Perovskite SrTaO_(2)N is one of the most promising narrow-bandgap photocatalysts for Z-scheme overall water splitting.However,the formation of defect states during thermal nitridation severely hinders the separation of charges,resulting in poor photocatalytic activity.In the present study,we successfully synthesize SrTaO_(2)N photocatalyst with low density of defect states,uniform morphology and particle size by flux-assisted one-pot nitridation combined with Mg doping.Some important parameters,such as the size of unit cell,the content of nitrogen,and microstructure,prove the successful doping of Mg.The defect-related carrier recombination has been significantly reduced by Mg doping,which effectively promotes the charge separation.Moreover,Mg doping induces a change of the band edge,which makes proton reduction have a stronger driving force.After modifying with the core/shell-structured Pt/Cr_(2)O_(3)cocatalyst,the H_(2)evolution activity of the optimized SrTaO_(2)N:Mg is 10 times that of the undoped SrTaO_(2)N,with an impressive apparent quantum yield of 1.51%at 420 nm.By coupling with Au-FeCoO_(x)modified BiVO_(4)as an O_(2)-evolution photocatalyst and[Fe(CN)_(6)]_(3)−/[Fe(CN)_(6)]_(4)−as the redox couple,a redox-based Z-scheme overall water splitting system is successfully constructed with an apparent quantum yield of 1.36%at 420 nm.This work provides an alternative way to prepare oxynitride semiconductors with reduced defects to promote the conversion of solar energy. 展开更多

In the present research,the NaF assisted plasma electrolytic oxidation(PEO)is designed to fabricate the high-content ZnO nanoparti-cles doped coating on AZ31B alloy.The microstructure,phase constituents and corrosion behavior of the PEO coatings are investigated systematically.The results reveal that the introduction of NaF promotes the formation of MgF2 nanophases in the passivation layer on Mg alloy,decreasing the breakdown voltage and discharge voltage.As a result,the continuous arcing caused by high discharge voltage is alleviated.With the increasing of NaF content,the Zn content in the PEO coating is enhanced and the pore size in the coating is decreased correspondingly.Due to the high-content ZnO doping,the PEO coating protected AZ31B alloy demonstrates the better corrosion resistance.Compared with the bare AZ31B alloy,the high-content ZnO doped PEO coated sample shows an increased corrosion potential from-1.465 V to-1.008 V,a decreased corrosion current density from 3.043×10^(-5) A·cm^(-2) to 3.960×10^(-8) A·cm^(-2) and an increased charge transfer resistance from 1.213×10^(2) ohm·cm^(2) to 2.598×10^(5) ohm·cm^(2).Besides,the high-content ZnO doped PEO coated sample also has the excellent corrosion resistance in salt solution,exhibiting no obvious corrosion after more than 2000 h neutral salt spraying and 28 days’immersion testing.The improved corrosion resistance can be ascribed to the relative uniform distribution of ZnO in PEO coating which can transform to Zn(OH)2 and form a continuous protective layer along the corrosion interface. 展开更多

Neutron resonance imaging(NRI)has recently emerged as an appealing technique for neutron radiography.Its complexity surpasses that of conventional transmission imaging,as it requires a high demand for both a neutron source and detector.Consequently,the progression of NRI technology has been sluggish since its inception in the 1980s,particularly considering the limited studies analyzing the neutron energy range above keV.The white neutron source(Back-n)at the China Spallation Neutron Source(CSNS)provides favorable beam conditions for the development of the NRI technique over a wide neutron energy range from eV to MeV.Neutron-sensitive microchannel plates(MCP)have emerged as a cutting-edge tool in the field of neutron detection owing to their high temporal and spatial resolutions,high detection efficiency,and low noise.In this study,we report the development of a 10B-doped MCP detector,along with its associated electronics,data processing system,and NRI experiments at the Back-n.Individual heavy elements such as gold,silver,tungsten,and indium can be easily identified in the transmission images by their characteristic resonance peaks in the 1–100 eV energy range;the more difficult medium-weight elements such as iron,copper,and aluminum with resonance peaks in the 1–100 keV energy range can also be identified.In particular,results in the neutron energy range of dozens of keV(Aluminum)are reported here for the first time. 展开更多

