Causal relationship between circulating vitamin C and 25-hydroxyvitamin D concentrations and common mental disorders-a Mendelian randomization study

Mental disorders seriously affect people’s health and social stability.This Mendelian randomization(MR)study was designed to investigate the causal relationship between circulating vitamin C(VC)or 25-hydroxyvitamin D(25(OH)D)levels and mental disorders.The data used for the MR analysis were derived from the summary genome-wide association studies(GWAS)database for VC and 25(OH)D and from the Finn Gen consortium for fourteen mental disorders.Based on the inverse variance weighted(IVW)method,we found a potential causal association between circulating VC and anxiety disorders(IVW:OR=1.139,95%CI:1.023-1.269,P=0.018).However,no causal association was found between VC or 25(OH)D and other mental disorders(P>0.05).In the reverse MR analysis,individuals with Alzheimer’s disease was causally associated with higher concentrations of circulating VC(P=0.012),while individuals with anxiety disorders had a negative association between the concentrations of 25(OH)D(P=0.012).However,the current evidence does not support a causal relationship between VC or 25(OH)D and other mental disorders.In addition,there was no causal association between circulating VC and 25(OH)D(P>0.05).Future studies are needed to confirm these findings and to elucidate the mechanisms of potential causality. 展开更多

目的 评价A(airway)、B(breath)、C(circulation)抢救步骤在心脏疾患致心搏骤停患者心肺脑复苏 (CPCR)中的价值。方法 收集因心脏疾患致心搏骤停行CPCR患者的临床资料 (4 4例 ,男 2 9例 ,女 15例 ,年龄 40~ 85岁 ,平均 70 .0± 1... 目的 评价A(airway)、B(breath)、C(circulation)抢救步骤在心脏疾患致心搏骤停患者心肺脑复苏 (CPCR)中的价值。方法 收集因心脏疾患致心搏骤停行CPCR患者的临床资料 (4 4例 ,男 2 9例 ,女 15例 ,年龄 40~ 85岁 ,平均 70 .0± 11.6岁 ) ,按照CPCR实际操作过程中所采取的ABC先后顺序不同 ,将患者分为C、CAB、AB、ABC组。CAB组中 ,按照C与AB步骤采取的间隔时间不同 ,分 <5min、5~ 10min、>10min组。统计各组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ期复苏成功率 (% ) ,χ2 检验统计各组复苏成功率差异显著性。结果 C组 (32例次 ,11例 )中 ,各期复苏成功率均 >87.5 % ,显著高于其它各组 (P <0 .0 1)。CAB组 (2 4例 )C -AB间隔时间不等 ,各期复苏成功率不等 ,C -AB <5min组各期复苏成功率明显高于 >5min组 (P <0 .0 5~ 0 .0 1)。AB组 (3例 )与ABC组 (6例 )各期复苏成功率 33.3%~ 10 0 % ,显著高于CAB组 (P <0 .0 1)。结论 CAB是心脏疾患致心搏骤停患者CPCR中可取的抢救步骤 ,但 展开更多

Circulating Fluidized Bed Gasification of Low Rank Coal:Influence of O2/C Molar Ratio on Gasification Performance and Sulphur Transformation 被引量:4

To promote the utilization efficiency of coal resources,and to assist with the control of sulphur during gasification and/or downstream processes,it is essential to gain basic knowledge of sulphur transformation associated with gasification performance.In this research we investigated the influence of O_2/C molar ratio both on gasification performance and sulphur transformation of a low rank coal,and the sulphur transformation mechanism was also discussed.Experiments were performed in a circulating fluidized bed gasifier with O_2/C molar ratio ranging from 0.39 to 0.78 mol/mol.The results showed that increasing the O_2/C molar ratio from 0.39 to 0.78 mol/mol can increase carbon conversion from 57.65%to 91.92%,and increase sulphur release ratio from 29.66%to63.11%.The increase of O_2/C molar ratio favors the formation of H_2S,and also favors the retained sulphur transforming to more stable forms.Due to the reducing conditions of coal gasification,H_2S is the main form of the released sulphur,which could be formed by decomposition of pyrite and by secondary reactions.Bottom char shows lower sulphur content than fly ash,and mainly exist as sulphates.X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy(XPS)measurements also show that the intensity of pyrite declines and the intensity of sulphates increases for fly ash and bottom char,and the change is more obvious for bottom char.During CFB gasification process,bigger char particles circulate in the system and have longer residence time for further reaction,which favors the release of sulphur species and can enhance the retained sulphur transforming to more stable forms. 展开更多
