This paper discussed that how to confirm conditions of grinding test which be po int to grinding peculiarity when test design and regression analysis are used to setting up some empirical formulas. In order to reduce effect of random errors on precision of the empirical formulas and enable them to be applied widely, a m ethod that a lot of random error can be sufficiently contained in grinding test was suggested. Liquid formulations containing corrosion inhibitors often are to be optimized according to...Surface engineering of magnesium alloys requires adequate strategies, processes and materials permitting corrosion protection. Liquid formulations containing corrosion inhibitors often are to be optimized according to the demands of the respective substrate and following the service conditions during its application. As an interdisciplinary approach, a combination of several techniques for instantly monitoring or elaborately analyzing the surface state of magnesium was accomplished in order to characterize the performance of new adsorbing sustainable amphiphilic polymers which recently were developed to facilitate a multi-metal corrosion protection approach. The application of established techniques like Contact Angle measurements and X-ray Photoelectron Spectroscopy investigations was supplemented by introducing related and yet faster online-capable and larger-scale techniques like Aerosol Wetting Test and Optically Stimulated Electron Emission. Moreover, an inexpensive setup was configured for scaling the inset and the extent of degradation processes which occur at local electrochemical circuits and lead to hydrogen bubble formation. Using these analytical tools, changes of the surface state of emeried AM50 samples were investigated. Even in contact with water, being a moderate corrosive medium, the online techniques facilitated detecting surface degradation of the unprotected magnesium alloy within some seconds. In contrast, following contact with a 1 weight% formulation of a polymeric corrosion inhibitor, surface monitoring indicated a delay of the onset of degradation processes by approximately two orders of magnitude in time. Mainly based on the spectroscopic investigations, the corrosion inhibiting effects of the investigated polymer are attributed to the adsorption of a primary polymer layer with a thickness of a few nanometers which occurs within some seconds. Immersion of magnesium for several hours brings up a protective film with around ten nanometers thickness.展开更多

As such, the fringe patterns on the hypothetical plane are carrying the holistic information of the hologram, as well as the local optical properties of the object scene. This important property enables a hologram to be processed with classical image processing techniques that are normally unsuitable for handling holographic information. Resonance structures of atomic lithium due to single excitations of the ls and 2s electrons are studied by infinite-order calculations in detail. The effect of spin-orbit splitting is also included for some of the low-lying ls2snp(↑↓) resonance, and the influence of the interference between 1s^2s^3 Snp .↓ and 1s2s^ 1 Snp ↑ states on the resonance structure has been confirmed theoretically. Advanced model-based control strategies,e.g.,model predictive control,can offer superior control of key process variables for multiple-input multiple-output systems.The quality of the system model is critical to contr...Advanced model-based control strategies,e.g.,model predictive control,can offer superior control of key process variables for multiple-input multiple-output systems.The quality of the system model is critical to controller performance and should adequately describe the process dynamics across its operating range while remaining amenable to fast optimization.This work articulates an integrated system identification procedure for deriving black-box nonlinear continuous-time multiple-input multiple-output system models for nonlinear model predictive control.To showcase this approach,five candidate models for polynomial and interaction features of both output and manipulated variables were trained on simulated data and integrated into a nonlinear model predictive controller for a highly nonlinear continuous stirred tank reactor system.This procedure successfully identified system models that enabled effective control in both servo and regulator problems across wider operating ranges.These controllers also had reasonable per-iteration times of ca.0.1 s.This demonstration of how such system models could be identified for nonlinear model predictive control without prior knowledge of system dynamics opens further possibilities for direct data-driven methodologies for model-based control which,in the face of process uncertainties or modelling limitations,allow rapid and stable control over wider operating ranges.展开更多

D...Although many theories regarding the implementation of knowledge management (KM) in organizations have been proposed and studied, most applications tend to stand alone without incorporating the business processes. Different categories of knowledge provide different benefits and how to integrate various categories of KM into a hybrid approach as an effective KM manner remains strategically important, and yet is still understudied. Therefore, in this paper a hybrid model that integrates principal KM applications for new service development (NSD) and the measurement of the resulting f'mancial benefits have been developed. The proposed KM model incorporates newsgroups, knowledge forums, knowledge asset management and knowledge application processes as a hybrid means for sharing organizational knowledge along two axes, explicit vs. implicit and individual vs. collective. One of the largest management consulting companies in Taiwan, China, whose process model of NSD was standing alone with KM applications, was selected for the case study. A set of hybrid KM processes was developed to implement the proposed KM model, and it illustrates an application with greater financial benefits for integrating hybrid KM practices into the business process. Based on knowledge value added (KVA) validation, the proposed KM model provides a new operating system for sharing NSD knowledge within an organization. Through the case study by measuring the achieved financial results, the proposed KM model is found to provide an exclusive hybrid platform with an empirical process model to address innovative approaches and practical values of KM within an organization.展开更多

