It is necessary to maintain the central configuration files for the e...The control system of Hefei Light Source II(HLS-Ⅱ) is a distributed system based on the experimental physics and industrial control system(EPICS). It is necessary to maintain the central configuration files for the existing archiving system. When the process variables in the control system are added, removed, or updated, the configuration files must be manually modified to maintain consistency with the control system. This paper presents a new method for data archiving, which realizes the automatic configuration of the archiving parameters. The system uses microservice architecture to integrate the EPICS Archiver Appliance and Rec Sync. In this way, the system can collect all the archived meta-configuration from the distributed input/output controllers and enter them into the EPICS Archiver Appliance automatically. Furthermore, we also developed a web-based GUI to provide automatic visualization of real-time and historical data. At present,this system is under commissioning at HLS-Ⅱ. The results indicate that the new archiving system is reliable and convenient to operate. The operation mode without maintenance is valuable for large-scale scientific facilities.展开更多

First, a new perturbation operator is designed, and the concepts of fuzzy global best and fuzzy personal best are given on basis of the new operator. After that, particle updating equations are revised on the basis of the two new concepts to discourage the premature convergence and enlarge the potential search space; second, the elite archiving technique is used during the process of evolution, namely, the elite particles are introduced into the swarm, whereas the inferior particles are deleted. Therefore, the quality of the swarm is ensured. Finally, the convergence of this swarm is proved. The experimental results show that the nondominated solutions found by the proposed algorithm are uniformly distributed and widely spread along the Pareto front.展开更多

In contemporary times, many Nigerians, and indeed Africans, go through huddles to behold some of their most cherished artifacts in foreign lands. Such artifacts were taken away by the colonial masters during their var...In contemporary times, many Nigerians, and indeed Africans, go through huddles to behold some of their most cherished artifacts in foreign lands. Such artifacts were taken away by the colonial masters during their various conquests of ancient African kingdoms. In the modern days as well, such trips are made to other countries by Nigerians and Africans to research into some popular arts and amusements lost as a result of neglect. One of such lost is the popular form of literature that once existed in the eastern part of Nigeria--the Onitsha Market Literature. Using evidences from secondary research materials, this paper discusses the re-occurrence of this silly history of neglecting the production and consumption of popular culture in Nigerian and indeed Africa. Using the Nigerian video film industry, Nollywood, as a case study, a case is here made for the proper archiving of these video films for future generations. It is observed that just few decades of video film production in Nigeria, virtually all the pioneer films cannot be found anywhere in the country. Such films must be needed in future for research purposes as the foundations upon which other great films of the future will base. The work therefore concludes with the obvious recommendation that genuine efforts, will, and finances be committed to proper archiving of legally approved Nollywood films. This will engender the sentiment central to film archiving and drastically reduce the problems that may confront the future generation as regards research in the Nigeria video film culture, Nollywood.展开更多

There are more than 800,000 units of audiovisual documents in the archive. The main laws regulating the activity of Lithuanian Central State Archive and related to audiovisual archiving are the Law on Documents and Archives of Lithuanian Republic, the Law of Cinema of Lithuanian Republic, and the Law on Copyright and Related Rights of Lithuanian Republic. There are four big collections of audiovisual documents in the Lithuanian Central State Archive--films, photo documents, sound recordings, and video recordings. The Archive's specialists have a large experience in the field of physical treatment and preservation of analogue audiovisual documents. Lithuanian Central State Archive digitizes audiovisual documents seeking the balance between long time preservation and nowadays access. Since May, 2010 till April 2013, Lithuanian Central State Archive implemented the project--Lithuanian documentaries on the Internet. During the project the Archives digitized and transferred to the Internet 1,000 titles of Lithuanian documentaries, created in the period 1919-1961. It is a simple, fast and practically secure algorithm that meets the needs of confiden...This paper investigates the security features of the distributed archive scheme named Uniformly Random Distributed Archive (URDA). It is a simple, fast and practically secure algorithm that meets the needs of confidentiality and availability requirements of data. URDA cuts a file archived into fragments, and distributes each fragment into randomly selected n -k + 1 storages out of n storages. As the result, users only need to access at least k storages to recover original file, whereas stolen data from k -1 storages cannot cover original file. Thus, archived files are nothing but sequences of a large number of fixed length fragments. URDA is proved of disappearing both characters and biased bits of original data in archived files, indicating the probabilities of both a fragment and a bit appearing at particular position are uniformly constant respectively. Yet, through running experiments, we found out the risk of likelihood that URDA might be vulnerable to bit pattern attack due to the different ratios of characters appearing in real world files. However, we solved the problem by modifying URDA with variable fragment lengths, which results in that all the bits in revealed sequences are distributed uniformly and independently at random.展开更多

