Near-Vector Spaces Constructed over Zp, for p a Prime

The purpose of this paper is to construct near-vector spaces using a result by Van der Walt, with Zp for p a prime, as the underlying near-field. There are two notions of near-vector spaces, we focus on those studied by André [1]. These near-vector spaces have recently proven to be very useful in finite linear games. We will discuss the construction and properties, give examples of these near-vector spaces and give its application in finite linear games.

The Dual of the Two-Variable Exponent Amalgam Spaces (Lq(),lp())(Ω)

Wiener amalgam spaces are a class of function spaces where the function’s local and global behavior can be easily distinguished. These spaces are ex-tensively used in Harmonic analysis that originated in the work of Wiener. In this paper: we first introduce a two-variable exponent amalgam space (Lq(),lp())(Ω). Secondly, we investigate some basic properties of these spaces, and finally, we study their dual.

By using an existence theorems of maximal elements for a family of set-valued mappings in G-convex spaces due to the author, some new nonempty intersection theorems for a family of set-valued mappings were established in noncompact product G-convex spaces. As applications, some equilibrium existence theorems for a system of generalized vector equilibrium problems were proved in noncompact product G-convex spaces. These theorems unify, improve and generalize some important known results in literature.

CYCCYCLIC VECTORS AND CELLULAR INDECOMPOSABLE OPERATORS ON Q_p SPACES

We identify the functions whose polynomial multiples are weak＊ dense in Qp spaces and prove that if ｜f（z）｜ ≥ ｜g（z）｜ and g is cyclic in Qp, then f is cyclic in Qp. We also show that the multiplication operator Mx on Qp spaces is cellular indecomposable.

Composition Operators with Linear Fractional Symbols on Vector-Valued Bergman Spaces

Let φ and ψ be linear fractional self\|maps of the unit disk D and X a separable Hilbert space. In this paper we completely characterize the weak compactness of the product operators of a composition operation C φ with another one's adjoint C * ψ on the vector\|valued Bergman space B 1(X) for forms C φC * ψ and C * ψC φ.

EMBEDDING THEOREMS ON CAMPANATO-MORREY SPACES FOR VECTOR FIELDS OF HoRMANDER TYPE

This paper deals with embedding theorems on Campanato-Marrey spaces formed by degenerate vector fields, which include Honnander and Grushin type of vector fields. These embedding theorems are somewhat different from the known Poincare estimates. The main ingredients of the proofs rely on the fractional maximal functions. These results evidently have applications to the regularity of subelliptic PDE.

SYSTEM OF GENERALIZED VECTOR QUASI-EQUILIBRIUM PROBLEMS ON PRODUCT FC-SPACES

By applying a maximal element theorem on product FC-space due to author, some new equilibrium existence theorems for generalized games with fuzzy constraint correspondences are proved in FC-spaces. By using these equilibrium existence theorems, some new existence theorems of solutions for the system of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems are established in noncompact product FC-spaces. These results improve and generalize some recent results in literature to product FC-spaces without any convexity structure.

GENERALIZED VECTOR QUASI-EQUILIBRIUM PROBLEMSIN LOCALLY G-CONVEX SPACES

Some classes of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems ( in short, GVQEP) are introduced and studied in locally G-convex spaces which includes most of generalized vector equilibrium problems; generalized vector variational inequality problems, quasi-equilibrium problems and quasi-variational inequality problems as special cases. First, an equilibrium existence theorem for one person games is proved in locally G-convex spaces.. As applications, some new existence theorems of solutions for the GVQEP are established in noncompact locally G-convex spaces. These results and argument methods are new and completely different from that in recent literature.

Systems of generalized vector quasi-variational inclusions and systems of generalized vector quasi-optimization problems in locally FC-uniform spaces

In this paper, we introduce some new systems of generalized vector quasi-variational inclusion problems and system of generalized vector ideal （resp., proper, Pareto, weak） quasi-optimization problems in locally FC-uniform spaces without convexity structure. By using the KKM type theorem and Himmelberg type fixed point theorem proposed by the author, some new existence theorems of solutions for the systems of generalized vector quasi-variational inclusion problems are proved. As to its applications, we obtain some existence results of solutions for systems of generalized vector quasi-optimization problems.