In order to optimize the deformation processing, the hot deformation behavior of Co-Cr-Mo-Cu (here- after named as Co-Cu) alloy was studied in this paper at a deformation temperature range of 950-1150 ℃ and a strai...In order to optimize the deformation processing, the hot deformation behavior of Co-Cr-Mo-Cu (here- after named as Co-Cu) alloy was studied in this paper at a deformation temperature range of 950-1150 ℃ and a strain rate range of 0.008-5 s^-1. Based on the true stress-true strain curves, a constitutive equation in hyperbolic sin function was established and a hot processing map was drawn. It was found that the flow stress of the Co-Cu alloy increased with the increase of the strain rate and decreased with the increase of the deforming temperature. The hot processing map indicated that there were two unstable regions and one well-processing region. The microstructure, the hardness distribution and the electro- chemical properties of the hot deformed sample were investigated in order to reveal the influence of the hot deformation. Microstructure observation indicated that the grain size increased with the increase of the deformation temperature but decreased with the increase of the strain rate. High temperature and low strain rate promoted the crystallization process but increased the grain size, which results in a reduction in the hardness. The hot deformation at high temperature (1100-1150 ℃) would reduce the corrosion resistance slightly. The final optimized deformation process was: a deformation temperature from 1050to 1100 ℃, and a strain rate from 0.008 to 0.2 s^-1, where a completely recrystallized and homogeneously distributed microstructure would be obtained.展开更多

文摘Advanced model-based control strategies,e.g.,model predictive control,can offer superior control of key process variables for multiple-input multiple-output systems.The quality of the system model is critical to controller performance and should adequately describe the process dynamics across its operating range while remaining amenable to fast optimization.This work articulates an integrated system identification procedure for deriving black-box nonlinear continuous-time multiple-input multiple-output system models for nonlinear model predictive control.To showcase this approach,five candidate models for polynomial and interaction features of both output and manipulated variables were trained on simulated data and integrated into a nonlinear model predictive controller for a highly nonlinear continuous stirred tank reactor system.This procedure successfully identified system models that enabled effective control in both servo and regulator problems across wider operating ranges.These controllers also had reasonable per-iteration times of ca.0.1 s.This demonstration of how such system models could be identified for nonlinear model predictive control without prior knowledge of system dynamics opens further possibilities for direct data-driven methodologies for model-based control which,in the face of process uncertainties or modelling limitations,allow rapid and stable control over wider operating ranges.
文摘Although many theories regarding the implementation of knowledge management (KM) in organizations have been proposed and studied, most applications tend to stand alone without incorporating the business processes. Different categories of knowledge provide different benefits and how to integrate various categories of KM into a hybrid approach as an effective KM manner remains strategically important, and yet is still understudied. Therefore, in this paper a hybrid model that integrates principal KM applications for new service development (NSD) and the measurement of the resulting f'mancial benefits have been developed. The proposed KM model incorporates newsgroups, knowledge forums, knowledge asset management and knowledge application processes as a hybrid means for sharing organizational knowledge along two axes, explicit vs. implicit and individual vs. collective. One of the largest management consulting companies in Taiwan, China, whose process model of NSD was standing alone with KM applications, was selected for the case study. A set of hybrid KM processes was developed to implement the proposed KM model, and it illustrates an application with greater financial benefits for integrating hybrid KM practices into the business process. Based on knowledge value added (KVA) validation, the proposed KM model provides a new operating system for sharing NSD knowledge within an organization. Through the case study by measuring the achieved financial results, the proposed KM model is found to provide an exclusive hybrid platform with an empirical process model to address innovative approaches and practical values of KM within an organization.

文摘With the maturation of satellite technology,Hyperspectral Remote Sensing(HRS)platforms have developed from the initial ground-based and airborne platforms into spaceborne platforms,which greatly promotes the civil application of HRS imagery in the fields of agriculture,forestry,and environmental monitoring.China is playing an important role in this evolution,especially in recent years,with the successful launch and operation of a series of civil hyper-spectral spacecraft and satellites,including the Shenzhou-3 spacecraft,the Gaofen-5 satellite,the SPARK satellite,the Zhuhai-1 satellite network for environmental and resources monitoring,the FengYun series of satellites for meteorological observation,and the Chang’E series of spacecraft for planetary exploration.The Chinese spaceborne HRS platforms have various new characteristics,such as the wide swath width,high spatial resolution,wide spectral range,hyperspectral satellite networks,and microsatellites.This paper focuses on the recent progress in Chinese spaceborne HRS,from the aspects of the typical satellite systems,the data processing,and the applications.In addition,the future development trends of HRS in China are also discussed and analyzed.

文摘In order to optimize the deformation processing, the hot deformation behavior of Co-Cr-Mo-Cu (here- after named as Co-Cu) alloy was studied in this paper at a deformation temperature range of 950-1150 ℃ and a strain rate range of 0.008-5 s^-1. Based on the true stress-true strain curves, a constitutive equation in hyperbolic sin function was established and a hot processing map was drawn. It was found that the flow stress of the Co-Cu alloy increased with the increase of the strain rate and decreased with the increase of the deforming temperature. The hot processing map indicated that there were two unstable regions and one well-processing region. The microstructure, the hardness distribution and the electro- chemical properties of the hot deformed sample were investigated in order to reveal the influence of the hot deformation. Microstructure observation indicated that the grain size increased with the increase of the deformation temperature but decreased with the increase of the strain rate. High temperature and low strain rate promoted the crystallization process but increased the grain size, which results in a reduction in the hardness. The hot deformation at high temperature (1100-1150 ℃) would reduce the corrosion resistance slightly. The final optimized deformation process was: a deformation temperature from 1050to 1100 ℃, and a strain rate from 0.008 to 0.2 s^-1, where a completely recrystallized and homogeneously distributed microstructure would be obtained.
