目的探讨(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标在艾滋病患者马尔尼菲篮状菌感染早期诊断临床研究。方法回顾性选取我院2020年1月—2022年6月住院的120例艾滋病患者为研究对象。依据实验室结果,将... 目的探讨(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标在艾滋病患者马尔尼菲篮状菌感染早期诊断临床研究。方法回顾性选取我院2020年1月—2022年6月住院的120例艾滋病患者为研究对象。依据实验室结果,将其分为马尔尼菲篮状菌感染确诊组(血或组织液培育养出马尔尼菲篮状菌),简称A组(62例),及马尔尼菲篮状菌感染临床诊断组[根据临床症状、体征、血常规及(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标诊断],简称B组(58例)。检测患者(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞的表达水平,采用受试者工作特征(receiver-operating characteristic,ROC)曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)评估上述指标联合检测对艾滋病患者感染马尔尼菲篮状菌的诊断效能。结果A组的(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖和PCT水平均高于B组,CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞个数低于B组(P<0.05);(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的AUC为0.933,(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖单独检测的AUC是0.812,PCT单独检测的AUC为0.883,CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞单独检测的AUC是0.810,(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的AUC皆优于三项单独检测,表明(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的诊断价值皆优于单一指标诊断,且联合检测的特异度、约登指数分别为92.43%和0.580,均高于三项单独检测。结论(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标对艾滋病马尔尼菲篮状菌感染具有非常高的临床诊断价值,能够帮助医生分析出高危风险患者,及时制定治疗方案,同时也承担预后效果的判断依据,对治疗艾滋病马尔尼菲篮状菌感染具有非常重要的研究价值。 展开更多

The Negative Thermal Expansion Property of NdMnO_(3) Based on Pores Effect and Phase Transition

A novel negative thermal expansion(NTE) material NdMnO_(3) was synthesized by solid-state method at 1 523 K. The crystal structure, phase transition, pores effect and negative expansion properties of NdMnO_(3) were investigated by variable temperature X-ray diffraction(XRD), scanning electron microscope(SEM) and variable temperature Raman spectra. The compound exhibits NTE properties in the orderly O' phase crystal structure. When the temperature is from 293 to 759 K, the ceramic NdMnO_(3) shows negative thermal expansion of-4.7×10^(-6)/K. As temperature increases, the ceramic NdMnO_(3) presents NTE property range from 759 to 1 007 K. The average linear expansion coefficient is-18.88×10^(-6)/K. The physical mechanism of NTE is discussed and clarified through experiments. 展开更多

Photodynamic therapy(PDT)has limited effects in treating metastatic breast cancer.Immune checkpoints can deplete the function of immune cells;however,the expression of immune checkpoints after PDT is unclear.This study investigates whether the limited e±cacy of PDT is due to upregulated immune checkpoints and tries to combine the PDT and immune checkpoint inhibitor to observe the e±cacy.A metastatic breast cancer model was treated by PDT mediated by hematoporphyrin derivatives(HpD-PDT).The anti-tumor effect of HpD-PDT was observed,as well as CD4þT,CD8þT and calreticulin(CRT)by immunohistochemistry and immunofluorescence.Immune checkpoints on T cells were analyzed byflow cytometry after HpD-PDT.When combining PDT with immune checkpoint inhibitors,the antitumor effect and immune effect were assessed.For HpD-PDT at 100 mW/cm2 and 40,60 and 80 J/cm2,primary tumors were suppressed and CD4þT,CD8þT and CRT were elevated;however,distant tumors couldn't be inhibited and survival could not be prolonged.Immune checkpoints on T cells,especially PD1 and LAG-3 after HpD-PDT,were upregulated,which may explain the reason for the limited HpD-PDT effect.After PDT combined with anti-PD1 antibody,but not with anti-LAG-3 antibody,both the primary and distant tumors were signi-cantly inhibited and the survival time was prolonged,additionally,CD4þT,CD8þT,IFN-þCD4þT and TNF-þCD4þT cells were signi-cantly increased compared with HpD-PDT.HpD-PDT could not combat metastatic breast cancer.PD1 and LAG-3 were upregulated after HpD-PDT.Anti-PD1 antibody,but not anti-LAG-3 antibody,could augment the antitumor effect of HpD-PDT for treating metastatic breast cancer. 展开更多

