Co_(3)O_(4)由于较高的理论容量近年来被视为锂离子电池新型负极材料的热门候选之一,然而其较差的电导率和循环性能制约了其进一步发展。以ZIF-8@ZIF-67为自模板,三聚氰胺和g-C_(3)N_(4)为碳源,通过碳化和氧化处理制备了碳纳米管和石墨烯作为导电桥梁和外壳的Co_(3)O_(4)/C三维导电网络。颗粒纳米化的策略和锌的高温挥发造孔使其在0.5、2 A/g的电流密度下循环200、800圈后仍具有1 139.7、1 002.1 mAh/g的比容量,从0.2 A/g逐渐增大充放电的电流密度至10 A/g又恢复到0.2 A/g后比容量仍有初始容量的94.9%。该网络结构和同类材料相比表现出较为优异的循环和倍率性能。 展开更多

FY-4 A/GIIRS反演夏冬季有云时大气温湿度廓线的精度评估

FY-4A/GIIRS(Geostationary Interferometric Infrared Sounder)首次实现了地球静止轨道红外高光谱探测,可以连续获得高垂直分辨率的大气温度和湿度廓线信息。当GIIRS视场内有云存在时,目前Level 2业务大气温湿度垂直廓线产品只提供观测视场内云顶以上高度的温度廓线,且不反演整个视场的湿度廓线。基于GIIRS辐射观测值用U-Net卷积神经网络算法实现了全天空大气温湿度廓线反演,包括晴空和全云覆盖视场,同时利用常规无线电探空观测资料对反演精度进行了检验。结果表明:U-Net算法有云视场的温湿度廓线反演能力与晴空相当,且夏季温度反演精度优于冬季,有利于灾害性天气多发季节的监测。在云系较活跃的夏季,随着视场内云量的增加温度廓线反演精度逐渐变高,表明该算法适用于有云时大气温度廓线反演,而湿度随着云量的增加反演均方根误差RMSE增大。视场内不同云光学厚度时温度反演误差相差不大,RMSE均在2.5 K左右,平均偏差ME在1 K以内,对流层高层薄云时反演误差相对而言较小。湿度反演随着云光学厚度的增大反演误差也增大,说明对于一定程度的薄云,GIIRS能够获得不错的反演精度。虽然U-Net算法物理意义不明确,但是能够快速实现全天空大气温湿度廓线反演,尤其在有云时能够获得更高的反演精度。 展开更多

目的:以蒙医理论对蒙药述达格-4的认识为依据,通过网络药理学和分子对接技术探讨述达格-4治疗胃食管反流病的作用靶点及其可能的作用机制。方法:通过TCMSP数据库及文献搜集述达格-4的有效活性成分及对应的靶蛋白,通过Uniprot数据库将其... 目的:以蒙医理论对蒙药述达格-4的认识为依据,通过网络药理学和分子对接技术探讨述达格-4治疗胃食管反流病的作用靶点及其可能的作用机制。方法:通过TCMSP数据库及文献搜集述达格-4的有效活性成分及对应的靶蛋白,通过Uniprot数据库将其转化成相应的基因名称;通过GeneCard、OMIM、DrugBank数据库中预测胃食管反流病的作用靶点;通过Venny 2.1.0获取交集靶点;STRING数据库获取蛋白质相互作用(PPI)网络后导入Cytoscape 3.9.1软件获取核心靶点;利用Metascape数据库,进行基因本体(GO)功能和京都基因与基因组百科全书(KEGG)生物通路富集分析;在微生信在线平台进行绘制GO富集分析柱状图、KEGG通路富集气泡图;Cytoscape 3.9.1软件构建“药材-活性成分-靶点”及“关键活性成分-核心靶点-通路”网络;Autodock对关键活性成分和核心靶点进行分子对接。结果:通过限制口服吸收利用度(OB)、药物相似性(DL)的数值,共筛选出23种活性成分,作用于TNF,EGFR,PTGS2,PPARG和CCND1等关键靶点。通过调节PI3K-Ak、细胞衰老等信号通路治疗胃食管反流。分子对接显示,活性成分与核心靶点具有较好的结合活性,其中谷甾醇与核心靶点结合的最好。结论:本研究初步揭示了述达格-4中的活性成分高良姜素、山奈素、谷甾醇等能作用于多个靶点和调控多条通路来抑制炎症反应,对胃食管反流可能具有治疗作用。 展开更多

