A Active Role in The World Economy?

Against the backdrop of economic globalization, the Western world is feeling the heat from emerging powers such as China, and despite repeated assurances by the Chinese Government to the contrary, the "China threat" mindset still exists in some of the international community. Wang Yiwei, Assistant Dean of the International Studies Institute of Fudan University,speaks to the Beijing-based newspaper Global Times saying that China's development will in fact benefit not only the region, but also the world at large. THE STRUCTURE OF ACTIVE SITE AND THE ROLE OF BIVALENT CATION IN FERRITE-FERRIC OXIDE CATALYSTS FOR OXIDATIVE DEHYDROGENATION OF BUTENES

The relations between catalytic activities and compositions of the systems Mg_xZn_(1-x)Fe_2O_4, Co_xZn_(1-x)Fe_2O_4, Co_xMg_(1-x)Fe_2O_4, Cd_xZn_(1-x)Fe_2O_4 and Mg_xZn_(1-x)Fe_2O_4·0.17Fe_2O_3 have been studied by flow differential reactor, XRD, and derivative IR techniques. It has been found that the appropriate normal-inverse spinel combination substantially increases the activity for the title raction. The structure of the active site and the role of the bivalent cation in the title catalyst have been inferred.

Comment on roles of tissue plasminogen activator and its inhibitor in proliferative diabetic retinopathy

Dear Sir,We congratulate Wu et al for their study entitled＂Roles of tissue plasminogen activator and its inhibitor in proliferative diabetic retinopathy＂.The authors investigated the effects of tissue plasminogen activator（t-PA）and plasminogen activator inhibitor（PAI）in the pathogenesis of proliferative diabetic retinopathy（PDR）.The authors reported that t-PA and PAI are involved in the pathogenesis of PDR.

On Pre-listening Activities

The traditional way of teaching listening comprehension in China usually ignores pre-listening activities and as a result, some problems occur. An example is the high level of anxiety and low level of input. A topology and risk-aware access control framework for cyber-physical space

Cyber-physical space is a spatial environment that integrates the cyber world and the physical world,aiming to provide an intelligent environment for users to conduct their day-to-day activities.The interplay between the cyber space and physical space proposes specific security requirements that are not captured by traditional access control frameworks.On one hand,the security of the physical space and the cyber space should be both concerned in the cyber-physical space.On the other hand,the bad results caused by failure in providing secure policy enforcement may directly affect the controlled physical world.In this paper,we propose an effective access control framework for the cyber-physical space.Firstly,a topology-aware access control(TAAC)model is proposed.It can express the cyber access control,the physical access control,and the interaction access control simultaneously.Secondly,a risk assessment approach is proposed for the policy enforcement phase.It is used to evaluate the user behavior and ensures that the suspicious behaviors executed by authorized users can be handled correctly.Thirdly,we propose a role activation algorithm to ensure that the objects are accessed only by legal and honest users.Finally,we evaluate our approach by using an illustrative example and the performance analysis.The results demonstrate the feasibility of our approach.
