Control Effects of Bacillus subtilis DJ-6 and Pyraclostrobin Alone and in Combination Against Fusarium oxysporum 被引量:9

[Objective] This study was conducted to screen a synergistic biological fungicide complex to control Fusarium wilt, reducing the use of chemical pesticides. [Method] The inhibitory effects of Bacil us subtilis DJ-6 and pyraclostrobin alone or in combination at five ratios against Fusarium oxysporum were detected by mea-suring mycelium growth rate in laboratory tests. The growth promotion and disease control effect of combined or single use of 20% pyraclostrobin and 2 ×1011 cfu/g B. subtilis DJ-6 WP at 1∶1 000, 1∶2 000 and 1∶3 000 dilutions were detected in field trials. [Result] The EC50 values of combined use of B. subtilis DJ-6 and pyra-clostrobin at ratios of 1∶1, 1∶2, 1∶3, 1∶4 and 1∶5 against F. oxysporum were 5.311 5, 4.008 6, 3.570 6, 3.350 9 and 3.218 9 μg/ml, with the synergistic ratios (SR) of 2.28, 1.77, 1.53, 1.64, 1.11, among which the synergetic effect at 1∶1 was the best. The fungicidal activity of pyraclostrobin was greater than that of B. subtilis DJ-6 in laboratory tests. Field trials revealed that al the 1∶1 000, 1∶2 000 and 1∶3 000 dilu-tions of 20% pyraclostrobin·2×1011 cfu/g B. subtilis DJ-6 WP in combination, 1∶1 000 dilution of 1 ×1012 cfu/g B. subtilis DJ-6 WP and 1∶2 000 dilution of 250 g/L pyra-clostrobin EC promoted the growth of strawberry by increasing plant height, leaf petiole, leaf blade area and stem diameter. Among them, the treatments with 1∶1 000 and 1∶2 000 of 20% pyraclostrobin · 2×1011 cfu/g B. subtilis DJ-6 WP in combina-tion had better effects than other treatments. The control effects of al the treat-ments were measured 30 and 80 d after fungicide application. The control effects of 1∶1 000 dilution of 20% pyraclostrobin and 2×1011 cfu/g B. subtilis DJ-6 in combina-tion were up to 100% and 93.11%, which were higher than those in al other treat-ments. The second highest control effects were found in the treatment with 1∶ 2 000 dilution of 20% pyraclostrobin and 2×1011 cfu/g B. subtilis DJ-6 in combination, they were 92.49% and 86.49%, higher than those in other treatments except the 1∶1 000 dilution of 20% pyraclostrobin and 2 ×1011 cfu/g B. subtilis DJ-6 in combination. The control effects of 1∶3 000 dilution of 20% pyraclostrobin and 2×1011 cfu/g B. subtilis DJ-6 in combination were 82.61% and 72.42%, higher than those in treatment with 1∶1 000 dilution of 1×1012 cfu/g B. subtilis DJ-6 WP, but lower than those in treat-ment with 1∶2 000 dilution of 25% pyraclostrobin EC. [Conclusion] Al the results re-vealed that the combination use of 20% pyraclostrobin and 2 ×1011 cfu/g B. subtilis DJ-6 WP at 1∶1 000 to 1∶2 000 dilution had better control effect against strawberry Fusarium wilt. 展开更多

