目的探讨(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标在艾滋病患者马尔尼菲篮状菌感染早期诊断临床研究。方法回顾性选取我院2020年1月—2022年6月住院的120例艾滋病患者为研究对象。依据实验室结果,将...目的探讨(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合降钙素原(procalcitonin,PCT)、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标在艾滋病患者马尔尼菲篮状菌感染早期诊断临床研究。方法回顾性选取我院2020年1月—2022年6月住院的120例艾滋病患者为研究对象。依据实验室结果,将其分为马尔尼菲篮状菌感染确诊组(血或组织液培育养出马尔尼菲篮状菌),简称A组(62例),及马尔尼菲篮状菌感染临床诊断组[根据临床症状、体征、血常规及(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标诊断],简称B组(58例)。检测患者(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞的表达水平,采用受试者工作特征(receiver-operating characteristic,ROC)曲线下面积(area under the curve,AUC)评估上述指标联合检测对艾滋病患者感染马尔尼菲篮状菌的诊断效能。结果A组的(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖和PCT水平均高于B组,CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞个数低于B组(P<0.05);(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT、CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的AUC为0.933,(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖单独检测的AUC是0.812,PCT单独检测的AUC为0.883,CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞单独检测的AUC是0.810,(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的AUC皆优于三项单独检测,表明(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖、PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞联合检测的诊断价值皆优于单一指标诊断,且联合检测的特异度、约登指数分别为92.43%和0.580,均高于三项单独检测。结论(1-3)-β-D葡聚糖联合PCT和CD4^(+)T淋巴细胞多指标对艾滋病马尔尼菲篮状菌感染具有非常高的临床诊断价值,能够帮助医生分析出高危风险患者,及时制定治疗方案,同时也承担预后效果的判断依据,对治疗艾滋病马尔尼菲篮状菌感染具有非常重要的研究价值。展开更多

The structural identity of the synthesized compounds was establishe...The synthesis of new 4-imino-4H-chromeno[2,3-d]pyrimidin-3(5H)-amine in four steps including one step under microwave dielectric heating is reported. The structural identity of the synthesized compounds was established according to their spectroscopic analysis, such as FT-IR, NMR and mass spectroscopy. These new compounds were tested for their antiproliferative activities on seven representative human tumoral cell lines (Huh7 D12, Caco2, MDA-MB231, MDA-MB468, HCT116, PC3 and MCF7) and also on fibroblasts. Among them, only the compounds 6c showed micromolar cytotoxic activity on tumor cell lines (1.8 50 50 > 25 μM). Finally, in silico ADMET studies ware performed to investigate the possibility of using of the identified compound 6c as potential anti-tumor compound.展开更多

