采用温和的一步溶剂法将二维TiO_(2)(B)纳米片(NSs)原位生长到2D g-C_(3)N_(4)NSs表面,制备出g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)(B)二元异质结光催化剂。在氙灯照射下,g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)(B)纳米复合材料显示出比纯g-C_(3)N_(4)和TiO_(2)(B)纳米... 采用温和的一步溶剂法将二维TiO_(2)(B)纳米片(NSs)原位生长到2D g-C_(3)N_(4)NSs表面,制备出g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)(B)二元异质结光催化剂。在氙灯照射下,g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)(B)纳米复合材料显示出比纯g-C_(3)N_(4)和TiO_(2)(B)纳米片更高的光催化降解性能,最高为82.17%。根据能带结构和XPS结果可知,在g-C_(3)N_(4)/TiO_(2)(B)的界面上电子从TiO_(2)(B)转移到g-C_(3)N_(4)形成一个内建电场。同时,g-C_(3)N_(4)导带(CB)上的光生电子和TiO_(2)(B)价带(VB)上的空穴被保留,这有助于激活氧分子和羟基产生活性自由基。提高的四环素降解活性可以归因于超薄的2D/2D纳米片结构和构建的S型异质结。 展开更多

脑脊液中TXB2、S100B水平与高血压脑出血患者预后的相关性

目的探究脑脊液中血栓素B2(thromboxane B2,TXB2)、S100钙结合蛋白B(S100 calcium-binding protein B,S100B)水平与高血压脑出血患者预后的相关性。方法选取2020年5月至2023年5月西安市长安医院急诊收治的高血压脑出血患者96例,均行微... 目的探究脑脊液中血栓素B2(thromboxane B2,TXB2)、S100钙结合蛋白B(S100 calcium-binding protein B,S100B)水平与高血压脑出血患者预后的相关性。方法选取2020年5月至2023年5月西安市长安医院急诊收治的高血压脑出血患者96例,均行微创血肿清除术治疗,收集所有患者的病历资料,检测患者术后24 h脑脊液中的TXB2、S100B水平。依据患者术后28 d预后分为预后良好组和预后不良组。分析高血压脑出血预后的影响因素,评价脑脊液中TXB2、S100B水平对高血压脑出血患者预后的预测效能。采用χ^(2)检验、独立样本t检验,影响因素的分析采用多因素logistic逐步回归模型。结果术后28 d,96例高血压脑出血患者中预后良好68例(70.83%),预后不良28例(29.17%)。两组性别、年龄、体重指数等一般资料比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);预后良好组美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分、中线移位占比及脑脊液TXB2、S100B水平均低于预后不良组[(15.34±2.61)分比(20.18±3.32)分、19.12%(13/68)比39.29%(11/28)、(156.04±17.31)ng/L比(190.35±18.29)ng/L、(1.72±0.34)μg/L比(1.93±0.47)μg/L],差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。NIHSS评分(OR=3.691,95%CI 1.262~10.799)、中线移位(OR=3.425,95%CI 1.171~10.019)、脑脊液TXB2(OR=5.675,95%CI 1.939~16.602)及S100B(OR=4.486,95%CI 1.533~13.125)是高血压脑出血预后的危险因素(均P<0.05)。脑脊液中TXB2、S100B单一及联合预测高血压脑出血患者预后的灵敏度分别为0.764、0.727、0.799,特异度分别为0.641、0.703、0.782,曲线下面积分别为0.731、0.705、0.823。结论脑脊液中TXB2、S100B水平的变化与高血压脑出血患者预后有关,且两者联合检测对高血压脑出血患者预后的预测效能良好。 展开更多

