During solar eclipse, the lunar shadow moves through the earth's atmosphere with supersonic speed. Chimonas and Hines deemed that the shock waves produced by cooling of atmosphere would induce gravity waves, and both TIDs and atmospheric pressure changes can be detected in the ionosphere and on the ground respectively. Although the IGW signals from solar eclipse are usually quite weak, they can still be detected .The pressure changes on ground level occur near the region of eclipse, but can be detected even far beyond the path of eclipse. This article is the first one to report results of detecting pressure waves caused by solar eclipse in China.Druing the 23rd September 1987 annular solar eclipse, IGWs have been detected and recorded at infrasound observatories in Urumqi, Taiyuan, Xuzhou and Suzhou, which are situated within the path of annular eclipse, as well as in Beijing and Guiyang, which are situated on the opposite sides of this path. The signals are detected by microbarometers of condenser microphone type. After analysing the waveforms of the recorded signals numerically, the wave periods and wave amplitudes are determined to be within the ranges from 10 to 60 min and from 7 to 20 Pa (peak to peak ) respectively. The results from dynamical spectral analyses show that the spectral distribution of all the gravity wave periods from various observatories is continuous and possesses a common main period of 40 min. Moreover, there are waves with even longer periods in different observatories and their appearance times are quite different. 展开更多

目的研究组织蛋白酶D(Cath-D)、PCNA、nm23蛋白表达与宫颈鳞癌的分化、浸润及淋巴结转移的关系,并探讨Cath-D和PCNA、nm23蛋白表达的相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学检测10例正常宫颈组织(NEC)、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)、48例宫颈鳞癌... 目的研究组织蛋白酶D(Cath-D)、PCNA、nm23蛋白表达与宫颈鳞癌的分化、浸润及淋巴结转移的关系,并探讨Cath-D和PCNA、nm23蛋白表达的相互关系。方法应用免疫组织化学检测10例正常宫颈组织(NEC)、20例宫颈上皮内瘤变(CIN)、48例宫颈鳞癌组织(ICC)中Cath-D、PCNA、nm23蛋白的表达。结果在宫颈鳞癌组织中的阳性表达率分别为Cath-D 83.33%、PCNA79.19%、nm23蛋白77.08%,阳性表达率及表达强度与宫颈鳞癌的分化程度、浸润深度、淋巴结转移和预后有关,Cath-D与PCNA及nm23蛋白表达呈正相关。结论在宫颈鳞癌的分化、侵袭性生长及转移过程中,癌细胞中的Cath-D扮演了一个重要角色,而且在肿瘤细胞中Cath-D与PCNA、nm23蛋白可同时过高表达,具有相互协同作用可能,是宫颈鳞癌高度恶性和预后不良的重要生物学指标。 展开更多

In this note, we define firstly a compositive parameter as an index describing the level of solar activity in a solar cycle. The parameter is derived from a combination of the smoothed monthly mean sunspot number with the fluctuation of the associated monthly mean sunspot numbers to the smoothed one. Then, a method is developed for estimating the time of the appearance of a solar maximum based on the conception of similar cycles. An application ofthe method to the 23rd solar cycle shows that the maximum of the cycle should have appeared in the period from April to August 2000, and the descending phase of Cycle 23 has come. 展开更多

A method to predict the amplitude and date of the maximum sunspot number is introduced. The regression analysis of the relationship between the variation rate of monthly sunspot numbers in the initial stage of solar cycles and both of the maximum and the time-length of ascending period of the cycle showed that they are closely correlative. In general, the maximum will be larger and the ascending period will be shorter when the rate is larger. The rate of sunspot numbers in the initial 2 years of the 23rd cycle is thus analyzed based on these grounds and the maximum of the cycle is predicted. For the smoothed monthly sunspot numbers, the maximum will be about 139.2 ±18.8 and the time-length of ascending period will be about 3.31 ±0.42 years, that is to say, the maximum will appear around the spring of the year 2000. For the mean monthly ones, the maximum will be near 170.1±22.9 and the time-length of ascending period will be about 3.42 ±0.46 years, that is to say, the appearing date of the maximum 展开更多
