实蝇分布范围广泛,寄主种类多样,危害十分严重,经济损失巨大,对其防治的时间紧迫性与经济重要性与日俱增。检验检疫及农业、物理、化学和生物防治都是常见的实蝇害虫防治方法。能够刺激实蝇行为反应的引诱剂作为一种高效环保的害虫防治... 实蝇分布范围广泛,寄主种类多样,危害十分严重,经济损失巨大,对其防治的时间紧迫性与经济重要性与日俱增。检验检疫及农业、物理、化学和生物防治都是常见的实蝇害虫防治方法。能够刺激实蝇行为反应的引诱剂作为一种高效环保的害虫防治策略在实蝇防治体系中占有重要地位。按照不同分类标准,实蝇引诱剂既可以分为性诱剂、食诱剂和植物源诱剂;又可以分为雄性实蝇引诱剂和雌(双)性实蝇引诱剂。其中,雄性实蝇引诱剂特异性强、效果显著。1960年首次报道雄性实蝇引诱剂4-(4-乙酰氧基苯基)-2-丁酮(诱蝇酮)对实蝇的显著吸引效果以来,它一直被用于监测和诱捕靶标实蝇。应用于调查监测时,诱蝇酮可以与多种类型的诱芯与诱捕器一起使用,实现效能最大化。诱蝇酮不仅可以单独使用引诱实蝇,而且可以与其他诱剂与菌液等混配使用。而且,诱蝇酮在发挥其基础引诱功能的同时,还会影响靶标实蝇的行为和生理以及非靶标昆虫的生存。因此,本文重点从调查监测、引诱灭杀、吸引取食、对非靶标昆虫影响等方面对诱蝇酮在实蝇害虫防治中的研究和应用进展进行综述,并对实蝇害虫诱饵站引诱防治与害虫自动测报的发展,诱捕的影响因素与引诱剂在害虫综合防治中的作用等做出合理展望,以期为实蝇害虫引诱技术的研究提供理论基础。 展开更多

In-Field Management Practices for Mitigating Soil CO<sub>2</sub>and CH<sub>4</sub>Fluxes under Corn (<i>Zea mays</i>) Production System in Middle Tennessee

The United States continues to be the largest corn producer in the world. How to maximize corn yield and at the same time reduce greenhouse gas emissions, is becoming a challenging effort for growers and researchers. As a result, our understanding of the responses of soil CO2 and CH4 fluxes to agricultural practices in cornfields is still limited. We conducted a 3-yr cornfield experiment to study the responses of soil CO2 and CH4 fluxes to various agricultural practices in middle Tennessee. The agricultural practices included no-tillage + regular applications of urea ammonium nitrate (NT-URAN);no-tillage + regular applications of URAN + denitrification inhibitor (NT-inhi- bitor);no-tillage + regular applications of URAN + biochar (NT-biochar);no-tillage + 20% applications of URAN + chicken litter (NT-litter);no-tillage + split applications of URAN (NT-split);and conventional tillage + regular applications of URAN as a control (CT-URAN). A randomized complete block design was used with six replications. The same amount of fertilizer equivalent to 217 kg·N·ha-1 was applied to all of the experimental plots. The results showed that improved fertilizer and soil management, except the NT-biochar treatment significantly increased soil CO2 flux as compared to the conventional tillage (CT-URAN, 487.05 mg CO2 m-2·h-1). Soil CO2 flux increased exponentially with soil temperature (T 2 flux tended to be positively related to corn yield and/or soil moisture. Soil CH4 flux increased linearly with soil moisture in all treatments. Improved fertilizer and soil management did not alter soil CH4 flux, but significantly affected its moisture sensitivity. Our results indicated that agricultural practices enhancing corn yield may also result in a net increase in carbon emissions from soil, hence reducing the potential of carbon sequestration in croplands. 展开更多

泥炭地水文条件影响泥炭地生物地球化学循环,控制和维持着泥炭地生态系统的结构和功能,是泥炭地生态恢复的重要前提。然而,目前关于恢复泥炭地土壤碳排放对不同水位的响应尚不明确。以长白山区天然(NP)、退耕(DP)及实施不同水文管理的... 泥炭地水文条件影响泥炭地生物地球化学循环,控制和维持着泥炭地生态系统的结构和功能,是泥炭地生态恢复的重要前提。然而,目前关于恢复泥炭地土壤碳排放对不同水位的响应尚不明确。以长白山区天然(NP)、退耕(DP)及实施不同水文管理的恢复泥炭地(低水位(LR)、高水位(HR)与高低交替水位(H-LR))为研究对象,采用静态箱-气相色谱法对研究区泥炭地进行生长季(6—10月)土壤CO_(2)、CH_(4)排放监测。结果表明:温度和水位变化是研究区泥炭地土壤CO_(2)、CH_(4)排放季节变化的主控因子。H-LR受水位控制的影响,生长季土壤CO_(2)排放速率波动剧烈,其它水位管理恢复区土壤CO_(2)排放速率呈单峰型排放模式,且均与近地表温度呈指数相关(P<0.05)。除HR外,土壤CO_(2)排放速率与水位呈显著负相关(P<0.05)。生长季,研究区HR土壤CH_(4)排放速率呈双峰型,H-LR与NP的土壤CH_(4)排放呈单峰型,与近地表温度呈指数相关(P<0.05),LR水位与CH_(4)排放速率显著正相关(P<0.05)。研究区不同水位管理恢复泥炭地土壤碳排放差异显著,虽然HR的土壤CO_(2)-C累积碳排放量显著低于其它水位恢复区,但其土壤CH_(4)-C累积碳排放量和综合增温潜势显著高于其它水位恢复区(P<0.05)。LR的累积碳排放量显著低于退化泥炭地,且其综合增温潜势最低。因此,建议在泥炭地恢复初期将低水位管理作为短期策略,以更好地恢复泥炭地碳汇功能,减弱其增温潜势。 展开更多

