A new complex [Cd(hba)2(bib)]n·nH2O(1,Hhba = 3-hydroxybenzoic acid,bib = 1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)-butane) has been hydrothermally synthesized and characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum,thermogravimetric analysis,fluorescence spectrum,and singlecrystal X-ray diffraction.Yellow crystal crystallizes in the orthorhombic system,space group Pbca with a = 16.220(5),b = 14.980(5),c = 20.521(5) ?,V = 4986(3) ?~3,C(24)H(26)CdN4O7,Mr = 594.89,Dc = 1.585 g/cm^3,μ(Mo Kα) = 0.927 mm^(-1),F(000) = 2416,Z = 8,the final R = 0.0242 and w R = 0.0589 for 4076 observed reflections(I 〉 2s(I)).In 1,the Cd(Ⅱ) ion takes a six-coordination mode,and bib ligand bridges adjacent Cd(Ⅱ) ions to generate 1D zigzag chains; these neighboring chains are connected by O–H···O hydrogen bonding interactions,producing a 2D folded layered structure.Furthermore,by O–H···O hydrogen bonding between layers and layers,a 3D supramolecular architecture is formed.In addition,we analyzed Natural Bond Orbital(NBO) in using the PBE0/LANL2 DZ method built in Gaussian 03 Program.The calculation results indicated obvious covalent interaction between the coordinated atoms and Cd(Ⅱ) ion. 展开更多

ABSTRACT Four novel 1D lanthanide coordination polymers with formula [Ln(3,4-pybz)3(HzO)2. H2O]n (Ln = 1 Sm; 2 Eu; 3 Tb; 4 Dy, 3,4-Hpybz = 3-(pyridin-4-yl)benzoic acid) have been synthesized by hydrothermal reactions of lanthanide oxide and 3-(pyridine-4-yl) benzoic acid. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction shows that the four compounds are isostructural. They all crystallize in a monoelinic system, space group P1^-. They have a doubly carboxylate-bridged infinite-chain structure with alternating Ln-(carboxylate)2-Ln linkages and one chelating carboxylate group on each metal center. The Ln ion also combines to two water molecules to form an eight-coordinate square antiprismatic geometry. The pyridine nitrogen atoms of the ligand do not coordinate to the metal centers but direct the formation of a 3D network through hydrogen bonding with coordinated water molecules. The photoluminescent properties of 2 and 3 have been also studied. 展开更多

Two inorganic-organic coordination polymers, [Cd(TBA)2]·3H2O (1) and [Cu(TBA)2]·2H2O (2) have been synthesized by reaction of the metal ions of Cd(II) and Cu(II) with the ligand HTBA [HTBA = 4- (1H-1, 2, 4-triazol-1-yl)benzoic acid] under solvothermal condition. The compounds were characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction, elemental analysis, IR spectroscopy, X-ray powder diffraction (XRPD), and thermo gravimetric analysis (TGA). The structural analyses reveal the two independent polymers exhibit different structures. Complex 1 exhibits a 3D framework with 1D channels, and complex 2 shows a 2-fold interpenetrating 3D diamond net. 展开更多

