Diffusion dynamics in external noise-activated non-equilibrium open system-reservoir coupling environment

The diffusion process in an external noise-activated non-equilibrium open system–reservoir coupling environment is studied by analytically solving the generalized Langevin equation. The dynamical property of the system near the barrier top is investigated in detail by numerically calculating the quantities such as mean diffusion path, invariance, barrier passing probability, and so on. It is found that, comparing with the unfavorable effect of internal fluctuations, the external noise activation is sometimes beneficial to the diffusion process. An optimal strength of external activation or correlation time of the internal fluctuation is expected for the diffusing particle to have a maximal probability to escape from the potential well.

Planning Management of Multiagent-based Distributed Open Computing Environment Model

his paper examines planning management problems in a Multiagentbased Distributed Open Computing Environment Model (MDOCEM). First the meaning of planning management in MDOCEM is introduced, and then a formal method to describe the associated task partition problems is presented, and a heuristic algorithm which gives an approximate optimum solution is given. Finally the task coordination and integration of execution results are discussed.

Research on Open Block's Pedestrian System Based on the EnvironmentBehavior Theory: A Case Study of Shenzhen Oct-loft

In the context of banning gated communities, blocks returning to the human-oriented scale become the new normal, and pedestrian system design will be paid more attention in the urban planning field. Oct-Loft Creative Park is a template for open blocks in Shenzhen, with a convenient and humanized pedestrian system. This paper selects the creative park's pedestrian system as the research object, using the environment-behavior theory for analysis. Finally, optimization strategies of pedestrian system will be put forward.

Sequential Extraction and Mobility Factor of Metals in the Urban Soil of Warri-Nigeria (A Case Study of the Environment of Esisi Open Dump)

Sequential fractionation of Cr, Zn, Pb and Mn in soil samples collected 5 m - 104 m away from Esisi open dump was determined to evaluate the potential health danger posed by the metals. Spatial test soil samples were collected at various increasing distances (5 m - 104 m) from the epicentre of the dump using a stainless steel auger. Tessier’s sequential extraction protocols were employed. The concentrations of the metals in the various fractions were determined, the fractions are exchangeable fraction, carbonate fraction, Fe-Mn oxide fraction, organic fraction and residual fraction. The metals were found mostly concentrated in the Fe-Mn oxide fraction. This study has provided information on the mobility factors and chemical forms of Cr, Zn, Pb and Mn in the soil of the environment of Esisi open dump and the environmental risk of the metals in the environment of Esisi open dump.

Application of the organic and environment evolving principle on the land reclamation in the open coal mines

Taking the land reclamation in the refuse dump of Heidaigou open coal mines as the practical example, explained the application of the organic and environment evolving principle on the land reclamation in the open coal mines.

低空智联网中基于多质心OpenMax的无人机开集识别方法

随着网络化、智能化的发展,无人机(Unmanned aerial vehicles, UAVs)逐渐成为低空智联网(Low-altitude intelligent network, LAIN)的重要组成部分,但如何对低空智联网中的无人机平台进行有效的管理仍面临严峻挑战。基于无人机信号中的细微特征可对无人机进行个体识别,并检测是否为非法无人机,从而实现低空智联网中无人机的身份识别和管理。针对低空领域信道环境复杂且无法提前获取非法无人机信号样本的问题,本文提出了基于差值时频和多质心OpenMax的无人机开集识别方法。首先,提出了与信道无关的差值时频特征来降低多径信道环境对射频指纹(Radio frequency fingerprinting, RFF)特征的影响,并利用数据增强提高了识别模型的准确率和鲁棒性。其次,利用多质心OpenMax替代神经网络Softmax层,以实现无人机个体的开集识别。最后,对神经网络的损失函数进行了改进,提高了开集识别准确率。本文利用真实环境采集的数据对所提算法进行了验证,在多径信道环境中开放度为0.087时,开集识别准确率达到了93.23%,与基准算法相比,准确率分别提高了7.61%和13.4%。本文提出的算法可在复杂信道环境中有效识别无人机个体并检测出首次出现的非法无人机。

Open-Air Quarries in the Urban Commune of Zinder (South-East Niger): An Opportunity with Strong Externalities

The framing of this theme would contribute to a better analysis of the benefits of open-air quarrying in Zinder, and should make it possible to understand and measure the socio-environmental externalities of this type of activity in an urban environment. The approach method consisted of carrying out surveys combined with field observations and interviews with the various stakeholders as well as the local population. The results obtained made it possible to identify both positive and negative impacts. The positive impacts are above all the advantages derived from these aggregate quarries, in particular, the creation of direct and permanent jobs and the increase in community income. The price of piling up a truck costs around 28,000 CFA ($56 CAN) and that of loading is around 10,000 F CFA ($20 CAN). This has the effect of removing young people (20 - 39 years old) from the circuit of migration outside the region and even the country. The possibility of using the extraction sites by the local population was identified, in terms of profits relating to fish farming, off-season crops, animal drinking and reclaimed plots. The study also noted negative externalities, such as the temptation of young boys to become involved in extractive activities for immediate gains at the expense of school attendance. Added to this is the upheaval in the topography of the urban landscape, pollution and nuisances (noise, visual and olfactory), while the disappearance or clogging of quarry ponds is the cause of frequent flooding in the neighborhoods. In short, corrective measures (e.g. the revegetation of sites) certainly make it possible to minimize the harmful impacts on the urban environment. But, to improve the performance and organizational capacity of the quarrying industry in Niger, even stronger regulation, training and awareness of stakeholders prove to be the necessary measures.

