A well test model for heterogeneous composite gas reservoirs under the influence of stress-sensitive effects was established. Based on the theoretical model, the well test was designed by gradually increasing the pressure difference. The relationship between abnormal high pressure and reservoir stress sensitivity was analyzed. Theoretical research shows that stress sensitivity will cause permeability damage during the production process, and the pressure drop test curve shows that the physical properties of the reservoir have gradually deteriorated. The pressure recovery test curve shows that the physical properties of the reservoir are getting better. Field practice shows that stress sensitivity is related to the formation of abnormally high pressure in the formation without considering the micro-cracks in the formation. Stress-sensitive reservoirs are generally unbalanced and compacted due to overpressure, for fluid expansion/conduction overpressure in Ledong Area. For these reservoirs, there is almost no stress sensitivity. The research results have significance for guiding the design and data interpretation of stress-sensitive reservoir.展开更多

How to utilize the gas from hydrates safely is researchers' concern. In this paper, a one-dimensional model is developed to simulate the hydrate dissociation by depressurization in hydratebearing porous medinm. This model can De used to explain the effects of the flow of multiphase fluids, the endothermie process of hydrate dissociation, the variation of permeability, the convection and conduction on the hydrate dissociation. Numerical results show that the hydrate dissociation can be divided into three stages: a rapid dissociation stage mainly governed by hydrate dissociation kinetics after an initially slow dissociation stage governed mainly by flow, and finally a slow dissociation stage. Moreover, a numerical approach of sensitivity analysis of physical parameters is proposed, with which the quantitative effect of all the parameters on hydrate dissociation can be evaluated conveniently.展开更多

In this paper, the induced polarization method is used to conduct wavefield separation on OBS data obtained from the Shenhu area in the South China Sea. A comparison of the changes in P-and S-waves, and a comprehensive analysis of geological factors within the area, enable analysis and description of the occurrence of natural gas hydrate in the study area. Results show an increase in P-wave velocity when natural gas hydrate exists in the formation, whereas the S-wave velocity remains almost constant, as S-waves can only propagate through the rock skeleton. Therefore, the bottom-simulating reflection(BSR) response of the P-wave is better than that of the S-wave in the frequency analysis profile. In a wide-angle section, the refractive wave of the hydrate layer is evident when using P-wave components but identification is difficult with S-wave components. This velocity model illustrates the sensitivity of Pand S-wave components to gas hydrate. The use of this polarization method and results of analysis provide technical and theoretical support for research on hydrate deposits and other geological features in the Shenhu area.展开更多

With seismic stereoscopic detection technology, which fully combines the advantages of different seismic detection models, hydrate formation layers can be observed with multiangle, wide-azimuth, wide-band data with a high precision. This technique provides more reliable data for analyzing the distribution characteristics of gas hydrate reservoirs, establishing velocity models, and studying the hydrate-sensitive properties of petrophysical parameters;these data are of great significance for the exploration and development of natural gas hydrate resources. Based on a velocity model obtained from the analysis of horizontal streamer velocity data in the hydrate-bearing area of the Shenhu Sea, this paper uses three VCs(longitudinal spacing of 25 m) and four OBSs(transverse spacing of 200 m) to jointly detect seismic datasets consisting of wave points based on an inversion of traveltime imaging sections. Accordingly, by comparing the differences between the seismic phases in the original data and the forward-modeled seismic phases, multiangle coverage constraint corrections are applied to the initial velocity model, and the initial model is further optimized, thereby improving the imaging quality of the streamer data. Petrophysical elastic parameters are the physical parameters that are most directly and closely related to rock formations and reservoir physical properties. Based on the optimized velocity model, the rock elastic hydrate-sensitive parameters of the hydrate reservoirs in the study area are inverted, and the sensitivities of the petrophysical parameters to natural gas hydrates are investigated. According to an analysis of the inversion results obtained from these sensitive parameters, λρ, Vp and λμ are simultaneously controlled by the bulk modulus and shear modulus, while Vs and μρ are controlled only by the shear modulus, and the latter two parameters are less sensitive to hydrate-bearing layers. The bulk modulus is speculated to be more sensitive than the shear modulus to hydrates. In other words, estimating the specific gravity of the shear modulus among the combined parameters can affect the results from the combined elastic parameters regarding hydrate reservoirs.展开更多

文摘Industrial thin-film composite(TFC)membranes achieve superior gas separation properties from high-performance selective layer materials, while the success of membrane technology relies on high-performance gutter layers to achieve production scalability and low-cost manufacturing. However, the current literature predominantly focuses on the design of polymer architectures to obtain high permeability and selectivity, while the art of fabricating gutter layers is usually safeguarded by industrial manufacturers and appears lackluster to academic researchers. This is the first report aiming to provide a comprehensive and critical review of state-of-the-art gutter layer materials and their design and modification to enable TFC membranes with superior separation performance. We first elucidate the importance of the gutter layer on membrane performance through modeling and experimental results. Then various gutter layer materials used to obtain high-performance composite membranes are critically reviewed, and the strategies to improve their compatibility with the selective layer are highlighted, such as oxygen plasma treatment, polydopamine deposition, and surface grafting. Finally,we present the opportunities of the gutter layer design for practical applications.