BACKGROUND Heterogeneous ribonucleoprotein A1(hnRNPA1)has been reported to enhance the Warburg effect and promote colon cancer(CC)cell proliferation,but the role and mechanism of the miR-490-3p/hnRNPA1-b/PKM2 axis in CC have not yet been elucidated.AIM To investigate the role and mechanism of a novel miR-490-3p/hnRNPA1-b/PKM2 axis in enhancing the Warburg effect and promoting CC cell proliferation through the PI3K/AKT pathway.METHODS Paraffin-embedded pathological sections from 220 CC patients were collected and subjected to immunohistochemical analysis to determine the expression of hnRNPA1-b.The relationship between the expression values and the clinicopathological features of the patients was investigated.Differences in mRNA expression were analyzed using quantitative real-time polymerase chain reaction,while differences in protein expression were analyzed using western blot.Cell proliferation was evaluated using the cell counting kit-8 and 5-ethynyl-2’-deoxyuridine assays,and cell cycle and apoptosis were detected using flow cytometric assays.The targeted binding of miR-490-3p to hnRNPA1-b was validated using a dual luciferase reporter assay.The Warburg effect was evaluated by glucose uptake and lactic acid production assays.RESULTS The expression of hnRNPA1-b was significantly increased in CC tissues and cells compared to normal controls(P<0.05).Immunohistochemical results demonstrated significant variations in the expression of the hnRNPA1-b antigen in different stages of CC,including stage I,II-III,and IV.Furthermore,the clinicopathologic characterization revealed a significant correlation between hnRNPA1-b expression and clinical stage as well as T classification.HnRNPA1-b was found to enhance the Warburg effect through the PI3K/AKT pathway,thereby promoting proliferation of HCT116 and SW620 cells.However,the proliferation of HCT116 and SW620 cells was inhibited when miR-490-3p targeted and bound to hnRNPA1-b,effectively blocking the Warburg effect.CONCLUSION These findings suggest that the novel miR-490-3p/hnRNPA1-b/PKM2 axis could provide a new strategy for the diagnosis and treatment of CC. 展开更多

Helicity-dependent photocurrent(HDPC)of the surface states in a high-quality topological insulator(Bi_(0.7)Sb_(0.3))_(2)Te_(3)nanoplate grown by chemical vapor deposition(CVD)is investigated.By investigating the angle-dependent HDPC,it is found that the HDPC is mainly contributed by the circular photogalvanic effect(CPGE)current when the incident plane is perpendicular to the connection of the two contacts,whereas the circular photon drag effect(CPDE)dominates the HDPC when the incident plane is parallel to the connection of the two contacts.In addition,the CPGE of the(Bi_(0.7)Sb_(0.3))_(2)Te_(3)nanoplate is regulated by temperature,light power,excitation wavelength,the source–drain and ionic liquid top-gate voltages,and the regulation mechanisms are discussed.It is demonstrated that(Bi_(0.7)Sb_(0.3))_(2)Te_(3)nanoplates may provide a good platform for novel opto-spintronics devices. 展开更多