Objective To determine a network solution to meet the network requirements of the heavy data flow, load balance, and potential network storms from expansion of picture archiving and communication system (PACS) appli...Objective To determine a network solution to meet the network requirements of the heavy data flow, load balance, and potential network storms from expansion of picture archiving and communication system (PACS) application.Methods Intel Netstructure 480T Giga Switch was used as the main switch and connected to each building by fiber channel at 1 Giga speed to archive 100 MB/s to each port. At the same time, the in-dependence of the original network construction was physically kept. The layer 3 and 4 switchers were used as load balance to reduce the heavy load of the network, and all the cabling for PACS used the super CAT5 along with the Intel NetStructure 1520 to prepare for potential network storms.Results An advanced intranet was set up to fully meet the high standard requirement of the PACS. The foundation for upgrading the whole network system to 1 Giga application was built to achieve sharing and transmission of images, information, and patient data within the hospital. The base was established for the standardized management of the hospital.Conclusion Good planning is the first step in setting up PACS, and the equipment forms the necessary platform to run PACS and all kinds of hospital information system (HIS). One is scientific planning, which is building the basic framework of digital archives. Proposed the infrastructure of “three major supports, five major platforms, and three major guarantees”. The second is to highlight key points and improve the basic functions of digital archives. Including hardware construction, software configuration, digitization of library archives, electronic archive management, sharing and utilization of digital archive information, and formulation of management systems for digital archives. The third is to strive for practical results and deepen the construction of smart libraries. The state-of-the-art approach for network monitoring and analysis involves stora...The archiving of Internet traffic is an essential function for retrospective network event analysis and forensic computer communication. The state-of-the-art approach for network monitoring and analysis involves storage and analysis of network flow statistic. However, this approach loses much valuable information within the Internet traffic. With the advancement of commodity hardware, in particular the volume of storage devices and the speed of interconnect technologies used in network adapter cards and multi-core processors, it is now possible to capture 10 Gbps and beyond real-time network traffic using a commodity computer, such as n2disk. Also with the advancement of distributed file system (such as Hadoop, ZFS, etc.) and open cloud computing platform (such as OpenStack, CloudStack, and Eucalyptus, etc.), it is practical to store such large volume of traffic data and fully in-depth analyse the inside communication within an acceptable latency. In this paper, based on well- known TimeMachine, we present TIFAflow, the design and implementation of a novel system for archiving and querying network flows. Firstly, we enhance the traffic archiving system named TImemachine+FAstbit (TIFA) with flow granularity, i.e., supply the system with flow table and flow module. Secondly, based on real network traces, we conduct performance comparison experiments of TIFAflow with other implementations such as common database solution, TimeMachine and TIFA system. Finally, based on comparison results, we demonstrate that TIFAflow has a higher performance improvement in storing and querying performance than TimeMachine and TIFA, both in time and space metrics.展开更多
Most multimodal multi-objective evolutionary algorithms(MMEAs)aim to find all global Pareto optimal sets(PSs)for a multimodal multi-objective optimization problem(MMOP).However,in real-world problems,decision makers(D...Most multimodal multi-objective evolutionary algorithms(MMEAs)aim to find all global Pareto optimal sets(PSs)for a multimodal multi-objective optimization problem(MMOP).However,in real-world problems,decision makers(DMs)may be also interested in local PSs.Also,searching for both global and local PSs is more general in view of dealing with MMOPs,which can be seen as generalized MMOPs.Moreover,most state-of-theart MMEAs exhibit poor convergence on high-dimension MMOPs and are unable to deal with constrained MMOPs.To address the above issues,we present a novel multimodal multiobjective coevolutionary algorithm(Co MMEA)to better produce both global and local PSs,and simultaneously,to improve the convergence performance in dealing with high-dimension MMOPs.Specifically,the Co MMEA introduces two archives to the search process,and coevolves them simultaneously through effective knowledge transfer.The convergence archive assists the Co MMEA to quickly approach the Pareto optimal front.The knowledge of the converged solutions is then transferred to the diversity archive which utilizes the local convergence indicator and the-dominance-based method to obtain global and local PSs effectively.Experimental results show that Co MMEA is competitive compared to seven state-of-the-art MMEAs on fifty-four complex MMOPs.展开更多
In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs,improve the recommendation efficiency,and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval,a design method of int...In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs,improve the recommendation efficiency,and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval,a design method of intelligent recommendation retrieval model for Fujian intangible cultural heritage digital archive resources based on knowledge atlas is proposed.The TG-LDA(Tag-granularity LDA)model is proposed on the basis of the standard LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis)model.The model is used to mine archive resource topics.The Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the relevance between topics.Based on the measurement results,the FastText deep learning model is used to achieve archive resource classification.According to the classification results,TF-IDF(term frequency–inverse document frequency)algorithm is used to calculate the weight of resource retrieval keywords to achieve resource retrieval,and a recommendation model of intangible cultural heritage digital archives resources is built through the knowledge map to achieve comprehensive and personalized recommendation of resources.The experimental results show that the recommendation and retrieval results of the proposed method are more in line with users’needs,can provide users with personalized digital archive resources,and the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval is low,the recommendation efficiency is high,and the utilization effect of archive resources is effectively improved.展开更多

