Relationship Between Economic Growth and Water Environmental Quality of Anshan City in Northeast China 被引量:4

Based on the decomposition model of environmental quality and univariate regression model,the relationships of industrial wastewater drainage with economic scale,economic structure,and technological level in Anshan,a mining city in Northeast China,were studied. The results showed that,due to scale effect,the drainage of three important industrial wastewater pollutants(COD,NH3-N and petroleum) increased 8505t,671t and 384t,respectively,and due to structure effect,those pollutants drainage increased 3996t,174t and 120t from 2001 to 2006. While due to technological effect,the drainage of COD,NH3-N and petroleum reduced 4452t,458t and 331t,and due to cross effect,those pollutants drainage reduced 7270t,575t and 476t simultaneously. Meantime,the relationships between household consumption structure and domestic sewage discharge were analyzed,and domestic sewage discharges in different income levels were also compared. The results showed that,the domestic sewage discharges would increase 376t with 1000 yuan(RMB) increased in the traffic and communication consumption,and they would be 344t,219t,428t,1873t,respectively,in housing consumption,food consumption,medical consumption,miscellaneous commodity consumption. The proportion of domestic sewage discharge increased for high income residents significantly,but reduced for lower income residents. The industrial wastewater pollutants drainage tends to be reduced by technical progress,while domestic sewage discharge will be a more important factor for urban water environment quality. 展开更多

The quantity and quality of farmland is the key factor determining grain production capacity, so protecting farmland has become the key to guaranteeing food security. I take Anshan City in Liaoning Province as the study area which has its own particularity in terms of protecting farmland. Based on the prediction of population, coupled with the relevant data concerning farmland area, the per unit area yield of grain, the prediction and analysis of the balance of supply and demand of farmland in Anshan City are conducted. The results show that in the year 2010, the maximum supply amount of farmland that the city can offer is 239 000 hm2, and in the year 2020 the maximum supply amount of farmland that the city can offer will be 238 000 hm2; in the year 2010, the maximum demand amount of farmland is 204 186.02 hm2, and in the year 2020 the maximum supply amount of farmland will be 226 409.61 hm2. So the supply amount of farmland that the city can offer can meet the need of grain production objective. Some problems concerning farmland protection are pointed out in order to provide beneficial exploration of the farmland protection based on the model of food security. 展开更多

According to requirements of Notice of the General Office of the People's Government of Anhui Province on Implementing the Confirmation and Registration of Ownership of Rural Collective Land,in order to integrate urban and rural development and safeguard the rights and interests of farmers,since January 2010,Ma'anshan Municipal Government has made an overall deployment in the whole city to carry out the confirmation and registration of rural collective land. However,complex property situation of the collective land and the problems of existing registration system have brought about many problems. With the gradual intensification of aging in China,the issue of elderly care has become the primary issue that needs to be urgently solved in society.The construction of a reasonable and scientific integrated medical and care service system can not only efficiently allocate medical resources and services,but also better meet the needs of the elderly.Due to the involvement of multiple disciplines such as architecture,sociology,psychology,and behavioral science in the construction of the system,as well as the restriction of various objective factors such as medical capacity,spatial scale,and operating costs,the government and elderly care institutions have always been unable to find the best solution for how to scientifically and reasonably construct an integrated medical and care service system.This paper is based on Anshan City,Liaoning Province,which has prominent aging issues and distinct characteristics of the elderly population.Through extensive field research in elderly care institutions,and face-to-face communication with personnel from relevant government departments such as the Municipal Commission on Aging,the Civil Affairs Bureau,the Health Commission,the Medical Insurance Bureau,and the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau,it truly understands the problems that arise in the construction of the urban integrated medical and care service system.From three aspects:urban situation,institutional situation and the needs of the elderly,it is proposed to establish a clear departmental linkage mechanism with clear rights and responsibilities,a policy guarantee mechanism tailored to local conditions,a multi-measure operation mechanism,a technology first intelligent response mechanism,a warm and efficient service mechanism for the people,an overall layout mechanism,an evaluation and supervision mechanism for full process control,and a talent supply mechanism of external introduction and internal training.It aims to provide reference for the construction of an integrated medical and care service system in similar cities. 展开更多

