Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Integrating Artificial Intelligence into Ideological and Political Teaching in Universities

With the rapid development of modern science and technology,artificial intelligence(AI)technology is becoming more and more mature,which has brought a profound impact on every field of human society.The new era background provides a new teaching concept for ideological and political teaching in colleges and universities.Teachers in colleges and universities should adopt a positive attitude to face the teaching change brought by new technology,update the teaching ideas in time,and adjust the teaching strategy.This paper will analyze the current situation of the integrated development of AI and ideological and political teaching and put forward corresponding teaching strategies to help train well-developed socialist successors.

Analysis of the Current Situation of Drug Clinical Trial Institutions in Shaanxi Province

To understand the current situation of institutional registration in Shaanxi Province after the implementation ofregistration system management in drug clinical trial institutions.Relevant information was collected on the“Announcement on the Accreditation of Drug Clinical Trial Institutions”issued by the National Medical Products Administration from 2005 to August 2022,the record management information system of drug and medical device clinical trial institutions,and the drug clinical trial registration and information publicity platform.A retrospective analysis was carried out in terms of institutional development,regional distribution,registered majors,principal investigators,and the number of drug clinical trials.After the implementation of institution registration,the number of drug clinical trial institutions in Shaanxi Province increased by 47.4%,884 principal investigators were registered,the number of registered majors expanded from 58 qualified to 117,and the professional scope increased by 50.4%.The policy of institution registration is conducive to promoting the rational use of medical resources and the development of drug clinical trial institutions and improving the healthy development of the pharmaceutical industry in Shaanxi Province.

Review of Dietary Therapy Development in Ming and Qing Dynasties

In the Ming and Qing Dynasties,with the development of politics,economy and culture,the development of health maintenance of traditional Chinese medicine entered a heyday.Food therapy is an important part of the health theory of traditional Chinese medicine.In the 5,000 years of Chinese civilization,you can see the record of food therapy everywhere.It can be said that food therapy of traditional Chinese medicine develops together with traditional Chinese medicine.As a treasure in the treasure-house of Chinese medicine,food therapy has a long history and rich practice.Based on the current research,further research on relevant theories remains to be carried out.Focusing on the historical period of Ming and Qing dynasties,this paper takes the works related to food,nutrition and therapy(including general works and monographs on diet),the health thoughts and practice characteristics of representative health practitioners as the research perspective,and sorts out the above research contents in the past 20 years,analyzes the research overview and trend.It is found that in the study of food nourishing in Ming and Qing dynasties,there are few studies on the contents of diet nourishing in the general works.This suggests that when we study the development of diet nourishing in Ming and Qing Dynasties,we should not only study the monograph of diet nourishing and the thoughts of doctors,but also pay attention to the diet nourishing thought reflected in the general works.The study of diet monographs in Ming Dynasty mainly focused on the textual research of wild plants,and the study of diet monographs in Qing Dynasty mainly focused on the application.The study on the health care thought of doctors in Ming and Qing Dynasties mainly focused on the views of food nourishing and personal health care.These studies are summarized in order to provide reference for further theoretical research and provide reference for contemporary research on food nourishing diet.

Monitoring and Evaluation of Environmental Quality of the Waters near the Feiyun River Estuary in Wenzou in Recent Years

Based on the monitoring results of environmental quality of the waters near the Feiyun River estuary during 2011-2016, the current situation of environmental quality of the waters was analyzed and evaluated. The results showed that pH, DO, COD Mn , petroleum, and heavy metals (Cu, Pb, Zn, Cd, Hg, As and Cr) in the waters near the Feiyun River estuary did not exceed the second-class standard of Seawater Quality Standard (GB 3097-1997), while both inorganic nitrogen and reactive phosphate in the waters exceeded the second-class standard obviously. The water quality of the waters near the Feiyun River estuary was in an eutrophic state. In terms of sediment quality, the standard index of most evaluation factors except for Cu was smaller than 1, meeting the demands of sediment quality for environmental protection.

Analysis on Current Situations of Endangered P.intermedius S.Y.Chen

We carried out a general survey of current situations of P.intermedius S.Y.Chen.Results show that P.intermedius S.Y.Chen is distributed in Dongkeng Township,Jingnan Township and Yanxi Township.It covers an area of 262.51 hm2.The distribution areas are narrow and limited.What's worse,it suffers from serious destruction and has been withered in large areas.Besides,according to current introduction test,it is difficult to survive in other places.In accordance with Exploring the Criteria for Endangered Categories of Bamboo Species from China put forward by Ma Naixun et al from the Research Institute of Subtropical Forestry of Chinese Academy of Forestry(RISFCAF),we propose incorporating P.intermedius S.Y.Chen into vulnerable species for protection.

Current Situation and Approaches Relating to Construction of Agricultural Production and Operation Development Capacity for Rural Households in Hubei Province

The main body of household operation in the rural household contract responsibility system of our country has developed to the present stage,and has formed the situation that three kinds of rural households coexist,namely,ordinary rural households,major professional households and family farms. The agricultural production and operation of three kinds of household plays an important role in supporting the rapid development of modern agriculture in China. Under the new situation of deepening the rural reform and realizing the goal of well-off society in an all-round way,it is of great practical significance to make a thorough investigation and study on the present situation and approaches relating to the construction of the agricultural production and operation capacity for the three kinds of rural households.