The purpose of introducing blockchain into electronic archives sharing and utilization is to break the information barrier between electronic archives sharing departments by relying on technologies such as smart contr...The purpose of introducing blockchain into electronic archives sharing and utilization is to break the information barrier between electronic archives sharing departments by relying on technologies such as smart contract and asymmetric encryption.Aiming at the problem of dynamic permission management in common access control methods,a new access control method based on smart contract under blockchain is proposed,which improves the intelligence level under blockchain technology.Firstly,the Internet attribute access control model based on smart contract is established.For the dynamic access of heterogeneous devices,the management contract,permission judgment contract and access control contract are designed;Secondly,the access object credit evaluation algorithm based on particle swarm optimization radial basis function(PSO-RBF)neural network is used to dynamically generate the access node credit threshold combined with the access policy,so as to realize the intelligent access right management method.Finally,combined with the abovemodels and algorithms,the workflow of electronic archives sharing and utilization model of multi blockchain is constructed.The experimental results show that the timeconsuming of the process increases linearly with the number of continuous access to electronic archives blocks,and the secure access control of sharing and utilization is feasible,secure and effective.展开更多

文摘Both computer science and archival science are concerned with archiving large-scale data,but they have different focuses.Large-scale data archiving in computer science focuses on technical aspects that can reduce the cost of data storage and improve the reliability and efficiency of Big Data management.Its weaknesses lie in inadequate and non-standardized management.Archiving in archival science focuses on the management aspects and neglects the necessary technical considerations,resulting in high storage and retention costs and poor ability to manage Big Data.Therefore,the integration of large-scale data archiving and archival theory can balance the existing research limitations of the two fields and propose two research topics for related research-archival management of Big Data and large-scale management of archived Big Data.
文摘Currently,China has 32 Earth observation satellites in orbit.The satellites can provide various data such as optical,multispectral,infrared,and radar.The spatial resolution of China Earth observation satellites ranges from low to medium to high.The satellites possess the capability to observe across multiple spectral bands,under all weather conditions,and at all times.The data of China Earth observation satellites has been widely used in fields such as natural resource detection,environmental monitoring and protection,disaster prevention and reduction,urban planning and mapping,agricultural and forestry surveys,land survey and geological prospecting,and ocean forecasting,achieving huge social benefits.This article introduces the recent progress of Earth observation satellites in China since 2022,especially the satellite operation,data archiving,data distribution and data coverage.
文摘Objective To determine a network solution to meet the network requirements of the heavy data flow, load balance, and potential network storms from expansion of picture archiving and communication system (PACS) application.Methods Intel Netstructure 480T Giga Switch was used as the main switch and connected to each building by fiber channel at 1 Giga speed to archive 100 MB/s to each port. At the same time, the in-dependence of the original network construction was physically kept. The layer 3 and 4 switchers were used as load balance to reduce the heavy load of the network, and all the cabling for PACS used the super CAT5 along with the Intel NetStructure 1520 to prepare for potential network storms.Results An advanced intranet was set up to fully meet the high standard requirement of the PACS. The foundation for upgrading the whole network system to 1 Giga application was built to achieve sharing and transmission of images, information, and patient data within the hospital. The base was established for the standardized management of the hospital.Conclusion Good planning is the first step in setting up PACS, and the equipment forms the necessary platform to run PACS and all kinds of hospital information system (HIS). The networking construction is the foundation of e-hospital.
文摘The construction of demonstration digital archives is a key project for the innovative development of the archival industry vigorously promoted by the National Archives Administration. Taking the construction of the Smart Archives in Dongcheng District, Beijing as an example, this paper deeply explores the work objectives, functional requirements, and technical means of creating a demonstration digital archive. One is scientific planning, which is building the basic framework of digital archives. Proposed the infrastructure of “three major supports, five major platforms, and three major guarantees”. The second is to highlight key points and improve the basic functions of digital archives. Including hardware construction, software configuration, digitization of library archives, electronic archive management, sharing and utilization of digital archive information, and formulation of management systems for digital archives. The third is to strive for practical results and deepen the construction of smart libraries. This includes vigorously promoting the construction of smart archive centers, establishing a comprehensive management platform for smart libraries, and introducing new-generation information technology to achieve the integration of smart libraries in order to explore some mature experiences and methods that can be referenced for the creation of demonstration digital archives.

