Based on the subdivision of industrial land in Chizhou Economic and Technological Development Zone,this paper builds the evaluation indicator system for the economical and intensive use of industrial land in the development zone,to analyze the current situation of economical and intensive use of industrial land. The results show that the levels of economical and intensive use of industrial land vary in the development zone; the factors affecting the intensive degree of various industries also vary; the industry in Chizhou Economic and Technological Development Zone is still in the transition phase from inefficient use to low level of use to intensive use. 展开更多

With the rapid development of urbanization,the industrial parks originally located in the suburbs are gradually incorporated into the urban center.Industries that fail to follow the transformation of urban economic development and are forced to close,or enterprises that move out without conforming to the environment,become a gray area within the city.Most of the existing assessments are conducting single assessment of some indicators,but than their actual benefits.Through the field investigation on the starting area of Handan Economic Development Zone,and the evaluation on the nature of land use,development intensity,investment and output,and idle land,inefficient land use in the park is identified.According to different evaluation results,different update and promotion methods are put forward.The research could provide a new evaluation method and idea for subsequent renewal and development of urban industrial parks. 展开更多

Large-scale projects,such as the construction of railways and highways,usually cause an extensive Land Use Land Cover Change(LULCC).The China-Central Asia-West Asia Economic Corridor(CCAWAEC),one key large-scale project of the Belt and Road Initiative(BRI),covers a region that is home to more than 1.6 billion people.Although numerous studies have been conducted on strategies and the economic potential of the Economic Corridor,reviewing LULCC mapping studies in this area has not been studied.This study provides a comprehensive review of the recent research progress and discusses the challenges in LULCC monitoring and driving factors identifying in the study area.The review will be helpful for the decision-making of sustainable development and construction in the Economic Corridor.To this end,350 peer-reviewed journal and conference papers,as well as book chapters were analyzed based on 17 attributes,such as main driving factors of LULCC,data collection methods,classification algorithms,and accuracy assessment methods.It was observed that:(1)rapid urbanization,industrialization,population growth,and climate change have been recognized as major causes of LULCC in the study area;(2)LULCC has,directly and indirectly,caused several environmental issues,such as biodiversity loss,air pollution,water pollution,desertification,and land degradation;(3)there is a lack of well-annotated national land use data in the region;(4)there is a lack of reliable training and reference datasets to accurately study the long-term LULCC in most parts of the study area;and(5)several technical issues still require more attention from the scientific community.Finally,several recommendations were proposed to address the identified issues. 展开更多

人多地少、土地资源稀缺是我国的基本国情,采用建设占地少、利用效率高的用地方式是国家长期坚持的一项根本方针,集约用地评价对于集约用地具备重要指导作用。本文以长江经济带主要地级市2000~2014年间相关建设用地数据、社会经济数据... 人多地少、土地资源稀缺是我国的基本国情,采用建设占地少、利用效率高的用地方式是国家长期坚持的一项根本方针,集约用地评价对于集约用地具备重要指导作用。本文以长江经济带主要地级市2000~2014年间相关建设用地数据、社会经济数据为基础,从建设用地投入水平、利用程度、产出水平和可持续性4个方面构建建设用地利用评价体系。用主成分分析法,对2001~2005年、2006~2010年和2011~2014年三个时段的建设用地集约水平进行评价并赋分,利用Arcgis软件空间化显示,结果表明:(1)在时间上,长江经济带的城市土地集约利用水平整体呈现上升趋势;(2)空间上,经济带东部城市建设用地集约节约水平总体高于西部;(3)城市建设用地集约水平与经济发展水平呈现明显相关性。对建设用地集约水平评价分析将有助于了解城市土地集约利用空间分异和变化趋势,为未来城市土地优化利用和可持续发展提供依据。 展开更多
