Two 1D chain metal-organic framework complexes, {Co[(C10H5N3O5)- (H2O)2?H2O]}n (1) and {Cd[(C10H5N3O5)(H2O)2]}n (2), based on a T-shaped tripodal ligand 4-(4,5-dicarboxy- 1H-imidazol-2-yl) pyridine 1-ox... Two 1D chain metal-organic framework complexes, {Co[(C10H5N3O5)- (H2O)2?H2O]}n (1) and {Cd[(C10H5N3O5)(H2O)2]}n (2), based on a T-shaped tripodal ligand 4-(4,5-dicarboxy- 1H-imidazol-2-yl) pyridine 1-oxide (H3DCImPyO) have been reacted under hydrothermal conditions, and were characterized by single-crystal X-ray structure analysis, fluorescent analysis and thermal gravimetric analysis. According to single-crystal X-ray determination, complex 1 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group P21/n with a = 9.4930(13), b = 13.2024(18), c = 10.5203(14) A^°, β = 98.402(2)°, Z = 4, V = 1304.4(3)A^°3; and complex 2 crystallizes in the monoclinic system, space group C2/c with a = 13.557(3), b = 13.568(3), c = 6.7804(13) A^°, β = 105.095(2)°, Z = 4 and V = 1204.2(4) A^°3. Fluorescent analysis of complex 2 showed an intense emission band at 466 nm when the exciting radiation was set at 360 nm. Dielectric constants of complexes 1 and 2 were measured at different frequencies with temperature variation. 展开更多

A new coordination compound [Ba(OBPT)2(H2O)2]·H2O was obtained at room temperature by the reaction of 4,6-bis(2-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazin-2-ol(HOBPT) with BaCl2.It was characterized by elemental analysis,FTIR,TG analysis,powder X-ray diffraction analysis and single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis.The complex crystallizes in the monoclinic P21/n space group,with a = 16.325(1),b = 6.7977(5),c = 24.164(2) ,β = 104.009(1),V = 2601.8(3) 3,Z =4,C26H22BaN10O5,Mr = 691.88,Dc = 1.766 g/cm3,F(000) = 1376 and μ(MoKα) = 1.587 mm-1.The final R = 0.0282 and wR = 0.0724 for 5095 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I) and R = 0.0312 and wR = 0.0744 for all data.In the complex,the barium ion is ten-coordinated with six nitrogen atoms from two ligands,two deprotonated hydroxyl oxygen atoms from another two ligands and two coordinated water molecules to form a double stranded chain.The extensive supramolecular interac-tions lead to the formation of an infinite 2D framework. 展开更多

目的检测胰腺癌及癌旁组织中Pin1和周期素D1基因的表达,探讨Pin1在胰腺癌发病中所起的作用。方法收集27例胰腺肿瘤组织及其相应的肿瘤旁组织标本,采用实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应法(RQ RT-PCR)检测胰腺良恶性肿瘤及肿瘤旁组织中Pin... 目的检测胰腺癌及癌旁组织中Pin1和周期素D1基因的表达,探讨Pin1在胰腺癌发病中所起的作用。方法收集27例胰腺肿瘤组织及其相应的肿瘤旁组织标本,采用实时荧光定量逆转录聚合酶链反应法(RQ RT-PCR)检测胰腺良恶性肿瘤及肿瘤旁组织中Pin1和周期素D1 mRNA的表达,运用Fisher精确概率分析两者之间的相关性及其与肿瘤临床分期和病理特征的关系。结果7例胰腺囊腺瘤中周期素D1和Pin1的表达与肿瘤旁组织之间无显著性差异;而20例胰腺癌中周期素D1和Pin1的表达明显高于肿瘤旁组织[(2.78±1.02)vs.(4.36±1.27)和(5.48±1.69)vs.(9.97±1.86),P<0.05)]。Pin1和周期素D1与肿瘤的临床分期和病理分化程度无明显的相关(组间差异均为P>0.05),但Pin1与周期素D1的表达有关(P<0.01)。结论胰腺癌中Pin1的过表达可促进周期素D1表达,由此诱导了肿瘤的发生;Pin1可能在胰腺癌中起着重要作用。 展开更多