With the rapid growth in the availability of digital health-related data,there is a great demand for the utilization of intelligent information systems within the healthcare sector.These systems can manage and manipulate this massive amount of health-related data and encourage different decision-making tasks.They can also provide various sustainable health services such as medical error reduction,diagnosis acceleration,and clinical services quality improvement.The intensive care unit(ICU)is one of the most important hospital units.However,there are limited rooms and resources in most hospitals.During times of seasonal diseases and pandemics,ICUs face high admission demand.In line with this increasing number of admissions,determining health risk levels has become an essential and imperative task.It creates a heightened demand for the implementation of an expert decision support system,enabling doctors to accurately and swiftly determine the risk level of patients.Therefore,this study proposes a fuzzy logic inference system built on domain-specific knowledge graphs,as a proof-of-concept,for tackling this healthcare-related issue.The system employs a combination of two sets of fuzzy input parameters to classify health risk levels of new admissions to hospitals.The proposed system implemented utilizes MATLAB Fuzzy Logic Toolbox via several experiments showing the validity of the proposed system. 展开更多

Fourth Industrial Revolution: A Readiness Assessment of Project Managers in Tanzania

The Fourth Industrial Revolution (4IR) is transforming the way we live, learn, work, and relate to one another. However, there is still an awareness inadequacy of the 4IR among project managers and the society in Tanzania, thus low readiness to conceptualize, implement and manage 4IR-related projects in the country. This study aimed to assess the 4IR readiness of project managers in Tanzania. The assessment is made in the frame of 4 readiness dimensions: strategy and governance structure, technology awareness, human capital digital skills development, and social-economic impact. The research used a quantitative method with the diffusion of innovations theory perspective, and data were collected mainly through an online survey questionnaire. The survey aimed at answering the research question concerning the project managers’ readiness for the 4IR. The 50 valid samples were completed by project managers from various industries such as agriculture, finance, consulting, construction, education and training, government, healthcare, Information Technology, and manufacturing. Data were analysed using SPSS. The results revealed that despite the generally low awareness of 4IR, several project managers in Tanzania have some varying awareness of 4IR technologies such as artificial intelligence, Internet of Things (IoT), data analytics, blockchain, robotics, cryptocurrency, chatbots, drones, and other digital transformation platforms. The results also indicated that project managers in Tanzania had little extent in readiness to initiate, develop and implement 4IR products and services due to inadequate 4IR-related awareness, strategy and governance structure, human capital digital skills development, and social economic impact. Consequently, some recommendations are made in the frame of the four assessed readiness dimensions for improvement. The value of this research is mainly to provide the state of 4IR readiness of project managers and associated recommendations to policymakers, practitioners, academia, donors, business industry and youth in digital innovation. 露天矿山主要采用矿车-皮带运输生产工艺,矿车载重多为42 t乃至130 t,属于宽体车,具有体型大、转弯半径大、盲区大等特点,且多为夜间行驶,其车辆伤害事故比例和危害性远高于露天矿山其他事故,因此露天矿山矿车运行安全始终是安全管理的... 露天矿山主要采用矿车-皮带运输生产工艺,矿车载重多为42 t乃至130 t,属于宽体车,具有体型大、转弯半径大、盲区大等特点,且多为夜间行驶,其车辆伤害事故比例和危害性远高于露天矿山其他事故,因此露天矿山矿车运行安全始终是安全管理的重点和难点。为了更好地发现露天矿山矿车事故规律,运用事故致因“2~4模型”对某大型露天矿山近40年以来发生的56起矿用宽体车伤害事故进行分析。研究结果表明,事故的直接原因主要表现在一线作业人员的违规驾驶、疲劳驾驶和管理人员的安全责任不落实等不安全行为;不安全物态主要表现在制动装置失效、道路技术状况不达标、轮胎爆炸等方面。事故的间接原因主要表现在一线作业人员安全意识不够、安全知识不足以及安全习惯不佳等三方面。事故的根本原因主要表现为安全管理流于形式。针对事故分析结果,提出了预防车辆伤害事故的对策与建议,为今后矿山车辆安全管理提供支撑。 展开更多

Advanced data mining methods have shown a promising capacity in building energy management.However,in the past decade,such methods are rarely applied in practice,since they highly rely on users to customize solutions according to the characteristics of target building energy systems.Hence,the major barrier is that the practical applications of such methods remain laborious.It is necessary to enable computers to have the human-like ability to solve data mining tasks.Generative pre-trained transformers(GPT)might be capable of addressing this issue,as some GPT models such as GPT-3.5 and GPT-4 have shown powerful abilities on interaction with humans,code generation,and inference with common sense and domain knowledge.This study explores the potential of the most advanced GPT model(GPT-4)in three data mining scenarios of building energy management,i.e.,energy load prediction,fault diagnosis,and anomaly detection.A performance evaluation framework is proposed to verify the capabilities of GPT-4 on generating energy load prediction codes,diagnosing device faults,and detecting abnormal system operation patterns.It is demonstrated that GPT-4 can automatically solve most of the data mining tasks in this domain,which overcomes the barrier of practical applications of data mining methods in this domain.In the exploration of GPT-4,its advantages and limitations are also discussed comprehensively for revealing future research directions in this domain. 展开更多