With the arrival of the 4G and 5G,the telecommunications networks have experienced a large expansion of these networks.That enabled the integration of many services and adequate flow,thus enabling the operators to respond to the growing demand of users.This rapid evolution has given the operators to adapt,their methods to the new technologies that increase.This complexity becomes more important,when these networks include several technologies to access different from the heterogeneous network like in the 4G network.The dimensional new challenges tell the application and the considerable increase in demand for services and the compatibility with existing networks,the management of mobility intercellular of users and it offers a better quality of services.Thus,the proposed solution to meet these new requirements is the sizing of the EPC(Evolved Packet Core)core network to support the 5G access network.For the case of Orange Guinea,this involves setting up an architecture for interconnecting the core networks of Sonfonia and Camayenne.The objectives of our work are of two orders:(1)to propose these solutions and recommendations for the heart network EPC sizing and the deployment to be adopted;(2)supply and architectural interconnection in the heart network EPC and an existing heart network.In our work,the model of traffic in communication that we use to calculate the traffic generated with each technology has link in the network of the heart. 展开更多

Sodium-ion batteries(SIBs)have rapidly risen to the forefront of energy storage systems as a promising supplementary for Lithium-ion batteries(LIBs).Na_(3)V_(2)(PO_(4))_(2)F_(3)(NVPF)as a common cathode of SIBs,features the merits of high operating voltage,small volume change and favorable specific energy density.However,it suffers from poor cycling stability and rate performance induced by its low intrinsic conductivity.Herein,we propose an ingenious strategy targeting superior SIBs through cross-linked NVPF with multi-dimensional nanocarbon frameworks composed of amorphous carbon and carbon nanotubes(NVPF@C@CNTs).This rational design ensures favorable particle size for shortened sodium ion transmission pathway as well as improved electronic transfer network,thus leading to enhanced charge transfer kinetics and superior cycling stability.Benefited from this unique structure,significantly improved electrochemical properties are obtained,including high specific capacity(126.9 mAh g^(-1)at 1 C,1 C=128 mA g^(-1))and remarkably improved long-term cycling stability with 93.9%capacity retention after 1000 cycles at 20 C.The energy density of 286.8 Wh kg^(-1)can be reached for full cells with hard carbon as anode(NVPF@C@CNTs//HC).Additionally,the electrochemical performance of the full cell at high temperature is also investigated(95.3 mAh g^(-1)after 100 cycles at 1 C at 50℃).Such nanoscale dual-carbon networks engineering and thorough discussion of ion diffusion kinetics might make contributions to accelerating the process of phosphate cathodes in SIBs for large-scale energy storages. 展开更多

Research on Track Fastener Service Status Detection Based on Improved Yolov4 Model

As an important part of railway lines, the healthy service status of track fasteners was very important to ensure the safety of trains. The application of deep learning algorithms was becoming an important method to realize its state detection. However, there was often a deficiency that the detection accuracy and calculation speed of model were difficult to balance, when the traditional deep learning model is used to detect the service state of track fasteners. Targeting this issue, an improved Yolov4 model for detecting the service status of track fasteners was proposed. Firstly, the Mixup data augmentation technology was introduced into Yolov4 model to enhance the generalization ability of model. Secondly, the MobileNet-V2 lightweight network was employed in lieu of the CSPDarknet53 network as the backbone, thereby reducing the number of algorithm parameters and improving the model’s computational efficiency. Finally, the SE attention mechanism was incorporated to boost the importance of rail fastener identification by emphasizing relevant image features, ensuring that the network’s focus was primarily on the fasteners being inspected. The algorithm achieved both high precision and high speed operation of the rail fastener service state detection, while realizing the lightweight of model. The experimental results revealed that, the MAP value of the rail fastener service state detection algorithm based on the improved Yolov4 model reaches 83.2%, which is 2.83% higher than that of the traditional Yolov4 model, and the calculation speed was improved by 67.39%. Compared with the traditional Yolov4 model, the proposed method achieved the collaborative optimization of detection accuracy and calculation speed. 展开更多

