[ Method] Tissue culture seedlings of Dendrobium sonia ' 166' treated by different doses of 60 Coγ, ray were analyzed with SRAP molecular marker technique, so as to investigate its mutagenic effect. [ Result3 Genomic DNA of Dendrobium treated with 60 Coγ ray at different doses was amplified with 12 pairs of primers screened out from 100 pairs primers, and 216 bands were obtained totally. Among them, there were 41 polymorphic bands, showing a polymorphie rate of 19.0%- Clustering analysis was performed to amplified bands of different treatments and the CK. It was found that populations of different radiation treatments mu- tated to different degrees, the 20 Gy treatment mutated to the highest degree, while the 5 Gy treatment mutated to the lowest degree. [ Conclusion] It was indicated that 20 Gy is the optimum dose for radiation mutagenesis of tissue culture seedlings of D. Sonia " 166'. This study provides fundamental basis and technical support for mutation breeding by radiation and selection of mutation progenies.展开更多
To tailor properties of polymer composites are very important for their applications.Very small concentrations of nanoparticles can significantly alter their physical characteristics.In this work,molecular dynamics si...To tailor properties of polymer composites are very important for their applications.Very small concentrations of nanoparticles can significantly alter their physical characteristics.In this work,molecular dynamics simulations are performed to study the thermodynamic and structural properties of polystyrene/C60(PS/C60)composites.The calculated densities,glass transition temperatures,and coefficient of thermal expansion of the bulk PS are in agreement with the experimental data available,implying that our calculations are reasonable.We find that the glass transition temperature Tg increases accordingly with an added concentration of C60 for PS/C60 composites.However,the self-diffusion coefficient D decreases with increase of addition of C60.For the volumetric coefficients of thermal expansion(CTE)of bulk PS and PS/C60 composites,it can be seen that the CTE increases with increasing content of C60 above Tg(rubbery region).However,the CTE decreases with increasing content of C60 below Tg(glassy region).展开更多

Here, we present a paper in these lines of exploration of embedding triple water molecules in a Carbon confined space through the studies of behavior of three water molecules in Fullerene C60 by ab-initio methods. This heterogeneous system manifests cyclic hydrogen bonds which may be working with flipping actions. The unusual structural property of water trimers is reported. There exists a dipole moment of 0.9 ± 0.1 Debye which indicates the probable semiconductor properties.展开更多
为探究^(60)Co-γ辐照对苦荞麸皮中黄酮类物质提取效率的影响,本研究采用不同剂量(0、6、12、18、24、30 k Gy)的^(60)Co-γ对苦荞麸皮进行辐照预处理,通过热回流法提取苦荞黄酮,比较^(60)Co-γ辐照对苦荞黄酮提取得率、主要黄酮类物质...为探究^(60)Co-γ辐照对苦荞麸皮中黄酮类物质提取效率的影响,本研究采用不同剂量(0、6、12、18、24、30 k Gy)的^(60)Co-γ对苦荞麸皮进行辐照预处理,通过热回流法提取苦荞黄酮,比较^(60)Co-γ辐照对苦荞黄酮提取得率、主要黄酮类物质单体含量和总含量、抑菌活性及苦荞麸皮微观结构的影响。结果表明,6~30 k Gy剂量的^(60)Co-γ辐照预处理可提高苦荞黄酮提取得率,其中12 k Gy组提取得率最高,为6.97%,较对照组的3.27%提高3.70个百分点;6~30 k Gy剂量的^(60)Co-γ辐照预处理可提高提取物中芦丁含量,12、18、30 k Gy剂量的预处理可提高提取物中烟花苷含量,其中12 k Gy组含量最高,芦丁和烟花苷含量分别为84.52、3.92 mg·g^(-1),较对照组的53.12、3.54 mg·g^(-1)分别提高59.11%与10.73%;6~24 k Gy剂量的^(60)Co-γ辐照预处理可提高苦荞主要黄酮总含量,其中12 k Gy组最高,为89.40 mg·g^(-1),较对照组的57.95 mg·g^(-1)提高54.27%。此外,^(60)Co-γ辐照可有效破坏苦荞麸皮组织结构,有助于苦荞黄酮的溶出;6~18 k Gy剂量的^(60)Co-γ辐照预处理增强了提取物对大肠杆菌的抑菌活性,其中18 k Gy剂量组的抑菌活性最强,抑菌圈直径达9.93 mm;12~24 k Gy剂量的^(60)Co-γ辐照预处理增强了提取物对金黄色葡萄球菌的抑菌活性,其中12 k Gy剂量组的抑菌活性最强,抑菌圈直径达10.30 mm。本研究可为苦荞黄酮的高效提取提供研究基础与技术参考。展开更多