文摘The archiving of Internet traffic is an essential function for retrospective network event analysis and forensic computer communication. The state-of-the-art approach for network monitoring and analysis involves storage and analysis of network flow statistic. However, this approach loses much valuable information within the Internet traffic. With the advancement of commodity hardware, in particular the volume of storage devices and the speed of interconnect technologies used in network adapter cards and multi-core processors, it is now possible to capture 10 Gbps and beyond real-time network traffic using a commodity computer, such as n2disk. Also with the advancement of distributed file system (such as Hadoop, ZFS, etc.) and open cloud computing platform (such as OpenStack, CloudStack, and Eucalyptus, etc.), it is practical to store such large volume of traffic data and fully in-depth analyse the inside communication within an acceptable latency. In this paper, based on well- known TimeMachine, we present TIFAflow, the design and implementation of a novel system for archiving and querying network flows. Firstly, we enhance the traffic archiving system named TImemachine+FAstbit (TIFA) with flow granularity, i.e., supply the system with flow table and flow module. Secondly, based on real network traces, we conduct performance comparison experiments of TIFAflow with other implementations such as common database solution, TimeMachine and TIFA system. Finally, based on comparison results, we demonstrate that TIFAflow has a higher performance improvement in storing and querying performance than TimeMachine and TIFA, both in time and space metrics.

文摘Most multimodal multi-objective evolutionary algorithms(MMEAs)aim to find all global Pareto optimal sets(PSs)for a multimodal multi-objective optimization problem(MMOP).However,in real-world problems,decision makers(DMs)may be also interested in local PSs.Also,searching for both global and local PSs is more general in view of dealing with MMOPs,which can be seen as generalized MMOPs.Moreover,most state-of-theart MMEAs exhibit poor convergence on high-dimension MMOPs and are unable to deal with constrained MMOPs.To address the above issues,we present a novel multimodal multiobjective coevolutionary algorithm(Co MMEA)to better produce both global and local PSs,and simultaneously,to improve the convergence performance in dealing with high-dimension MMOPs.Specifically,the Co MMEA introduces two archives to the search process,and coevolves them simultaneously through effective knowledge transfer.The convergence archive assists the Co MMEA to quickly approach the Pareto optimal front.The knowledge of the converged solutions is then transferred to the diversity archive which utilizes the local convergence indicator and the-dominance-based method to obtain global and local PSs effectively.Experimental results show that Co MMEA is competitive compared to seven state-of-the-art MMEAs on fifty-four complex MMOPs.
文摘In order to improve the consistency between the recommended retrieval results and user needs,improve the recommendation efficiency,and reduce the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval,a design method of intelligent recommendation retrieval model for Fujian intangible cultural heritage digital archive resources based on knowledge atlas is proposed.The TG-LDA(Tag-granularity LDA)model is proposed on the basis of the standard LDA(Linear Discriminant Analysis)model.The model is used to mine archive resource topics.The Pearson correlation coefficient is used to measure the relevance between topics.Based on the measurement results,the FastText deep learning model is used to achieve archive resource classification.According to the classification results,TF-IDF(term frequency–inverse document frequency)algorithm is used to calculate the weight of resource retrieval keywords to achieve resource retrieval,and a recommendation model of intangible cultural heritage digital archives resources is built through the knowledge map to achieve comprehensive and personalized recommendation of resources.The experimental results show that the recommendation and retrieval results of the proposed method are more in line with users’needs,can provide users with personalized digital archive resources,and the average absolute deviation of resource retrieval is low,the recommendation efficiency is high,and the utilization effect of archive resources is effectively improved.

