The vacuum vessel of the HT-7U superconducting Tokamak is designed as an allmetal welded double-wall structure with a number of radial and vertical ports. With characteristicsof ultrahigh vacuum and thin shell, the analysis on stability is very important to the design. Toachieve a successful final design, a threedimension buckling model has been performed using thefinite element program CoSMOS/M2.0. For all the cases having been considered, a 1/16 segmentof the whole toric shell are used to calculate the linear critical buckling load (Pc.,,) under auniform and nonwhform external pressure. As expected, the structure has a good capability ofwithstanding the applied loads. 展开更多

The displacement, velocity and acceleration analysis of the general spatial 7R mechanism is discussed in this paper, fused on the method proposed in Ref. [2], an input-output algebra equation of the 16th degree in the tan-half-angle of the output angular displacement is derived. The derivation process and computation are considerably simple. A program written in Allanguage is used to derive the coefficients of displacement equations: therefore the amount of manual work is greatly decreased. The results are verified by a numerical example. The researches of this paper and Ref. [5]found a base for establishing an expert system of spatial mechanism analysis in the future. 展开更多

The central solenoid (CS) composed of cable-in-conduit (CIC) type conductor is animportant part of the HT-7U device. The CS coils can be considered from the viewpoint of micro-mechanics as a composite material. And then, the residual stiffness is computed according to themicro-damage modeling of continuum damage mechanics. These material properties have beenused as input data for finite element method (FEM) analysis. In this paper the computationalanaysis of the stress and the displacement on the central solenoid are made by the finite elementanalysis system COSMOS/M2.0 under Operating temperature. According to the analytical results, the CS coils are all satisfied with designed safety criteria. 展开更多

Stress associated proteins(SAPs) are the A20/AN1 zinc-finger proteins which confer to abiotic stresses in plants. In this study, TaSAP7-B, including two AN1 domains, was isolated from B genome of wheat(Triticum aestivum L.). Sequencing analysis on TaSAP7-B illustrated one In Del(insertion-deletion) and one SNP(single nucleotide polymorphism) in the promoter region while no diversity was observed in the coding region. On the basis of SNP in the promoter region(–260 bp), a dCAPS(derived cleaved amplified polymorphic sequences) marker SNP-260 was developed for TaSAP7-B. Using a natural population consisting of 262 wheat accessions, significant associations were detected between the marker SNP-260 and agronomic traits, such as plant height(PH), peduncle length(PL), length of penultimate internode(LPI), number of spike per plant(NSP), and 1 000-grain weight(TGW). Two genotypes were identified using marker SNP-260 in the natural population. Among them, the genotypes possessing C allele exhibited a higher TGW and shorter PH than the T genotypes. Hence, base C was considered as the superior allele. The dCAPS marker of TaSAP7-B can be instrumental for marker-assisted selection for high grain size and short plant height. 展开更多