The results showed that 6% tebuconazole FS was effective to control maize head smut, and the control effect ranged from 73.4% to 91.1%. In addition, it also improved the maize yield by 36.7%-44.1%, compared with the blank control. A theoretical method for selecting strip rolling mill type that considered shape control ability was established using the figure alteration range that was worked by the alteration track of vector expressing strip's cross section (crown) to express the shape control ability of rolling mill. With the mathematical models and simulation software that were developed by the authors' own models, four types of mills were aimed, including HCM (6-high middle rolls shift type HC (high crown) -mill), HCMW (6-high middle rolls and work rolls shift type HC-mill), UCM (6-high middle rolls shift type HC-mill with middle roll bender) and UCMW (6-high middle rolls and work rolls shift type HC-mill with middle roll bender), and the shape and crown control ability of every mill type was analyzed and compared. An appropriate arrangement mode of tandem mill was brought forward. The results show that UCMW mill is a perfect choice for controlling shape and crown, and the area of control characteristics curve of UCMW (or UCM) is twice than that of HCM, but UCM mill is also a good choice for its simple frame. In other word, the shape and crown controlling ability of UCMW mill is better than that of UCM mill, but the frame of UCM mill is simpler than that of UCMW mill. As for the final type of mill, should be synthetically decided by thinking over fund and equipment technology. 展开更多

Deformation behaviors of 21-6-9 stainless steel tube numerical control bending under different friction conditions 被引量:9

For contact dominated numerical control(NC) bending process of tube, the effect of friction on bending deformation behaviors should be focused on to achieve precision bending forming. A three dimensional(3D) elastic-plastic finite element(FE) model of NC bending process was established under ABAQUS/Explicit platform, and its reliability was validated by the experiment. Then, numerical study on bending deformation behaviors under different frictions between tube and various dies was explored from multiple aspects such as wrinkling, wall thickness change and cross section deformation. The results show that the large friction of wiper die-tube reduces the wrinkling wave ratio η and cross section deformation degree ΔD and increases the wall thinning degree Δt. The large friction of mandrel-tube causes large η, Δt and ΔD, and the onset of wrinkling near clamp die. The large friction of pressure die-tube reduces Δt and ΔD, and the friction on this interface has little effect on η. The large friction of bending die-tube reduces η and ΔD, and the friction on this interface has little effect on Δt. The reasonable friction coefficients on wiper die-tube, mandrel-tube, pressure die-tube and bending die-tube of 21-6-9(0Cr21Ni6Mn9N) stainless steel tube in NC bending are 0.05-0.15, 0.05-0.15, 0.25-0.35 and 0.25-0.35, respectively. The results can provide a guideline for applying the friction conditions to establish the robust bending environment for stable and precise bending deformation of tube bending. 展开更多

Objective:In 2022,a pneumonia caused by novel coronavirus broke out in Shanghai.A large number of medical personnel were deployed nationwide to support the Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Because the of the underdeveloped infrastructure and the disorganized layout process,the phenomenon of infection among medical personnel was rampant given the highly contagious nature of the Omicron variant.This paper discusses the effect of 6S management in infection control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Methods:A series of 6S management practices were carried out based on the evaluation of the control management of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai)during the anti-epidemic period,and the effect of the implementation of 6S management was studied based on the rapport among team members and the overall control system process,the management of wearing and stripping channels,the time of wearing protective articles and the psychological and emotional changes of the team members.Results:After the implementation of 6S management mode,the management of dressing room,epidemic prevention materials,and occupational protection awareness and infection control safety were significantly improved.More than 95.5%of the team members believed that improving the working environment in the shelter increased the confidence of victory in the fight against the epidemic,reduced the preparations before entering and leaving the cabin,improved the work efficiency and ensured occupational safety.It ensures the realization of the goal of“zero infection”and is set as a benchmark of control work of Fangcang Shelter Hospital of National Exhibition and Convention Center(Shanghai).Conclusion:The application of 6S management mode to the shelter infection control management can create and maintain a good working environment in the shelter,promote the implementation effect of various systems and processes of infection control,reduce the potential infection risk in the shelter and improve the efficiency of infection control management. 展开更多

