[Method] By indoor bioassay, the effects of different con-centrations (10, 20,40, 80 g/L) of aqueous extract of T. fargesii aril on seed germination rate, seedling root length, seedling height, fresh weight, chlorophyll content, malondialdehyde (MDA) content and anti oxidative enzyme activities of radish, mustard and cabbage were analyzed and compared. [ Result] Different concentrations of aqueous extract of T. fargesii aril inhibited seed germination and seedling growth of three crops, and the inhibitory effects were enhanced with the increase of concentration. Seedling height and fresh weight of three crops were improved by low concentrations of aqueous extract of T. fargesii aril and inhibited by high concentrations of aqueous extract. Overall, aqueous extract of T. fargesii aril exhibited allelopathic inhibitory effects on three crops, and the level of allelopath-ic inhibitory effects demonstrated a descending order of radish 〉 mustard 〉 cabbage. Compared with the control group, 80 g/L aqueous extract of T. fargesii aril almost significantly reduced seed germination rate, seedling root length, seedling height, fresh weight and chlorophyll content, and significantly improved MDA con-tent and antioxidative enzyme (SOD, CAT, POD) activities of radish, mustard and cabbage (P 〈 0 .0 5 ) . [ Conclusion] Aqueous extract of T. fargesii aril exhibited remarkable allelopathic inhibitory effects on seed germination of radish, mustard and cabbage, which indicated that there might be dormancy-associated germination in-hibiting allelochemicals in T. fargesii aril. 目的建立黔产香榧假种皮的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱及多指标含量测定方法,为黔产香榧假种皮的资源利用提供科学依据。方法采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C 18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);以甲醇(A)-0.06%醋酸-水溶液(B)为流动相,梯...目的建立黔产香榧假种皮的高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱及多指标含量测定方法,为黔产香榧假种皮的资源利用提供科学依据。方法采用Agilent Eclipse Plus C 18色谱柱(4.6 mm×150 mm,5μm);以甲醇(A)-0.06%醋酸-水溶液(B)为流动相,梯度洗脱;流速1.0 mL/min;检测波长是230、255、270、330 nm;柱温30℃;进样量5μL。结果18批香榧假种皮指纹图谱相似度均大于0.995,共确定18个共有峰,指认了苯甲酸和金松双黄酮。对样品中的苯甲酸、异鼠李素、芹菜素、金松双黄酮和异银杏素5种化学成分进行含量测定和方法学考察,包括专属性、线性、精密度、重复性和稳定性,均符合要求;平均回收率在96.98%~101.08%,RSD≤1.57%。香榧假种皮中该5种化学成分的含量分别为(56.49~110.91、183.14~418.64、69.81~104.91、105.59~197.17、270.36~400.22)μg/g。结论本研究所建立的HPLC指纹图谱和多指标含量测定的方法准确可行,可作为黔产香榧假种皮质量评价的一种有效手段。展开更多