Current Research Situations,Problems and Recommendations of Land Use Structure and Layout Optimization

Land is the foundation for human survival and development,and all human social and economic activities are inseparable from the land as a space carrier.With the continuous development of China's social economy,China is facing new social development needs such as urban-rural integration and rural revitalization.At the same time,China starts to attach great importance to ecology and has proposed the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets.In this situation,the rational use of land resources,the optimization of land use structure and layout are also facing new challenges and problems,and more comprehensive consideration is required to make relevant optimization.Using the method of literature comparative analysis,from the conceptual connotation,basic theory,method model,and specific practice of land use structure and layout optimization,this paper analyzed and summarized the current research situations and problems,and finally came up with recommendations for the future research.

Analysis of Current Situation of Fancy Rope Skipping Curriculum in Regular Institutions of Higher Learning in Sichuan Province

This paper adopts the research methods such as literature material method, questionnaire investigation method, expert interview method and mathematical statistics to investigate and study the conditions of fancy rope skipping curriculum in 22 universities in Sichuan. The research shows that the university teachers highly recognize the fancy rope skipping curriculum; construction of teaching resources should be strengthened; cultivation of the professional teaching staffs should be strengthened; in terms of teaching materials, more premium teaching materials with high pertinence and professionalism are needed; the promotion and implementation of the curriculum system of fancy rope skipping should be boosted in different steps and stages; cultivation of the professional teachers should be enlarged; related scientific research of the curriculum system of fancy rope skipping should be strengthened.

Current Situation of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. Production in Yinzhou District of Ningbo City

Yinzhou District of Ningbo City is the home and main production area of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. Based on the analysis of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. production in Yinzhou District in 2015,this paper firstly introduced current situation of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. planting. The competition of Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. products was in disorder,the market price in 2015 dropped to half in 2014,and many Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. growers suffered losses. To keep sustainable development of traditional Fritillaria thunbergii Miq. industry in old production areas and maintain brand and name of genuine materials of " Zhejiang 8 Famous Kinds Herbal Medicines",it is required to actively reduce the inventory,make up short board,strengthen advantages,implement the reform of supply font,keep up with the times and market,and succeed through improving the quality.

Investigation and Analysis of Continuing Nursing Education Status and Needs of In-Service Nurses in Tibet

Objective: To investigate and analyze the current status of continuing nursing education (CNE) of in-service nurses in Tibet and their demand for continuing education. Methods: 663 active nurses in Tibet were taken as the research objects, and the self-developed questionnaire was used to investigate the current status and needs of CNE, and the correlation between the CNE needs of active nurses and their personal conditions was analyzed. Results: This study shows that 65.61% (435/663) of active nurses have not participated in any CNE, and 91.86% (609/663) of active nurses believe that they need to participate in CNE. The problems faced by active nurses in participating in CNE include funding restrictions, time limitation and ability limitation. Logistic stepwise regression analysis reveals that the age of active nurses and working years of nurses are negatively correlated with the funding restrictions for participating in CNE (P < 0.05). It is relatively more difficult for young nurses with less working experience to obtain funding for participating in CNE. Moreover, there is a negative correlation between age, educational level and the ability of nurses to participate in CNE (P < 0.05). Younger nurses with lower educational level are more difficult to participate in CNE due to personal ability. There is a positive correlation between the length of working experience and the time limitation faced to participate in CNE (P < 0.05). Senior nurses are too busy with their work to participate in CNE due to limited time. Conclusion: The problems faced by active nurses in Tibet in participating in CNE come from funding, time and ability. Young nurses with limited working experience cannot participate in CNE resulting from limited ability and funds;while senior nurses are mainly restricted by time. It is recommended that hospitals and nursing management in Tibet should solve these problems faced by nurses in participating in CNE by implementing a flexible scheduling system, and providing funding or implementing an incentive system, to enhance the confidence of active nurses in participating in CNE.

Analysis on the Independent Extracurricular Practice of Students in the Specialized Dance Sport--Shenyang Sport University is Taken for Example

In this paper, the independent extracurricular practice of the students in the specialized dance sport in Shenyang Sport University is analyzed and studied, and the influencing factors and problems of the students＇ independent extracurricular practice in the specialized dance sport are further analyzed based on knowing well the current independent extracurricular practice of the students in the specialized dance sport in Shenyang Sport University, and then the corresponding countermeasures are proposed according to the existing problems. Thus, a theoretical foundation is provided for the future development and continuously deepened physical education reform of the specialized dance sport in physical education institutes.