目的利用大肠杆菌原核表达系统制备人白细胞介素-6(IL-6)重组蛋白,并对蛋白进行纯化,为后期制备IL-6标准物质和质控品提供候选物质基础。方法以现有IL-6原核表达质粒6His-IL-6-pET-28a(+)为模板,通过PCR扩增目的片段,并在其N端添加His... 目的利用大肠杆菌原核表达系统制备人白细胞介素-6(IL-6)重组蛋白,并对蛋白进行纯化,为后期制备IL-6标准物质和质控品提供候选物质基础。方法以现有IL-6原核表达质粒6His-IL-6-pET-28a(+)为模板,通过PCR扩增目的片段,并在其N端添加His标签。通过酶切连接的方式,将该段基因克隆至pRSFDuet载体,随后转化BL21感受肽获得表达菌株。利用异丙基硫代半乳糖苷(IPTG)进行诱导,得到IL-6重组蛋白,利用镍柱亲和层析技术对蛋白进行纯化,并比对两个表达菌株的蛋白表达量,选择高表达菌株进行后续实验。结果成功构建6His-IL-6-pRSFDuet原核表达质粒,根据蛋白表达比对情况选择6His-IL-6-pET-28a(+)质粒进行后续实验,确定最适IPTG诱导浓度(0.2 mmol/L)、诱导温度(20℃)、诱导时间(20 h)等条件,在BL21中高效表达重组IL-6蛋白,纯化后的蛋白不仅可通过临床检测,且稀释倍数与检测结果之间呈线性关系。结论成功获得低成本、高浓度、高纯度的IL-6重组蛋白,为后续IL-6标准物质和质控品的制备奠定了基础。 展开更多

An inclusion-interaction assembly strategy was used to construct novel pH/redox responsive core-shell micelles with hydrophobic drug as the core and hydrophilic polymer as the shell. At first, a dimer of hydrophobic drug 6-mercaptopurine and a hydrophilic β-CD grafted carboxymethyl chitosan were synthesized. Then, a novel amphiphilic inclusion complex was prepared with the dimer being partially embedded into the cavity of β-CD moiety. It self-assembled into pH/redox responsive core-shell micelles in distilled water. TEM confirmed that the micelles possessed a spherical core-shell configuration with a mean size of about 160 nm. DLS showed that the micelles were stable in aqueous solution. Their particle diameters altered with pH values as well as glutathione (GSH) concentrations and respectively attained a maximum value at pH 6.0 and 20 mM GSH. Release profiles of 6-mercaptopurine showed a low release rate (about 27 wt% after 48 h) in pH 7.4 medium with 10 μM GSH, and a marked increase (over 88 wt% after 48 h) in pH 5.0 medium with 20 mM GSH. In vitro cytotoxicity test showed that the micelles had a dose-dependent toxicity for HeLa cells, indicating a great potential for controlled release of 6-mercaptopurine in tumor cells. 展开更多

The trajectory tracking control for a 6-DOF robot manipulator with multiple inputs and outputs,non-linearity and strong coupling is studied.Firstly,a dynamical model for the 6-DOF robot manipulator is designed.From the view point of practical engineering,considering the model uncertainties and external disturbances,the robot manipulator is divided into 6 independent joint subsystems,and a linear active disturbance rejection controller(LADRC)is developed to track trajectory for each subsystem respectively.LADRC has few parameters that are easy to be adjusted in engineering.Linear expansion state observer(LESO)as the uncertainty observer is able to estimate the general uncertainties effectively.Eventually,the validity and robustness of the proposed method adopted in 6-DOF robot manipulator are demonstrated via numerical simulations and 6-DOF robot manipulator experiments,which is of practical value in engineering application. 展开更多

