An energy consumption analysis based on the heating characteristic of a building with central heat exchanger in a university of Tianjin was done,and the feasibility of intermittent heating with variable speed pumps wa...An energy consumption analysis based on the heating characteristic of a building with central heat exchanger in a university of Tianjin was done,and the feasibility of intermittent heating with variable speed pumps was discussed. By comparing various methods of energy consumption analysis,a modified Bin method based on the weather data in Tianjin was adopted. The heat consumption of the buildings under intermittent heating mode was calculated and compared with continuous heating mode,the result shows that intermittent heating can reduce energy consumption for 1 941 759 kW·h,save standard coal for 341 t,and reduce pump power consumption for 72 679 kW·h annually. Intermittent operation by means of varying the pump frequency not only leads to savings in fuel consumption and reduction in pollutant emissions,but also reduces operating costs significantly and it is an ideal energy-saving method. By analyzing the results,the recommendations of heating operation regulation and the transformation of pipe network were proposed separately to different kinds of buildings in colleges,such as laboratory building,teaching building.展开更多

In particular, during the period of the Ottoman rule (1522-1912), most of the churches were converted into mosques while new buildings like public baths and mansions were constructed, resulting in alterations in the morphological characteristics of the city. Although the buildings of the Hospitalier's period (1307-1522) were preserved, the additions and adjustments resulted into a mixture of western and oriental architecture, which today determines the multicultural identity of the city. In 1988, UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization) designated the medieval city of Rhodes as a world heritage city for its exemplary architectural complexity and variability, which perfectly reflects the complex historical phenomena and the unique integration of various cultures for more than seven centuries. In particular, during the period of the Ottoman rule (1522-1912), most of the churches were converted into mosques while new buildings like public baths and mansions were constructed, resulting in alterations in the morphological characteristics of the city. Although the buildings of the Hospitalier's period (1307-1522) were preserved, the additions and adjustments resulted into a mixture of western and oriental architecture, which today determines the multicultural identity of the city. In 1988, UNESCO (United Nations Educational, Scientific, and Cultural Organization) designated the medieval city of Rhodes as a world heritage city for its exemplary architectural complexity and variability, which perfectly reflects the complex historical phenomena and the unique integration of various cultures for more than seven centuries. In this paper, the management of the modifications and the restoration approach of four representative mosques are presented.

文摘The core of the healthy and orderly operation of the existing residential building energy-saving renovation market lies in the exploration of the implementation mechanism of multi-subject and multi-objective integrated optimization.The multi-agent and multi-objective integrated optimization system framework is a powerful tool to guide the scientific decision-making of the market core structural entities in the future market practice. This paper analyzes the practical dilemma of energy-saving renovation of theexisting residential buildings in China, summarizes the practical experience of multi-subject and multi-objective integrated optimization of energy-saving renovation of the existing residential buildings in foreign countries, and puts forward beneficial practical enlightenment on the basis of comparison at home and abroad;The design principles of the target integrated optimization system have established a multi-subject and multi-objective integrated optimization system framework for the energy-saving renovation of the existing residential buildings, from six aspects: government guidance, trust consensus, value co-creation, risk sharing, revenue sharing, and social responsibility sharing. This paper proposes a multi-subject and multi-objective integrated practice strategy, in order to promote the efficient and orderly development of China's existing residential building energy-saving renovation market.

文摘This paper proposes the modem passive integrated energy-saving technology of the residential buildings under green building background. The essence of green building is to build a healthy and general environmentally friendly living environment under the premise of reducing the consumption of resources and improving the efficiency of resource utilization in the whole life cycle of construction activities. Green building bearing function is further diversified, integrated, and has a self-initiative. The development of the green building, local isolated from the original single building greening, greening, landscaping site platform, gradually developed for construction area and the surrounding green ecological system of comprehensive, three-dimensional stratified construction and network connection. Its model gradually shows the micro area of the construction of the ecological system and architectural space integration. This paper integrates the passive integrated energysaving technology to construct the novel construction paradigm.

文摘Government regulation on building energy saving starts earlier in America, Holland, Japan and other developed countries, and has accumulated wealthy experience which is worth reference for China. According to practical work of building energy efficiency in China, the government regulation should to be divided into two stages: recent advance and forward continued promotion of industry. In short term, we should cultivate and improve energy efficiency market as the main task by means of enhancing awareness of energy conservation, accelerating heating system reform, implementing effective encouraging policy and setting up building energy efficiency sign system and etc. While in long term, we should put emphasis on upgrading and development of building energy efficiency industry by ways of improving standard and norm system, constructing technological guarantee system and forming socialized cooperation system and etc.

文摘The quality of the existing building energy-saving renovation market determines the inherent inevitability of incentive,while unique requirements for the incentive should be satisfied by stage characteristics and individualization of the three entities of the existing building energy-saving renovation market development.Firstly,the analysis of internal and external factors’composition and system influencing the existing construction market development incentive structure was performed.Then,system dynamics was implemented to build the feedback model of incentive effects of market development of existing buildings energy-saving reconstruction.Discussions on the realization path of the incentive for the development of the existing energy-saving building market were also pointed out.Finally,this paper conducted the analysis of the dynamic feedback characteristics and key incentive factors of the incentive for the development of the existing building energy-saving renovation market.Based on the analyses and discussions above,this paper provides methodological guidance and implementation approach for the incentive path selection and policy-making of the existing building energy-saving transformation market,trying to help improve the incentive effectiveness of the market,and also promote healthy and sustainable development of the existing building energy-saving renovation market.
