Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with Bailing Capsule in the treatment of chronic renal failure,and the influence of alprostadil combined with Bailing Capsule on residu...Objective:To investigate the clinical efficacy and safety of alprostadil combined with Bailing Capsule in the treatment of chronic renal failure,and the influence of alprostadil combined with Bailing Capsule on residual renal function,renal hemodynamics,immune indexes and nutritional status.Methods 86 patients with chronic renal failure(CRF)hospitalized in Wuhan integrated traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital Affiliated to Tongji Medical College of Huazhong University of science and technology from January 2018 to June 2019 were selected as the study objects.They were randomly divided into control group and case group with 43 cases in each group.Two groups were given peritoneal dialysis treatment,the control group was given bailing capsule,the case group was given alprostadil injection on the basis of the control group.To observe the clinical effect of the two groups before and after treatment,and the changes of residual renal function,renal hemodynamics,immune index and nutritional status.Results The total effective rate of the case group was 97.68%,higher than 83.73%of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of bun,SCR,GFR,24h urinary protein quantity,resistance index,CRP,IL-6,TNF,CD8+and SGA in the two groups were lower than those before treatment;the levels of renal blood flow,RRF,CD3+,CD4+,ALB,PA,TRF and Hb were higher than those before treatment;moreover,the improvement of serum inflammatory cytokines,residual renal function and renal hemodynamic indexes,immune indexes and nutritional status in the case group were significant The difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the control group was 16.28%,higher than 6.98%in the case group,with no significant difference(P>0.05).Conclusion Alprostadil combined with Bailing capsule can significantly improve the residual renal function,hemodynamics,immune index,reduce the degree of inflammatory response in patients with chronic renal failure.展开更多

Methods: 142 patients with diabetic nephropathy admitted to our hospital from April 2017 to July 2018 were selected as the study subjects. 71 cases in the control group and 71 cases in the observation group were randomly assigned. The renal function, oxidative stress, inflammation and immune indexes of two groups of patients with diabetic nephropathy were compared and analyzed. Results: After treatment, the levels of BUN, SCr, UARE, ROS, AOPPS, TNF-α, CRP and CD8+ of DN patients in both groups decreased significantly compared with those before the treatment, while the levels of SOD, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ increased significantly compared with those before the treatment;and the levels of BUN, SCr, UARE, ROS, AOPPS, TNF-α, CRP and CD8+ in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group, while the levels of SOD, CD4+, CD4+/CD8+ in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group. Conclusions: Bailing capsule combined with irbesartan in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy can effectively improve the renal function, oxidize inflammatory reaction and enhance the immune function of patients, which has clinical significance.展开更多

Patients in the control group received edaravone treatment, while patients in the observation group received bailing capsule combined with edaravone treatment. The levels of T lymphocyte, superoxide dismutase (SOD), malondialdehyde (MDA), nitric oxide (NO), transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1), tumor necrosis factor-α (TNF-α) and matrix metalloproteinase-9 (MMP-9) were measured and compared before and after treatment.Result: After treatment, the levels of CD3+, CD4+, CD4+ / CD8+, SOD and NO of patients in the control group and the observation group were significantly higher than those before treatment, while the levels of CD8+ and MDA were significantly lower than those before treatment. The change trend of the levels of T lymphocyte and antioxidant enzyme of patients in the observation group were significantly more obvious than that in the control group (P<0.05). After treatment, the serum levels of TGF-β1, TNF-α and MMP-9 of patients in the control group and the observation group decreased significantly, and the change trend of the above factors of patients in the observation group was more obvious than that in the control group (P<0.05).Conclusion: Bailing capsule combined with edaravone in the treatment of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease can significantly enhance the immune function and antioxidant function of patients and alleviate inflammation of the body. Objective:To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate and metformin on lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS)....Objective:To investigate the effect of Bailing capsule combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate and metformin on lipid metabolism and insulin resistance in patients with polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS).Methods: A total of 108 patients with PCOS who were treated in our hospital between November 2014 and April 2017 were reviewed and divided into routine group (n=67) who received routine therapy and Bailing capsule group (n=41) who received Bailing capsule combined with routine therapy. Routine group received ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate and metformin therapy, and Bailing capsule group were treated with Bailing capsule combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate and metformin therapy. The differences in the levels of lipid metabolism, insulin resistance indexes as well as inflammatory factors were compared between the two groups before and after treatment.Results: There was no statistically significant difference in serum levels of lipid metabolism, insulin resistance-related indexes and inflammatory factors between the two groups before treatment. After treatment, serum HDL-C content of Bailing capsule group was higher than that of routine group whereas LDL-C and TC contents were lower than those of routine group;serum insulin resistance-related indexes FINS and HOMA-IR levels were lower than those of routine group;serum inflammatory cytokines IL-6, TNF-α, APN and LEP contents were lower than those of routine group.Conclusion: Bailing capsule combined with ethinylestradiol and cyproterone acetate and metformin therapy can effectively improve the lipid metabolism level and inhibit the insulin resistance in patients with PCOS.展开更多

The product distributions with different catalysts revealed that the Lewis acid was responsible for the isomerization of methyl glucoside(MG), producing a significant amount of the subsequent product 5-methoxymethylfurfural(MMF), while the Br?nsted acid facilitated the production of ML from MMF. Al2(SO4)3 was efficient for monosaccharide conversion but not for cellulose. Using ball-milled cellulose with Al2(SO4)3 resulted in a desired ML yield within a reasonable reaction time. The significant catalysis performances of two types of acids will guide the design of efficient catalytic processes for the selective conversion of biomass into levulinate esters.展开更多