基于岩心观察、测井解释及开采数据分析,结合流体包裹体等测试,对马岭—乔川地区长6油层组的油藏分布特征及控制因素开展研究。研究结果表明,研究区油藏纵向上主要分布在长63油层段,长62、长61油层段含油性显著变差;平面上,长63油层段以... 基于岩心观察、测井解释及开采数据分析,结合流体包裹体等测试,对马岭—乔川地区长6油层组的油藏分布特征及控制因素开展研究。研究结果表明,研究区油藏纵向上主要分布在长63油层段,长62、长61油层段含油性显著变差;平面上,长63油层段以L125,B452和L411井区为中心,油藏团块状分布,呈两条带沿北西南东向延伸,油层厚度主要在5~20 m之间,长62、长61油层呈孤立土豆疙瘩状分布,分布规模小。长6油层组油藏以岩性油藏为主,包裹体均一温度集中在70~90℃,荧光以黄褐色为主,结合区域埋藏史分析显示该区油藏充注为晚侏罗世和中-晚白垩世,表现为早期充注。长6油层组烃源岩厚度、距离,砂体砂质碎屑流砂体性质、物性和叠置类型是其形成油气藏的重要影响因素;长63油层段相比长62和长61油层段具有更靠近烃源岩,砂质碎屑流成因砂体分布广、孔渗条件好、叠置厚层砂体类型发育等优势。研究区最为有利油藏的勘探目标为长63油层段Y470,L374,B452等井区附近,有利勘探区面积达到517.28 km 2。 展开更多

[Methods]The ascorbic acid water aqua was sprayed onto annual potted kiwifruit seedlings once every 5 d,for three times in total,and Pseudomonas syringae pv. Actinidiae was inoculated by needle punching 7 d later. Scab diameter and number of newly infected scab were investigated to analyze the control efficacy. [Results] Kiwifruit plants were treated with 6% ascorbic acid water aqua,and after 30 d,the 20 mg/L treatment showed an incidence rate of 25. 5%,and the 60 mg/L treatment exhibited an incidence rate only of 12. 1%; and after 60 d,the relative control efficacy reached 90. 7% at the mass concentration of 60 mg/L. [Conclusions] The6% ascorbic acid water aqua weakened the destruction and expansion of the pathogen in plants,effectively improved the resistance in kiwifruit plants,and had certain control efficacy on kiwifruit canker. 展开更多

It consists of the CATHENA (Canadian Algorithm for Thermo-Hydraulic Network Analysis), the control logics from C6SIM (CANDU 6 Analytical Simulator), and a communication protocol, PVM (parallel virtual machine). This is the first time that CATHENA has been successfully coupled directly with a program written in another language. The independence of CATHENA and the C6SIM controllers allows the development of both CATHENA and C6SIM controller to proceed independently. 展开更多

目的:探析3~6岁幼儿粗大动作能力和各子能力发展水平的现状,为3~6岁幼儿粗大动作能力发展评估监测与精准实施运动干预提供理论依据和数据支撑。方法:选取151名3~4岁幼儿、169名4~5岁幼儿、186名5~6岁幼儿共506名3~6岁健康幼儿,采用粗大... 目的:探析3~6岁幼儿粗大动作能力和各子能力发展水平的现状,为3~6岁幼儿粗大动作能力发展评估监测与精准实施运动干预提供理论依据和数据支撑。方法:选取151名3~4岁幼儿、169名4~5岁幼儿、186名5~6岁幼儿共506名3~6岁健康幼儿,采用粗大动作发展测试(TGMD-3)对测试者进行测试,评估幼儿粗大动作发展水平,比较不同年龄段幼儿粗大动作能力发展水平特点,对其总体发展水平和各子能力发展水平进行比较与分析。结果:3~4岁、4~5岁、5~6岁幼儿粗大动作能力测试得分分别为(40.36±1.92)分、(9.28±0.95)分、(62.88±1.20)分,幼儿3个年龄段间粗大动作能力指标,以及移动性动作技能指标、操作性动作技能指标等各子能力指标均出现显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:(1)幼儿的粗大动作能力发展受年龄特征影响明显,3~4岁幼儿的粗大动作技能发展最不成熟,且不稳定,个体间差异较大;4~5岁幼儿的粗大动作技能发展较为稳定,且较为平衡;5~6岁幼儿的粗大动作技能发展最佳,且较为稳定。(2)在3~6岁年龄段中幼儿移动性动作技能平稳增长,在5~6岁年龄段幼儿操作性动作技能处于发展的敏感期。 展开更多

