Operational procedures of auricular point sticking technology

As an external treatment technique of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),auricular point sticking,which is rooted in holographic biology theory and TCM viscera and meridian theory,is a safe and effective treatment method.This article introduces the technology overview and development process.The auricular point sticking technique for constipation is taken as an example to specify the basic requirements,assessment,operational points,acupoint selection and matters needing attention during the implementation of the auricular acupressure technique,providing a reference for the operating procedures of this technique in the clinical treatment of other diseases such as insomnia,diarrhea,colds,hypertension,headache,and dysmenorrhea.

Clinical Effect of Auricular Point Sticking in Patients with Lung Cancer Receiving Chemotherapy

Objective:To discuss and analyze the clinical effect of auricular point sticking in lung cancer chemotherapy.Methods:Sixty-two patients with lung cancer treated with chemotherapy in Suqian Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital of Jiangxi Province were selected for case evaluation and analysis.The time span of the research was from June 2020 to June 2021.The patients were divided into two groups:a study group(n=31)and a control group(n=31)based on their medical record numbers.All the patients were treated with conventional western medicine before and after chemotherapy to prevent adverse reactions;however,the patients in the study group were also treated with auricular point sticking in addition to the fonner.The relevant indexes of the two groups were compared.Results:The incidence of adverse reactions was significantly lower in the study group compared to the control group(P<0.05);the rate of symptomatic relief of the patients in the study group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05);the stress response indexes toward chemotherapy of the study group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05)・Conclusion:Auricular point sticking for patients with lung cancer who are receiving chemotherapy can reduce the incidence of adverse reactions,alleviate clinical symptoms,such as chest distress,asthma,and poor appetite,significantly alleviate stress response caused by chemotherapy,as well as promote the treatment effect;thus,it is worthy of promotion.

Efficacy Observation on Acupuncture Combined with Auricular Point Sticking Treatment for Primary Dysmenorrhea

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking treatment for primary dysmenorrhea. Methods:Sixty-eight patients with primary dysmenorrhea were randomly divided into two groups, and 35 cases in the treatment group were treated by acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking, while 33 cases in the control group were only treated by acupuncture. The treatments for the patients in both groups began from one week before their menstruation and continued till the menstruation came. And the efficacy was observed after treatments of three consecutive menstrual cycles. Results:The total effective rate was 94.2% in the treatment group, versus 84.8% in the control group, and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion:Acupuncture combined with auricular point sticking treatment for primary dysmenorrhea is more effective than simple acupuncture.

Efficacy Observation on Auricular Point Sticking Combined with Cupping in Treating Insomnia

Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of auricular point sticking combined with cupping in treating insomnia.Methods:Sixty-four patients with chronic insomnia were randomly divided into two groups.Thirty-two patients in the treatment group were treated with auricular point sticking combined with cupping therapy;while thirty-two patients in the control group were treated by Diazepam.The Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI)were observed before and after treatment,and the data were statistically analyzed to evaluate the clinical effect.Results:After treatment,PSQI scores in both groups after treatment significantly decreased(P<0.05),and there was a significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).In the improvement of daytime function,the treatment group was more efficient than the control group(P<0.05).The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Auricular point sticking combined with cupping therapy for insomnia is more effective than oral Diazepam,and it has a better effect in improving the patient's daytime function.

Therapeutic Efficacy Observation on Combining Foot Bath and Massage with Auricular Point Sticking for Community Senile Insomnia

Objective: To observe the therapeutic efficacy of combining foot bath and massage with auricular point sticking for community senile insomnia. Methods: A total of 210 cases treated in our community health center were randomized into an observation group and a control group by their visit sequence numbers, 105 cases in each group. Cases in the observation group were treated with foot bath and massage plus auricular point sticking, whereas cases in the control group were treated with auricular point sticking alone. After four courses of treatment, the therapeutic efficacies were evaluated. In addition, the sleep quality was also assessed using the Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI). Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 95.2%, versus 68.6% in the control group, showing a statistical significance(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combining foot bath and massage with auricular point sticking could obtain better effect for community senile insomnia than auricular point sticking alone.

Therapeutic Efficacy Observation on Combined Aerobic Exercise with Auricular Point Sticking for Insomnia in College Students

Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of aerobic exercise combined with auricular point sticking for insomnia in college students. Methods: A total of 128 cases from Zhejiang Economic and Trade Polytechnic were randomly allocated into an observation group and a control group. The 64 cases in the observation group were treated with auricular point sticking plus aerobic exercise, while the 64 cases in the control group were treated with auricular point sticking alone. The clinical efficacies in the two groups were compared after treatment. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.9%, versus 70.3% in the control group, showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.05). Conclusion: Combining aerobic exercise and auricular point sticking has accurate effect on insomnia in college students and is better than auricular point sticking alone.