A new coordination polymer {[Cd(C_(21)H_(14)N_6)(C_8H_4O_4)]·H_2O}_n(1) was synthesized by an elaborate design via the reaction of 3-(2,6-di(pyrazin-2-yl)pyridin-4-yl)-1H-indole(bppi),1,4-benzene-... A new coordination polymer {[Cd(C_(21)H_(14)N_6)(C_8H_4O_4)]·H_2O}_n(1) was synthesized by an elaborate design via the reaction of 3-(2,6-di(pyrazin-2-yl)pyridin-4-yl)-1H-indole(bppi),1,4-benzene-dicarboxylic acid(H2bdc) and cadmium(Ⅱ) nitrate in CH_3OH/H_2O mixed solvents. Complex 1 crystallizes in orthorhombic,space group Ccca with a = 20.012(4),b = 31.881(6),c = 19.808(4) ?,V = 12638(4) ?~3,Z = 16,C_(29)H_(20)CdN_6O_5,M_r = 644.91,D_c = 1.356 g·cm^(-3),μ = 0.735 mm^(-1),F(000) = 5184,GOOF = 1.046,the final R = 0.0405 and wR = 0.1063 for 6870 observed reflections(I 〉 2σ(I)). The Cd(Ⅱ) centre is hepta-coordinated by three N and four O atoms from one bppi terminal ligand and two bdc2– ligands,respectively,displaying a capped trigonal prism geometry. Structure extension gives coordination polymeric chains,in which the bdc2– linkers connect Cd(Ⅱ) cations into a one-dimensional(1D) coordination polymer along the c axis,giving zigzag chains with the Cd···Cd separation of 11.178(1) ?. The adjacent bppi terminal ligands in the chains are anti-periplanar conformation. The three-dimensional(3D) structure is stabilized by π···π stacking and hydrogen-bonding interactions to form a supramolecular self-penetrating network with 1D channels. In 1,there are voids 2999.7 ?~3 with 23.7% of per unit cell volume. Thermal analysis indicates that the framework of 1 is stable until 651 K and the photoluminescence of 1 in the solid shows very weak fluorescence at 382 and 560 nm upon excitation at 310 nm. 展开更多

A Zn(Ⅱ) supramolecular coordination polymer, {[Zn2(L)2(m-bix)(H20)]6H2O}n(1), with an interesting 1D→2D polythreading array from a flexible and angular organic aromaticpolycarboxylate ligand 5-(4-hydroxypyridinium-l-ylmethyl)isophthalic acid (H2L), and N-donorligand 1,3-bis(imidazol-l-ylmethyl)benzene (m-bix), has been obtained under hydrothermalconditions and characterized by elemental analysis, powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD), IR, thermalgravimetric analyses (TGA) and single-crystal X-ray diffraction. In 1, the Zn(Ⅱ) center has twocoordination geometries. One exhibits a trigonal bipyramidal coordination sphere, and the other isa tetrahedral geometry; L2- has two different coordination modes, with one connecting three Zn(Ⅱ)ions through two monodentate carboxylate groups and the monodentate hydroxyl group, and theother bridging two Zn(Ⅱ) ions through two carboxylate groups. The L2- anions connect the Zn(Ⅱ)centers forming an infinite 1D tubular structure. These 1D tubes are interconnected by the m-bixspacers to form a 2D framework. Such 2D layers are further assembled into a 3D supramolecularnetwork via hydrogen bonds. Meanwhile, the luminescent property of 1 has also been investigatedin detail. 展开更多

It crystallizes in the triclinic system, space group P1 with a=8.779(2), b=10.909(3), c=12.739(3), α=72.45(2), β=75.13(2), γ=86.47(2)°, V=1124.1(5) 3, Z=2, Mr=516.14, Dc=1.525 g/cm3, μ=0.912 mm-1, Rint=0.0532, F(000)=532, the final R=0.0523 and wR=0.1089 for 3949 observed reflections(I〉2σ(I)). The coordination around the Ni center is a distorted octahedron coordination geometry involving two protonated H2dpa ligands, two bpe ligands, and one coordinated H2O molecule. The dpa2- anion, as a bridging ligand, connects two Ni centers to form binuclear units, which are linked together by the bpe ligands to form two-dimensional layers, and the interlayer hydrogen bonding further extends the 2D sheet into a 3D supramolecular framework. 展开更多

