In the age of new media,short videos play an increasingly important role in international cultural exchange.However,German learners often encounter challenges when producing and sharing short videos due to factors suc...In the age of new media,short videos play an increasingly important role in international cultural exchange.However,German learners often encounter challenges when producing and sharing short videos due to factors such as technology and language proficiency.Such challenges can affect the professionalism and attractiveness of the videos.This study focuses on German learners at the University of Shanghai for Science and Technology.The aim of this study is to investigate students’experiences in producing short videos,identify issues through surveys and interviews,and concentrate on editing skills,language proficiency,and intercultural communication abilities.It proposes strategies for developing these skills and aims to provide insights for German and other foreign language learners in telling Chinese stories using short videos.展开更多

Abstract：
Based on the technique of Dual Mixer Time Difference (DMTD), an 8-channel frequency stabilitymeasurement system has been developed. It realized the measurement of 8-channel 5 MHz and 10 MHz frequencystandards. For 10 MHz frequency, the noise floor is better than 2.0 ×10^(-13)/1 s, 2.5× 10^(-16)/1000 s. It can not only satisfy the internal comparison of time scale ensemble, but also can realize the calibration of normal frequency standards.展开更多
A class of lifetime distributions, new better than equilibrium in expectation （NBEE）, and its dual, new worse than equilibrium in expectation （NWEE）, are studied based on the comparison of the expectations of life...A class of lifetime distributions, new better than equilibrium in expectation （NBEE）, and its dual, new worse than equilibrium in expectation （NWEE）, are studied based on the comparison of the expectations of lifetime X and its equilibrium Xo. The relationships of the NBEE （NWEE） and other lifetime distribution classes are discussed. It is proved that the NBEE is very large, and increasing failure rate （IFR）, new better than used （NBU） and the L class are its subclasses. The closure properties under two kinds of reliability operations, namely, convolution and mixture, are investigated. Furthermore, a Poisson shock model and a special cumulative model are also studied, in which the necessary and sufficient conditions for the NBEE （NWEE） lifetime distribution of the systems are established. In the homogenous Poisson shock model, the system lifetime belongs to NBEE（NWEE） if and only if the corresponding discrete failure distribution belongs to the discrete NBEE（NWEE）. While in the cumulative model, the system has an NBEE lifetime if and only if the stochastic threshold of accumulated damage is NBEE.展开更多

Performances of belite-rich Portland cement, or HBC （high belite cement）, and the resultant concrete are introduced by comparing with that of alite based PC （Portland cement） and concrete. The comparison study of cement properties indicates that HBC possesses the properties of less water demand for normal consistency, better compatibility with water reducer, higher later age strength after 28-day under standard curing temperature of 20 ℃, unique strength gain under elevated curing temperatures of 38-70 ℃, lower hydration heat evolution and temperature rise, lower drying shrinkage and excellent resistance to sulphate attack. These results have been demonstrated by the comparison performance evaluation of concretes prepared by HBC and PC in terms of workability, physical mechanical properties and durability when making high performance high strength concrete and massive concrete.展开更多

The simple heat treatment greatly improves the hardness, tensile strength and abrasion resistance of medium carbon and high C - low Cr steels. The results indicate that the material removal during abrasion is controlled by a number of factors, such as hardness, chemical composition, microstructure and heat treatment conditions. The conclusion is that the heat treated high C - low Cr steel and mild steel carburized by using coaltar pitch provide the best hardness and abrasion resistance and thus appear to be the most suitable materials for making agricultural tools.展开更多