背景与目的:原发性胆囊癌(primary carcinoma of the gallbladder,PCG)是死亡率极高的恶性肿瘤,其恶变的机制目前尚未明确。前期研究发现,p57^(KIP2)在人类多种恶性肿瘤中异常表达。本研究拟进一步探讨p57^(KIP2)在PCG组织中的表达及临... 背景与目的:原发性胆囊癌(primary carcinoma of the gallbladder,PCG)是死亡率极高的恶性肿瘤,其恶变的机制目前尚未明确。前期研究发现,p57^(KIP2)在人类多种恶性肿瘤中异常表达。本研究拟进一步探讨p57^(KIP2)在PCG组织中的表达及临床意义。方法:运用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应(real-time fluorescence quantitative polymerase chain reaction,RTFQ-PCR)、免疫组织化学EliVision法分别检测60例PCG、20例胆囊腺瘤(adenoma of the gallbladder,AG)和20例慢性胆囊炎(chronic cholecystitis,CC)组织中p57^(KIP2)、cyclin D1、cyclin E mRNA表达及蛋白水平。结果:p57^(KIP2) mRNA及蛋白在PCG、AG和CC中的表达逐渐升高,两两比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。Cyclin D1、cyclin E mRNA及蛋白在PCG、AG和CC中的表达逐渐降低,PCG与AG比较、PCG与CC比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。在PCG组织中,p57^(KIP2)蛋白的表达与临床分期、组织学分级及淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。Cyclin D1蛋白的表达与临床分期有关(P<0.05)。p57^(KIP2)与cyclin D1的表达呈负相关(P<0.05),p57^(KIP2)与cyclin E的表达呈负相关(P<0.05),cyclin D1与cyclin E的表达呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论:p57^(KIP2)表达的降低与cyclin D1、cyclin E表达的增加可能是PCG的发生机制之一;检测p57^(KIP2)、cyclin D1及cyclin E对PCG的预后判断有重要意义。 展开更多

Objective To develop RT-nPCR assays for amplifying partial and complete VP1 genes of human enteroviruses(HEVs)from clinical samples and to contribute to etiological surveillance of HEV-related diseases.Methods A panel of RT-nPCR assays,consisting of published combined primer pairs for VP1 genes of HEV A–C and in-house designed primers for HEV-D,was established in this study.The sensitivity of each RT-nPCR assay was evaluated with serially diluted virus stocks of five serotypes expressed as CCID50 perμL and copies perμL,and the newly established methods were tested in clinical specimens collected in recent years.Results The sensitivity of RT-nPCR assays for amplifying partial VP1 gene of HEVs was 0.1 CCID50 perμL and 10 virus copies perμL,and for the complete VP1 gene was 1 CCID50 perμL and 100 virus copies perμL,using serially-diluted virus stocks of five serotypes.As a proof-of-concept,25 serotypes were identified and complete VP1 sequences of 23 serotypes were obtained by this system among 858 clinical specimens positive for HEVs during the past eight surveillance seasons.Conclusion This RT-nPCR system is capable of amplifying the partial and complete VP1 gene of HEV A–D,providing rapid,sensitive,and reliable options for molecular typing and molecular epidemiology of HEVs in clinical specimens. 展开更多

Complex 1 crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a = 6.018(3), b = 9.832(5), c = 9.921(5)A, a = 78.270(8), β = 74.550(8), γ = 83.807(8)°, V = 553.1(5)A^3, Z = 1, C14H16Cl4CoN10O2, Mr = 557.10, Dc = 1.673 g/cm^3, F(000) = 281,μ(MoKα) = 1.293 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0453 and wR = 0.1181 for 1539 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I). The Co(II) ion is in a distorted centrosymmetric six-coordinate octahedral environment with two Ntriazole, two Omethanol and two Cl atoms. Via hydrogen bonds the configuration of 1 has been extended into 1D chains which are developed to 2D layers via π-π sticking action, and these layers are further extended into a 3D network by hydrogen bonds. The antibacterial activity of the title compound has been detected, and the results show that the ligands and cobalt(II) complex exhibit certain fungicidal activity against several bacteria. Furthermore, the spectral properties of the title compound have been also studied and discussed. 展开更多