Complex 1 crystallizes in monoclinic space group P21/c with a = 8.342(8), b = 14.61(1), c = 11.487(1), β = 90.78(9)°, V = 1400.4(2)3, Z = 4, C11H11N3O9Y, Mr = 418.14, Dc = 1.983 g/cm3, F(000) = 836, Rint = 0.0509, T = 293(2) K, μ = 4.240 mm-1, the final R = 0.0477 and wR = 0.1125 for 2770 observed reflections with I 2σ(I). Compound 1 exhibits a 3D framework and generates the 1D open channels filled with free water molecules. The structure of 1 can be rationalized as a diamondoid network when the atom yttrium is regarded as a 4-connected node linking four surrounding yttrium atoms. Hydrothermal reactions of three aromatic polycarboxylic acids and the transitional metal cations in the presence of phen and 1,4-bib afford three new coordination polymers: [Cd2(bpp)1.5(Hbpp)(phen)2]n (1), [Mn3(Htptc)2(phen)2(H2O)2]n (2), and {[Cu(btc)0.5(1,4- bib)]·2H2O}n(3) (H2bpp = 2,6-bis(4'-carboxyphenyl)-4-phenylpyridine, H4tptc = terphenyl-2,5,2',5'-tetracar- boxylic acid, H4btc =biphenyl-2,2',4,4'-tetracarboxylic acid, phen =1,10-phenanthroline, and 1,4-bib = 1,4-bis(1H-imidazol-1-yl)benzene). Their structures have been determined by single- crystal X-ray diffraction analyses, elemental analyses, IR spectra, and powder X-ray diffraction (PXRD) analyses. In compound 1, the CdII cations are linked by bpp2- to form one ladder structure, based on which a 3D network is constructed with the help of non-covalent interactions. The topology of 2 is a 3D (3,4,5)-connected framework with the Point Schl?fli symbol of (42.6)2(43.62.8)(45.64.8)2. Three new different dimensional coordination polymers, namely, [Zn(BA-)2(4,4?-bib)-1.5]n(1), [Zn(4-Br BA-)2(1,4-bmb)]n(2) and [Mn(4-Br BA)2(4,4?-bib)]n(3) have been assembled through the mixed-ligand synthetic strategy(4-HBr BA = 4-bromobenzoic acid, HBA = benzoic acid, 1,4-bmb = 1,4-bis(1 H-imidazol-4-yl)benzene, 4,4?-bib = 4,4?-bis(imidazolyl)biphenyl). Their structures have been determined by single-crystal X-ray diffraction analyses and further characterized by elemental analyses(EA), powder X-ray diffraction(PXRD), and thermogravimetric(TG) analyses. Single-crystal X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the crystals of complexes 1~3 are all in triclinic systems, space group P1. Complexes 1 and 2 are 0D binuclear structures, and 3 is a 1 D chain. A new complex[Zn(3,4-APT)2(H2 O)4]·8 H2 O(1,3,4-HAPT=4-(5-(pyridin-3-yl)-4 H-1,2,4-triazol-3-yl)benzoic acid)has been prepared and characterized by elemental analysis,X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis,thermogravimetric analysis and infrared spectrum analysis.Theoretical calculation based on density functional theory(DFT)is also employed to explicate frontier orbitals of 3,4-HAPT.X-ray single-crystal diffraction analysis reveals that 1 belongs to the triclinic system,space group P1 with a=7.5123(3),b=8.6745(3),c=15.2074(6)Å,α=78.469(1),β=87.387(1),γ=65.448(1)°,V=882.42(6)Å,Z=1,D_(c)=1.528 g·cm^(–3),μ=0.780 mm^(–1),M_(r)=812.09,F(000)=424,the final R=0.0401 and wR=0.1136.Zn(II)ion is coordinated by two N atoms from two 3,4-HAPT as well as four O atoms from four coordinated water molecules,forming a 0D motif with distorted octahedral coordinated geometry.The adjacent 0 D units are linked into a 3 D supramolecular structure through hydrogen bonding interaction.In addition,complex 1 exhibits better antifungal activity against Colletotrichum gloeosporioides Penz than the ligand and metal salt by MIC,MBC tests and Kirby-Bauer disc diffusion method which exhibit potential application in the antifungal fields. 展开更多