Lignin‐derived carbon with pyridine N‐B doping and a nanosandwich structure for high and stable lithium storage

Biomass‐derived carbon is a promising electrode material in energy storage devices.However,how to improve its low capacity and stability,and slow diffusion kinetics during lithium storage remains a challenge.In this research,we propose a“self‐assembly‐template”method to prepare B,N codoped porous carbon(BN‐C)with a nanosandwich structure and abundant pyridinic N‐B species.The nanosandwich structure can increase powder density and cycle stability by constructing a stable solid electrolyte interphase film,shortening the Li^(+) diffusion pathway,and accommodating volume expansion during repeated charging/discharging.The abundant pyridinic N‐B species can simultaneously promote the adsorption/desorption of Li^(+)/PF_(6)^(−) and reduce the diffusion barrier.The BN‐C electrode showed a high lithium‐ion storage capacity of above 1140 mAh g^(−1) at 0.05 A g^(−1) and superior stability(96.5% retained after 2000 cycles).Moreover,owing to the synergistic effect of the nanosandwich structure and pyridinic N‐B species,the assembled symmetrical BN‐C//BN‐C full cell shows a high energy density of 234.7Wh kg^(−1),high power density of 39.38 kW kg−1,and excellent cycling stability,superior to most of the other cells reported in the literature.As the density functional theory simulation demonstrated,pyridinic N‐B shows enhanced adsorption activity for Li^(+) and PF_(6)^(−),which promotes an increase in the capacity of the anode and cathode,respectively.Meanwhile,the relatively lower diffusion barrier of pyridinic N‐B promotes Li^(+) migration,resulting in good rate performance.Therefore,this study provides a new approach for the synergistic modulation of a nanostructure and an active site simultaneously to fabricate the carbon electrode material in energy storage devices. 展开更多

This study delves into the charge transfer mechanism of boron (B)-doped 3C-SiC through first-principles investigations. We explore the effects of B doping on the electronic properties of 3C-SiC, focusing on a 12.5% impurity concentration. Our comprehensive analysis encompasses structural properties, electronic band structures, and charge density distributions. The optimized lattice constant and band gap energy of 3C-SiC were found to be 4.373 Å and 1.36 eV respectively, which is in agreement with previous research (Bui, 2012;Muchiri et al., 2018). Our results show that B doping narrows the band gap, enhances electrical conductivity, and influences charge transfer interactions. The charge density analysis reveals substantial interactions between B dopants and surrounding carbon atoms. This work not only enhances our understanding of the material’s electronic properties, but also highlights the importance of charge density analysis for characterizing charge transfer mechanisms and their implications in the 3C-SiC semiconductors. 展开更多

Fe/N/C catalysts,synthesized through the pyrolysis of Fe-doped metal–organic framework (MOF) precursors,have attracted extensive attention owing to their promising oxygen reduction reaction (ORR) catalytic activity in fuel cells and/or metal-air batteries.However,post-treatments (acid washing,second pyrolysis,and so on) are unavoidable to improve ORR catalytic activity and stability.The method for introducing Fe^(3+) sources (anhydrous Fe Cl_(3)) into the MOF structure,in particular,is a critical step that can avoid time-consuming post-treatments and result in more exposed Fe-N_(x) active sites.Herein,three different Fe doping strategies were systematically investigated to explore their influence on the types of active sites formed and ORR performance.Fe-NC(Zn^(2+)),synthesized by one-step pyrolysis of Fe doped ZIF-8 (Zn^(2+)) precursor which was obtained by adding the anhydrous Fe Cl_(3)source into the Zn(NO_(3))_(2)·6H_(2)O/methanol solution before mixing,possessed the highest Fe-N_(x)active sites due to the high-efficiency substitution of Zn^(2+)ions with Fe^(3+) ions during ZIF-8 growth,the strong interaction between Fe^(3+) ions and N atoms of 2-Methylimidazole (2-MIm),and ZIF-8’s micropore confinement effect.As a result,Fe-NC(Zn^(2+)) presented high ORR activity in the entire p H range (p H=1,7,and 13).At p H=13,Fe-NC(Zn^(2+)) exhibited a half-wave potential (E1/2) of 0.95 V (vs.reversible hydrogen electrode),which was 70 m V higher than that of commercial Pt/C.More importantly,Fe-NC(Zn^(2+)) showed superior ORR stability in neutral media without performance loss after 5,000 cycles.A record-high open-circuit voltage(1.9 V) was obtained when Fe-NC(Zn^(2+)) was used as a cathodic catalyst in assembled Mg-air batteries in neutral media.The assembled liquid and all-solid Mg-air batteries with high performance indicated that Fe-NC(Zn^(2+)) has enormous potential for use in flexible and wearable Mg-air batteries. 展开更多