文摘Job shop scheduling(JS)is an important technology for modern manufacturing.Flexible job shop scheduling(FJS)is critical in JS,and it has been widely employed in many industries,including aerospace and energy.FJS enables any machine from a certain set to handle an operation,and this is an NP-hard problem.Furthermore,due to the requirements in real-world cases,multi-objective FJS is increasingly widespread,thus increasing the challenge of solving the FJS problems.As a result,it is necessary to develop a novel method to address this challenge.To achieve this goal,a novel collaborative evolutionary algorithmwith two-population based on Pareto optimality is proposed for FJS,which improves the solutions of FJS by interacting in each generation.In addition,several experimental results have demonstrated that the proposed method is promising and effective for multi-objective FJS,which has discovered some new Pareto solutions in the well-known benchmark problems,and some solutions can dominate the solutions of some other methods.

文摘The purpose of introducing blockchain into electronic archives sharing and utilization is to break the information barrier between electronic archives sharing departments by relying on technologies such as smart contract and asymmetric encryption.Aiming at the problem of dynamic permission management in common access control methods,a new access control method based on smart contract under blockchain is proposed,which improves the intelligence level under blockchain technology.Firstly,the Internet attribute access control model based on smart contract is established.For the dynamic access of heterogeneous devices,the management contract,permission judgment contract and access control contract are designed;Secondly,the access object credit evaluation algorithm based on particle swarm optimization radial basis function(PSO-RBF)neural network is used to dynamically generate the access node credit threshold combined with the access policy,so as to realize the intelligent access right management method.Finally,combined with the abovemodels and algorithms,the workflow of electronic archives sharing and utilization model of multi blockchain is constructed.The experimental results show that the timeconsuming of the process increases linearly with the number of continuous access to electronic archives blocks,and the secure access control of sharing and utilization is feasible,secure and effective.
文摘The products of an archival culture in colleges and universities are the final result of the development of archival cultural resources,and the development of archival cultural effects in colleges and universities should be an important part of improving the artistic level of libraries.The existing RippleNet model doesn’t consider the influence of key nodes on recommendation results,and the recommendation accuracy is not high.Therefore,based on the RippleNet model,this paper introduces the influence of complex network nodes into the model and puts forward the Cn RippleNet model.The performance of the model is verified by experiments,which provide a theoretical basis for the promotion and recommendation of its cultural products of universarchives,solve the problem that RippleNet doesn’t consider the influence of key nodes on recommendation results,and improve the recommendation accuracy.This paper also combs the development course of archival cultural products in detail.Finally,based on the Cn-RippleNet model,the cultural effect of university archives is recommended and popularized.

文摘Based on the deepening awareness of the risk of changing packaging materials of injections,the national regulatory authorities and the China National Pharmaceutical Packaging Association have issued the relevant guidelines and group standards for changing packaging materials in recent years,greatly improving the research and development and technical requirements of packaging materials of injections.In 2021,Guangdong Province carried out the archival examination of the change of listed drugs,among which the proportion of the acceptance of changed injection packaging materials has increased year by year.On the basis of sorting out the archival examination work and combining with the cases of changing packaging materials of chemical injections accepted by Guangdong Province during 2021-2022,the requirements and problems of archival examination were analyzed and discussed to provide a reference and idea for applicants when studying the change in packaging materials.