Although vaccines have been developed,mutations of SARS-CoV-2,especially the dominant B.1.617.2(delta)and B.1.529(omicron)strains with more than 30 mutations on their spike protein,have caused a significant decline in prophylaxis,calling for the need for drug improvement.Antibodies are drugs preferentially used in infectious diseases and are easy to get from immunized organisms.The current study combined molecular modeling and single memory B cell sequencing to assess candidate sequences before experiments,providing a strategy for the fabrication of SARS-CoV-2 neutralizing antibodies.A total of 128 sequences were obtained after sequencing 196 memory B cells,and 42 sequences were left after merging extremely similar ones and discarding incomplete ones,followed by homology modeling of the antibody variable region.Thirteen candidate sequences were expressed,of which three were tested positive for receptor binding domain recognition but only one was confirmed as having broad neutralization against several SARS-CoV-2 variants.The current study successfully obtained a SARS-CoV-2 antibody with broad neutralizing abilities and provided a strategy for antibody development in emerging infectious diseases using single memory B cell BCR sequencing and computer assistance in antibody fabrication. 展开更多

目的使用生物信息学方法预测严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)刺突蛋白(S蛋白)的结构特点,并预测可能的B细胞和T细胞表位。方法从NCBI数据库中获取SARS-CoV-2的S蛋白氨基酸序列,通过蛋白质基本性质分析工具ProtParam分析S蛋白... 目的使用生物信息学方法预测严重急性呼吸综合征冠状病毒2(SARS-CoV-2)刺突蛋白(S蛋白)的结构特点,并预测可能的B细胞和T细胞表位。方法从NCBI数据库中获取SARS-CoV-2的S蛋白氨基酸序列,通过蛋白质基本性质分析工具ProtParam分析S蛋白的理化性质;利用综合性序列工具软件Lasergene和蛋白质二级结构分析软件SOMPA分析S蛋白二级结构;蛋白质同源物/类似物Y识别引擎Phyre2和分子图像观察软件Rasmol构建并分析S蛋白三级结构;B细胞表位预测工具ABCpred、BepiPred和BcePred预测S蛋白的B细胞抗原表位;利用免疫表位数据库IEDB预测S蛋白的T细胞抗原表位。结果S蛋白由1273个氨基酸组成,理论等电点为6.24,原子组成为C_(6336)H_(9770)N_(1656)O_(1894)S_(54),属于稳定亲水性蛋白。Lasergene软件的Gramier-Robson方法预测显示:α螺旋占23.5%、β折叠占53.7%、转角区域占14.9%、无规则卷曲占8.33%;Lasergene软件的Chou-Fasman方法预测显示:α螺旋占20.9%,β折叠占35.5%,β转角占35.2%。同时,使用SOPMA在线服务工具分析S蛋白二级结构,其中α螺旋占28.59%,延长链占23.25%,β转角占3.38%,无规则卷曲占44.78%。ABCpred、BepiPred和BcePred分别预测S蛋白的潜在B细胞抗原表位数量为5个、11个、6个。IEDB预测的CD8^(+)T细胞表位和CD4^(+)T细胞表位结果中分别选择各人类白细胞抗原(HLA)基因型亲和力最好的5个表位。结论采用生物信息学方法预测SARS-CoV-2的S蛋白具有多个B细胞及T细胞抗原表位。 展开更多