目的 探讨N末端B型利钠肽原(N-terminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)在胺碘酮用于急性阵发性房颤(acute atrial fibrillation,AF)复律疗效评估中的价值。方法纳入2019年2月—2022年7月三明市第二医院急诊科明确诊断为AF... 目的 探讨N末端B型利钠肽原(N-terminal pro B-type natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)在胺碘酮用于急性阵发性房颤(acute atrial fibrillation,AF)复律疗效评估中的价值。方法纳入2019年2月—2022年7月三明市第二医院急诊科明确诊断为AF(非瓣膜病)的68例患者,所有患者排除禁忌后均给予胺碘酮复律治疗,根据复律后转复情况分为2组,即成功转复组(n=57)与转复失败组(n=11)。对比2组症状与体征(心悸、胸痛)、心电图表现(是否合并ST段压低)、既往病史(是否合并糖尿病、高血压病、冠心病等)、房颤持续时间和基线NT-proBNP水平。采用二元logistic回归分析AF患者胺碘酮复律疗效的影响因素。结果 2组胸痛、合并糖尿病、合并冠心病、ST段压低、房颤持续时间、合并高血压比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。成功转复组心悸发生率为28.07%、NT-proBNP水平为(229.43±7.24)pmol/L,优于转复失败组的63.64%、(679.99±8.67)pmol/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。入院时存在心悸症状、NT-proBNP是影响AF患者应用胺碘酮转复的主要因素(P<0.05)。结论 胺碘酮对AF(非瓣膜病)患者复律治疗安全有效,入院时存在心悸症状、基线NT-proBNP水平是预测胺碘酮复律成功的重要因素。 展开更多

目的:研究氧合指数(OI)和N末端B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)在儿童重症监护病房(PICU)需要有创机械通气的急性呼吸衰竭(ARF)患儿28 d内死亡的预测价值。方法:选取2017—2019年入住本院PICU的需要有创机械通气的111例ARF患儿,收集并分析患... 目的:研究氧合指数(OI)和N末端B型钠尿肽前体(NT-proBNP)在儿童重症监护病房(PICU)需要有创机械通气的急性呼吸衰竭(ARF)患儿28 d内死亡的预测价值。方法:选取2017—2019年入住本院PICU的需要有创机械通气的111例ARF患儿,收集并分析患儿临床资料,包括儿童机械通气死亡风险评分Ⅲ(PRISMⅢ)、OI、NT-proBNP、机械通气后28 d内生存情况等。采用单因素和多因素logistic回归分析评估ARF患儿28 d内死亡的危险因素。采用受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线评估NT-proBNP、OI和年龄预测28 d生存情况的效果。结果:患儿中位年龄12个月(4.5~66个月),28 d内79例存活(71.17%),32例死亡(28.83%)。与存活组相比,死亡组OI显著升高,NT-proBNP水平显著降低(均P<0.05),两组24 h内PRISMⅢ评分无显著差异(P>0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析结果显示,年龄、OI、NT-proBNP均为ARF患儿28 d内死亡的独立危险因素(P<0.05)。年龄、OI、NT-proBNP及三者联合的ROC曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.625 0、0.603 6、0.602 8和0.657 2,年龄+OI+NT-proBNP联合具有更好的预测效果。结论:在ARF需机械通气患儿中,最初24 h的年龄、OI和NT-proBNP水平与28 d死亡风险相关;年龄、OI和NT-proBNP三者联合有助于早期识别ARF插管患儿死亡风险。 展开更多