目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清表面活性蛋白D(SP-D)及趋化因子配体13(CXCL13)水平、长链非编码RNA浆细胞瘤转化迁移基因1(lncRNA PVT1)表达,以及三者与肺功能的相关性。方法选择2019年3月至2021年5月湖北省武汉市优抚医... 目的探讨老年慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)患者血清表面活性蛋白D(SP-D)及趋化因子配体13(CXCL13)水平、长链非编码RNA浆细胞瘤转化迁移基因1(lncRNA PVT1)表达,以及三者与肺功能的相关性。方法选择2019年3月至2021年5月湖北省武汉市优抚医院收治的300例老年COPD患者为研究对象,其中135例急性加重期患者纳入急性加重期组,165例稳定期患者纳入稳定期组,另选择65例体检健康者作为对照组。采用比色夹心酶联免疫吸附试验检测受试者血清SP-D、CXCL13水平,采用实时荧光定量聚合酶链反应检测lncRNA PVT1表达,FGC-A肺功能测试仪检测肺功能指标,分析SP-D、CXCL13、lncRNA PVT1与肺功能指标的相关性。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析SP-D、CXCL13、lncRNA PVT1鉴别COPD急性加重期和稳定期的效能。结果急性加重期组、稳定期组血清SP-D、CXCL13水平及lncRNA PVT1表达高于对照组,第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV_(1))、FEV_(1)与用力肺活量(FVC)比值(FEV_(1)/FVC)、FEV_(1)占预计值百分数(FEV_(1)%pred)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。COPD患者血清SP-D、CXCL13水平及lncRNA PVT1表达均与FEV_(1)、FEV_(1)/FVC、FEV_(1)%pred呈负相关(P<0.05)。SP-D、CXCL13、lncRNA PVT1鉴别COPD急性加重期和稳定期的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.707、0.671、0.696,联合3项指标后AUC达0.878,大于SP-D、CXCL13、lncRNA PVT1单独检测的AUC(Z=5.922、6.741、6.470,P<0.05)。结论老年COPD患者血清SP-D、CXCL13水平及lncRNA PVT1表达均升高,且与COPD急性加重及肺功能下降有关。 展开更多

The calculations performed by means of developed perturbation theory for joint statistics of advanced and retarded Green’s functions. 为了改善聚偏氯乙烯(PVDF)膜的亲水性,以具有金属活性位点Zn^2+和亲水基团-COOH的亲水性锌型一维链状晶体(ZnL)为填料,采用非溶剂致相分离法(NIPS)制备ZnL/PVDF共混膜;通过原子力显微镜、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜及水接触角、水通量... 为了改善聚偏氯乙烯(PVDF)膜的亲水性,以具有金属活性位点Zn^2+和亲水基团-COOH的亲水性锌型一维链状晶体(ZnL)为填料,采用非溶剂致相分离法(NIPS)制备ZnL/PVDF共混膜;通过原子力显微镜、X射线衍射、扫描电子显微镜及水接触角、水通量、截留率等一系列测试手段探究添加不同含量ZnL对ZnL/PVDF共混膜结构、性能的影响。结果表明:ZnL晶体均匀的分布在PVDF膜中,并且没有出现明显颗粒聚集现象,证明ZnL晶体与PVDF聚合物有较好的相容性;亲水性ZnL晶体的加入明显提高了PVDF膜的亲水性,当ZnL晶体质量分数为0.50%时,其水通量达到99.6 L/(m^2·h),比纯膜水通量增加150%,并且其截留率下降幅度较低;随着ZnL晶体含量的增加,拉伸强度呈现先升高再降低状态,当ZnL晶体质量分数为0.50%时,共混膜的拉伸强度为3.39 MPa,比原膜的拉伸强度增加了10%。 展开更多