长6特低渗油藏剩余油分布主控因素定量化研究

依据钻井、测井、生产开发数据,将区内的小层、砂体、油层进行精细划分与对比,对油层进行精细识别,采用定性分析和定量计算、静动态分析相结合的方法,对全区低幅度构造发育程度、沉积相的发育稳定程度、储层性质的变化程度与油层单井平... 依据钻井、测井、生产开发数据,将区内的小层、砂体、油层进行精细划分与对比,对油层进行精细识别,采用定性分析和定量计算、静动态分析相结合的方法,对全区低幅度构造发育程度、沉积相的发育稳定程度、储层性质的变化程度与油层单井平均原始含油饱和度、单井平均原始地质储量、单井平均剩余油饱和度、单井平均采出程度、单井平均产量、变异系数等相关地质开发参数进行定量分析统计。研究表明,低幅度构造组合单元的变化对采出程度的影响差值达到1.12%,差值率达到17.1%,单井平均累产差值达到17.3 t,差值率达到0.7%;沉积相变化的快慢对采出程度的影响差值达到0.80%,差值率达到13.7%,单井平均累产差值达到544.3 t,差值率达到23.3%;储层性质变化的快慢对采出程度的影响差值达到1.83%,差值率达到29.5%,单井平均累产差值达到670.4 t,差值率达到26.3%;开发过程中平均原始含油饱和度经过多年开发的变化率,构造的影响差值变化率为0.48%,沉积的影响差值变化率为1.00%,储层性质的影响差值变化率为1.46%。综上分析,储层性质的变化对剩余油的分布具有明显的控制作用,其次为沉积发育变化,最后为构造的变化。 展开更多

对冷拉成形后的ER70S-6焊丝进行弯折试验,结果为焊丝发生脆断现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验和不同热处理工艺后微观分析等方法对焊丝弯折脆断的原因进行分析。结果表明:ER70S-6焊丝弯折脆断的主要原因是其存在淡黄色马氏... 对冷拉成形后的ER70S-6焊丝进行弯折试验,结果为焊丝发生脆断现象。采用宏观观察、化学成分分析、金相检验和不同热处理工艺后微观分析等方法对焊丝弯折脆断的原因进行分析。结果表明:ER70S-6焊丝弯折脆断的主要原因是其存在淡黄色马氏体与贝氏体复合组织(MB),同时冷变形过程中的加工硬化也促进了弯折脆断的发生;淡黄色M-B非平衡组织是钢盘条在精轧后控冷工艺不满足条件产生的;在控冷阶段,保温罩内盘条温度冷却到A1点(700℃)时,控制调节部分风机开口率以提升过冷度,减小珠光体片层间距,并保证盘条出罩温度不大于600℃,可以提高材料的塑性,并防止产生M-B组织。 展开更多

临床中常用肺功能残气量(Functional Residual Capacity,FRC)的测量结果来评估肺部疾病的严重程度,协助医生进行疾病的诊断和治疗。为了确保FRC值的准确性,通常需要基于示踪气体六氟化硫(SF_(6))的实时变化建立平衡方程来进行测量。由... 临床中常用肺功能残气量(Functional Residual Capacity,FRC)的测量结果来评估肺部疾病的严重程度,协助医生进行疾病的诊断和治疗。为了确保FRC值的准确性,通常需要基于示踪气体六氟化硫(SF_(6))的实时变化建立平衡方程来进行测量。由于经过气体传感器转换后,SF_(6)气体信号的强度较弱,因此需要放大处理以获得更好的测量精度。本文设计了一种基于STC单片机的SF_(6)气体控制系统,通过模数转换(Analog to Digital Converter,ADC)计算SF_(6)浓度,再将浓度信号传送至显示屏,有助于控制SF_(6)气体的输出,降低惰性气体排放对受试人体的影响。该系统还具有直观的显示界面和报警功能,能够帮助医护人员更方便快捷地诊治肺部及呼吸道疾病,提高了医护人员的工作效率和安全性。 展开更多