BMI指数与老年CHF患者血浆Cys-C、NT-proBNP相关性及评测预后的可行性研究

目的分析体质量指数(Body mass index,BMI)与老年慢性心力衰竭(Chronic heart failure,CHF)患者血浆胱抑素C(cystatinC,Cys-C)、N末端B型利钠肽原(N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)水平相关性,并分析血浆Cys-C、NT... 目的分析体质量指数(Body mass index,BMI)与老年慢性心力衰竭(Chronic heart failure,CHF)患者血浆胱抑素C(cystatinC,Cys-C)、N末端B型利钠肽原(N-terminal pro-B-type natriuretic peptide,NT-proBNP)水平相关性,并分析血浆Cys-C、NT-proBNP评估老年CHF患者预后价值。方法选择2021年7月—2022年10月在本院接受治疗的192例老年慢性心力衰竭(CHF)患者作为研究对象,按照BMI指数分为肥胖组(49例)、超重组(68例)和正常组(75例)三组。对比各亚组患者血浆Cys-C、NT-proBNP水平差异,采用Pearson相关性分析的方式探究老年CHF患者BMI指数与血浆Cys-C、NT-proBNP相关性,对入组患者实施12个月随访,将患者按照预后情况区分为死亡组和存活组,对比两亚组患者血浆Cys-C、NT-proBNP水平差异并评估预后评估价值。结果肥胖组患者血浆Cys-C、NT-proBNP水平高于超重组,超重组患者血浆Cys-C、NT-proBNP水平高于正常组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);入组老年CHF患者的BMI指数与其血浆Cys-C、NT-proBN水平均呈现明显的正相关性(r=0.7104,P<0.0001)(r=0.6603,P<0.0001);随访12个月显示,死亡组患者的血浆Cys-C、NT-proBNP水平显著高于存活组患者,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);血浆Cys-C、NT-proBNP对老年CHF预后评估曲线下面积(area under curv,AUC)为0.6930(P=0.0009)、0.7982(P<0.0001)。结论老年CHF患者随BMI指数升高,血浆Cys-C、NT-proBNP水平逐渐升高,血浆Cys-C、NT-proBNP对老年CHF临床结局具有一定的预测价值,进一步研究有推广应用于老年CHF预后评估潜力。 展开更多