DPP-4抑制剂治疗的2型糖尿病患者中焦虑和抑郁发生风险的Network meta分析 被引量:6

目的使用Network meta分析系统评价DPP-4抑制剂类降糖药致2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者发生焦虑、抑郁的风险。方法系统检索Medline、Embase、Cochrane Library和Clinical Trials.gov网站数据库(截至2016年4月28日)中... 目的使用Network meta分析系统评价DPP-4抑制剂类降糖药致2型糖尿病(type 2 diabetes mellitus,T2DM)患者发生焦虑、抑郁的风险。方法系统检索Medline、Embase、Cochrane Library和Clinical Trials.gov网站数据库(截至2016年4月28日)中比较DPP-4抑制剂与其他降糖药发生焦虑、抑郁风险的随机对照试验(randomized controlled trial,RCT),采用传统meta分析和Network meta分析方法对纳入的RCT研究结果进行合并。结果共纳入44项研究,63 731例T2DM患者,包含9种干预措施:5种DPP-4抑制剂(西格列汀、维格列汀、沙格列汀、利格列汀和阿格列汀)、胰高糖素样肽1受体激动剂、磺脲类、噻唑烷二酮类和安慰剂。传统meta分析结果显示,分别与安慰剂、磺脲类、噻唑烷二酮类相比,DPP-4抑制剂导致焦虑、抑郁发生的风险均较低,但差异无显著性(P>0.05)。Network meta分析发现,与噻唑烷二酮类相比,维格列汀致T2DM患者发生焦虑、抑郁的风险较高,差异有显著性(P<0.05,OR=2.64,95%CI 1.03~6.79),与西格列汀相比,维格列汀致T2DM患者发生焦虑、抑郁的风险较高,差异有显著性(P<0.05,OR=2.42,95%CI 1.00~5.85)。与安慰剂或磺脲类比较,DPP-4抑制剂致T2DM患者发生焦虑、抑郁的风险相当,差异无显著性(P>0.05)。采用基于贝叶斯理论的Network meta分析对9种干预措施进行排序,结果显示西格列汀的风险最低。结论 DPP-4抑制剂不会加重T2DM患者罹患焦虑、抑郁等情绪问题的风险,但不同的DPP-4抑制剂导致的风险程度可能存在差异,建议今后开展的大型前瞻性研究应重视焦虑、抑郁等情绪问题的发生情况,以期为获得更加明确的结论提供证据支持。 展开更多

A new three-dimensional supramolecular [Ce2(2,5-pydc)3(H2O)2](1) has been hydrothermally synthesized at 180 ℃ and characterized by single-crystal X-ray diffraction.X-ray crystal analyses reveal that the compound belongs to the monoclinic system,space group P21/c,C21H13Ce2N3O14,a = 6.561(1),b = 17.986(5),c = 9.411(3) ,β = 95.558(5)° and Z = 2.In the structure of 1,each Ce(1) center is surrounded by 2,5-pydc ligands,forming the 6-connected node,and the 2,5-pydc ligand coordinates to the Ce(Ⅲ) in two different coordination modes.In mode 1,the four oxygen atoms of two carboxyl groups connect neighboring Ce(Ⅲ) ions,giving 4-connected(4-c) second building unit(SBU-1).Furthermore,the structure is extended into a 2-D layer from SBU-1 by sharing Ce(1) atoms.In mode 2,the ligand coordinates to the Ce(Ⅲ) ion from the adjacent chain with the 4-connected(4-c) second building unit(SBU-2),generating a 1-D ladder from SBU-2 by sharing Ce(1) atoms.Finally,the structure is extended into a 6,4,4-c network.Its photoluminescence property was also investigated. 展开更多

A fuzzy neural network (FNN) model is developed to predict the 4-CBA concentration of the oxidation unit in purified terephthalic acid process. Several technologies are used to deal with the process data before modeling.First,a set of preliminary input variables is selected according to prior knowledge and experience. Secondly,a method based on the maximum correlation coefficient is proposed to detect the dead time between the process variables and response variables. Finally, the fuzzy curve method is used to reduce the unimportant input variables.The simulation results based on industrial data show that the relative error range of the FNN model is narrower than that of the American Oil Company (AMOCO) model. Furthermore, the FNN model can predict the trend of the 4-CBA concentration more accurately. 展开更多

In AMOCO PTA (purified terephthalic acid) production process, the unavailability of real-time measurement of 4-CBA makes it impossible for timely adjustment and thereby influences the product quality and the plant economy benefit. In this paper, a kind of FCMAC (fuzzy cerebellar model articulation controller) method is presented to solve the online measurement problem. Different from the conventional CMAC (cerebellar model articulation controller) networks, which has inferior smoothing ability because of its table look-up based technology. Integrating fuzzy model into CMAC networks, it becomes more accurate in functional mapping without weakening its generalization ability. Numerical example and industrial application results show the method proposed here is satisfactory and feasible. 展开更多

