以三聚氯氰为起始原料,与间二甲苯和间苯二酚在氯化铝和浓盐酸的催化作用下经两次傅克反应一锅法合成了4-[4,6-二(2,4-二甲苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]-1,3-苯二醇,产物结构经^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR和ESI-MS进行了确证。采用单因素实验考察... 以三聚氯氰为起始原料,与间二甲苯和间苯二酚在氯化铝和浓盐酸的催化作用下经两次傅克反应一锅法合成了4-[4,6-二(2,4-二甲苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]-1,3-苯二醇,产物结构经^(1)H NMR、^(13)C NMR和ESI-MS进行了确证。采用单因素实验考察了催化剂种类、助催化剂用量、反应温度和反应时间对该反应的影响。实验结果表明,较佳的反应条件为:以氯化铝为催化剂,浓盐酸用量为氯化铝质量的6%、第一步反应温度为5℃,第二步反应温度为80℃,4-[4,6-二(2,4-二甲苯基)-1,3,5-三嗪-2-基]-1,3-苯二醇的收率可达91.5%,纯度为99.3%。 展开更多

Fluorine substituted 4-thiazolidinone 5 bearing 1,2,4-triazinone obtained from the condensation of 3-Amino-6(2’-aminophenyl)-1,2,4-triazin-5(4H)-one (2) with an aromatic aldehyde followed by cycloaddition with mercaptoacetic acid afforded the thiazolidinone (4), and treatment with ethyl trifluoroacetate. Structure of the products has been deduced from their correct elemental analysis and spectral measurements. The antifungal activity of the new fluorinated target also has been evaluated. 展开更多

A new heat-resistant, soluble polymer, poly(phenyl-1,2,4-triazine imide), has been prepared via a two-step method of polycondensation of N,N'-bis(4-benzil)pyromellitimide and terephthalamidrazone in cresol, followed by curing at higher temperature. The rigid 1,2,4-triazine group increases the solubility of the polyimide so that the polymer is soluble in cresol, N-methyl-2-pyrrolidone (NMP), trifluoroacetic acid and concentrated sulfuric acid, etc. Thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) indicates that this novel polyimide has good thermal stability with a high decomposition temperature of 447degreesC in air and of 423 degreesC in N-2, It has a tensile strength of 107.4 MI'a with an elongation at break of around 7.6%. 展开更多

A differential pulse voltammetric method was developed for the sensitive andselective determination of Cu(II) at 4-methoxy-2,6-bis(3,5-dimethylpyrazoyl)-l,3,5-triazine modifiedcarbon paste electrode in 0.05 mol/L KHC_8H_4O_4 solution (pH = 4.02). The oxidation peak of Cu(II)was observed at 0.065 V(vs Ag/AgCl) by scanning the potential in positive direction. The analysisprocedure consisted of an open circuit accumulation step in stirred sample solution. It was followedby medium exchange to a clean solution and subsequently an anodic potential scan was affected toobtain the voltammetric peak. The current was proportional to the concentration of the Cu(II) ion ina range of 1 X 10^(-7) -1 X 10^(-4) mol/L for 6 min accumulation; the most of metal ions did notinterfere with the determination. The developed method was applied to Cu (II) determination incoal-ash sample, the results agreed with that of atomic adsorption spectroscopy (AAS). 展开更多

Reaction products of 2,4,6-tris(4-phenyl-phenoxy)-1,3,5-triazine derived from 4-phenylphenol cyanate ester and phenyl glycidyl ether were analyzed. In addition to an isocyanurate compound and an oxazolidone compound which were well known as reaction products of cyanate esters and epoxy resins, compounds with hybrid ring structure of cyanurate/isocyanurate were determined. Gibbs free energies of the compound having hybrid ring structure of cyanurate/isocyanurate with two isocyanurate moiety were found to be lower than that of the compound with cyanurate ring structure through calculations. Calculation data supported the existence of hybrid ring structure of cy-anurate/isocyanurate. It was revealed that isomerization from cyanurate to isocyanurate occurs via hybrid ring structure of cyanurate/isocyanurate in the reaction of aryl cyanurate and epoxy. 展开更多

目的设计合成3-芳基-6-(溴代芳甲基)-7H-噻唑并[3,2-b]-1,2,4-三嗪-7-酮类化合物,并探讨C-6位芳甲基上引入溴原子对其乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性的影响。方法以4-羟基苯甲醛为原料,经溴代反应,得到3-溴-4-羟基苯甲醛和3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯甲醛... 目的设计合成3-芳基-6-(溴代芳甲基)-7H-噻唑并[3,2-b]-1,2,4-三嗪-7-酮类化合物,并探讨C-6位芳甲基上引入溴原子对其乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性的影响。方法以4-羟基苯甲醛为原料,经溴代反应,得到3-溴-4-羟基苯甲醛和3,5-二溴-4-羟基苯甲醛,再将溴代的4-羟基苯甲醛与乙酰甘氨酸经Erlenmeyer-Plchl反应、水解反应、缩合反应合成目标化合物3-芳基-6-(溴代芳甲基)-7H-噻唑并[3,2-b]-1,2,4-三嗪-7-酮类化合物。采用Ellman法对目标化合物进行体外乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性筛选。结果所有目标化合物的结构均经红外光谱、质谱和核磁共振氢谱确证。目标化合物经体外乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性筛选,结果显示:所有目标化合物均具有乙酰胆碱酯酶抑制活性,其中8个化合物在10μmol.L-1浓度水平抑制活性超过了40%。结论在7H-噻唑并[3,2-b]-1,2,4-三嗪-7-酮类化合物母核C-6位芳甲基中引入溴原子的3-芳基-6-(溴代芳甲基)-7H-噻唑并[3,2-b]-1,2,4-三嗪-7-酮类化合物普遍具有较高的AChE抑制活性,并且引入2个溴原子的化合物抑制活性明显高于引入1个溴原子的化合物。 展开更多