目的探讨补体C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白3(CTRP3)联合N末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)对冠状动脉(冠脉)多支病变(MVD)患者发生高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)的预测价值。方法回顾性分析200例MVD患者的临床资料,根据血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平... 目的探讨补体C1q/肿瘤坏死因子相关蛋白3(CTRP3)联合N末端B型利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)对冠状动脉(冠脉)多支病变(MVD)患者发生高同型半胱氨酸血症(HHcy)的预测价值。方法回顾性分析200例MVD患者的临床资料,根据血浆同型半胱氨酸(Hcy)水平是否>15μmol/L分为高Hcy组(111例)和正常Hcy组(89例)。比较两组基线资料[年龄、性别、冠心病病程、吸烟史、糖尿病病史、高血压病史、体质量指数(BMI)],生化指标(NT-proBNP、尿酸(UA)、甘油三酯(TG)、总胆固醇(TC)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、Hcy、CTRP3),采用二元Logistic回归分析法分析影响MVD患者发生HHcy危险因素,绘制受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析CTRP3联合NT-proBNP对MVD患者发生HHcy的预测效能。结果两组年龄、高血压病史、BMI、UA、TG、TC、HDL-C比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05);高Hcy组男性患者数量70例、冠心病病程(6.66±4.49)年、吸烟史55例、糖尿病病史60例,均大于正常Hcy组的36例、(3.67±2.31)年、28例、17例,NT-proBNP(5234.95±7476.76)pg/ml、LDL-C(3.55±0.95)mmol/L、Hcy(44.75±12.48)μmol/L均高于正常Hcy组的(1296.94±3864.78)pg/ml、(2.95±0.88)mmol/L、(10.58±2.80)μmol/L,CTRP3(65.20±13.61)μg/L低于正常Hcy组的(88.69±14.94)μg/L,两组间比较差异均具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素Logistic回归分析显示:男性[OR=3.745,95%CI=(1.398,10.030)]、糖尿病病史[OR=3.262,95%CI=(1.264,8.417)]、冠心病病程[OR=1.194,95%CI=(1.022,1.394)]、LDL-C[OR=2.254,95%CI=(1.337,3.800)]为导致MVD患者发生HHcy的独立危险因素,而CTRP3[OR=0.902,95%CI=(0.873,0.933)]为其独立保护因素(P<0.05)。ROC曲线结果显示:CTRP3联合NT-proBNP预测MVD患者发生HHcy的AUC为0.901,敏感度为83.8%,特异度为86.5%,优于LDL-C、NT-proBNP或CTRP3单独预测(P<0.05)。结论性别、糖尿病病史、冠心病病程、LDL-C为导致MVD患者发生HHcy的独立危险因素,而CTRP3为其独立保护因素。血清CTRP3联合NT-proBNP可提高MVD患者发生HHcy的预测价值。 展开更多

目的:分析慢性心力衰竭(CHF)病人胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)与N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分的相关性。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院心血管一科门诊及病房就诊的CHF病... 目的:分析慢性心力衰竭(CHF)病人胰岛素抵抗指数(HOMA-IR)与N末端B型脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分的相关性。方法:选取2022年1月—2023年1月于黑龙江中医药大学附属第一医院心血管一科门诊及病房就诊的CHF病人140例,另选取80名健康志愿者作为对照组。采用MoCA对CHF病人的认知功能进行判定,根据是否合并认知功能障碍将其分为认知功能障碍组(65例)和认知功能正常组(75例)。比较3组血清空腹血糖(FPG)、血清胰岛素(FINS)、HOMA-IR、血NT-proBNP水平及MoCA评分,分析HOMA-IR与NT-proBNP水平及MoCA评分的相关性。结果:与对照组相比,认知功能障碍组、认知功能正常组FPG、FINS、HOMA-IR、NT-proBNP水平均较对照组升高,认知功能障碍组MoCA评分则较对照组明显降低,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);认知功能障碍组FPG、FINS及NT-proBNP水平较认知功能正常组明显升高(P<0.05),MoCA评分则较认知功能正常组明显降低(P<0.05)。HOMA-IR与血清NT-proBNP水平呈正相关(P<0.01),与MoCA评分呈负相关(P<0.01)。结论:CHF合并认知功能障碍病人HOMA-IR明显升高,HOMA-IR与NT-proBNP水平呈正相关,与CHF病人MoCA评分呈负相关。HOMA-IR是CHF病人心功能及认知功能的独立危险因素,在治疗中应积极改善CHF病人的胰岛素抵抗水平。 展开更多