A new complex[Cd(nph)(bix)]n(1,H2nph=4-nitrophthalic acid,bix=1,4-bis(imidazol-1-yl)-benzene)has been successfully synthesized under hydrothermal conditions.Its structure has been characterized by elemental analysis,IR spectrum,TG,single-crystal and powder X-ray diffractions.The Cd^2+ion has a distorted octahedral environment with four O atoms from two nph ligands and two N atoms from two bix ligands.Each bix acts as a cis-conformation bridging ligand to link the neighboring[Cd2(nph)]subunit to form tetranuclear subunits with 42-ring,which are bridged again by bix ligands to yield a two-dimensional network structure.It was stabilized by C–H···O hydrogen bonding andπ-πinteractions,and extended into a 3D supramolecular architecture.Moreover,the luminescent properties of complex 1 have been investigated in the solid state. 展开更多

2-(5-Amino-1,2,4-thiadiazol-3-yl)-2-(Z)-meth-oxyiminoacetic acid 2-benzothiazolyl thioester(III),an important intermediate of the fourth generation cephalos-porins,was efficiently synthesized by reacting 2-(5-amino-1,... 2-(5-Amino-1,2,4-thiadiazol-3-yl)-2-(Z)-meth-oxyiminoacetic acid 2-benzothiazolyl thioester(III),an important intermediate of the fourth generation cephalos-porins,was efficiently synthesized by reacting 2-(5-amino-1,2,4-thiadiazol-3-yl)-2-(Z)-methoxyiminoacetic acid(I)with 2,29-dibenzothiazole disulfide(II)in the presence of triphenylphosphine.Effects of reaction time,temperature,solvents,catalysts and feeding molar ratio on the yield and quality of products were investigated,and an im-proved procedure suitable for industrial production was established.Using 1,2-dichloroethane as solvent,triphe-nylphosphine as reducer,and triethylamine as catalyst,n(I):n(II):n(triphenylphosphine)51.0:1.0:1.0,the product was obtained at room temperature in 98.1%yield.The purity of the product without further purification is 98.7%determined by HPLC method.This procedure could be a suitable alternative to the traditional processes because of its easy handling,high yield and low cost. 展开更多

On the line of a previous work on the spectral properties of some of heteroaryl chalcone, the effect of medium acidity and photoreactivity of 3-(4-dimethylamino-phenyl)-l-(2,5-dimethyl-thiophen-3-yl)-propenone (DDTP) has been investigated in dimethylformamide and in chloromethane solvents such as methylenechloride, chloroform and carbon tetrachloride. The dye solution (ca. 5×10^-4 mol·L^-1 in DMF) gives a good laser emission in the range 470 --560 nm with emission maximum at 515 nm upon pumping by nitrogen laser (λex=337.1 nm). The laser parameters such as gain coefficient (a), emission cross section (Cre) and half life energy (E1/2) at maximum laser emission are also determined. 展开更多

The title compound [Cu2(IB)2(HIB)2] 1 was synthesized via the hydrothermal reaction of CuSO4·5H2O and NaOH with 4-(1H-Imidazol-1-yl)benzoic acid (HIB), and characte- rized by elemental analysis and infrared spectra. The crystal of 1 crystallizes in monoclinic, space group C2/c with a = 24.513(8), b = 18.948(5), c = 17.248(6), β = 119.81(2)o, V = 6951(4)3, Z = 8, C40H30Cu2N8O8, Mr = 877.80, Dc = 1.678 g/cm3, F(000) = 3584 and μ(MoKα) = 1.295 mm-1. The final R = 0.0542 and wR = 0.1335 for 5398 observed reflections with I 〉 2σ(I) and R = 0.0845 and wR = 0.1520 for all data. X-ray diffraction analysis reveals that the title complex is a unique 'three-in-one' crystal of coordination network through strong hydrogen bonds and coordination covalent bonds. The thermogravimetric analysis measurement showed that compound 1 has thermal stability as no strictly clean weight loss step occurs below 300 ℃. 展开更多
