The results shoed that the serum CA50 value in patients with coloretalcarcinoma was significantly higher than that in petients with benign colorectal diseeees or in normalcontrol group (P< 0. 01). It significaotly declined after radical operation was performed (P<0. 01). However, no significant change was noted arter Palliative operation (P > 0. 05) and elevatedlevels noted with tumor recurrence. We concluded that the measurement of serum CA50 may be auseful marker for diagnosis and prognostic evaluation or Patients with colorectal carcinoma.展开更多