随着LTE体制的第四代移动通信网络在全球范围内快速部署,与LTE相关的研究需求越来越广泛,其中涉及网络安全、网络相关的增值业务、网络部署等技术领域。为了开展相关领域的技术研究,构建一种具有成本优势、兼具高逼真度仿真能力的实验环境非常必要。因此,提出一种基于OpenAirInterface开源项目的 LTE仿真环境构建方法,能够实现从LTE分组核心网到LTE无线系统的高逼真度仿真,且符合国际标准,可与商用系统灵活对接,是一种成本低廉、性能优异的LTE仿真方案,对于LTE网络相关技术研究具有很强的支撑作用。

Has China-ASEAN Trade opening increased China’ s carbon emissions?

This study uses carbon emission data at the provincial level in China between 1998-2018 and the proportion of the total import and export trade between provinces and the Association of Southeast Asian Nations(ASEAN)in GDP to measure the level of China-ASEAN trade openness.It examines the impact of China ASEAN trade openness on carbon emissions and its transmission mechanism,and selects the RMB/USD exchange rate as an instrumental variable to address the endogeneity of China-ASEAN trade openness variables.The impact of China-ASEAN trade openness on China’s environment is estimated within a two-stage least squares framework.The results show that trade openness between China and ASEAN positively impacts China’s environment and can facilitate carbon emission reduction.The scale,structural,and technology effects brought by China-ASEAN trade liberalization jointly promote China’s carbon dioxide emission reduction.An inverted“U”relationship is found between economic growth and environmental quality in China,and some provinces and municipalities have now crossed the inflection point of the curve,in which carbon emi ssions decrease with an increase in per capita wealth.

基于双曲嵌入的露天矿区暗光环境下道路多目标检测模型

露天矿环境特殊,道路场景复杂多变,在光照不足时会导致矿区道路多目标识别不清、定位不准,进而影响检测效果,给矿区无人矿用卡车的安全行驶带来严重安全隐患。目前的道路障碍物检测模型不能有效解决矿区暗光环境对模型检测效果的影响,同时对矿区小目标障碍物的识别也有较大误差,不适用于矿区特殊环境下障碍物的检测与识别。针对上述问题,提出了一种基于双曲嵌入的露天矿区暗光环境下多目标检测模型。首先,在模型的图像预处理阶段引入卷积神经网路Retinex-Net对暗图像进行增强,提高图像清晰度;然后,针对数据集中特征过多而无重点偏好的问题,在加强特征提取部分添加全局注意力机制,聚集3个维度上更关键的特征信息;最后,在检测模型预测阶段引入双曲全连接层,以减少特征丢失,并防止过拟合现象。实验结果表明:(1)基于双曲嵌入的露天矿区暗光环境下道路多目标检测模型不仅对露天矿区暗光环境下的大尺度目标具有较高的分类与定位精度,对矿用卡车及较远距离的小尺度目标即行人也可准确检测与定位,能够满足无人矿用卡车在矿区特殊环境下驾驶的安全需求。(2)模型的检测准确率达98.6%,检测速度为51.52帧/s,较SSD、YOLOv4、YOLOv5、YOLOx、YOLOv7分别提高20.31%,18.51%,10.53%,8.39%,13.24%,对于矿区道路上的行人、矿用卡车及挖机的检测精度达97%以上。

大型仪器设备分层化与特征化运行管理探索

随着高校和科研院所大型仪器设备数量及其功能复杂性的增加,运行管理模式需持续创新与优化,该文基于网络共享平台的运行管理模式和土壤与环境研究领域的测试特征,对大型仪器设备的运行管理模式进行了探索。根据大型仪器设备运行特点,该文将仪器划分为常规型、环节型、耗时型、高难型等4种类型,分别采用“专职人员”“专职人员培训-操作视频-送样人”“专职人员培训-送样人”“专职人员-送样人”等分层化模式进行运行管理,统计分析这些仪器的运行机时、操作故障、自然故障、维修情况、共享率、支撑成果等多个运行指标,结果均较为满意。该文提出的分层化与特色化大型仪器设备运行管理模式,可为大型仪器设备共享率与运行效率的提升提供参考。

国际环境演化新特征、影响与中国高水平开放的对策建议