A model was established based on back-propagation neural network using the experimental data of homogeneous design as the training sample set and the technological parameters were optimized by it. The optimal technological parameters are as follows: the reaction time is 4h, the reaction temperature is 80℃, the molar ratio of NaOH to 4,6-dinitro-1,2,3-trichlorobenzene is 5.5:1, the molar ratio of methanol to 4,6-dinitro-1,2,3- trichlorobenzene is 11:1, and the molar ratio of water to 4,6-dinitro-1,2,3-trichlorobenzene is 70:1. Under the optimal conditions, three groups of experiments were performed and the average yield of 2-chloro-4,6-dinitroresorcinol is 96.64%, the absolute error of it with the predicted value is -1.07%.展开更多
The range of coal-mine underground goaf has continuously expanded over time.Caving,fracture,and deformation zones have also changed,thereby inducing coal-mine water inrush and other environmental disasters.In this stu...The range of coal-mine underground goaf has continuously expanded over time.Caving,fracture,and deformation zones have also changed,thereby inducing coal-mine water inrush and other environmental disasters.In this study,4 D seismic monitoring technology that is effective in reservoir development was used to monitor abnormal changes in coal-mine underground goaf to explore the feasibility of the method.Taking a coal mine in Hancheng,Shaanxi as an example,we used the aforementioned technology to dynamically monitor the abnormal changes in the goaf.Based on the 4 D seismic data obtained in the experiment and the abnormal change characteristics of the coal-mine goaf,the method of 4 D seismic data processing in reservoir was improved.A set of 4 D data processing flow for the goaf was established,and the anomalies in the surface elevation and overlying strata velocity caused by collapse were corrected.We have made the following improvements to the method of 4 D seismic data processing in the reservoir:(1)the static correction problem caused by the changes of surface elevation and destruction of the low-velocity layer has been solved through fusion static correction to comb the low-frequency components of elevation statics with the high-frequency components of refraction statics;(2)the problem of overlying strata velocity changes in the goaf caused by collapse has been solved through the velocity consistency method;(3)the problem of reflection event pull-down in the disturbance area has been solved through space-varying moveout correction based on cross-correlation;and(4)amplitude anomalies in the coal seam caused by the goaf have been addressed using the correction method of space-varying amplitude.Results show that the 4 D seismic data processing and interpretation method established in this study is reasonable and effective.展开更多
This paper presents the design and testing of a 15 Gbps non-return-to-zero(NRZ),30 Gbps 4-level pulse amplitude modulation(PAM4)configurable laser diode driver(LDD)implemented in 0.15-μm GaAs E-mode pHEMT technology....This paper presents the design and testing of a 15 Gbps non-return-to-zero(NRZ),30 Gbps 4-level pulse amplitude modulation(PAM4)configurable laser diode driver(LDD)implemented in 0.15-μm GaAs E-mode pHEMT technology.The driver bandwidth is enhanced by utilizing cross-coupled neutralization capacitors across the output stage.The output transmission-line back-termination,which absorbs signal reflections from the imperfectly matched load,is performed passively with on-chip 50-Ωresistors.The proposed 30 Gbps PAM4 LDD is implemented by combining two 15 Gbps-NRZ LDDs,as the high and low amplification paths,to generate PAM4 output current signal with levels of 0,40,80,and 120 mA when driving 25-Ωlasers.The high and low amplification paths can be used separately or simultaneously as a 15 Gbps-NRZ LDD.The measurement results show clear output eye diagrams at speeds of up to 15 and 30 Gbps for the NRZ and PAM4 drivers,respectively.At a maximum output current of 120 mA,the driver consumes 1.228 W from a single supply voltage of-5.2 V.The proposed driver shows a high current driving capability with a better output power to power dissipation ratio,which makes it suitable for driving high current distributed feedback(DFB)lasers.The chip occupies a total area of 0.7×1.3 mm^(2).展开更多
Four-dimensional scanning transmission electron microscopy(4-D STEM)is a state-of-the-art image acquisition mode used to reveal high and low mass elements at atomic resolution.The acquisition of the electron momenta a...Four-dimensional scanning transmission electron microscopy(4-D STEM)is a state-of-the-art image acquisition mode used to reveal high and low mass elements at atomic resolution.The acquisition of the electron momenta at each real space probe location allows for various analyses to be performed from a single dataset,including virtual imaging,electric field analysis,as well as analytical or iterative extraction of the object induced phase shift.However,the limiting factor in 4-D STEM is the speed of acquisition which is bottlenecked by the read-out speed of the camera,which must capture a convergent beam electron diffraction(CBED)pattern at each probe position in the scan.Recent developments in sparse sampling and image inpainting(a branch of compressive sensing)for STEM have allowed for real-time recovery of sparsely acquired data from fixed monolithic detectors,Further developments in compressive sensing for 4-D STEM have also demonstrated that acquisition speeds can be increased,i.e.,live video rate 4-D imaging is now possible.In this work,we demonstrate the first practical implementations of compressive 4-D STEM for real-time inference on two different scanning transmission electron microscopes.展开更多

Under the optimum processing conditions, this material has the flexural strength of 960~1050MPa and the fracture toughness of 11.17~12.74MPa·m^(1/2) at room-temperature, and 720~780MPa and 22~24MPa·m^(1/2) at 1350℃. The effects of heat ing rate, sintering temperature, and holding time on the microstructures and mechanical properties are investigated. The experimental results show that an appropriate β-Si_3N_4 grain size and homogeneous microstructure can be obtained under the conditions of a heating rate of 10℃/min, sintering temperature of 1800℃, and holding time of 1h, which are advantageous to enhancing the mechanical properties. Crack deflection in large rodlike β-Si_3N_4 grains is a principle source of toughening.展开更多

The authors use this method to detect the water under the floor of a mine in north of Anhui.
