Application Analysis of Cardiac Rehabilitation Nursing in Patients with Acute Myocardial Infarction

Methods: A total of 102 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to J... Objective: Application analysis of cardiac rehabilitation in patients with acute myocardial infarction. Methods: A total of 102 patients with acute myocardial infarction admitted to our hospital from January 2020 to January 2022 were retrospectively selected as the observation objects. According to the nursing measures taken, they were divided into a control group and an observation group, with 51 cases in each group. A total of 51 patients in the control group received routine nursing, while 51 patients in the observation group were guided to actively participate in the cardiac rehabilitation nursing plan. The hospitalization conditions and effects of the two groups were compared. Results: The cardiac function index, bed time, hospitalization time, anxiety score and depression score of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P Conclusion: The application of cardiac rehabilitation nursing in patients with acute myocardial infarction has a good effect. The patients’ cardiac function recovers faster, they feel more comfortable, and they also reduce the time of hospitalization and bed rest, which is conducive to improving the psychological and anxiety state of patients and improving the quality of life. 展开更多

These rules are (1) for a rotor cascade without shroud band, the total number of nodal points equals that the saddle points on the skin-friction line vector fields in eachpitch range; (2) for an annular or straight cascade with no-clearances at blade ends, the total number of saddle points is two more than that of nodal points on the skin-friction line fields in a pitch; (3) the total number of saddles in the secondary flow fields on cross-sections in cascade is one less than that of nodes; (4) in the section streamline vector fields on a meridian surface penetrating a flow passage, and on leading and trailing edge sections, the total number of nodes is equal to that of saddles; (5) on the streamline vector fields of a blade-to-blade surface, the total number of nodes is one less than that of saddles. 展开更多

According to the rotor vortex theory,the rotor circulation and the rotor induced velocity are developed into Fourier series.The circulation distribution along blade spanwise is expressed in terms of segment-by-segment linear functions.In consequence the induced velocity equations and the circulation equations are derived.The engineering application of the rotor vortex theory is provided.Then the induced velocity and its harmonic components are obtained to provide a quantitative basis for the vortex model.For calculating each harmonic component of the induced velocity a simplified method is put forward which considers the effects of each order circulation with neglecting those of higher order.The method saves the computer time and is of significant benefit. 展开更多

Comparing both experimental and calculated densitl c values indicated thst the values were of better conformity. Adding BHI into PA1010 caused an increase in distortion.The results from SAXS analysis have also led to the conclusion that a crystal-amorphous interphase could exist in lamellae of Semicrystalline polymers and a three-phase model instead of traditional two-phase model should be used. 展开更多

In order to investigate the situation of water environment of Lingdingyang, we study its static environmental capacity of nitrogen and phosphorus. LANDSAT imageries are used in the study. There is a common difficulty in elastic-plastic impact codes such as EPIC[2,3] NONSAP[4], etc.. Most of these codes use the simple linear functions usually taken from static problem to represent the displacement components. In such finite element formulation, the stress components are constant in each element and they are discontinuous in any two neighboring elements. Therefore, the bases of using the virtual work principle in such elements are unreliable. In this paper, we introduce a new method, namely, the compatible stress iterative method, to eliminate the above-said difficulty. The calculated examples show that the calculation using the new method in dynamic finite element analysis of high velocity impact is valid and stable, and the element stiffness can be somewhat reduced. 展开更多