文摘Methods for horizontal well spacing calculation in tight gas reservoirs are still adversely affected by the complexity of related control factors, such as strong reservoir heterogeneity and seepage mechanisms. In this study, the stress sensitivity and threshold pressure gradient of various types of reservoirs are quantitatively evaluated through reservoir seepage experiments. On the basis of these experiments,a numerical simulation model(based on the special seepage mechanism)and an inverse dynamic reserve algorithm(with different equivalent drainage areas)were developed. The well spacing ranges of Classes I,II,and III wells in the Q gas field are determined to be 802–1,000,600–662,and 285–400 m,respectively, with their average ranges as 901,631,and 342.5 m,respectively.By considering both the pairs of parallel well groups and series well groups as examples, the reliability of the calculation results is verified. It is shown that the combination of the two models can reduce errors and provide accurate results.
文摘Tight gas reservoirs with mobile water exhibit multi-phase flow and high stress sensitivity.Accurately analyzing the reservoir and well parameters using conventional single-phase rate transient analysis methods proves challenging. This study introduces novel rate transient analysis methods incorporating evaluation processes based on the conventional flowing material balance method and the Blasingame type-curve method to examine fractured gas wells producing water.By positing a gas-water two-phase equivalent homogenous phase that considers characteristics of mobile water, gas, and high stress sensitivity, the conventional single-phase rate transient analysis methods can be applied by integrating the phase's characteristics and defining the phase's normalized parameters and material balance pseudotime. The rate transient analysis methods based on the equivalent homogenous phase can be used to quantitatively assess the parameters of wells and gas reservoirs, such as original gas-in-place,fracture half-length,reservoir permeability, and well drainage radius. This facilitates the analysis of production dynamics of fractured wells and well-controlled areas, subsequently aiding in locating residual gas and guiding the configuration of well patterns. The specific evaluation processes are detailed.Additionally,a numerical simulation mechanism model was constructed to verify the reliability of the developed methods. The methods introduced have been successfully implemented in field water-producing gas wells within tight gas reservoirs containing mobile water.
文摘In this paper, surface photovoltage technique (SPV) was applied to the study of photovoltaic and gas sensitive properties of TCNQ polycrystal. It was found that SPV shows two peaks at 390 nm(P1) and 480 nm (P2) in the ultraviolet-visible range. And they are opposite in phase. The results of gaseous adsorption confirm that P, shows the acceptor characteristics, while PI shows that of donor. During adsorption, donor gas interacts with conjugated II * orbital, acceptor gas with the terminal group C=N .
文摘Nanometer sized SnO 2 particles were prepared by a sol gel method using inorganic salt as a precursor material. Its crystallization was investigated by means of TG DTA,IR absorption spectra, X ray diffractometry and TEM as well as its resistivity change and the gas sensitivity varied with temperature were measured in various reducing gas. The results indicate that well crystallized nano sized SnO 2 with size around 15nm can be obtained at annealing temperature 600℃. The activation energy for the growth of nano SnO 2 was calculated to be 26.55kJ.mol 1 when the annealing temperature was higher than 500℃. The measurements also show that there is a peculiar resistance change varied with temperature for nano SnO 2.It has relevance to the increase in surface adsorbed oxygen. The selective detectivities to C 4H 10 and petrol can be increased when ruthenium ion was doped in nano SnO 2 as a catalyst and so do the gas sensitivity to CO,CH 4,H 2 etc. when rhodium ion was doped in.The detection to the several reducing gas can be realized when the temperature ranged from 260℃ to 400℃.

文摘Fine powders of γ-Fe_2O_3,doped with Y_2O_3,CeO_2,Eu_2O_3 or Tb_2O_3 have been prepared by the chemical co-precipitation method. The sensitivity of gas sensation has been measured with respect to the relative resist- ance change in the ceramic matrix upon introduction of inflammable gases. The structure of the materials has been studied with X-ray diffraction spectroscopy(XRD),electron diffraction spectroscopy( ED) and transmis- sion electron microscopy(TEM).The addition of rare earth oxides, which improves ceramic microstructure of γ-Fe_2O_3,improves gas sensitivity of γ-Fe_2O_3.The stability can be increased because of the increase of phase transition temperature. In addition, the selectivity of gas sensation of γ-Fe_2O_3 can be improved because of the variation of rare earth oxides.
文摘Stress sensitivity is a key factor affecting the productivity of single wells in low permeability gas reservoirs. The research results have significance for guiding the design and data interpretation of stress-sensitive reservoir.

文摘The natural gas hydrate resource is tremendous. Moreover, a numerical approach of sensitivity analysis of physical parameters is proposed, with which the quantitative effect of all the parameters on hydrate dissociation can be evaluated conveniently.

文摘Compared to towed streamers, ocean-bottom seismometers(OBS) obtain both S-wave data and richer wavefield information. The use of this polarization method and results of analysis provide technical and theoretical support for research on hydrate deposits and other geological features in the Shenhu area.

文摘Higher-precision determinations of hydrate reservoirs, hydrate saturation levels and storage estimations are important for guaranteeing the ability to continuously research, develop and utilize natural gas hydrate resources in China. In other words, estimating the specific gravity of the shear modulus among the combined parameters can affect the results from the combined elastic parameters regarding hydrate reservoirs.