Clinical Study on Acupuncture plus Auricular Point Sticking for Insomnia

目的：探讨针刺配合耳压治疗失眠症临床疗效。方法：将156例患者随机分为观察组、针刺组、中药组，分别采用针刺配合耳压、针刺、中药治疗。结果：观察纽总有效率94．2％，针刺组和中药组总有效率分别为75．0％和78．8％，观察组疗效明显优于针刺组（P〈0．01）和中药组（P〈0．05）。结论：针刺配合耳压疗法治疗失眠症具有较好的临床疗效。

Observations on the Curative Effect of Auricular Point Sticking Therapy on Vertebral Artery Type of Cervical Spondylosis

目的:评价耳穴贴压法治疗椎动脉型颈椎病的疗效。方法:采用同期随机单盲对照方法。治疗组42例采用耳穴贴压法,对照组38例采用中成药治疗。15 d为1个疗程,最多不超过2个疗程治疗。结果与结论:治疗组总有效率为97.6%,对照组总有效率为73.7%。两组比较差异有统计学意义,治疗组明显优于对照组。

Auricular Point Sticking Plus Cupping to Treat 30 Teenage Allergic Rhinitis

脱敏肤色胶布将王不留行籽固定于耳穴肺、内鼻、外鼻、耳神门、内分泌、外耳、风溪和肾上腺,再用中号火罐于双侧肺俞穴和大号火罐在神阙穴用闪火法拔罐。共治疗了30例过敏性鼻炎患者,症状基本消失或完全消失11例,治疗后鼻塞、鼻痒、喷嚏、清涕等症状减轻或发作次数减少17例,治疗前后症状无明显改善2例。

Clinical Study on Tuina Combined with Auricular Point Sticking for Cervical Radiculopathy

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of tuina combined with auricular point sticking on cervical radiculopathy and evaluate in health economics. Methods: Using randomized single-blind controlled clinical design, a total of 72 cases with cervical radiculopathy were randomly allocated into an observation group or a control group by the ratio of 1:1, 36 in each group. Cases in the observation group were treated with tuina combined with auricular point sticking, whereas cases in the control group were treated with tuina alone. Then the clinical effects in the two groups were observed and the cost of health economics was evaluated. Results: The drop-out, recovery, improvement and failure cases, recovery rate and total effective rate in the observation group were 1, 15, 20, 0, 42.9% and 100% respectively, versus 2, 6, 23, 5, 17.6% and 85.3% in the control group, showing significant differences in recovery rate and total effective rate(P<0.05). As for health economics, the cost-effect in the observation group was better than that in the control group. Conclusion: Compared with tuina alone, tuina combined with auricular point sticking can obtain better effect and lower cost in health economics for cervical radiculopathy.

Therapeutic Efficacy Observation on Combined Taijiquan and Auricular Point Sticking for Perimenopausal Insomnia

Objective: To observe the clinical effect of combined taijiquan exercise and auricular point sticking for perimenopausal insomnia. Methods: A total of 170 cases who met the inclusion criteria were randomized into two groups, 85 in each group. Patients in the observation group practiced simplified taijiquan besides receiving auricular point sticking, while patients in the control group only received auricular point sticking. The therapeutic efficacies were evaluated after 8 weeks. Results: The total effective rate in the observation group was 96.5%, versus 67.1% in the control group, showing a statistically significant difference(P<0.01). Conclusion: Combined simplified taijiquan and auricular point sticking works accurately for perimenopausal insomnia, and the total effective rate is better than that of auricular point sticking alone.

耳穴贴压联合渐进性肌肉放松操治疗广泛性焦虑障碍患者临床疗效观察

[目的]探讨耳穴贴压联合渐进性肌肉放松操治疗对广泛性焦虑障碍患者疗效观察。[方法]选取2021年6月—2022年5月三甲医院心身科住院患者140例为研究对象,随机分为对照组和观察组各70例。对照组采用三位一体加中医内科护理常规,观察组在三位一体治疗加中医护理常规的基础上配合采用耳穴贴压技术结合渐进性肌肉放松操,观察两组广泛性焦虑障碍患者治疗效果。[结果]分别比较观察组和对照组患者治疗前后焦虑自评量表(SAS)、抑郁自评量表(SDS)、汉密尔顿焦虑量表(HAMA)、汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)评分,观察组治疗后所有评分均下降,且观察组SAS评分小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01),同时治疗前后中医证候积分比较,观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。[结论]将中医耳穴贴压联合渐进性肌肉放松操两者结合,以特有的中西医结合互补模式,降低了患者对西药治疗的抗拒与恐惧,其操作易于接受,提高了治疗的依从性,取得了良好效果,值得在临床心身疾病中广泛使用。