Indirect Vector Control of Linear Induction Motors Using Space Vector Pulse Width Modulation

Vector control schemes have recently been used to drive linear induction motors(LIM)in high-performance applications.This trend promotes the development of precise and efficient control schemes for individual motors.This research aims to present a novel framework for speed and thrust force control of LIM using space vector pulse width modulation(SVPWM)inverters.The framework under consideration is developed in four stages.To begin,MATLAB Simulink was used to develop a detailed mathematical and electromechanical dynamicmodel.The research presents a modified SVPWM inverter control scheme.By tuning the proportional-integral(PI)controller with a transfer function,optimized values for the PI controller are derived.All the subsystems mentioned above are integrated to create a robust simulation of the LIM’s precise speed and thrust force control scheme.The reference speed values were chosen to evaluate the performance of the respective system,and the developed system’s response was verified using various data sets.For the low-speed range,a reference value of 10m/s is used,while a reference value of 100 m/s is used for the high-speed range.The speed output response indicates that themotor reached reference speed in amatter of seconds,as the delay time is between 8 and 10 s.The maximum amplitude of thrust achieved is less than 400N,demonstrating the controller’s capability to control a high-speed LIM with minimal thrust ripple.Due to the controlled speed range,the developed system is highly recommended for low-speed and high-speed and heavy-duty traction applications.

ON THE DECOMPOSITION OF COMPLEX VECTOR SPACES AND THE JORDAN CANONICAL FORM OF COMPLEX LINEAR TRANSFORMATIONS

New objects characterizing the structure of complex linear transformations areintroduced. These new objects yield a new result for the decomposition of complexvector spaces relative to complex lrnear transformations and provide all Jordan basesby which the Jordan canonical form is constructed. Accordingly, they can result in thecelebrated Jordan theorem and the third decomposition theorem of space directly. and,moreover, they can give a new deep insight into the exquisite and subtle structure ofthe Jordan form. The latter indicates that the Jordan canonical form of a complexlinear transformation is an invariant structure associated with double arbitrary. choices.

On Irresolute Topological Vector Spaces

In this paper, our focus is to investigate the notion of irresolute topological vector spaces. Irresolute topological vector spaces are defined by using semi open sets and irresolute mappings. The notion of irresolute topological vector spaces is analog to the notion of topological vector spaces, but mathematically it behaves differently. An example is given to show that an irresolute topological vector space is not a topological vector space. It is proved that: 1) Irresolute topological vector spaces possess open hereditary property;2) A homomorphism of irresolute topological vector spaces is irresolute if and only if it is irresolute at identity element;3) In irresolute topological vector spaces, the scalar multiple of semi compact set is semi compact;4) In irresolute topological vector spaces, every semi open set is translationally invariant.

Concircular π-Vector Fields and Special Finsler Spaces

The aim of the present paper is to investigate intrinsically the notion of a concircular π-vector field in Finsler geometry. This generalizes the concept of a concircular vector field in Riemannian geometry and the concept of concurrent vector field in Finsler geometry. Some properties of concircular π-vector fields are obtained. Different types of recurrence are discussed. The effect of the existence of a concircular π-vector field on some important special Finsler spaces is investigated. Almost all results obtained in this work are formulated in a coordinate-free form.

DNA Computing with Water Strider Based Vector Quantization for Data Storage Systems

The exponential growth of data necessitates an effective data storage scheme,which helps to effectively manage the large quantity of data.To accomplish this,Deoxyribonucleic Acid(DNA)digital data storage process can be employed,which encodes and decodes binary data to and from synthesized strands of DNA.Vector quantization(VQ)is a commonly employed scheme for image compression and the optimal codebook generation is an effective process to reach maximum compression efficiency.This article introduces a newDNAComputingwithWater StriderAlgorithm based Vector Quantization(DNAC-WSAVQ)technique for Data Storage Systems.The proposed DNAC-WSAVQ technique enables encoding data using DNA computing and then compresses it for effective data storage.Besides,the DNAC-WSAVQ model initially performsDNA encoding on the input images to generate a binary encoded form.In addition,aWater Strider algorithm with Linde-Buzo-Gray(WSA-LBG)model is applied for the compression process and thereby storage area can be considerably minimized.In order to generate optimal codebook for LBG,the WSA is applied to it.The performance validation of the DNAC-WSAVQ model is carried out and the results are inspected under several measures.The comparative study highlighted the improved outcomes of the DNAC-WSAVQ model over the existing methods.

