It crystallizes in triclinic, space group P1- with a = 8.9438(4), b = 11.6065(5), c = 14.2215(6)A, α = 112.566(1), β = 92.324(2), γ = 102.91(1)°, V= 1315.65(10) A^3, Z = 2, Dc = 1.344 g/cm^3,μ(MoKa) = 0.282 mm^-1, λ = 0.71073 A, F(000) = 552, the final R = 0.0587 and wR = 0.1578 for 5071 observed reflections (I 〉 2σ(I)). X-ray analysis reveals that the product is a thermodynamically stable trans isomer. The synthetic process for 2,2-dimethyl-5-nitro-5-nitroso-1,3-dioxane(DMNNDO) was improved by using tri(hydroxymethyl)nitromethane and acetone as starting materials through a "one-pot" method combined with alkali... The synthetic process for 2,2-dimethyl-5-nitro-5-nitroso-1,3-dioxane(DMNNDO) was improved by using tri(hydroxymethyl)nitromethane and acetone as starting materials through a "one-pot" method combined with alkaline hydrolysis and nitrosation reactions. The yield of DMNNDO was increased from 37% to 45%. The structure of DMNNDO was characterized by IR,^1H NMR,^13 C NMR,and elemental analysis. Also the thermal decomposition of DMNNDO was studied by using DSC and TG-DTG to find that there are primarily two exothermic decomposition processes between 90 and 300 oC. The crystal structure of DMNNDO was studied by X-ray single-crystal diffraction for the first time. The molecular structure exists as a dimeric form due to the presence of nitroso group. The crystal belongs to monoclinic system,space group C2/c with a = 14.515(3),b = 9.955(2),c = 11.897(2) °,β = 98.500(3)°,V = 1.6998(2) nm^3,Z = 8,D_c = 1.486 g×cm^-3,μ = 0.128 mm^-1,F(000) = 800,S = 1.055,R = 0.0358 and wR = 0.0917. In particular,DMNNDO could be easily hydrolyzed in hydrous systems and the hydrolysis mechanism in CDCl_3 was revealed by means of NMR monitoring. 展开更多

X-ray analysis displays that the title compound adopts an E configuration for the C(7)=C(8) double bond and S configuration for the chirality center with the specific rotation of –63.75°. Novel polycarbonates from 5-allyloxy-1, 3-dioxan-2-one (ATMC) with 5, 5-dimethyl- 1, 3-dioxan-2-one (DTC) were successfully synthesized for the first time using immobilized porcine pancreas lipase (IPPL) as catalyst. The resulting copolymers were characterized by IR, ^1H NMR, ^13C NMR and GPC. The molecular weight (Mn) of the copolymer with molar feed ratio of 10:90 (ATMC:DTC) was 9300 and the polydispersity was 1.31, while the Mn increased to 14300 and polydispersity of 1.25 with the feed ratio of 50:50. In this study,the performance of 3,5-dimethyl-2,4-dichlorophenol(DCMX) degradation by a screened strain was investigated.18 S r DNA and the neighbor-joining method were used for identification of the isolated strain.The results of phylogenetic analysis and scanning electron micrographs showed that the most probable identity of the screened strain should be Penicillium sp.Growth characteristics of Penicillium sp.and degradation processes of DCMX were examined.Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy of the inoculated DCMX solution was recorded,which supported the capacity of DCMX degradation by the screened Penicillium sp.Under different salinity conditions,the highest growth rate and removal efficiency for DCMX were obtained at p H 6.0.The removal efficiency decreased from 100%to 66% when the DCMX concentration increased from 5 to 60 mg/L,respectively.Using a Box–Behnken design,the maximum DCMX removal efficiency was determined to be 98.4%.With acclimation to salinity,higher removal efficiency could be achieved.The results demonstrate that the screened Penicillium sp.has the capability for degradation of DCMX. 展开更多

A new tetracyclic triterpenoid from endophytic fungus Fusarium sporotrichioides

Objective: To isolate bioactive compounds from the endophytic fungus Fusarium sporotrichioides isolated from Rauwolfia yunnanensis, and investigate their pharmacological activities.Methods: The chemical constituents were isolated and purified by combining with ODS column chromatography, silica gel column chromatography and by performing semipreparative HPLC. Their structures were established on the basis of 1D NMR(1H-NMR and13C-NMR) and 2D NMR(1H–1H COSY,HSQC, HMBC and NOESY), as well as HRESIMS and comparison with literature data. In addition, the absolute configuration of compound 1 was determined by calculated ECD data.Results: One previously undescribed tetracyclic triterpenoid derivative, named as integracide L(1), 12aacetoxy-4,4-dimethyl-24-methylene-5a-cholesta-8,14-diene-2a,3β,11β-triol(2), 12a-acetoxy-4,4-dime thyl-24-methylene-5a-cholesta-8-momoene-2a,3β,11β-triol(3), 12a-acetoxy-4,4-dimethyl-24-methy lene-5a-cholesta-8,14-diene-3β,11β-triol(4), and 12a-acetoxy-4,4-dimethyl-24-methylene-5acholesta-8-momoene-3β,11β-triol(5) were isolated from F. sporotrichioide. Moreover, compound 1 was rare tetracyclic triterpenoid with single methyl replacement at C-4 position.Conclusion: Compound 1 was a new tetracyclic triterpenoid isolated from the endophytic fungus F.sporotrichioides. In addition, compound 2 could inhibit the growth of three different human cancer cells significantly. Compounds 3 and 5 were found to possess better cytotoxic activities on Hep G-2 cells than the other compounds, with IC50values of(2.8 ± 0.1) and(6.3 ± 0.3) μmol/L respectively. 展开更多

Thermally activated delayed fluorescence(TADF)organic light-emitting diodes(OLEDs)have been demonstrated in applications such as displays and solid-state lightings.However,weak stability and ineffi-cient emission of blue TADF OLEDs are two key bottlenecks limiting the development of solution processable displays and white light sources.This work presents a solution-processed OLED using a blue-emitting TADF small molecule bis[4-(9,9-dimethyl-9,10-dihydroacridine)phenyl]sulfone(DMAC-DPS)as an emitter.We comparatively investigated the effects of single host poly(Nvinylcarbazole)(PVK)and a co-host of 60%PVK and 30%2,2′-(1,3-phenylene)-bis[5-(4-tert-butylphenyl)-1,3,4-oxadiazole](OXD-7)on the device performance(the last 10%is emitter DMAC-DPS).The co-host device shows lower turn-on voltage,similar maximum luminance,and much slower external quantum efficiency(EQE)rolloff.In other words,device stability improved by doping OXD-7 into PVK,and the device impedance simultaneously and significantly reduced from 8.6103 to 4.2103 W at 1000 Hz.Finally,the electroluminescent stability of the co-host device was significantly enhanced by adjusting the annealing temperature. 展开更多
