The effects of fermentative conditions such as control mode of pH,concentration of cells and dissolved oxygen on fermentation of 1,12-dodecanedioic acid from n-dodecane by a mutant,Candida tropicalis SP-UV-56,were stu...The effects of fermentative conditions such as control mode of pH,concentration of cells and dissolved oxygen on fermentation of 1,12-dodecanedioic acid from n-dodecane by a mutant,Candida tropicalis SP-UV-56,were studied.Suitable concentration of cells is 15g/L~17g/L,dissolved oxygen level is preferably kept at 20%~30%.The control mode of pH by gradually going up adjusted with NaOH solution was suggested while pH range is 7.4~8.4.Under the optimal conditions the DCA12 yield of 166g/L was obtained after 144h cultivation.This shows that the mutant is a high-yield strain for 1,12-dodecanedioic acid production.展开更多
