The Schiff base compound is a derivative of 4-aminoantipyrine. As expected, the molecular structure adopts a trans configuration about the central C=N double bond. It crystallizes in orthorhombic, space group P2dc with a = 7.632(1), b = 7.816(1), c = 28.082(5) A,β = 96.18(1)°, V= 1665.48(51) A^3, Z= 4, Dc = 1.341 g/cm^3, F(000) = 704,μ = 0.094 mm^-1, the final R = 0.0448 and wR = 0.1058. Of the total 3748 collections, 3105 were unique. In the molecule there exist two different planes of pyrazoline and C(11)-C(16) phenyl ring, which are approximately coplanar (r.m.s. de deviation from the combined mean plane is 0.03 A) with the dihedral angle between them of 9.8%.展开更多

The removal ex...Sodium silicate(NazSiO3) was used to improve the elution of super heavy oil from weathered soil on an ultrasound-enhanced elution system by the solution containing 0-6000 mg/L surfactant Triton X-100. The removal extent of three markers[C26-34 17a 25-norhopanes, C26-28triaromatic steroids(TAS), and C27-29methyl triaromatic steroids(MTAS)] was monitored. The average elution percentages of C26-34 norhopanes, C26-28 TAS, and C27-29 MTAS by Triton X-100/Na2SiO3 solutions were increased by 11%-13%, 9%-11% and 8%-13% with increasing Triton X-100 concentrations from 150 mg/L to 6000 mg/L. All the concentrations of Triton X-100 improved the elu- tion of TAS homologs containing fewer carbon atoms, whereas high concentrations improved the elution of larger 17a 25-norhopane and MTAS species. Addition of Na2SiO3 produced a noticeable increase in elution, particularly for lower-weight species. Scanning electron microscope(SEM) images and energy spectroscopy data reveal that surfac- rant solution of 6000 mg/L Triton X-100 and 4000 mg/L Na2SiO3 produced the greatest improvement in the elution of super heavy oil aggregates encapsulating the soil surface and the emulsification of particle dispersions. That is to say mixed solutions of Triton X-100 and Na2SiO3 in combination with ultrasound are a potential means of removing super heavy oil from weathered soils.展开更多

Novel fluorine substituted α-amino phosphonic acids containing 1,2,4-triazin- 5-one (6a-f) have been obtained from fluoroacylation of 6-(2′-amino-5′-nitrophenyl)-3-thioxo-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-one (...Novel fluorine substituted α-amino phosphonic acids containing 1,2,4-triazin- 5-one (6a-f) have been obtained from fluoroacylation of 6-(2′-amino-5′-nitrophenyl)-3-thioxo-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-one (1) followed by ammonilysis to give the corresponding 3-amino-derivative 3. Condensation of compound 3 with nitro/halogenated aromatic aldehydes yielded the Schiff bases 4. The simple addition of diethyl phosphonate to compound 4 produced the α-amino phosphonates 5. Acidic hydrolysis of compound 5 produced the fluorine substituted α-amino acids derivatives 6. Structures of the new compounds have been established with the help of elemental analysis and spectral measurements. Also, the products evaluated as antioxidants, where the fluorinated α-amino phosphonic acids 6 are more active than the other synthesized systems.展开更多

目的探讨肾炎康复片联合舒洛地特治疗肾病综合征合并类固醇糖尿病的疗效及对β2-MG、CRP、HCY水平影响。方法选取医院治疗的84例肾病综合征合并类固醇糖尿病炎患者,随机分为两组各42例。对照组患者给予舒洛地特,治疗组在对照组基础上口...目的探讨肾炎康复片联合舒洛地特治疗肾病综合征合并类固醇糖尿病的疗效及对β2-MG、CRP、HCY水平影响。方法选取医院治疗的84例肾病综合征合并类固醇糖尿病炎患者,随机分为两组各42例。对照组患者给予舒洛地特,治疗组在对照组基础上口服肾炎康复片,两组患者均持续治疗6个月。对比两组患者的临床疗效、中医症候积分、Scr、ALB、BUN、24 h UPE水平、2 h PG、FBG、HbA1c和FINS水平、β2-MG、CRP、HCY水平、补体C3、IgG和CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)水平。结果治疗后,治疗组总有效率较高(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前中医证候积分差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后腰脊酸痛、疲倦乏力、面浮肢肿、肢体困重等证候评分显著降低(P<0.05);并且治疗组腰脊酸痛、疲倦乏力、面浮肢肿、肢体困重评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前Scr、ALB、BUN、24 h UPE水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后Scr、BUN、24 h UPE显著降低,ALB水平明显升高(P<0.05);并且治疗组改善较多(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前2 h PG、FBG、HbA1c和FINS水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗后2 h PG、FBG、HbA1c和FINS水平显著降低(P<0.05);并且治疗组2 h PG、FBG、HbA1c明显低于对照组(P<0.05),治疗组患者FINS水平低于对照组,但但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者治疗前β2-MG、CRP、HCY水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后两组患者β2-MG、CRP、HCY水平显著降低(P<0.05);并且治疗组降低较多(P<0.05);两组患者治疗前补体C3、IgG和CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)水平差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);对照组患者治疗前后补体C3、IgG和CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)水平变化无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗组患者治疗后补体C3、IgG和CD^(+)_(4)/CD^(+)_(8)水平高于对照组,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用肾炎康复片联合舒洛地特治疗肾病综合征合并类固醇糖尿病具有较好的治疗效果,能够改善血清β2-MG、CRP、HCY水平,安全性较高,值得在临床上推广应用。展开更多
