The novel seven coordinate complex [(n Bu)2Sn(C10H8N2O3)(C2H5OH)]2 (C10H8N2O32- is the dinegative ion of 2 oxo propionic acid benzoyl hydrazone) was synthesized by the reaction of (n Bu)2SnO with 2 oxo propionic acid ...The novel seven coordinate complex [(n Bu)2Sn(C10H8N2O3)(C2H5OH)]2 (C10H8N2O32- is the dinegative ion of 2 oxo propionic acid benzoyl hydrazone) was synthesized by the reaction of (n Bu)2SnO with 2 oxo propionic acid benzoyl hydrazone in 1∶ 1 molar ratio in benzene ethanol (V/V, 3/1), and its structure was characterized by X ray single crystal diffraction. The crystal belongs to a tetragonal system with space group I41/a, a=2.4890(2)nm, b=2.4890(2)nm, c=1.5170(3)nm, V=9.398(2)nm3, Z=8, F(000)=3968, Dc=1.366g· cm- 3, and the structure was refined to final R1=0.0530, wR2=0.0971. The structure of the title complex is described as a dimer through weak interactions of Sn… O bonding and hydrogen bond. The tin atoms rendered seven coordination in a distorted pentagonal bipyramid geometry structure, four oxygen atoms [O1, O2, O2# 1 and O4] and one nitrogen atom N2 formed the equatorial plane and C11 Sn1 C15 is the axis. The bicyclic cryptand 1,4,7, 10,13,16,21, 24-octaaza-bigcyclo [8, 8,8] hexacosan-3, 8, 12, 17, 20, 25-hex-one (COBH) bearing diaminoethane groups along the eight-atom bridges was synthesized. The structure consists of...The bicyclic cryptand 1,4,7, 10,13,16,21, 24-octaaza-bigcyclo [8, 8,8] hexacosan-3, 8, 12, 17, 20, 25-hex-one (COBH) bearing diaminoethane groups along the eight-atom bridges was synthesized. The structure consists of discrete neutral macrobicyclic units; the two cycles share the two tertiary amine nitrogen atoms, which exhibit an endo-cndo conformation. Three identical branches formed by 1, 2-diaminoethane link the two tertiary amine groups. The protonation reactions of cryptand (COBH) and its complex formation with copper (II) were investigated by potentiometry in water and in a DMSO/water (80:20 in mass ratio) mixture as solvents. The cryptand acts as a his-base through its two N-bridgehead and exhibits a strong cooperativity that favors the first protonation and makes the second one difficult (△pK= 5.0). An inward rotation of the amide groups to form hydrogen bonds accounts for this cooperativity. The interaction of COBH with copper (II) leads to several binuclear complex proton contents.展开更多
WC?10Co?4Cr and Cr3C2?25NiCr coatings were deposited on H13 steel by high velocity oxy fuel (HVOF) spraying. To enhance the thermal stability of the WC?10Co?4Cr coating, NiCr powders were sprayed between the surface c...WC?10Co?4Cr and Cr3C2?25NiCr coatings were deposited on H13 steel by high velocity oxy fuel (HVOF) spraying. To enhance the thermal stability of the WC?10Co?4Cr coating, NiCr powders were sprayed between the surface coating and substrate. The microstructures of the surface and cross section, thermal shock and wear resistance of these two coatings were investigated in detail. The carbon diffusion in the two coatings was explained from the view of the thermodynamic. And the adhesive strength of Cr3C2?25NiCr coating (64.40 MPa) is almost the same as that of WC?10Co?4Cr coating (61.69 MPa). The friction tests show that the Cr3C2?25NiCr coating has higher friction coefficient than the WC?10Co?4Cr coating at both 500 and 600 °C. The wear resistance of the Cr3C2?25NiCr coating is better than that of the WC?10Co?4Cr coating.展开更多