沈阳市O_(3)与PM_(2.5)关系及污染主控因素分析

PM_(2.5)与O_(3)的协同控制是空气质量持续改善的关键所在,厘清PM_(2.5)与O_(3)的关系,识别O_(3)主控因素以及量化气象和人为排放贡献是实施二者协同控制的基础.本研究基于沈阳市大气复合立体超级站2019−2022年地面观测数据,分析PM_(2.5)和O_(3)协同关系及成因;利用逐步回归模型得到影响O_(3)变化的主控因素,并估算各气象因素对O_(3)的贡献.结果表明:①沈阳市2019−2022年夏季PM_(2.5)浓度与O_(3)浓度呈正相关,有明显的协同增长效应,其余三季均呈明显负相关.究其原因,主要是由于夏季高温和高太阳辐射条件利于大气光化学反应,促进了O_(3)、PM_(2.5)中二次无机成分〔主要是硫酸盐(SO_(4)^(2−))、硝酸盐(NO_(3)−)和铵盐(NH_(4)^(+)),简称“SNA”〕共同增长所致;而冬季高排放和高大气稳定度等气象条件利于SNA和二次有机碳(SOC)非均相生成,但弱太阳辐射和低温等条件不利于O_(3)光化学生成,加之高NO的滴定效应,使SNA和SOC浓度均与O_(3)浓度呈负相关.②在观测的相关污染物和气象因子中,过氧乙酰硝酸酯(PAN)与O_(3)浓度的关系最为密切,尤其在夏季.③气象因素中,O_(3)浓度与气温高度相关,与风速也呈正相关,而与相对湿度则在各季节均呈负相关.冬、春、秋三季PM_(2.5)均对O_(3)起抑制作用,冬季尤为突出.在高浓度O_(3)污染(O_(3)浓度>160μg/m^(3))过程中,主控因素中气温和风速的抬升促进O_(3)浓度升高,而高NO2和相对湿度(RH)则有利于降低O_(3)浓度.在2019−2022年高浓度O_(3)污染过程中,气象因素对沈阳市O_(3)浓度变化的贡献高于O_(3)前体物排放的贡献,总贡献为57μg/m^(3),对污染形成起着主导作用. 展开更多

目的探讨加减参芪地黄汤在慢性肾病3-4期患者临床治疗中的作用。方法将2019年1月至2023年5月在苏州市中医医院住院及门诊治疗的慢性肾病3-4期患者60例,按随机数字表分组,各30例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上辅以肾衰宁片口服,治疗组在常... 目的探讨加减参芪地黄汤在慢性肾病3-4期患者临床治疗中的作用。方法将2019年1月至2023年5月在苏州市中医医院住院及门诊治疗的慢性肾病3-4期患者60例,按随机数字表分组,各30例。对照组在常规治疗的基础上辅以肾衰宁片口服,治疗组在常规治疗的基础上给予加减参芪地黄汤中药治疗。检测两组患者肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸等指标,比较两组患者中医证候积分及临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为86.67%,显著高于对照组(77.33%)(P<0.05)。治疗组治疗后血Scr、BUN、UA显著低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗组倦怠乏力、食少纳呆、腰膝酸软、肢体困重等证候积分与对照组比较均有统计学差异(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论加减参芪地黄汤对慢性肾病3-4期患者疗效良好,可降低血肌酐、尿素氮、尿酸,改善临床症状,延缓慢性肾脏病进展。 展开更多

用超声-喷射电沉积方法研究了超声波功率对连杆轴瓦表面Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层耐磨性的影响。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、高分辨率电子显微镜(TEM)对Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层的表面形貌、物相组成、组织结构进... 用超声-喷射电沉积方法研究了超声波功率对连杆轴瓦表面Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层耐磨性的影响。用扫描电子显微镜(SEM)、能谱分析仪(EDS)、X射线衍射仪(XRD)、高分辨率电子显微镜(TEM)对Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层的表面形貌、物相组成、组织结构进行分析,用摩擦磨损试验机及纳米显微硬度计对镀层的显微硬度及耐磨性能进行研究。结果表明:超声波功率通过空化效应及微射流作用搅拌镀液,可使Al_(2)O_(3)纳米粒子更好的悬浮在镀液中,从而影响镀层耐磨性。当超声波功率为200 W时,Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层中Ni峰低且宽,镀层晶粒细小,结构致密,显微硬度达到639.2HV,摩擦因数和磨损质量损失分别为0.53和0.27 mg。涂覆Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层的连杆轴瓦磨损量仅为0.31 mg,耐磨性高于未涂覆Ni-Al_(2)O_(3)镀层的连杆轴瓦。 展开更多

