In this study, instead of using simulation analysis method as in the previous researches, the 3D rotation matrix method is applied to present the relationship of angular velocities of input shaft and output shaft. Methods :A biosystem model of the man femoral hip joint by using the GE ( General Electric) lightspeed multi-lay spiral CT is conducted. A 3D finite element model is established by employing the finite element software ANSYS. The FE analysis mainly concentrates on the effects of the impact directions arising from intense movements and the parenchyma on the femoral hip joint on the stress distributions of the proximal femur. Results:The parenchyma on the hip joint has relatively large relaxation effect on the impact loads. Conclusion:Effects of the angle δ of the impact load to the anterior direction and the angle γ of the impact load to the femur shaft on the bone fracture are given;δ has larger effect on the stress and strain distributions than the angle γ,which mainly represents the fracture of the upper femur including the femoral neck fracture when the posterolateral femur is impacted, consistent with the clinical resuits.展开更多

The new structure is composed of three components: lubricant, artificial joint and artificial joint capsule. The lubricant sealed in the capsule can not only reduce the wear of the artificial joint but also prevents the wear particles leaking into the body. So unexpected reactions between the wear particles and body can be avoided completely. A three-dimensional (3-D) finite element analysis (FEA) model was created for a bionic knee joint with capsule. The stresses and their distribution in the artificial capsule were simulated with different thickness, loadings, and flexion angles. The results show that the maximum stress occurs in the area between the artificial joint and the capsule. The effects of capsule thickness and the angles of flexion on stress are discussed in detail.展开更多

As infilled joints often exist under unsaturated condition, this study investigated the influence of matric suction of infill on the overall joint shear strength. A novel technique that allows direct measurement of matric suction of infill using high capacity tensiometers(HCTs) during direct shear of infilled joints under constant normal stiffness(CNS) is described. The CNS apparatus was modified to accommodate the HCT and the procedure is explained in detail. Joint specimens were simulated by gypsum plaster using threedimensional(3D) printed surface moulds, and filled with kaolin and sand mixture prepared at different water contents. Shear behaviours of both planar infilled joints and rough joints having joint roughness coefficients(JRCs) of 8-10 and 18-20 with the ratios of infill thickness to asperity height(t/a)equal to 0.5 were investigated. Matric suction shows predominantly unimodal behaviour during shearing of both planar and rough joints, which is closely associated with the variation of unloading rate and volumetric changes of the infill material. As expected, two-peak behaviour was observed for the rough joints and both peaks increased with the increase of infill matric suction. The results suggest that the contribution of matric suction of infill on the joint peak normalised shear stress is relatively independent of the joint roughness.展开更多

But the model of doll which can be obtained is static so the posture of the doll is single. On the other hand, the modification of the model is very difficult to non-professions. This paper proposes an rapid generation method of character doll with rotatable limbs, which is through adding the sphere joint to the doll's model automatically. After the model is segmented by drawing a line interactively, the sphere joint is created based on the segmentation boundary through entity modeling method. Lastly the two models of the doll and the joint are composited and printed. Some doll's model are tested on the FDM(Fused Deposition Modeling) 3D printer using this process. The results are more interesting and the efficiency has been greatly improved compared with modifying the model manually.展开更多

The effects of capsule thickness and the angles of flexion on stress are discussed in detail.

文摘Pre-existing discontinuities change the mechanical properties of rock masses, and further influence failure behavior around an underground opening. In present study, the failure behavior in both Inner and Outer zones around a circular opening in a non-persistently jointed rock mass under biaxial compression was investigated through numerical simulations.First, the micro parameters of the PFC^(3D) model were carefully calibrated using the macro mechanical properties determined in physical experiments implemented on jointed rock models. Then,a parametrical study was undertaken of the effect of stress condition, joint dip angle and joint persistency.Under low initial stress, the confining stress improves the mechanical behavior of the surrounding rock masses;while under high initial stress, the surrounding rock mass failed immediately following excavation. At small dip angles the cracks around the circular opening developed generally outwards in a step-path failure pattern;whereas,at high dip angles the surrounding rock mass failed in an instantaneous intact rock failure pattern. Moreover, the stability of the rock mass around the circular opening deteriorated significantly with increasing joint persistency.

文摘A near-field three-dimensional(3 D)imaging method combining multichannel joint sparse recovery(MJSR)and fast Gaussian gridding nonuniform fast Fourier transform(FGGNUFFT)is proposed, based on a perfect combination of the compressed sensing(CS)theory and the matched filtering(MF)technique. The approach has the advantages of high precision and high efficiency:multichannel joint sparse constraint is adopted to improve the problem that the images recovered by the single channel imaging algorithms do not necessarily share the same positions of the scattering centers;the CS dictionary is constructed by combining MF and FGG-NUFFT,so as to improve the imaging efficiency and memory requirement.Firstly,a near-field 3 D imaging model of joint sparse recovery is constructed by combining the MF-based imaging method.Secondly,FGG-NUFFT and reverse FGG-NUFFT are used to replace the interpolation and Fourier transform in MF-based imaging methods, and a sensing matrix with high precision and high efficiency is constructed according to the traditional imaging process.Thirdly,a fast imaging recovery is performed by using the improved separable surrogate functionals(SSF)optimization algorithm, only with matrix and vector multiplication. Finally,a 3 D imagery of the near-field target is obtained by using both the horizontal and the pitching interferometric phase information. This paper contains two imaging models, the only difference is the sub-aperture method used in inverse synthetic aperture radar(ISAR)imaging.Compared to traditional CS-based imaging methods, the proposed method includes both forward transform and inverse transform in each iteration, which improves the quality of reconstruction. The experimental results show that, the proposed method improves the imaging accuracy by about O(10),accelerates the imaging speed by five times and reduces the memory usage by about O(10~2).

文摘The 3-D velocity tomography image of the central-eastern part of Qilianshan is obtained by the joint inversion of 3-D velocity structure and focal parameters based on the S-P data of micro-earthquakes recorded by the digital seismic network set up for a Sino-French cooperation program since 1996. The inversed velocity structure does primarily reflect some important features of the deep structure in the region and provide the scientific background for the further study of active tectonic structure and the calculation of earthquake parameters.

文摘Rock joints infilled with sediments can strongly influence the strength of rock mass. The results suggest that the contribution of matric suction of infill on the joint peak normalised shear stress is relatively independent of the joint roughness.

文摘Currently, 3D printing of the character dolls is a very practical application for the average person. The results are more interesting and the efficiency has been greatly improved compared with modifying the model manually.