A Study on Job Satisfaction, Stressors and Job Burnout of Nurses in a Third-Class Hospital in Haikou

Objective: With the development of society, people’s requirements and standards for nursing work continue to improve, under the premise of nursing human resources are relatively insufficient, nursing work from nursing skills to service attitude to ensure quality, this standard brings great work pressure to nursing staff, in addition, the increasing medical disputes, It increases the risk factor of personal safety attack in the workplace of nurses, and further increases the psychological pressure of nurses, thus increasing the incidence of job burnout of nurses. Methods: A multi-stage random sampling was adopted to conduct a questionnaire survey among 1049 nursing staff on December 1, solstice and December 30, 2015. The current situation of nurses’ job satisfaction, stressors and job burnout and its influencing factors were analyzed. Results: 1) The total score of nurses’ job satisfaction was 91.52 ± 17.99 points;2) The total score of nurses’ work stressors was 86.52 ± 21.95 points;3) The total score of nurses’ job burnout was 38.44 ± 7.55 points;4) The aspects of patient care, management and interpersonal relationship were significantly correlated with nurses’ burnout (P < 0.001), and the total score of job satisfaction was positively correlated with nurses’ burnout, while the total score of job satisfaction was negatively correlated with nurses’ burnout. There was a significant correlation between job title and nurse burnout (P < 0.001). Conclusion: The job burnout of nurses is related to nurse satisfaction and work pressure. The problems of management and interpersonal relationship, title, total score of job satisfaction and patient care are the main problems of nurses’ job burnout.

Diverity evalution and developing strategies of forestry view of scenic spots:taking Lushan as an example

Diversity indexes of current forestry view, such as dominance degree, fragmentation degree and overcast degree, were evaluated by the software ARCVIEWGIS. And developing strategies to improve diversity were put forward in this paper, that is, combining with the items of forestry tour and enhancing scientific management, and choosing typical trees to change forestry structure on the basis of general conditions of dominance degree, fragmentation degree and overcast degree.

Analysis on the Cy-Pres Doctrine in the Public Benefit Trust

Public benefit trust is of great significance to the development of social public welfare, and the cy-pres doctrine as a special principle of public benefit trust, plays an important role in protecting the continuation of public benefit trust, and the realization and reasonable use of high-efficiency trust properties. In this paper, therefore, the origin, establishment, and development trend of the approximation principle as well as its current legislative situation in China are studied, and also its applicability of the Cy-Pres doctrine in China＇s public benefit trust is briefly evaluated, so as to further deepen the understanding of the Cy-Pres doctrine and develop the public benefit trust undertakings in China.

An Analysis of Marketing Trend of IVD in China

Objective To contribute to the in vitro diagnosis(IVD)industry taking a leading position and developing sustainably in the market,and to help enterprises to adopt a variety of methods to strengthen its capacity.Methods Current status of IVD industry was analyzed and some strategies for the development of IVD industry were put forward in combination with the characteristics of the industry.Then the exterior environment of IVD industry and the development of marketing were analyzed so as to help increase the market shares of Chinese IVD industry in the global market.Results and Conclusion Chinese IVD industry was analyzed comprehensively from various perspectives on the basis of study of the history of Chinese IVD industry and foreign IVD industries.Therefore,some strategies are put forward.

湖北省中医医院信息化建设现状分析与思考

目的/意义了解湖北省中医医院信息化建设现状和问题,提出进一步推进中医医院信息化建设的建议。方法/过程基于2022年湖北省中医医院信息化建设现状调查数据,采用描述统计、χ^(2)检验、Fisher检验等方法,阐述湖北省公立中医医院信息化管理部门设置与人员结构、基础设施与资金投入、业务应用系统、信息标准及新一代信息技术应用等方面的现状,剖析存在的主要问题。结果/结论湖北省中医医院信息化建设取得初步成效,但仍应优化信息管理部门职能、充实信息化人才队伍、加强经费投入、强化标准应用、深化中医药特色优势、推进新技术应用等。

某院青年人才队伍职业发展现状分析与对策研究

目的全面了解医院青年人才队伍现状和青年人才职业发展需求,进一步加强青年人才队伍建设。方法以问卷调查方式对201名青年人才进行全面调研,明确医院在青年人才队伍培养中存在的问题以及青年人才职业发展困惑和需求。结果医院在青年人才队伍培养方面存在培养体系不健全、高层次青年人才总量不足、培养方式不够多元化等3个问题。结论医院将从加强政治引领和政策宣传、优化分层分类培养机制、搭建多元化成长平台、加强人文关怀等4个方面加强青年人才队伍建设。

从中国政府采购网“政府采购合同公告系统”收集整理“双一流”高校图书馆纸质资源政府采购合同公告479份、合同原始文本402份。通过统计和文本分析,展示“双一流”高校图书馆纸质资源政府采购合同的整体情况和核心条款,梳理“双一流”高校图书馆纸质资源政府采购合同存在的问题,并结合最新法律法规及业务实践,从规范合同信息的签订和公告流程、避免盲目套用合同示范文本、加强合同金额/价款条款的合规性审查、细化产品质量服务标准及违约责任条款、明确约定结算与支付条款、将履约验收要求纳入合同条款并加以细化等方面提出优化建议,以期为我国高校图书馆纸质资源政府采购合同的规范管理提供有益参考。