Accurate 3-dimensional(3-D)reconstruction technology for nondestructive testing based on digital radiography(DR)is of great importance for alleviating the drawbacks of the existing computed tomography(CT)-based method.The commonly used Monte Carlo simulation method ensures well-performing imaging results for DR.However,for 3-D reconstruction,it is limited by its high time consumption.To solve this problem,this study proposes a parallel computing method to accelerate Monte Carlo simulation for projection images with a parallel interface and a specific DR application.The images are utilized for 3-D reconstruction of the test model.We verify the accuracy of parallel computing for DR and evaluate the performance of two parallel computing modes-multithreaded applications(G4-MT)and message-passing interfaces(G4-MPI)-by assessing parallel speedup and efficiency.This study explores the scalability of the hybrid G4-MPI and G4-MT modes.The results show that the two parallel computing modes can significantly reduce the Monte Carlo simulation time because the parallel speedup increment of Monte Carlo simulations can be considered linear growth,and the parallel efficiency is maintained at a high level.The hybrid mode has strong scalability,as the overall run time of the 180 simulations using 320 threads is 15.35 h with 10 billion particles emitted,and the parallel speedup can be up to 151.36.The 3-D reconstruction of the model is achieved based on the filtered back projection(FBP)algorithm using 180 projection images obtained with the hybrid G4-MPI and G4-MT.The quality of the reconstructed sliced images is satisfactory because the images can reflect the internal structure of the test model.This method is applied to a complex model,and the quality of the reconstructed images is evaluated. 展开更多

目的:探讨血清25-羟维生素-D3(25-hydroxyvitamin D3,25-(OH)-D3)、超敏C反应蛋白(High sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、心电图参数变化与ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者经皮冠... 目的:探讨血清25-羟维生素-D3(25-hydroxyvitamin D3,25-(OH)-D3)、超敏C反应蛋白(High sensitivity C-reactive protein,hs-CRP)、心电图参数变化与ST段抬高型心肌梗死(ST segment elevation myocardial infarction,STEMI)患者经皮冠脉介入术(Percutaneous coronary intervention,PCI)后发生恶性心律失常的关系。方法:选取我院2020年1月至2022年6月实施PCI治疗的193例STEMI患者作为研究对象,根据患者术后72h内是否发生恶性心律失常分为心律失常组38例、对照组155例,对比两组患者入院12h内的25-(OH)-D3、hs-CRP、血清电解质、血常规指标、血脂指标、心肌酶学指标,并对患者PCI术后实施连续动态心电图监测,对比两组患者心电图碎裂QRS波、校正Tp-e间期(Corrected Tp-e interval,Tp-ec)、QT离散度(QT dispersion,Qtd),并采用Logistic回归模型分析上述指标与STEMI患者PCI术后发生恶性心律失常的关系。结果:心律失常组患者的血清25-(OH)-D3水平低于对照组,心律失常组患者的血清hs-CRP、Tp-ec测定值、Qtd测定值、碎裂QRS波检出率均高于对照组,上述指标组间差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05);心律失常组患者的白细胞(White blood cell,WBC)、肌钙蛋白I(Troponin I,cTnI)、肌酸激酶同工酶(Creatine kinase isoenzyme,CK-MB)、肌红蛋白(Myoglobin,MYO)、K+、Mg 2+水平均高于对照组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);Logistic回归模型结果显示:cTnI、CK-MB、K+、hs-CRP、Tp-ec、Qtd增高,碎裂QRS波阳性会显著增大STEMI患者PCI后发生恶性心律失常的风险(P<0.05);血清25-(OH)-D3水平增高会降低STEMI患者PCI后发生恶性心律失常的风险(P<0.05)。结论:STEMI患者血清25-(OH)-D3水平降低、hs-CRP增高、PCI术后Tp-ec、Qtd增高、出现碎裂QRS波会增大患者出现恶性心律失常的风险。 展开更多