Biochemical components of Moso bamboo(Phyllostachys pubescens)are critical to physiological and ecological processes and play an important role in the material and energy cycles of the ecosystem.The coupled PROSPECT with SAIL(PROSAIL)radiative transfer model is widely used for vegetation biochemical component content inversion.However,the presence of leaf-eating pests,such as Pantana phyllostachysae Chao(PPC),weakens the performance of the model for estimating biochemical components of Moso bamboo and thus must be considered.Therefore,this study considered pest-induced stress signals associated with Sentinel-2A/B images and field data and established multiple sets of biochemical canopy reflectance look-up tables(LUTs)based on the PROSAIL framework by setting different parameter ranges according to infestation levels.Quantitative inversions of leaf area index(LAI),leaf chlorophyll content(LCC),and leaf equivalent water thickness(LEWT)were derived.The scale conversions from LCC to canopy chlorophyll content(CCC)and LEWT to canopy equivalent water thickness(CEWT)were calculated.The results showed that LAI,CCC,and CEWT were inversely related with PPC-induced stress.When applying multiple LUTs,the p-values were<0.01;the R2 values for LAI,CCC,and CEWT were 0.71,0.68,and 0.65 with root mean square error(RMSE)(normalized RMSE,NRMSE)values of 0.38(0.16),17.56μg cm-2(0.20),and 0.02 cm(0.51),respectively.Compared to the values obtained for the traditional PROSAIL model,for October,R2 values increased by 0.05 and 0.10 and NRMSE decreased by 0.09 and 0.02 for CCC and CEWT,respectively and RMSE decreased by 0.35μg cm-2 for CCC.The feasibility of the inverse strategy for integrating pest-induced stress factors into the PROSAIL model,while establishing multiple LUTs under different pest-induced damage levels,was successfully demonstrated and can potentially enhance future vegetation parameter inversion and monitoring of bamboo forest health and ecosystems. 展开更多

目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并周围神经病变(DPN)患者血清S100钙结合蛋白B(S100B)、血清S100钙结合蛋白P(S100P)的表达及临床意义。方法将2019年1月至2021年1月该院收治的152例T2DM患者作为研究对象,根据是否合并DPN分为非DPN组(98例)和... 目的研究2型糖尿病(T2DM)合并周围神经病变(DPN)患者血清S100钙结合蛋白B(S100B)、血清S100钙结合蛋白P(S100P)的表达及临床意义。方法将2019年1月至2021年1月该院收治的152例T2DM患者作为研究对象,根据是否合并DPN分为非DPN组(98例)和DPN组(54例)。比较两组血清S100B、S100P水平,以及一般临床资料及神经传导速度的差异。采用Pearson法进行相关性分析,多因素Logistic回归模型分析影响DPN发生的危险因素,受试者工作特征(ROC)曲线分析S100B、S100P检测对DPN的诊断价值。结果DPN组血清S100B、S100P,以及糖尿病病程、空腹血糖(FPG)、糖化血红蛋白(HbA1c)均高于或长于非DPN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),而正中神经运动(MMCV)和感觉(MSCV)传导速度、尺神经运动(UMCV)和感觉(USCV)传导速度、腓总神经运动(PMCV)和感觉(PSCV)传导速度低于非DPN组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。DPN组患者血清S100B、S100P与FPG、HbA1c水平呈显著正相关(r=0.618~0.737,均P<0.05),与MMCV、UMCV、MSCV、PSCV呈显著负相关(r=-0.657~-0.874,均P<0.05)。糖尿病病程(OR=1.236,P<0.001)、HbA1c(OR=1.300,P<0.001)、S100B(OR=1.370,P<0.001)和S100P(OR=1.361,P<0.001)均是影响T2DM患者DPN发生的独立危险因素,血清S100B、S100P检测对T2DM患者DPN诊断的曲线下面积为0.724、0.728。结论T2DM合并DPN患者血清S100B、S100P水平升高,是影响T2DM患者DPN发生的独立危险因素。 展开更多

Based on an analysis of the existing models of CO 2 corrosion in literatures and the autoclave simulative experiments, a predictive model of corrosion rate (r corr) in CO 2/H 2S corrosion for oil tubes has been established, in which r corr is expressed as a function of pH, temperature (T), pressure of CO 2 (P CO 2) and pressure of H 2S (P H 2S). The model has been verified by experimental data obtained on N80 steel. The improved features of the predictive model include the following aspects: (1) The influence of temperature on the protectiveness of corrosion film is taken into consideration for establishment of predictive model of the r corr in CO 2/H 2S corrosion. The Equations of scale temperature and scale factor are put forward, and they fit the experimental result very well. (2) The linear relationship still exists between ln r corr and ln P CO 2 in CO 2/H 2S corrosion (as same as that in CO 2 corrosion). Therefore, a correction factor as a function of P H 2S has been introduced into the predictive model in CO 2/H 2S corrosion. (3) The model is compatible with the main existing models. 展开更多

