Weekly Physical Activity from IPAQ (Arabic) Recalls and from IDEEA Activity Meters 被引量:1

The IPAQ criteria used to categorize subjects as moderately active, erred by including too many low PA subjects. 目的:评价七天体力活动回顾问卷中文版的信度和效度。方法:汉化七天体力活动回顾问卷后,募集社会志愿者20名,用间隔2周重复测定,计算2次问卷得分之间的组内相关系数的方法评价问卷的重测信度。志愿者91名参加效度评价,以症状限制性运动... 目的:评价七天体力活动回顾问卷中文版的信度和效度。方法:汉化七天体力活动回顾问卷后,募集社会志愿者20名,用间隔2周重复测定,计算2次问卷得分之间的组内相关系数的方法评价问卷的重测信度。志愿者91名参加效度评价,以症状限制性运动平板试验获得的最大代谢当量、Bruce方案2级运动心率作为参照标准,用计算问卷测得的每日代谢当量值与参照指标之间的Spearman相关系数的方法来评价问卷的效度。结果:2次问卷得分之间的组内相关系数为0.941,P<0.01,各条目2次得分之间的组内相关系数在0.877—1.000之间,P<0.01。问卷得分与运动试验最大代谢当量之间呈正相关,r=0.409,P<0.01,与Bruce2级运动心率之间为负相关,r=-0.416,P<0.01。结论:七天体力活动回顾问卷中文版具有良好的重测信度和结构效度,简单并易于实施,适合推广用于国人体力活动情况的测量。 展开更多

维持性血液透析患者体力活动水平的追踪研究 被引量:14

目的探讨维持性血液透析患者3个时点历时共1年的体力活动水平变化情况。方法采用纵向研究设计,使用7 d体力活动回顾问卷(7-day Physical Activity Recall Questionnaire,PAR)对维持性血液透析患者每半年进行体力活动水平追踪调查,历时1... 目的探讨维持性血液透析患者3个时点历时共1年的体力活动水平变化情况。方法采用纵向研究设计,使用7 d体力活动回顾问卷(7-day Physical Activity Recall Questionnaire,PAR)对维持性血液透析患者每半年进行体力活动水平追踪调查,历时1年共3次。取维持性血液透析患者3个时点中每日能量消耗值最高的时点二,与既往研究中健康人群每日能量消耗值相比较。结果完整进行了3次调查的患者共155例。1年时间中,维持性血液透析患者的体力活动水平与健康人群相比显著降低,并在1年时间中维持这一较低的水平,没有明显线性变化趋势,3个时点的每日能量消耗值分别为(141.13±8.25)、(142.94±10.09)、(141.40±7.90)kJ/(kg.d);患者参与的体力活动种类以轻度体力活动为主,重度、极重度体力活动参与率均低于3%。结论维持性血液透析患者的体力活动水平在1年时间中相对较稳定,但是较健康人群显著降低,而且种类单一。今后有必要对此类患者开展体力活动方面的健康教育,以提高维持性血液透析患者体力活动水平,改善其生活质量。 展开更多