Electrocatalyst designs based on oxophilic foreign atoms are considered a promising approach for developing efficient pH-universal hydrogen evolution reaction(HER)electrocatalysts by overcoming the sluggish alkaline HER kinetics.Here,we design ternary transition metals-based nickel telluride(Mo WNi Te)catalysts consisting of high valence non-3d Mo and W metals and oxophilic Te as a first demonstration of non-precious heterogeneous electrocatalysts following the bifunctional mechanism.The Mo WNi Te showed excellent HER catalytic performance with overpotentials of 72,125,and 182 mV to reach the current densities of 10,100,and 1000 mA cm^(-2),respectively,and the corresponding Tafel slope of 47,52,and 58 mV dec-1in alkaline media,which is much superior to commercial Pt/C.Additionally,the HER performance of Mo WNi Te is well maintained up to 3000 h at the current density of 100 mA cm^(-2).It is further demonstrated that the Mo WNi Te exhibits remarkable HER activities with an overpotential of 45 mV(31 mV)and Tafel slope of 60 mV dec-1(34 mV dec-1)at 10 mA cm^(-2)in neutral(acid)media.The superior HER performance of Mo WNi Te is attributed to the electronic structure modulation,inducing highly active low valence states by the incorporation of high valence non-3d transition metals.It is also attributed to the oxophilic effect of Te,accelerating water dissociation kinetics through a bifunctional catalytic mechanism in alkaline media.Density functional theory calculations further reveal that such synergistic effects lead to reduced free energy for an efficient water dissociation process,resulting in remarkable HER catalytic performances within universal pH environments. 展开更多

To realize the technological potential, understanding the reliability mechanisms of the3 D RRAM array has become a field of intense research. In this work, the endurance performance of the 3D 1D1 R crossbar array under the thermal effect is investigated in terms of numerical simulation. It is revealed that the endurance performance of the 3D 1D1 R array would be seriously deteriorated under thermal effects as the feature size scales down to a relatively small value. 3-dimension(3-D)printing technology is growing strongly with many applications,one of which is the garment industry.The application of human body models to the garment industry is necessary to respond to the increasin... 3-dimension(3-D)printing technology is growing strongly with many applications,one of which is the garment industry.The application of human body models to the garment industry is necessary to respond to the increasing personalization demand and still guarantee aesthetics.This paper proposes amethod to construct 3-D human models by applying deep learning.We calculate the location of the main slices of the human body,including the neck,chest,belly,buttocks,and the rings of the extremities,using pre-existing information.Then,on the positioning frame,we find the key points(fixed and unaltered)of these key slices and update these points tomatch the current parameters.To add points to a star slice,we use a deep learning model tomimic the form of the human body at that slice position.We use interpolation to produce sub-slices of different body sections based on the main slices to create complete body parts morphologically.We combine all slices to construct a full 3-D representation of the human body. 展开更多

In practical lithium-sulfur batteries(LSBs),the shuttle effect and Li cycling coulombic efficiency(CE) are strongly affected by the physicochemical properties of solid electrolyte interphase(SEI).LiNO_(3) is widely used as an additive in electrolytes to build a high-quality SEI,but its self-sacrificial nature limits the ability to mitigate the shuttle effect and stabilize Li anode during long-term cycling.To counteract LiNO_(3) consumption during long-term cycling without using a high initial concentration,inspired by sustainedrelease drugs,we encapsulated LiNO_(3) in lithiated Nafion polymer and added an electrolyte co-solvent(1,1,2,2-tetrafluoroethylene 2,2,2-trifluoromethyl ether) with poor LiNO_(3) solubility to construct highquality and durable F-and N-rich SEI.Theoretical calculations,experiments,multiphysics simulations,and in-situ observations confirmed that the F-and N-rich SEI can modulate lithium deposition behavior and allow persistent repair of SEI during prolonged cycling.Hence,the F-and N-rich SEI improves the Li anode cycling CE to 99.63% and alleviates the shuttle effect during long-term cycling.The lithium anode with sustainable F-and N-rich SEI shows a stable Li plating/stripping over 2000 h at 1 mA cm^(-2).As expected,Li‖S full cells with this SEI achieved a long lifespan of 250 cycles,far exceeding cells with a routine SEI.The Li‖S pouch cell based on F-and N-rich SEI also can achieve a high energy density of about300 Wh kg^(-1) at initial cycles.This strategy provides a novel design for high-quality and durable SEls in LSBs and may also be extendable to other alkali metal batteries. 展开更多