These techniques i... In order to provide a basis for the earthquake resistance protection zoning of Anshan City, westudied the activity of faults. In the study, the synthetic geophysical prospecting techniqueswere used. These techniques include the shallow artificial earthquake method, electric method,geologic radar method, etc., with shallow artificial earthquake sounding as the main means.In the meantime, the data of geophysical prospecting and borehole record of this city werecollected and the methods of field investigation and sample age dating were also used incombination. The results show that there are 5 hidden or semi-hidden faults in Anshon City.Among these faults, Dashitou-Songsantai fault, Ningyuantun fault and Dayangqi fault trendNW, the middle Pleistotene Tanggangzi fault trends NE, while the early Pleistocene or Pre-Quaternary Ertaizi fault trend NW. 采用平行同步采样法,于2012年雨季,对广州市大夫山森林公园林内外空气的总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)和细颗粒物(PM2.5)样品进行了24 h收集,测定了TSP和PM2.5的质量浓度并分析了样品中水溶性无机离子成分。结果表明:林内外PM2.5的质量浓度平均值... 采用平行同步采样法,于2012年雨季,对广州市大夫山森林公园林内外空气的总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)和细颗粒物(PM2.5)样品进行了24 h收集,测定了TSP和PM2.5的质量浓度并分析了样品中水溶性无机离子成分。结果表明:林内外PM2.5的质量浓度平均值分别为(40.18±10.47)和(55.79±13.01)g/cm3;林内外TSP的质量浓度分别为(101.32±33.19)和(116.61±35.36)g/cm3。林内与林外比,PM2.5和TSP平均质量浓度都显著减少(P<0.05),表明森林能显著改善空气环境质量。TSP和PM2.5中SO2-4、Na+、NH+4和NO-3为水溶性无机离子主要成分,占总离子质量的80%以上,林外这些离子的浓度高于林内(NH+4除外)。这4种离子雨季在空气中的主要存在方式为NaCl、Na2SO4、NH4HSO4和NH4NO3。计算表明,采样期间海盐对大夫山空气TSP和PM2.5的水溶性组分中Na+和Cl-贡献最大,其它元素主要源自陆地源。林内外TSP和PM2.5的c(NO-3)/c(SO2-4)比值在0.3以下,表明固定源是大夫山森林公园空气主要污染贡献者,TSP中c(NO-3)/c(SO2-4)的比值大于PM2.5的比值,说明移动源对TSP的贡献大于PM2.5。 展开更多

典型城市道路区域空气TSP和PM_(10)污染特征研究——以上海市为例 被引量:4

为对空气中总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)和可吸入颗粒物(PM10)的污染特征进行研究,采用KC-120H型智能中流量TSP和PM10采样器,运用重量法测定道路的TSP和PM10浓度.针对重车型比例大的典型城市—上海市,对其道路区域中TSP和PM10污染物随车型、绿化... 为对空气中总悬浮颗粒物(TSP)和可吸入颗粒物(PM10)的污染特征进行研究,采用KC-120H型智能中流量TSP和PM10采样器,运用重量法测定道路的TSP和PM10浓度.针对重车型比例大的典型城市—上海市,对其道路区域中TSP和PM10污染物随车型、绿化情况、洒水情况和天气等的变化情况进行分析,并采用统计分析方法对数据进行处理.研究结果表明:(1)TSP和PM10浓度的日变化特征为白天浓度高于夜间浓度,阴天浓度高于多云和晴朗天气,雨天浓度下降显著;(2)在一定车型比例范围内,TSP和PM10浓度随着重型车数量的增加逐渐增大;(3)有绿化隔离状况下,TSP和PM10浓度明显低于无绿化情况,高大乔木阻挡作用强于灌木丛生植物;(4)洒水车过后,TSP和PM10浓度显著下降;(5)PM10与TSP浓度值线性相关. 展开更多

In order to further develop the urban park landscape,the representative urban park landscape in Ma’anshan City is first evaluated and analyzed from the aspects of humanistic artistic value,social historical value and user experience value.Afterwards,the weight of each park landscape is judged by analytic hierarchy process(AHP),and it is found that the indexes in the criterion layer successively are user experience value>humanistic artistic value>social historical value;in the factor layer,excellent user experience,universal design,reasonable and perfect public services and layout suitable for urban planning are more important factors,while artistic conception creation has the lowest weight.Finally,based on the results obtained by AHP,the improvement and optimization strategy for urban park landscape in Ma’anshan City is proposed to further strengthen the development of urban parks in Ma’anshan City. 展开更多

以马鞍山郑蒲港新区排涝系统为代表性案例,探讨基于调蓄演算法和SWMM模型联合的城市排水系统设计应用研究。郑蒲港新区于2012年设立,定位为现代临港物流区、现代临港工业区及产城一体主城区,具有重要的战略发展功能。首先,收集新区地理... 以马鞍山郑蒲港新区排涝系统为代表性案例,探讨基于调蓄演算法和SWMM模型联合的城市排水系统设计应用研究。郑蒲港新区于2012年设立,定位为现代临港物流区、现代临港工业区及产城一体主城区,具有重要的战略发展功能。首先,收集新区地理、气候和排水系统相关数据,运用基于水量平衡的调蓄演算方法对排涝系统及规模进行分析。然后,将优化方案应用于SWMM模型,对雨水径流等过程进行动态模拟和分析。研究表明,为达到20年一遇暴雨不积水的设计排涝标准,研究区域需外排总设计流量为111.9 m^(3)/s,扣除现有3座泵站合计流量后,尚需增加30.5 m^(3)/s外排流量。研究成果为郑蒲港新区姥下河北片区的排涝减灾和排涝系统整治提供科学参考依据,有助于新区发展建设需要。同时,此研究方法可作为基于调蓄演算法和SWMM模型联合的城市排水系统设计应用研究的参考,推动城市排水系统设计领域的发展。 展开更多