Back-propagation neural network was applied to predict and optimize the synthetic technology of 2-chloro-4,6-dinitroresorcinol. A model was established based on back-propagation neural network using the experimental data of homogeneous design as the training sample set and the technological parameters were optimized by it. The optimal technological parameters are as follows: the reaction time is 4h, the reaction temperature is 80℃, the molar ratio of NaOH to 4,6-dinitro-1,2,3-trichlorobenzene is 5.5:1, the molar ratio of methanol to 4,6-dinitro-1,2,3- trichlorobenzene is 11:1, and the molar ratio of water to 4,6-dinitro-1,2,3-trichlorobenzene is 70:1. Under the optimal conditions, three groups of experiments were performed and the average yield of 2-chloro-4,6-dinitroresorcinol is 96.64%, the absolute error of it with the predicted value is -1.07%. 展开更多

Both of these two companies use the 4G and 5G technology. So this report will include a technical overview of the technology and protocols (LTE Advanced) used in 4G and 5G networks and how they provide services to the user and how data is transferred within the networks. And there are lots of different parts about the network architecture between the 4G and 5G systems. 目的基于体外实验及网络药理学,初步探讨二肽激肽酶4(DPP-4)抑制剂对鱼藤酮(ROT)诱导神经细胞帕金森病(PD)的干预作用及其相关机制。方法神经细胞株PC-12分为对照组、模型组、模型+西格列汀组、模型+利格列汀组、模型+维格列汀组,除对... 目的基于体外实验及网络药理学,初步探讨二肽激肽酶4(DPP-4)抑制剂对鱼藤酮(ROT)诱导神经细胞帕金森病(PD)的干预作用及其相关机制。方法神经细胞株PC-12分为对照组、模型组、模型+西格列汀组、模型+利格列汀组、模型+维格列汀组,除对照组外各组均使用ROT建立PD体外模型,模型+西格列汀组、模型+利格列汀组、模型+维格列汀组在使用ROT建模的同时在培养基中分别加入DPP-4抑制剂西格列汀、利格列汀、维格列汀。倒置显微镜观察各组细胞形态学变化,CCK-8法观察各组细胞增殖能力。从Swiss Target Prediction、SEA等数据库分别获取DPP-4抑制剂西格列汀、利格列汀、维格列汀、沙格列汀及阿格列汀的药物靶点,通过DisGeNet、OMIM及GeneCards等数据库获取PD相关的疾病靶点,利用韦恩图将药物与疾病靶点取交集得到DPP-4抑制剂作用于PD的相关靶点。通过String数据库构建蛋白—蛋白相互作用(PPI)网络,选取基因满足度(Degree)值>平均值的基因作为DPP-4抑制剂对PD产生作用的关键靶点,将DPP-4抑制剂作用于PD的关键靶点基因输入到DAVID数据库进行GO基因功能和KEGG作用通路分析。将DPP-4抑制剂治疗PD的关键靶点以及KEGG信号通路导入到Cytoscape 3.7.2软件构建药物—疾病—靶点—通路网络,筛选与PD相关信号通路关系最为密切的靶点作为DPP-4抑制剂治疗PD的核心靶点,采用CB-Dock 2对接平台进行核心靶点的分子对接验证。结果对照组细胞形态完整,增长状态良好,细胞呈多角形,细胞之间类似突触样连接,且突触较长;模型组细胞密度减少,细胞皱缩,细胞与细胞间的突触样连接断裂,且观察到较多圆形的损伤细胞;模型+西格列汀组、模型+利格列汀组、模型+维格列汀组较模型组细胞形态得到改善,恢复到正常状态下的细长、多角形态。模型组细胞存活率低于对照组、模型+西格列汀组、模型+利格列汀组、模型+维格列汀组(P均<0.05)。共收集西格列汀药物靶点486个、利格列汀药物靶点665个、维格列汀药物靶点524个、沙格列汀药物靶点507个、阿格列汀药物靶点408个,PD疾病相关靶点1121个;将DPP-4抑制剂靶点与PD疾病相关靶点取交集共得到DPP-4抑制剂作用于PD的36个相关靶点。PPI网络显示,DPP-4抑制剂作用于PD相关靶点中Degree值>平均值的关键靶点共有16个,分别为ALB、IGF1、STAT3、CASP3、EGFR、ESR1、MAPK14、PPARG、MAPK1、HMOX1、NOS3、REN、MMP3、IL2、AR、IGF1R。GO分析结果显示,DPP-4抑制剂作用于PD的关键靶点共同涉及的生物过程主要包括信号转导、细胞迁移的正向调控和细胞凋亡的负向调控等,细胞组分主要包括细胞质、细胞质膜、细胞核等,分子功能主要包括酶结合、蛋白质结合、蛋白丝氨酸/苏氨酸/酪氨酸激酶活性等。KEGG通路富集分析共得到20条信号通路,与PD较为相关的信号通路为PI3K-AKT信号通路、FoxO信号通路、MAPK信号通路。药物—疾病—靶点—通路网络图显示,在PI3K-AKT、FoxO及MAPK信号通路中均有富集的靶点为IGF1、EGFR、IGF1R及MAPK1。分子对接结果显示,5种DPP-4抑制剂均与PD相关核心靶点蛋白有较好的结合,其结合能均小于-5.0 kcal/mol。结论DPP-4抑制剂对PD体外模型细胞具有积极地干预作用,其可能通过IGF1、EGFR、IGF1R及MAPK1等核心靶点作用于PI3K-AKT、FoxO、MAPK等信号通路来发挥作用。 展开更多

