Under the wave of global technological revolution,the new materials industry is facing difficulties in innovation and transformation.Equity investment has become a key driving force due to its flexible mechanism,risk sharing,and deep participation.Based on introducing the current development status of China’s new materials industry,this article reveals the mechanism of equity investment in financial support,risk management,incentive constraints,and resource integration.The article proposes optimization strategies,such as building an information-sharing mechanism and a diversified investment fund system,to promote the high-quality development of the new materials industry driven by innovation and provide strategic guidance for policymakers,investors,and enterprises.

The process of converting audit findings into actionable improvement measures within an enterprise is pivotal for achieving the“value-added”objective of internal audits and fostering sustainable business development.By elucidating the definition and significance of transforming internal audit results,this study underscores the imperative of applying and effectively converting these findings.Additionally,it seeks to streamline the value assessment framework for internal audit result transformation and delineates key factors that impede this transformation.Furthermore,this study explores strategies to bolster the closed-loop audit management system and outlines specific methods for enhancing the transformation of internal audit results within the enterprise,thereby contributing to its overall progress.

Theoretical Model on Transformation Factors of Scientific and Technological Achievements under the Belt and Road Initiative

With the continuous deepening of the Belt and Road Initiative,the countries involved are increasingly connected in the field of science and technology.Based on the transformation theory of scientific and technological(S&T)achievements,this study establishes a theoretical model of transformation factors of S&T achievements under the Belt and Road Initiative.Combined with the data analysis from questionnaire,it is found that in S&T achievements transformation process,there is a significant positive correlation between the innovation factors and the transfer factors,between the transfer factors and the diffusion factors,and between the diffusion factors and the transformation results.These conclusions provide reference for the subsequent S&T achievements transformation activities under the Belt and Road Initiative.Therefore,in the process of promoting the transformation of S&T achievements under the Belt and Road Initiative in the future,innovation factors such as information innovation,service innovation,and cooperative innovation should be fully reflected.Relevant agencies should take the transfer factors of S&T achievements as guidance;promote and apply the results of incubation through diffusion media and diffusion channels.

This paper aims to delve into the legal issues surrounding the transformation of scientific research achievements by university faculty,with a special focus on legal protection and incentive mechanisms during the transformation process.By analyzing the experience of universities in Silicon Valley,USA,in promoting research transformation,including relevant legislation,university policies,and legal safeguards,as well as strategies to maximize the willingness of both universities and faculty for transformation,this paper distills the current successful legal consensuses.Simultaneously,it examines the status quo of the transformation of research achievements in chitosan bioactive materials for medical applications in China,analyzes existing legal deficiencies and urgent issues,and proposes corresponding solutions and recommendations.