目的 分析氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、D-二聚体(D-D)、C反应蛋白(CRP)检测对中老年急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的诊断价值。方法 选取中老年急性脑梗死患者52例为观察组[根据病灶直径不同分为大面积梗死组(>5 cm)10例、中面积梗死组(≤... 目的 分析氨基末端脑钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)、D-二聚体(D-D)、C反应蛋白(CRP)检测对中老年急性脑梗死(ACI)患者的诊断价值。方法 选取中老年急性脑梗死患者52例为观察组[根据病灶直径不同分为大面积梗死组(>5 cm)10例、中面积梗死组(≤5 cm,>3 cm)16例、小面积梗死组(≤3 cm,>1.5 cm)26例],另选取健康体检者50例为对照组。观察组及对照组均进行D-D、CRP、NT-proBNP水平检测。比较观察组及对照组的CRP、D-D、NT-proBNP水平,观察组不同脑梗死面积患者的CRP、D-D、NT-proBNP水平。结果观察组CRP、D-D、NT-proBNP水平均高于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组中,大面积梗死组的NT-proBNP、D-D、CRP水平分别为(3351.70±940.97)pg/ml、(898.43±323.19)ng/ml、(41.79±11.08)mg/L,中面积梗死组的NT-proBNP、D-D、CRP水平分别为(1338.06±345.23)pg/ml、(573.88±312.67)ng/ml、(32.05±11.77)mg/L,小面积梗死组的NT-proBNP、D-D、CRP水平分别为(447.00±195.72)pg/ml、(334.15±229.81)ng/ml、(18.03±10.14)mg/L。大面积梗死组患者的NT-proBNP、D-D、CRP水平均高于中面积梗死组及小面积梗死组,中面积梗死组患者的NT-proBNP、D-D、CRP水平均高于小面积梗死组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 D-D、CRP、NT-proBNP在诊断中老年急性脑梗死患者中存在较高的应用价值。 展开更多

目的:分析1例单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎(HSVE)继发抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)和抗γ-氨基丁酸B型受体(GABA_(BR))双阳性自身免疫性脑炎(AE)患者的临床表现及诊疗经过,以提高临床医生对该类病的认识。方法:收集1例HSVE继发抗NMDAR和抗GABA... 目的:分析1例单纯疱疹病毒性脑炎(HSVE)继发抗N-甲基-D-天冬氨酸受体(NMDAR)和抗γ-氨基丁酸B型受体(GABA_(BR))双阳性自身免疫性脑炎(AE)患者的临床表现及诊疗经过,以提高临床医生对该类病的认识。方法:收集1例HSVE继发抗NMDAR和抗GABA_(BR)双阳性AE患者的临床资料,对其诊断和治疗经过进行总结,并结合相关文献进行复习。结果:患者,男性,36岁,以头痛起病,随后出现肢体抽搐,并进展为意识障碍。入院后脑脊液常规生化检测异常,脑脊液单纯疱疹病毒1型(HSV-1) IgG抗体阳性,脑脊液和血清NMDAR抗体检测阳性,头部磁共振成像(MRI)检查提示右侧枕叶白质异常信号,诊断为HSVE继发抗NMDAR脑炎。数月后患者出现精神行为异常、认知障碍和睡眠障碍等症状,血清NMDAR抗体和GABA_(BR)抗体均阳性,诊断为HSVE继发抗NMDAR脑炎和抗GABA_(BR)脑炎。给予激素冲击和静脉注射免疫球蛋白(IVIG)治疗后,患者病情好转出院。随访1年,患者精神症状完全消失,遗留轻度认知功能障碍。结论:HSVE抗病毒治疗有效的恢复期患者临床症状再度恶化时,应高度怀疑继发AE的可能,应尽快完善自身免疫性抗体检测,以期早期诊断,早期治疗,以改善患者预后。 展开更多