保儿宁口服液联合耳穴贴压治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染肺脾气虚证的临床研究

目的 研究保儿宁口服液联合耳穴贴压治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染肺脾气虚证的临床效果。方法 选择2022年2月至2023年2月江苏省江阴市中医院收治的106例反复呼吸道感染患儿为研究对象,按照随机数字表法将其分为对照组与研究组,各53例。对照组接受保儿宁口服液治疗,研究组在对照组的基础上联合耳穴贴压治疗。两组均治疗8个疗程(6 d为1个疗程)。比较两组临床疗效;比较两组治疗前后中医证候评分、炎症因子、血清学指标、免疫功能;比较两组不良反应发生率。结果 研究组临床疗效优于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组中医症候评分、肿瘤坏死因子-α、人类β-防御素2低于治疗前,且研究组低于对照组(P<0.05);白细胞介素-2、分泌型免疫球蛋白A、CD3^(+)、免疫球蛋白G高于治疗前,且研究组高于对照组(P<0.05)。两组不良反应总发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 保儿宁口服液联合耳穴贴压治疗小儿反复呼吸道感染肺脾气虚证效果确切,可改善患儿临床症状、免疫功能,减轻炎症反应,调节血清sIgA、人类β-防御素2表达,且安全可靠。

祛毒生肌汤联合耳穴贴压对肛周脓肿术后患者创面愈合、尿潴留及血管内皮生长因子的影响

目的 观察祛毒生肌汤联合耳穴贴压对肛周脓肿术后患者创面愈合、尿潴留及血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)的影响。方法 将66例肛周脓肿术后患者按照随机数字表法分为2组,对照组33例予常规抗感染药物联合耳穴贴压治疗,治疗组33例在对照组治疗基础上予祛毒生肌汤治疗。2组均治疗10天。比较2组术后1天与术后10天血清VEGF水平及炎症相关因子[C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、IL-8]水平、术后创面愈合情况(腐肉脱落时间、愈合时间与创面缩小率)、术后排尿情况(首次排尿时间、首次排尿等待时间、首次排尿量及术后1天残尿量)、尿潴留及药物不良反应发生情况。结果 治疗组腐肉脱落时间、愈合时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),创面缩小率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗组首次排尿时间、首次排尿等待时间均短于对照组(P<0.05),首次排尿量多于对照组(P<0.05),术后1天残尿量少于对照组(P<0.05)。2组术后10天VEGF水平均较本组术后1天升高(P<0.05),CRP、IL-6及IL-8水平均降低(P<0.05),且治疗组术后10天VEGF水平高于对照组同期(P<0.05),CRP、IL-6及IL-8水平均低于对照组同期(P<0.05)。治疗组尿潴留发生率低于对照组(P<0.05),2组不良反应率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 采用祛毒生肌汤联合耳穴贴压治疗肛周脓肿术后患者有助于加速术后创面愈合,改善患者术后排尿情况,提高VEGF水平,减轻炎症反应,减少尿潴留的发生,安全可靠。

耳部全息刮痧联合耳穴贴压用于子宫肌瘤病人术前失眠的疗效观察

目的:探讨耳部全息刮痧联合耳穴贴压对子宫肌瘤病人术前失眠的疗效。方法:选取2021年7月—2023年1月在本院接受手术治疗的子宫肌瘤病人82例,按随机数字表法分作两组,对照组(41例)给予常规术前护理,观察组(41例)在常规术前护理基础上实施耳部全息刮痧联合耳穴贴压。比较两组失眠改善情况、情绪状况、并发症发生情况及术后恢复质量。结果:干预后观察组匹兹堡睡眠质量指数(PSQI)评分、精简版抑郁-焦虑-压力量表(DASS-21)评分、并发症发生率低于对照组,术后7 d的40项术后恢复质量问卷(QoR-40)评分高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:耳部全息刮痧联合耳穴贴压应用于接受手术治疗的子宫肌瘤病人可有效改善其术前睡眠状况与情绪状态,降低手术并发症发生率,并进一步提升术后恢复质量。

埋线联合耳穴贴压治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良临床研究

目的 观察埋线联合耳穴贴压治疗肝郁脾虚型功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia, FD)的临床疗效。方法 将60例肝郁脾虚型FD患者随机分为埋线组和假埋线组,每组30例。埋线组在耳穴贴压基础上给予埋线治疗,假埋线组在耳穴贴压基础上给予假埋线干预。观察两组治疗前后症状评分、初始饱感阈值和最大饱足感阈值变化。结果 两组治疗后症状积分、初始饱感阈值和最大饱足感阈值较治疗前改善(P<0.01);两组治疗前后症状积分差值、初始饱感阈值差值和最大饱足感阈值差值比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 埋线联合耳穴贴压和假埋线联合耳穴贴压均能改善肝郁脾虚型FD患者症状、近端胃敏感性、容受功能,埋线联合耳穴贴压疗效更佳,其作用机制可能与改善近端胃敏感性和容受功能有关。
