and resistin),CCAAT/enhancer binding protein(C/EBP)b,C/EBP a and peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor g(PPAR g)and PPAR target genes,including adipocyte fatty acid binding protein(aP2)and fatty acid synthase(FAS)were investigated.Results:ISA promoted 3T3-L1 fibroblast differentiation to adipocytes and increased triglyceride content by 26%.On mechanistic levels,ISA increased expressions of C/EBP b,PPAR g,C/EBP a,aP2 and FAS.Moreover,ISA stimulated expressions of adipokines secreted by adipocytes,including adiponectin,leptin,and resistin.Conclusions:These findings demonstrated that ISA promoted adipogenesis by up-regulating expressions of C/EBP b,PPAR g,C/EBP a,aP2 and FAS,and also stimulated adipokines during adipocyte differentiation.Further study should clarify the relationship between stimulation of adipokines and cognitive enhancing effect of ISA.
