Control Effect of Bio-guide Wasp Virus Missile on Ostrinia furnacalis and Its Benefits for Maize Production in Nanchong City

In order to promote "green plant protection", reduce the administration dosage and residue of pesticides and control cost of environment pollution, and improve maize production, quality and agricultural ecological environment safety. In this study, the control effect and benefit of bio-guide wasp virus missile(BGWVM) on Ostrinia furnacalis in Nanchong City was investigated by using insect light traps and combined method of field investigation and experimental demonstration. According to the results, applying 30-37 pairs of BGWVM per hectare exhibited an average control efficiency of 78.0%, and the control cost was 139.50-172.50 CNY/hm2, which was reduced by 142.50-168.00 CNY/hm^2 compared with conventional chemical control. Average maize yield in BGWVM demonstration plot was 817.8 kg/hm2 higher and improved by 11.0% compared with blank control plot. The output value was improved by 1 799.16 CNY/hm^2 and the revenue increased by 1 941.66-1 967.16CNY/hm2. During 2003-2014, the cumulative demonstration and popularization area of BGWVM technique in Nanchong City had reached 24 507.33 hm^2, and the cumulative yield increment reached 20.042 1 million kg. BGWVM application improved total output value by 44.092 6 million CNY and saved control cost by 3.492 3-4.117 2 million CNY, thus increasing the revenue by 47.584 9-48.209 8 million CNY. BGWVM application reduced 551.41 t of 5% dimehypo GG or 12.87 t of 90%monosultap WP. In addition, BGWVM technique is simple to use, labor-saving and safe for human, animals, environment and crops, with significant economic, ecological and social benefits and without any side effect, which has become an ideal substitute for controlling O. furnacalis and reducing chemical pesticides in organic agriculture industry, modern agriculture industry, production of green and pollution-free agricultural products and IBM prevention and control demonstration gardens. 展开更多

目的观察在前牙拔除后位点保存术中应用Bio-Oss Collagen联合Bio-Guide生物膜的临床效果。方法在我院口腔科2015年1月—2019年11月收治的行前牙拔除后位点保存术患者中随机选取50例,按照抽签法分为两组,对照组(25例)采用单纯Bio-Guide... 目的观察在前牙拔除后位点保存术中应用Bio-Oss Collagen联合Bio-Guide生物膜的临床效果。方法在我院口腔科2015年1月—2019年11月收治的行前牙拔除后位点保存术患者中随机选取50例,按照抽签法分为两组,对照组(25例)采用单纯Bio-Guide生物膜修复,研究组(25例)在对照组基础上联合Bio-Oss Collagen进行修复,对比术后两组牙周袋深度(PD)及影像学指标。结果研究组3个月、6个月、9个月PD分别为(1.30±0.12)mm、(0.80±0.15)mm、(0.90±0.23)mm,小于对照组(1.50±0.13)mm、(1.40±0.16)mm、(1.50±0.31)mm,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前两组ABH、SD、BLW相比差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),术后研究组颊舌向骨宽度(BLW)水平稳定为(11.03±1.14)mm,且高于对照组(10.24±1.06)mm(P<0.05)。结论联合Bio-Oss Collagen、Bio-Guide生物膜在前牙拔除后位点保存术中具有良好的应用价值,可有效促进牙周组织的重建。 展开更多

Bio-guide生物膜联合翻瓣植骨术治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的效果观察

目的探讨Bio-guide生物膜联合翻瓣植骨术治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的效果。方法选取2016年2月至2021年2月淮安市第一人民医院分院口腔科收治的66例牙周牙髓联合病变患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,每组33例。两组均给予根管治疗... 目的探讨Bio-guide生物膜联合翻瓣植骨术治疗牙周牙髓联合病变的效果。方法选取2016年2月至2021年2月淮安市第一人民医院分院口腔科收治的66例牙周牙髓联合病变患者,按照随机数字表法分为参照组和试验组,每组33例。两组均给予根管治疗和牙周基础治疗,参照组采用翻瓣植骨术,试验组采用Bio-guide生物膜联合翻瓣植骨术治疗。比较两组治疗后3个月的疗效,对比治疗前及治疗后3个月的牙周指标[探诊深度(probing depth,PD)、临床附着丧失(clinical attachment loss,CAL)、龈沟出血指数(sulcus bleeding index,SBI)]、牙齿松动度(tooth mobility,TM)及根尖周指数(periapical index,PAI)。结果治疗后3个月,试验组的总有效率明显高于参照组(97.0%比81.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组PD、CAL和SBI均降低,且试验组低于参照组[(2.81±0.28)mm比(4.06±0.41)mm,(5.12±0.68)mm比(7.43±0.84)mm,(0.68±0.12)比(1.24±0.30)],差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);试验组总体TM和总体PAI均优于参照组(33.3%比57.6%,54.5%比75.8%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论Bio-guide生物膜联合翻瓣植骨术治疗牙周牙髓联合病变疗效显著,能改善牙周指标,缓解牙齿松动,提升牙周健康。 展开更多

Objective:To assess the antioxidant activity of aerial parts of Allium roseum var.grandiflorum subvar.typicum Regel.(A.roseum var.grandiflorum subvar.typicum Regel.)for the first time,as well as to isolate the main bioactive compounds.Methods:The chloroformic extract of Allium roseum(A.roseum)and their fractions obtained by subjection to a chromatographic study were tested for their antioxidant activities by using 2,2-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl and 2,2′-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)assays.An activity-guided purification was conducted to isolate five compounds in pure form where their structures were identified by means of nuclear magnetic resonance analyses,including 1D and 2D nuclear magnetic resonance experiments.Results:The evaluation of the antioxidant activity of chloroformic extract and their fractions from A.roseum var.grandiflorum subvar.typicum Regel.showed interesting results.The active chloroformic extract afforded five isolated compounds where their structures were identified as β-sitosterol(1),chrysoeriol(2),luteolin(3),apigenin(4),andβ-sitosterol 3-O-β-D-glucoside(5).All the compounds were isolated for the first time from the A.roseum var.grandiflorum subvar.typicum Regel.The three flavonoids(2–4)exhibited the highest antioxidant activity with IC_(50) values of 62.28,21.26 and 513.42μg/mL,respectively(2,2-diphenyl-2-picrylhydrazyl assay)and 218.00,73.50 and 877.66μg/mL,respectively[2,2′-azinobis-(3-ethylbenzothiazoline-6-sulfonic acid)assay].An important value of trolox equivalent antioxidant capacity(2.10 mmol/L)was reported for luteolin(3).Conclusions:These results may suggest that the A.roseum var.grandiflorum subvar.typicum Regel.have great potential as a source of a natural preservative ingredient in beneficial for natural health products. 展开更多
