Optimization Strategy for Passive Form Design of Architectural Grey Space under the Background of Climate Adaptability

Taking the bottom grey space with great influence on outdoor thermal comfort as the research object,this paper summarizes the morphological characteristics and climate response methods of two types of bottom grey space:overhead grey space and canopy grey space.The spatial form indexes that greatly affect the ecological performance of architectural grey space such as ventilation,shading,etc.are discussed,and two passive spatial form indexes of spatial scale and location orientation are studied.According to the research of related scholars and literature summary,the optimization strategies for passive form design of architectural grey space based on climate adaptability are put forward,which will provide a reference for the climate adaptive design of architectural grey space,and helps to improve the outdoor thermal environment from the micro scale and create a better living environment.

Role of architectural space in blast-resistant buildings

The design of all spatial scares in a manufactured environment is part of the architectural skills and knowtedge. Therefore, an architectural design should be drafted to reduce the vulnerability of humans and buildings against unexpected events, such as terrorist attacks and bombardments. Human casualties and equipment destruction inside the buitdings coutd be prevented by designing a suitabte architectural space. This study addresses the absence of a codified and detaited criterion to evatuate architecturat spaces and their design. Hence, art proposed indices for architectural spaces have been extracted using the ideas of experts in the field of architecture and exptosives. Questionnaires were presented to 25 experts to weigh the effective indices using the anatytic hierarchy process method. The human-oriented （ergonomic） characteristics of the buitding space is found to be the most important factor in facilitating crisis management, followed by the Location of criticat spaces.

Concepts and Materialization of Envelope of Architectural Buildings in the Future

This paper is based on a scientific methodology developed by its author(1987)in his doctoral dissertation and later(2004)published in a book.According to this methodology,architecture is understood as a system consisting of four basic elements:Environment,Man,Boundaries and Perspectives.As a case study,this methodology was checked and confirmed(in the dissertation and in the cited book)on the example of an oriental-type town hall in Bosnia and Herzegovina,Serbia,Montenegro,Kosovo and Macedonia,and later in all published books,to date.In this paper,the author draws attention to the element of Perspective(in architecture)thus emphasizing its exceptional importance in understanding architecture as a whole.In doing so,this element cannot be separated from the other three elements(Environment,Man,Boundaries)since with them he builds architecture as a single whole.

Network of Architecture Roads

In the literature that follows the history and theory of architecture,architecture is mainly studied from the aspect of disposition,construction and materialization“in itself”,sporadically establishing the“originality”(first appearance)of certain dimensions of architectural solutions and their connection with solutions from previous historical epochs.The title of this work(Network of Architectural Paths)suggests the simultaneous uniqueness(authenticity)of people and their culture throughout the planet Earth and comprehensiveness(universality)of human ideas and all forms of human creativity.The aim of this work is to show the authenticity of ideas(expressed by architecture)in accordance with the concrete natural and social environment and,at the same time,their mutual connection(networking)on the global world level(Earth).Examples of vernacular architecture in various parts of the world and examples of author’s(contemporary)architecture in other parts of the world that are articulated in the language of the modern era while preserving the concepts of their vernecular“models”are thus compared.The methodological approach in this paper is based on the author’s theory of architecture,which he described and published in his book:Hadrovic,A.(2007).Defining Architectural Space on the Model of the Oriental Style CityHouse in Bosnia and Herzegovina,Serbia,Montenegro,Kosovo and Macedonia,Booksurge,LLC,North Charleston,SC,USA.