目的探讨CYP2C19基因多态性、血清N末端B型脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平与急性脑梗死(ACI)患者静脉溶栓预后不良的关系。方法选择210例ACI患者,均行阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,治疗90 d后根据改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分将患者分为预后不良组(mR... 目的探讨CYP2C19基因多态性、血清N末端B型脑利钠肽前体(NT-proBNP)水平与急性脑梗死(ACI)患者静脉溶栓预后不良的关系。方法选择210例ACI患者,均行阿替普酶静脉溶栓治疗,治疗90 d后根据改良Rankin量表(mRS)评分将患者分为预后不良组(mRS评分≥3分)52例、预后良好组(mRS评分<3分)158例。治疗前采用实时荧光定量PCR法检测CYP2C19基因多态性,时间分辨荧光免疫层析法检测血清NT-proBNP。用Pearson或Spearman分析CYP2C19基因多态性、血清NT-proBNP水平与mRS评分的相关性;用多因素Logistic回归分析ACI患者静脉溶栓预后的影响因素;用受试者工作特征曲线分析CYP2C19基因多态性、血清NT-proBNP水平对ACI患者静脉溶栓预后不良的预测价值。结果预后不良组年龄、高血压比例、糖尿病比例、入院美国国立卫生研究所脑卒中(NIHSS)评分、空腹血糖水平高于预后良好组(P均<0.05)。预后不良组和预后良好组CYP2C19基因多态性比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),预后不良组血清NT-proBNP水平高于预后良好组(P<0.05)。ACI患者CYP2C19基因多态性(r_(s)=0.362)、血清NT-proBNP水平(r=0.426)与mRS评分均呈正相关(P均<0.05)。高NIHSS评分、CYP2C19基因慢代谢型、高血清NT-proBNP水平是ACI患者预后不良的危险因素(P均<0.05)。CYP2C19基因多态性、血清NT-proBNP水平单独及联合预测ACI患者静脉溶栓预后的曲线下面积分别为0.752、0.786、0.861,二者联合预测的曲线下面积高于单独预测(P均<0.05)。结论CYP2C19基因多态性和高水平NT-proBNP是ACI患者静脉溶栓预后不良的危险因素,二者联合对不良预后有较高的预测价值。 展开更多

神经介素B(NMB)及其G蛋白偶联受体(NMBR)发挥的抗甲型流感病毒免疫反应,以及甲型流感病毒感染诱导细胞程序性死亡配体1(PD-L1)高表达均与NF-κB信号通路有直接关系,而NF-κB信号通路的激活受ERK信号通路的调控。为深入探究NMB与NMBR调节... 神经介素B(NMB)及其G蛋白偶联受体(NMBR)发挥的抗甲型流感病毒免疫反应,以及甲型流感病毒感染诱导细胞程序性死亡配体1(PD-L1)高表达均与NF-κB信号通路有直接关系,而NF-κB信号通路的激活受ERK信号通路的调控。为深入探究NMB与NMBR调节H9N2亚型流感病毒感染诱导PD-L1上的作用,本研究以H9N2亚型流感病毒为模式毒株,基于NMBR干扰和过表达细胞系、PD-L1干扰和过表达细胞系以及C57BL/6小鼠,采用RT-PCR和Western blot方法分析NMB与NMBR对PD-L1表达变化以及ERK磷酸化的影响。结果显示:H9N2亚型流感病毒感染诱导的NMBR和PD-L1表达之间存在着负调控的关系,外源性NMB可以有效激活小鼠体内NMBR的表达,进而抑制PD-L1表达,NMB与NMBR也能影响H9N2感染诱导的ERK磷酸化水平。综上,H9N2亚型流感病毒感染诱导表达的NMB与NMBR通过ERK信号通路调节PD-L1的表达而发挥抗流感病毒作用,将为深度剖析宿主-甲型流感病毒之间的互作关系提供新的科学依据。 展开更多

目的:分析氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对急性脑梗死患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-18、IL-33及N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平及疗效的影响。方法:选取萍乡市人民医院2020年7月—2021年8月收治的急性脑梗死患者72例,以随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=... 目的:分析氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林对急性脑梗死患者血清白细胞介素(IL)-18、IL-33及N末端B型利钠肽原(NT-proBNP)水平及疗效的影响。方法:选取萍乡市人民医院2020年7月—2021年8月收治的急性脑梗死患者72例,以随机数字表法分组,对照组(n=36)在常规治疗基础上使用氯吡格雷治疗,试验组(n=36)在对照组基础上使用阿司匹林治疗,两组均连续服药4周,比较两组炎症因子、NT-proBNP水平,并比较临床疗效及用药不良反应。结果:两组治疗7 d后IL-6、IL-18、IL-33、NT-pro BNP水平均低于治疗前,且试验组均低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组临床总有效率为97.22%,高于对照组的77.78%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组总用药不良反应发生率为11.11%,与对照组的8.33%比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:氯吡格雷联合阿司匹林治疗急性脑梗死,可更好地发挥药效,提高临床效果,降低IL-6、IL-18、IL-33、NT-pro BNP水平,安全有效。 展开更多
