采用静态热老化法、刚果红法、电导率法考察了1,3-二甲基-6-氨基脲嘧啶(DMAU)与硬脂酸钙/锌组分之间的协同效应,研究了DMAU掺杂在硬脂酸钙/锌体系中对PVC制品的热稳定作用与影响。结果表明:硬脂酸钙/锌质量比为1.5/0.5,添加0.5%DMAU时,... 采用静态热老化法、刚果红法、电导率法考察了1,3-二甲基-6-氨基脲嘧啶(DMAU)与硬脂酸钙/锌组分之间的协同效应,研究了DMAU掺杂在硬脂酸钙/锌体系中对PVC制品的热稳定作用与影响。结果表明:硬脂酸钙/锌质量比为1.5/0.5,添加0.5%DMAU时,PVC具有优良的热稳定性,热稳定时间可达63.6min。热重结果显示,CaSt2/ZnSt2/DMAU体系的第一阶段失重率较CaSt2/ZnSt2体系下降了1.5%,并且CaSt2/ZnSt2/DMAU体系的表观动力学参数E/lnA值比CaSt2/ZnSt2体系增大了0.04,从热降解动力学层面证明了掺杂DMAU可以有效的提高PVC热稳定性。 展开更多

The photocycloadditions of 1,3-dimethyl-6-azathymine to 2-butyne-1,4-diol and 1,4-di- methoxyl-2-butyne have been studied. Three novel compounds, 7,8-bis(hydroxymethyl)-3,5-dioxo-2,4, 6-trimethyl-1,2,4-triazabicyclo [4,2,0]-7-octene (1), 7,8-bismethoxymethy1-3,5-dioxo-2,4,6-trimethyl- 1,2,4-triazabicyclo[4,2,0]-7-octene (2) and 8,9-bismethoxymethy1-4-oxo-1,3,5-trimethyl-7-oxa-2,3,5- triazaspiro[5,3]-1,8-nonadiene (3) were obtained. A new environmental friendly catalyst, HaSiWrMo6O40/PAn was prepared and identified by means of FT-IR, XRD and TG/DTA. The optimum conditions have been found, that was, mass ratio of m(PAn): m(HaSiW6Mo6On.) was 1:1.25, volume of methanol was 20 mL, and the reflux reaction time was 2h. The structural identity of Keggin units was preserved after the incorporation into polyaniline matrix. H4SiW6Mo6040/PAn was used as catalyst in catalytic synthesis of acetals and ketals. Effects of n(aldehyde(ketone )): n(glycol), catalyst dosage and reaction time on yield were investingated. Optimal conditions were: n(aldehyde(ketone)): n(glycol)=1.0: 1.5; mass fraction of catalyst to reactants, 0.5%; reaction time, 1.0 h and cyclohexane as water-stripped reagent, 15 mL. Under these conditions, yields of actels and ketals were 31.9%-91.6%. 展开更多
