A kind of active composite antibacterial material was prepared with CaHPO4 as the container, Ag^+ and Zn^2+ were adsorbed through ion-exchange, then it was doped with small scale of rare earth and photocatalyst, and was finally calcined at a certain temperature. The properties and application of the composite material antibacterial were investigated. Some tests show that the as-prepared antibacterial powders modified by opaque agents such os SnO2 and ZrO2, possess beautiful white and excellent climate resistance at normal temperatures and are promising candidate materials for antibacterial plastics and dope. The result of the application in glaze indicates that Ag^+ can still exist stably, with no color change for the glaze, even being sintered at 1200℃ . SEM , EDS , antibacterial activity analyses and contrast tests reveal that the as-prepared antibacterial powders and the antibacterial glaze both have excellent antibacterial activities, without color change, in the case of dark or brightness. 展开更多

Second-order two-scale computational method for ageing linear viscoelastic problem in composite materials with periodic structure

The correspondence principle is an important mathematical technique to compute the non-ageing linear viscoelastic problem as it allows to take advantage of the computational methods originally developed for the elastic case. However, the correspon- dence principle becomes invalid when the materials exhibit ageing. To deal with this problem, a second-order two-scale (SOTS) computational method in the time domain is presented to predict the ageing linear viscoelastic performance of composite materials with a periodic structure. First, in the time domain, the SOTS formulation for calcu- lating the effective relaxation modulus and displacement approximate solutions of the ageing viscoelastic problem is formally derived. Error estimates of the displacement ap- proximate solutions for SOTS method are then given. Numerical results obtained by the SOTS method are shown and compared with those by the finite element method in a very fine mesh. Both the analytical and numerical results show that the SOTS computational method is feasible and efficient to predict the ageing linear viscoelastic performance of composite materials with a periodic structure. 展开更多

The morphologies of ZnO and composite materials were characterized by scanning electron microscopy(SEM) and transmission electron microscopy(TEM). Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR), thermal gravimetry(TG), and X-ray diffraction(XRD) were also used to characterize the chemical structures and phase composites of ZnO and ZnO/PVDF composite materials. Breakdown voltage, dielectric constant and dielectric loss of ZnO/PVDF composite materials were also tested. Microstructure analysis showed that ZnO nanoparticles dispersed uniformly in the matrix. And the dielectric constant expresses a significantly improvement while the dielectric loss and breakdown voltage expresses no significant change. Moreover, dielectric constant keeps an improvement tendency with increasing content of ZnO. 展开更多

随着电子信息技术的不断发展,电磁污染问题日益严重,高效吸波材料的研究受到越来越多的关注。该文以生物多孔材料细菌纤维素为碳源,采用碳化改性和水热法两步制备了细菌纤维素基CNFs/ZnO复合材料,研究了二水合醋酸锌的浓度对CNFs/ZnO复... 随着电子信息技术的不断发展,电磁污染问题日益严重,高效吸波材料的研究受到越来越多的关注。该文以生物多孔材料细菌纤维素为碳源,采用碳化改性和水热法两步制备了细菌纤维素基CNFs/ZnO复合材料,研究了二水合醋酸锌的浓度对CNFs/ZnO复合材料吸波性能的影响。通过X射线衍射仪(XRD)、冷场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)、矢量网络分析仪(VNA)对复合材料的结构、形貌和吸波性能进行表征。结果表明:CNFs/ZnO复合材料被成功制备,其中碳纳米纤维(CNFs)没有明显的衍射峰,呈无定形状态;碳化和改性CNFs均保持了细菌纤维素三维网络多孔架构的精细纳米纤维微观形貌,但是CNFs变得卷曲且直径明显减小;CNFs/ZnO复合材料中,ZnO被紧密吸引在CNFs表面或随机插入CNFs的空隙中。通过改变二水合醋酸锌的浓度可以控制ZnO在复合材料中的含量,进而调控复合材料的电磁参数,获得良好的阻抗匹配。当二水合醋酸锌的浓度为0.25 mol/L时,ZnO在CNFs上分散得最为均匀,此时CNFs和ZnO的电阻损耗、介电损耗和界面极化等协同作用于三维多孔网络结构上,增加了复合材料对电磁波的多次反射、散射和长程耗散作用。该条件下制备的CNFs/ZnO复合材料,在涂层厚度为2.8 mm、频率为15.1 GHz附近时,其最佳反射损耗为−57.5 dB,有效吸收带宽为7.1 GHz,是一种可靠的复合吸波材料。 展开更多

Ag掺杂ZnO纳米材料的制备及光催化降解罗丹明B的研究

以C_(4)H_(6)O_(4)Zn•2H_(2)O为原料,通过水热法制备了Ag掺杂ZnO纳米材料,利用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、PL光谱及光催化性能测试等研究了Ag掺杂摩尔质量对ZnO纳米材料结构和光催化性能的影响。结果表明,水热法制备出的Ag掺杂ZnO纳米材料具有六... 以C_(4)H_(6)O_(4)Zn•2H_(2)O为原料,通过水热法制备了Ag掺杂ZnO纳米材料,利用XRD、SEM、FT-IR、PL光谱及光催化性能测试等研究了Ag掺杂摩尔质量对ZnO纳米材料结构和光催化性能的影响。结果表明,水热法制备出的Ag掺杂ZnO纳米材料具有六方纤锌矿结构,结晶度较高,Ag掺杂没有改变ZnO纳米材料的晶格结构,外观形貌为不规则的球状,适量的Ag掺杂后ZnO纳米材料的颗粒形貌有转变为规则球形的趋势,颗粒尺寸在260-480 nm之间。随着Ag掺杂比例的增多,ZnO纳米材料的光致发光强度先降低后增大,Ag掺杂摩尔比3%的ZnO纳米材料的发光强度最低。以罗丹明B(RhB)为降解对象,在180 min时,Ag掺杂摩尔比3%的ZnO纳米材料对RhB的降解率达到了最大值93.05%,相比纯ZnO提高了64.22%。在重复使用5次后,ZnO纳米材料在180 min对RhB的降解率为81.22%,保持率高达87.29%,具有较高的重复使用性能。 展开更多

