Available Agricultural Area by Utilization Categories and Ownership Structure of Holdings in the Republic of Serbia

The subject of research in this paper is the analysis and presentation of data on agricultural holdings, the structure of available and utilized area. The data and calculated indicators represent a comprehensive overview of the structural characteristics of national agriculture, but they are also an internationally comparable database, based on key features of agriculture. The main goal of this paper is to determine and explain more comprehensively and in detail by using appropriate methods, and based on available data, the condition of <i><span style="font-family:Verdana;">utilized agricultural area</span></i><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> (hereinafter: UAA) and its quantitative and qualitative</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;"> characteristics by utilization categories and manner of its use;typ</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">es of agricultural holdings and statistical regions and lower statistical units of data grouping. </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">Implementation of such a defined basic research goal indicates necessity of more detailed and continuous study of the causes </span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">that led to the reduction of available agricultural area and especially its better and more important production categories of utilization and measures and activities to be taken to eliminate or reduce the causes of inadequate management of agricultural area in the coming period</span><span style="font-family:Verdana;">. Area-efficient analog decoder design for low density parity check codes in deep-space applications

Area-efficient design methodology is proposed for the analog decoding implementations of the rate-l/2 accumulate repeat-4 jagged-accumulate (AR4JA) low density parity check (LDPC) code. The proposed approach is designed using optimized decoding architecture and regularized routing network, in such a way that the overall wiring overhead is minimized and the silicon area utilization is significantly improved. The prototyping chip used to verily the approach is tully integrated in a four-metal double-poly 0.35 lam complementary metal oxide semiconductor (CMOS) technology, and includes an input-output interface that maximizes the decoder throughput. The decoding core area is 2.02 mm2 with a post-layout area utilization of 80%. The decoder was successfully tested at the maximum data rate of 10 Mbit/s, with a core power consumption of 6.78 mW at 3.3 V, which corresponds to an energy per decoded bit of 0.677 nJ. The proposed analog LDPC decoder with low processing power and high-reliability is suitable lbr space- and power-constrained spacecraft system. 展开更多

This work reveals the positioning of natural gas in the evolution of world energy and the general law of its development.In the long-term adjustment of energy structure,natural gas has gradually become the primary energy source because of five factors:policy,resources,technology,facilities,and market.To expedite the revolution of energy production and consumption,China must urgently expand the use of natural gas toward a more positive role in complementing coal and renewable energy and prioritize its usage in three areas,namely,urban gas,power generation,and industrial fuel.Natural gas is expected to account for approximately 15%of China’s total energy consumption in the future.For natural gas to be the primary energy,the exploitation of gas resources must be expanded,resource access must be improved,a flexible trade system must be set up,infrastructure investment must be increased,and the security system must be enhanced. 展开更多
