The anti-anoxic effects were observed by the ways of oxygen lack in normal atmosphere of mice, decapitation and erythrocyte count and hemoglobin in the mice. Experiments done in this study included observing the best dose and the best time of appearing anti-anoxic effects in mice. Results were found that the functional liquid could prolong not only the survival time and the brain survival time of the mouse, but also increasing the number of erythrocytes (RBC) and the content of hemoglobin (Hb); and the functional liquid has markedly protecting cardio-cerebral function; If the dosage of the functional liquid control on the 0.3ml/day for each mouse, the best effects should appear after four hour. And the functional liquid had no obvious effect on the weight of the mice within thirty days.展开更多

This study is to investigate the functional mimicry by using antiidiotypic antibodies of enzymes. Methods.Monoclonal antiidiotypic antibodies against antiHEL(hen eggwhite lysozyme, HEL) antibodies were obtained by fusion of Sp2/0 myeloma cells with spleen cells of syngeneic mice immunized with monoclonal antiHEL antibodies against HELs different antigenic epitopes. Then bacteriolysis of the antiidiotypic antibodies were observed. Results.Eight hybridomas strains secreting antiidiotypic antibodies were selected and characterized. It was shown that two of eight antiidiotypic antibodies secreted by two hybridomas(1A 10 C 9 and 2A 11 C 1B 3) could mimic HEL catalytic activity to lyse Micrococcus lysodeikticus and that the catalytic effect of mixed antiidiotypic antibodies of 1A 10 C 9 and 2A 11 C 1B 3 was stronger than that of one of them, but less than HEL. Conclusion. The results demonstrated that the antiidiotypic antibodies that could mimic enzyme activity existed in the idiotype network during antienzymatic immune response.展开更多

By using Fourier transforms the problem was formulated in terms of a singular integral equation. It was numerically solved by representing the unknown dislocation density by a truncated series of Chebyshev polynomials leading to a linear system of equations. The stress intensity factor (SIF) results were discussed with respect to the influences of different geometric parameters and the strength of the non-homogeneity. It was indicated that the SIF increases with the increase of the crack length and decreases with the increase of the rigidity of the material in the vicinity of crack. The SIF of narrow strip is very sensitive to the change of the non-homogeneity parameter and its variation is complicated. With the increase of the non-homogeneity parameter, the stress intensity factor may increase, decrease or keep constant, which is mainly determined by the strip width and the relative crack location. If the crack is located at the midline of the strip or if the strip is wide, the stress intensity factor is not sensitive to the material non-homogeneity parameter.展开更多

As input saturation occurs, the non-smooth saturation constraint is modeled with the approximated scalar sign function which is a smooth nonlinear function. The resulting nonlinear model is further linearized at any operating point with the optimal linearization technique, and Linear Quadratic Regulator (LQR) is then applied for a state-feedback controller optimal for each operating point. As input saturation is encountered, an iterative procedure is developed to adjust control gains by systematically updating LQR weighting matrices until the inputs lie within the saturation limits. Through global digital redesign, the analog LQR controller is converted to an equivalent digital one for keeping the essential control performance, and moreover, delay compensation is taken into account during digital redesign for compensating the potential time delays in a control loop. The swing-up and stabilization control of single rotary inverted pendulum system is used to illustrate and verify the proposed method.展开更多

For the Bessel functions, these are the Chebyshev polynomials of first kind and for the Spherical Bessel functions the Legendre polynomials. These two sets of functions appear in many formulas of the expansion and in the completeness and (bi)-orthogonality relations. The analogy to expansions of functions in Taylor series and in moment series and to expansions in Hermite functions is elaborated. Besides other special expansion, we find the expansion of Bessel functions in Spherical Bessel functions and their inversion and of Chebyshev polynomials of first kind in Legendre polynomials and their inversion. For the operators which generate the Spherical Bessel functions from a basic Spherical Bessel function, the normally ordered (or disentangled) form is found.展开更多