The genes for 5-1ipoxygenase activating protein (ALOX5AP) and phosphodiesterase 4D (PDE4D) have been demonstrated as susceptibility genes for lacunar in the Icelandic and Pakistani populations, but little is known about the role of these genes in Chinese populations. The present study utilized polymerase chain reaction and ligase detection reaction to detect single nucleotide polymorphisms (SNPs) in 280 consecutive stroke patients and 258 unrelated population-based controls from Nanjing, Jiangsu Province, China. The allele frequency, genotypes, and haplotypes of the two SNPs (rs456009 and rs966221) in PDE4D were similar between the two groups. However, A allele frequency of rs4073259 (A/G) and rs4769055 (A/C) in the ALOX5AP gene exhibited differences in two groups, and especially the haplotype of the SNP was significantly different between the two groups. Results suggested that the ALOX5AP gene might be involved in lacunar infarct, while PDE4D gene was not a risk factor for lacunar infarct in individuals from Jiangsu Province, China. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Previous publications indicated that genetic predisposition might play important roles in the onset of osteonecrosis of the femoral head(ONFH)in systemic lupus erythematosus(SLE).Some gene loci such as complement C3d receptor 2(CR2),nitric oxide synthase 3(NOS3),collagen type II alpha 1 chain(COL2A1),protein tyrosine phosphatase non-receptor type 22(PTPN22),and transient receptor potential cation channel subfamily V member 4(TRPV4)were reported to be involved in this process.AIM To investigate whether the risk of ONFH in SLE is associated with single nucleotide variations(SNVs)in these five genes.METHODS SNVs in the CR2,NOS3,COL2A1,PTPN22,and TRPV4 genes were examined by using FastTarget and Illumina Miseq sequencing technologies in 49 cases of SLE with ONFH.Burrows–wheeler aligner was used to align the sequencing reads to hg19,and GATK and Varscan programs were used to perform SNV calling.PolyPhen-2,SIFT,and MutationTaster were used to assess the functional effects of non-synonymous SNVs.RESULTS Six of the 49 patients were confirmed to have low frequency SNVs,including one patient with SNVs in NOS3(exon 6:c.814G>A:p.E272K and exon 7:c.814G>A:p.E272K.),four in COL2A1(rs41263847:exon 29:c.1913C>T:p.T638I,exon 28:c.1706C>T:p.T569I,and rs371445823:exon 8:c.580G>A:p.A194T,exon 7:c.373G>A:p.A125T),and one in CR2(rs45573035:exon 2:c.200C>G:p.T67S).CONCLUSION The onset of ONFH in SLE might be associated with the identified SNVs in NOS3,COL2A1,and CR2. 展开更多

A new Dy-based coordination polymer, namely {[Dy(cptpy)_2(H_2O)_2](TPT)(Cl)}_n(1, Hcptpy = 4-(4-carboxyphenyl)-4,2?:6?,4??-terpyridine, TPT = 2,4,6-tri(4-pyridyl)-1,3,5-triazine, DMA = N,N-dimethylacetamide) has been solvothermally synthesized by the reactions of DyCl_3, Hcptpy and TPT in a mixture solvent of DMA and H_2O. Single-crystal X-ray structural analysis reveals that 1 is a 1D linear chain coordination polymer with quadrangle channels which are occupied by the TPT ligands. The compound has been characterized by singe-crystal analyses, thermogravimetry analyses and powder X-ray diffraction measurements. The antitumor activity of compound 1 and its corresponding organic ligands Hcptpy and TPT were then investigated against four human lung cancer cell lines(NCI-H460, Calu-3, A549 and NCI-H292) by MTT assay. It was found that compared with Hcptpy and TPT, compound 1 exerted rather potent activity against all of these cell lines. 展开更多

Theoretical solid-state physicists formulate their models usually in the form of a Hamiltonian. In quantum mechanics, the Hamilton operator (Hamiltonian) is of fundamental importance in most formulations of quantum theory. Mentioned operator corresponds to the total energy of the system and its spectrum determines the set of possible outcomes when one measures the total energy. Interpretation of results obtained by the applying of models based on the Hamiltonian indicates very specific mechanisms of some observed phenomena that are not fully consistent with the experience. Such approach may occasionally lead to surprises when obtained results are confronted with expectations. The aim of this work is to find Hamilton operator of acoustic phonons in inhomogeneous solids. The transport of energy in the vibrating crystal consisting of ions whose properties differ over long distances is described in the work. We modeled crystal lattice by 1D “inhomogeneous” ionic chain vibrating by acoustic frequencies and found the Hamiltonian of such system in the second quantization. The influence of long-distance inhomogeneities on the acoustic phonons quantum states can be discussed on basis of our results. 展开更多