The concentration of Ag and Cu atoms near the interface was determined with electron probe. The bonding strength of composite interface was tested and the fracture in tensile sample was observed by SEM. The results show that there was inter diffusion of Ag and Cu atoms on the interface, which formed compact layer with high bonding strength of 98 MPa. The practical application proved that the Ag/Cu composite interface is reliable. 展开更多

The influences of the thermomechanical processing, including the solidification conditions, the cold deformation and the intermediate annealing treatment, on the structure and properties of the Cu-10Ag alloy in situ composite were studied in this paper. The cast structure and the structural changes in the cold deformation and intermediate annealing process were observed. The properties including the ultimate tensile strength (UTS) and the electrical conductivity were determined. A two-stage strain strengthening effect for the Cu-10Ag alloy in situ filamentary composite was observed. The factors influencing the UTS and conductivity were discussed. The solidification conditions in the range of 10-1000 K/s cooling rates and the intermediate heat treatment showed obviously influence on the structure and properties on the Cu-10Ag alloy in situ filamentary composite. The typical properties of the Cu-Ag alloy in situ filamentary composites through thermomechanical processing were reported. 展开更多

The Cu-10Ag and Cu-10Ag-RE (RE=Ce, Y) alloys in situ filamentary composites were prepared. The relationships of the ultimate tensile strengths (UTS) and microstructure changes of the composites were studied. With increasing of the true strain η, the sizes of the Ag filaments in the composites reduce according to a negative exponential function of η:d=d0·exp(-0.228η), and the UTS of the composites increase also according to a exponential function of η, σ Cu/Ag=σ 0(Cu)+[k Cu/Agd0 -1/2]exp(η/3), here d0 is a coefficient related to the original size of Ag phase. The strain strengthening follows a two-stage strengthening effect. The strengthening mechanisms are related to changes of microstructure in the deformation process. At the low true strain stage, the strengthening is mainly caused by the working hardening controlled by dislocation increasing; at the high true strain stage, the strengthening is mainly caused by the super-fine Ag filaments and the large coherent interfaces between the Ag filaments and Cu matrix. The trace RE additions and the rapid solidification obviously refine scales of the Ag filament of the composites, and therefore obviously increased the strain strengthening rate. The microstructure refinement of the composites, especially the refinement of Ag filament, is the main reason of the high strain strengthening effect in Cu-Ag alloy in situ filamentary composites. 展开更多

采用超声辅助脱合金法,以Ca-Mg-Cu-Ag非晶条带为前驱体,Cu-Ag纳米多孔材料为中间产物,不同溶剂组成的盐酸溶液为反应液,制备出不同形貌的AgCl粉体材料,利用SEM、XRD等检测手段对样品的形貌、结构、成分等进行了表征分析,揭示了AgCl/Ag... 采用超声辅助脱合金法,以Ca-Mg-Cu-Ag非晶条带为前驱体,Cu-Ag纳米多孔材料为中间产物,不同溶剂组成的盐酸溶液为反应液,制备出不同形貌的AgCl粉体材料,利用SEM、XRD等检测手段对样品的形貌、结构、成分等进行了表征分析,揭示了AgCl/Ag复合粉体材料在不同反应液中的形成过程及机理。研究表明:在超声辅助作用下,当以盐酸乙醇溶液为反应液时,改变浓盐酸溶液与乙醇溶剂的体积比后Cu-Ag纳米多孔材料可以完全溶解于该溶液中并重新析出不同形貌的AgCl粉体材料;而以盐酸水溶液为反应液时,改变盐酸水溶液与蒸馏水溶液的体积比后Cu-Ag纳米多孔材料只能直接转变为近球形的AgCl粉体材料,且不能溶解于盐酸水溶液中再重新析出。在超声与盐酸乙醇溶液的共同作用下,Cu-Ag纳米多孔材料存在一种新颖的AgCl“生成-溶解-再析出”机制,可以精准地控制再析出AgCl晶体的形貌和尺寸。 展开更多

Porous silver-modified ZnO microrods photocatalysts were synthesized through direct thermal decomposition of the Ag-doped zinctartrate precursor,which was prepared by homogeneous precipitation method at 80 °C for 2 h.The obtained samples were characterized by XRD,FTIR,TG?DTA and UV-VIS absorption spectroscopy.The photocatalytic activity of the as-prepared porous Ag/ZnO microrods was tested with the photocatalytic degradation of methyl orange.The results indicate that doping Ag greatly improves the photocatalytic efficiency of ZnO and 3% Ag-doped(mole fraction) ZnO porous microrod photocatalyst exhibits the highest photocatalytic decolorization efficiency,leading to as much as 80% reduction of MO concentration in 120 min.Moreover,the 3% Ag-doped porous microrods also possess higher photocatalytic activity under the real sunlight irradiation. 展开更多
