Developing production and operation in scales in the major grain producing areas is the direction of the paper. Seizing the opportunity of modem agriculture comprehensive reform in two plains (Songnen Plain and Sanjiang Plain) of Heilongjiang Province and supporting to build a new type of production and management based on the big grain production householding, which plays demonstration and leading roles, have an important strategic position in improving agricultural comprehensive production capacity and ensuring national food security. In this paper, based on the survey data about the big grain production households production operations and analyses of the obstacles in expansion of production in Heilongjiang Province, specific suggestions in supporting the development of the big grain production household were put forward, such as, increasing agricultural production socialized level; perfecting the service system of land transferring; improving financial policies and farmer-friendly policy measures and perfecting the agriculture socialized service system. 展开更多

Power-to-Gas(P2G)plays an important role in enhancing large-scale renewable energy integration in power systems.As an emerging inter-disciplinary subject,P2G technology requires knowledge in electrochemistry,electrical engineering,thermodynamic engineering,chemical engineering and system engineering.Aiming at P2G modeling and operational problems concerning the research field of power systems and the energy internet,this paper briefly reviews the main technologies and application potentials of the P2G system,and makes systematic summaries of major progresses related to P2G’s integration into the power grid in a bottom-top manner,including the modeling of high/room-temperature electrolysis cells,steady-state/dynamic optimization control of the P2G system,P2G’s integrated model and operational strategies at the grid level.In the final part of this paper,suggestions are put forward on future research directions of P2G systems from the aspects of modeling and operational optimization. 展开更多

Improving the state-owned assets supervision system(SOASS)can effectively get over the defects of systems and mechanisms and further promote the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises(SOEs);and the deepening of the reform can advance the change of the SOASS to the supervision on capital.By analyzing the relationship between the SOASS and the reform of mixed ownership of state-owned enterprises,we have found that collaborative promotion of the change of the SOASS to the supervision on capital and promotion of the reform of mixed ownership can do good to ameliorating the corporate management mechanism,improving the market-oriented management mechanism of enterprises and completing the medium-and long-term incentive mechanisms,etc.to enhance business operation efficiency.Due to such prevailing problems as relative dispersion and vagueness of the policies relating to deepening the reform of SOEs,inconsistent progress of the reform of state-owned assets(SOAs)and SOEs,and corporate reform focusing on apprence,improving the SOASS and deepening collaborative development of the reform of mixed ownership of SOEs are hindered by some constraints.To construct and improve the SOASS and the reform of mixed ownership collaboratively,we should make efforts to promote the reform in the following five aspects,namely,placing importance to policy coordination,boosting synchronism of the reform of SOAs and SOEs at different levels and in different areas to coordinate the nationwide reform of SOAs and SOEs,facilitating reform of the mechanism of enterprises of mixed ownership through mixed capital,and promoting the SOASS and stimulating classified monitoring and reform of mixed ownership based on classified reform of SOEs. 展开更多

Solving AC-Optimal Power Flow(OPF)problems is an essential task for grid operators to keep the power system safe for the use cases such as minimization of total generation cost or minimization of infeed curtailment from renewable DERs(Distributed Energy Resource).Mathematical solvers are often able to solve the AC-OPF problem but need significant computation time.Artificial neural networks(ANN)have a good application in function approximation with outstanding computational performance.In this paper,we employ ANN to approximate the solution of AC-OPF for multiple purposes.The novelty of our work is a new training method based on the reinforcement learning concept.A high-performance batched power flow solver is used as the physical environment for training,which evaluates an augmented loss function and the numerical action gradient.The augmented loss function consists of the objective term for each use case and the penalty term for constraints violation.This training method enables training without a reference OPF and the integration of discrete decision variable such as discrete transformer tap changer position in the constrained optimization.To improve the optimality of the approximation,we further combine the reinforcement training approach with supervised training labeled by reference OPF.Various benchmark results show the high approximation quality of our proposed approach while achieving high computational efficiency on multiple use cases. 展开更多