【目的】克隆疣鼻天鹅Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)基因,并对其编码蛋白进行生物信息学分析,为进一步探索疣鼻天鹅TLR4蛋白抗病原微生物免疫机制提供重要参考依据。【方法】利用PCR扩增并克隆疣鼻天鹅TLR4基因CDS序列,应用NC... 【目的】克隆疣鼻天鹅Toll样受体4(Toll-like receptor 4,TLR4)基因,并对其编码蛋白进行生物信息学分析,为进一步探索疣鼻天鹅TLR4蛋白抗病原微生物免疫机制提供重要参考依据。【方法】利用PCR扩增并克隆疣鼻天鹅TLR4基因CDS序列,应用NCBI-BLAST、Mega-X软件进行序列比对并构建系统进化树;利用ProtParam、SWISS-MODEL等软件预测TLR4基因编码蛋白的结构、功能及与宿主蛋白的相互作用关系,并进行GO功能和KEGG通路富集分析。【结果】试验成功克隆疣鼻天鹅TLR4基因CDS区序列,全长2550 bp,已提交至NCBI,登录号为:OP908241。疣鼻天鹅TLR4基因CDS区序列中存在79个稀有密码子,其中含6段连续稀有密码子,编码849个氨基酸,与灰雁和鸿雁相似度较高,亲缘关系最近。TLR4蛋白的跨膜结构域位于第647―667位氨基酸处,N-端包含由36个氨基酸组成的信号肽,信号肽切割位点在第36―37位氨基酸之间,置信度为67.85%,含有10个N-糖基化位点和85个磷酸化位点,是亲水性蛋白,主要存在于细胞质中,与人TLR4蛋白有相似的三级结构,相似率为45.48%。TLR4蛋白共存在10个主要互作蛋白,富集得到96个GO功能条目和7条KEGG通路,其中GO功能条目包括物种间相互作用、免疫反应、应激反应、信号转导等;KEGG通路包括甲型流感、单纯疱疹病毒Ⅰ型感染及沙门氏菌感染等。【结论】疣鼻天鹅TLR4基因与灰雁和鸿雁亲缘关系最近,有明显的密码子种属选择性,含有6段连续稀有密码子,其蛋白存在跨膜结构域和信号肽,并与天然免疫应答、信号转导和应激反应密切相关。 展开更多

The FuTURE 4G Time Division Duplex (TDD) trial system uses 3.5 GHz carrier frequency and several crucial technologies including broadband Multiple Input Multiple Output (MIMO) and Orthogonal Frequency Division Multiplexing (OFDM). These technologies challenge the link budget and networking analysis of the FuTURE 4G TDD trial network. This paper analyzes the practical 3.5 GHz propagation model and the link budget of Radio Frequency (RF) parameters of the trial system. Moreover,it introduces networking analysis and network planning of the trial system,which combines the field test results of the MIMO system. The FuTURE 4G TDD trial system and its trial network have been accomplished with successful checkup. The trial system fulfills all the requirements with two Access Points (AP) and three Mobile Terminals (MT),which supports multi-user,mobility,a high peak rate of 100 Mb/s,High-Definition TV (HDTV),high-speed data download,and Voice over IP (VoIP) services. 展开更多