Osteogenesis imperfecta(OI) comprises a group of heritable connective tissue disorders generally defined by recurrent fractures, low bone mass, short stature and skeletal fragility. Beyond the skeletal complications of OI,many patients also report intolerance to physical activity, fatigue and muscle weakness. Indeed, recent studies have demonstrated that skeletal muscle is also negatively affected by OI, both directly and indirectly. Given the well-established interdependence of bone and skeletal muscle in both physiology and pathophysiology and the observations of skeletal muscle pathology in patients with OI, we investigated the therapeutic potential of simultaneous anabolic targeting of both bone and skeletal muscle using a soluble activin receptor 2B(ACVR2B) in a mouse model of type Ⅲ OI(oim). Treatment of 12-week-old oim mice with ACVR2 B for 4 weeks resulted in significant increases in both bone and muscle that were similar to those observed in healthy,wild-type littermates. This proof of concept study provides encouraging evidence for a holistic approach to treating the deleterious consequences of OI in the musculoskeletal system. 展开更多

Electronic business impacts differently the busines s process in or between the corporations in variant degree. In view of the new fea tures of the internet, critical questions to be answered inclued: what are t he emerging business models and related to this, which strategic marketing appro aches are applied,or emerging. In the paper, the business models in B2B are clas sified into four types as e-procurement, e-marketplace, e-trade exchange, and collaborative trading community from the value viewpoint.And then the paper giv es the measure among the four business models by providing a framework that has been developed on the basis of current commercial Internet business and experime ntal work. The difference between the value chain in traditional commerce and th e one in e-business is compared. And we give the success factors by a case stud y and the barriers to electronic business in the developing B2B business model. 展开更多

Focusing on B2B market, this paper studies the effect of product differentiation on business model perlbrmance. After interviewing several experts and analyzing numbers of distributing questionnaires. the author discovered that product differentiation has a positive effect on business model performance. Through SEM. it is revealed that product differentiation at each level have positive effect on business model, with different effect weight. The main contributions of this research are summarized as follows: Firstly, the proposed model of the product differentiation on business model performance lays the basis for scientific measurement of product differentiation and its effect on business model performance; Secondly, this research ranks the importance of product differentiation at different level in B2B market; Finally, this research provides a good reference for enterprises to update their product strategy for better business model performance. 展开更多

The coordination behavior of 2,3-butanedionemonoxime Girard’s T hydrazone (L<sup>1</sup>) towards Hg<sup>2+</sup> ion has been investigated. The structure of Hg<sup>2+</sup> complex, [Hg(L<sup>1</sup>)Cl]Cl·5H<sub>2</sub>O, is elucidated using elemental analyses, spectral (IR, UV-visible, 1H-NMR and mass) and TGA measurements. IR spectrum suggests that L<sup>1</sup> behaves in a bidentate manner through the azomethine groups. The molecular modeling of L<sup>1</sup> and its Hg<sup>2+</sup> complex has been investigated. The bond lengths, bond angles, HOMO and LUMO have been calculated. The thermal behavior and kinetic parameters are determined using Coats-Redfern method. The use of L<sup>1</sup> for preconcentration and separation via flotation of Hg<sup>2+</sup> complex and determination using cold vapor atomic spectrometry (CVAAS) is described. The effects on the percentage of recovered Hg<sup>2+</sup> by pH of sample solutions, oleic acid (HOL) concentration, Hg<sup>2+</sup> and L<sup>1</sup> concentrations are studied in details. The method is applied for the determination of the total Hg<sup>2+</sup> (mg·mL<sup>-1</sup>) in natural water samples. 展开更多