目的探讨正五聚蛋白3(pentraxin 3,PTX3)与大血管闭塞型急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)患者机械取栓首次通过效应的关系。方法选取2023年1~8月在聊城市人民医院进行治疗的大血管闭塞型AIS患者136例,进行机械取栓根据是否... 目的探讨正五聚蛋白3(pentraxin 3,PTX3)与大血管闭塞型急性缺血性脑卒中(acute ischemic stroke,AIS)患者机械取栓首次通过效应的关系。方法选取2023年1~8月在聊城市人民医院进行治疗的大血管闭塞型AIS患者136例,进行机械取栓根据是否获得首次通过效应将其分为首次通过组(n=41)以及未首次通过组(n=95)。收集所有患者的临床资料并检测血清PTX3的水平。对所有患者进行三个月的随访,根据改良Rankin评分判定预后情况。采用多因素Logistic回归法分析大血管闭塞型AIS患者首次通过效应的影响因素,采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析血清PTX3对大血管闭塞型AIS患者首次通过效应的预测价值。结果首次通过组的预后情况良好率高于未首次通过组(56.10%vs 36.84%),差异具有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.341,P=0.037)。与未首次通过组相比,首次通过组的年龄(59.38±5.12岁)、高血压比例(43.90%)、入院美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(national institute of health stroke scale,NIHSS)评分(13.58±4.16分)以及血清PTX3水平(1.21±0.32 ng/L)均低于未首次通过组(63.45±7.61岁,65.26%,15.75±5.13分,1.71±0.41ng/L),差异具有统计学意义(t/χ^(2)=3.129,5.395,2.389,6.944,均P<0.05)。经多因素Logistic回归法分析显示,年龄较小[OR(95%CI):0.859(0.752~0.982)]、无高血压[OR(95%CI):0.672(0.480~0.942)]、入院NIHSS评分下降[OR(95%CI):0.867(0.781~0.962)]以及血清PTX3水平下降[OR(95%CI):0.558(0.326~0.954)]均是大血管闭塞型AIS患者机械取栓首次通过效应的影响因素(Waldχ^(2)值=4.997,5.238,7.280,4.543,均P<0.05)。经过三个月随访,预后良好组的血清PTX3水平低于预后不良组(1.28±0.39 ng/L vs 1.65±0.43 ng/L),差异具有统计学意义(t=5.111,P<0.001)。经ROC分析显示,血清PTX3对大血管闭塞型AIS患者首次通过效应和不良预后的预测价值较高,曲线下面积(95%CI)分别为0.785(0.703~0.866)和0.734(0.651~0.806),最佳临界值分别为1.38 ng/L和1.56 ng/L。结论大血管闭塞型AIS患者机械取栓获得首次通过效应利于短期预后,血清PTX3的表达情况与大血管闭塞型AIS患者首次通过效应密切相关,且该指标对患者能否获得首次通过效应有较高的预测价值。 展开更多

This paper concerns the sonic-supersonic structures of the transonic crossflow generated by the steady supersonic flow past an infinite cone of arbitrary cross section.Under the conical assumption,the three-dimensional(3-D)steady Euler equations can be projected onto the unit sphere and the state of fluid can be characterized by the polar and azimuthal angles.Given a segment smooth curve as a conical-sonic line in the polar-azimuthal angle plane,we construct a classical conical-supersonic solution near the curve under some reasonable assumptions.To overcome the difficulty caused by the parabolic degeneracy,we apply the characteristic decomposition technique to transform the Euler equations into a new degenerate hyperbolic system in a partial hodograph plane.The singular terms are isolated from the highly nonlinear complicated system and then can be handled successfully.We establish a smooth local solution to the new system in a suitable weighted metric space and then express the solution in terms of the original variables. 展开更多