MATHEMATICAL PROGRAMS WITH SYSTEM OF GENERALIZED VECTOR QUASI-EQUILIBRIUM CONSTRAINTS IN FC-SPACES

In this article, four new classes of systems of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems are introduced and studied in FC-spaces without convexity structure. The notions of Ci（x）-FC-partially diagonally quasiconvex, Ci（x）-FC-quasiconvex, and Ci（x）-FC- quasiconvex-like for set-valued mappings are also introduced in FC-spaces. By applying these notions and a maximal element theorem, the nonemptyness and compactness of solution sets for four classes of systems of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium problems are proved in noncompact FC-spaces. As applications, some new existence theorems of solutions for mathematical programs with system of generalized vector quasi-equilibrium constraints are obtained in FC-spaces. These results improve and generalize some recent known results in literature.

Word Embeddings and Semantic Spaces in Natural Language Processing

One of the critical hurdles, and breakthroughs, in the field of Natural Language Processing (NLP) in the last two decades has been the development of techniques for text representation that solves the so-called curse of dimensionality, a problem which plagues NLP in general given that the feature set for learning starts as a function of the size of the language in question, upwards of hundreds of thousands of terms typically. As such, much of the research and development in NLP in the last two decades has been in finding and optimizing solutions to this problem, to feature selection in NLP effectively. This paper looks at the development of these various techniques, leveraging a variety of statistical methods which rest on linguistic theories that were advanced in the middle of the last century, namely the distributional hypothesis which suggests that words that are found in similar contexts generally have similar meanings. In this survey paper we look at the development of some of the most popular of these techniques from a mathematical as well as data structure perspective, from Latent Semantic Analysis to Vector Space Models to their more modern variants which are typically referred to as word embeddings. In this review of algoriths such as Word2Vec, GloVe, ELMo and BERT, we explore the idea of semantic spaces more generally beyond applicability to NLP.

Generalized Bi quasi variational Inequalities in Locally Convex Topological Vector Spaces

In this paper we investigate generalized bi quasi variational inequalities in locally convex topological vector spaces. Motivated and inspired by the recent research work in this field,we establish several existence theorems of solutions for generalized bi quasi variational inequalities,which are the extension and improvements of the earlier and recent results obtained previously by many authors including Sun and Ding [18],Chang and Zhang [23] and Zhang [24].

GENERALIZED VECTOR VARIATIONAL-TYPE INEQUALITIES IN FC-SPACES

A class of generalized vector variational-type inequality problems （GVVTIP） are studied in FC-spaces, which includes the most of vector equilibrium problems, vector variational inequality problems, generalized vector equilibrium problems and general- ized vector variational inequality problem as special cases. By using F-KKM theorem, some new existence results for GVVTIP axe established in noncompact FC-space. As consequences, some recent known results in literature are obtained under much weaker assumption.

基于改进的i-vector 的方言语种识别

经典的i-vector的提取方法利用方言特征在通用背景模型(Universal Background Model,UBM)的统计差异来构建全局差异空间,对方言语种的区分能力较弱。为此,提出了一种基于改进的i-vector的提取算法,利用方言特征在方言相关的高斯混合模型(Gaussian Mixture Model,GMM)上的统计差异来构建全局差异空间,提升i-vector对方言语种的区分能力。首先基于方言相关GMM分别构建全局差异空间;其次拼接各空间中提取到的i-vector并进行主成分分析(Principal Component Analysis,PCA)降维,得到改进的i-vector;最后采用高斯概率线性判别分析(Gaussian Probabilistic Linear Discriminant Analysis,GPLDA)模型进行建模和打分。实验表明,所提算法较经典i-vector算法能更有效地提升对方言语种的识别性能。
