The torque-speed characteristics of brushless motor having an interior permanent magnet rotor and a sinusoidal back-emf waveform are compared experimentally when it is operated in brushless AC(BLAC) mode and brushless...The torque-speed characteristics of brushless motor having an interior permanent magnet rotor and a sinusoidal back-emf waveform are compared experimentally when it is operated in brushless AC(BLAC) mode and brushless DC (BLDC) modes with both 2-phase,120° conduction(BLDC-120) and 3-phase,180° conduction(BLDC-180).Particular emphasis is on high-speed,six-step voltage controlled,flux-weakening operation.It is shown that for EV/HEV applications,even for interior PM brushless motors which have sinusoidal back-emf waveforms,in order to achieve maximum torque per ampere capability over wide operation speed range,it is advantageous to employ a hybrid operation mode-BLAC operation in the constant torque region and six-step voltage control(BLDC-180 operation,together with current phase control) in the flux-weakening region.展开更多

Dynorphin A (1-17) 5 ,10 (20nmol) caused dose-dependent flaccid p...The effect of intrathecal injection of dynorphin A (1-17) on second messenger systems of spinal cord relative to behavioral change in rats was studied. Dynorphin A (1-17) 5 ,10 (20nmol) caused dose-dependent flaccid paralysis of hindlimbs. Dynorphin A (1-17) 10, 20 nmol dose-dependently decreased spinal adenylate cyclase (AC) activity, cyclic AMP production, calmodulin (CaM) level and cyclic-nucleotide phosphodiesterase(PDE)activity 10 min after intrathecal injection. They recovered to a varying extent two hours later. Pretreatment with selective κ-opioid receptor antagonist nor-BNI 30 nmol 10 min before dynorphin A (1-17) markedly antagonized the effects of dynorphin A (1-17 ) at 20 nmol on hindlimb paralysis and inhibition of intracellular second messengers. The L-type calcium channel blocker verapamil (100nmol) also played a role in blocking dynorphin neurotoxicity. The NMDA receptor antagonist APV could partially or completely block dynorphin inhibition of CaM level and PDE activity without affecting paralysis and decrease of AC-cAMP level induced by dynorphin A(1-17) 10 min after intrathecal injection.展开更多

The proposed approach is well suited to the design of controllers which must meet a set of conflicting performance specifications. Gain tuning is central to the design process, however, the tuning process is greatly simplified over that presented by the problem of tuning a PID controller for example. The proposed control method is applied to an AC induction motor, with an inner-loop flux vector controller applied to design a position control system. And speed control of these motors is very easy due to power electronic AC-DC converters. These power electronic converters are with prominent low power factor and higher Total Harmonic Distortion (THD). These converters operate only for short time resulting non-sinusoidal waveform. This problem of harmonic distortion can be mitigated by reshaping the non-sinusoidal waveform to pure sine wave. Different wave shaping techniques have been developed by using different filters among which one is tuned passive filter. This paper proposed power factor improvement and harmonic mitigation of AC-DC converters based on separately excited DC motor using tuned passive filter. In this context experimental model is designed and results are analyzed by power quality analyzer.展开更多
