评价 C6H10S2O联合Nano-CaCO3对铅染毒小鼠的海马学习记忆功能产生的影响,以指导铅染毒相关问题的处理。方法 选择齐齐哈尔医学院动物实验中心提供的20-30g 健康雌性 KM 小鼠,健康清洁级,分为正常对照组、模型对照组、C6H10S2O 组、Nano... 评价 C6H10S2O联合Nano-CaCO3对铅染毒小鼠的海马学习记忆功能产生的影响,以指导铅染毒相关问题的处理。方法 选择齐齐哈尔医学院动物实验中心提供的20-30g 健康雌性 KM 小鼠,健康清洁级,分为正常对照组、模型对照组、C6H10S2O 组、Nano-CaCO3组、联合治疗组,其中后四组均为铅染毒模型。五组的饲养条件相同,方法 /剂量建立铅染毒模型,提供对应治疗方法,通过评估体质量与血液中铅元素含量、NO含量和ACHE活力、水迷宫、新物体识别测量的结果,判断治疗效果。结果 与空白对照组比较,模型对照组的体质量显著降低(P<0.05),血铅含量显著增加(P<0.05);与模型对照组比较,C6H10S2O组和联合治疗组小鼠的体质量显著提高(P<0.05),而血铅含量仅在联合治疗组显著减少(P<0.05);其他三组的体质量和血铅含量均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。与模型对照组比较,联合治疗组的跨越隐匿平台次数和平台象限游泳路程显著增加(P<0.05);与Nano-CaCO3组比较,联合治疗组的跨越隐匿平台次数和平台象限游泳路程也显著增加(P<0.05)。五组在NO含量和ACHE活力、认知指数方面的对比,差异均不存在统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 C6H10S2O联合Nano-CaCO3可以减少铅含量,提高体质量,对空间学习能力有一定影响,但对认知能力、学习记忆能力不存在显著影响。 展开更多

Modification of Nano-α-Al2O3 and Its Influence on the Surface Properties of Waterborne Polyurethane Resin Composite Passivation Films

Silane coupling agent KH560 was used to modify the surface of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> in ethanol-aqueous solution with different proportions. The particle size of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> was determined by nano-particle size analyzer, and the effects of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> content, ethanol-aqueous solution ratio and KH560 dosage on the dispersion and particle size of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> were investigated. The material structure before and after modification was determined by Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR). Aqueous polyurethane resin and inorganic components are combined with modified nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> dispersion to form chromium-free passivation solution. The solution is coated on the galvanized sheet, the adhesion and surface hardness are tested, the bonding strength of the coating and the surface hardness of the substrate are discussed. The corrosion resistance and surface morphology of the matrix were investigated by electrochemical test, neutral salt spray test and scanning electron microscope test. The chromium-free passivation film formed after the modification of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub> increases the surface hardness of galvanized sheet by about 85%. The corrosion resistance of the film is better than that of a single polyurethane film. The results show that the surface hardness and corrosion resistance of polyurethane resin composite passivation film are significantly improved by the introduction of nano-α-Al<sub>2</sub>O<sub>3</sub>. 展开更多

The corrosion behavior of C100 steel in simulated environments with high H2S and CO2 content was studied through high-temperature and high-pressure autoclave, and the HaS stress corrosion cracking (SSC) resistance of C100 steel was evaluated by SSC tests. Scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission electron microscope (TEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD) technique were employed to characterize the corrosion products and the metal matrix. The results indicate that all of the corrosion products in this investigation are mainly composed of different types of iron sulfide such as Fe0.95S, FeS0.9, F0.985S, Fe7S8 and FeS, and the absence of iron carbonate in the corrosion scales suggests that the corrosion process is governed by H2S corrosion. The corrosion rate decreases in the initial stage and then increases with the enhancement of the temperature. There exists a minimum corrosion rate at about 110 ℃. Under the partial pressure of H2S lower than 9 MPa, the corrosion rate decreases with the increase of P112S While over 9 MPa, a higher P112S will result in a faster corrosion process. When the applied stress is 72%, 80% and 85% of actual yield strength (AYS), all tested specimens show no crack, which reveals a superior SSC resistance. 展开更多

Based on an analysis of the existing models of CO 2 corrosion in literatures and the autoclave simulative experiments, a predictive model of corrosion rate (r corr) in CO 2/H 2S corrosion for oil tubes has been established, in which r corr is expressed as a function of pH, temperature (T), pressure of CO 2 (P CO 2) and pressure of H 2S (P H 2S). The model has been verified by experimental data obtained on N80 steel. The improved features of the predictive model include the following aspects: (1) The influence of temperature on the protectiveness of corrosion film is taken into consideration for establishment of predictive model of the r corr in CO 2/H 2S corrosion. The Equations of scale temperature and scale factor are put forward, and they fit the experimental result very well. (2) The linear relationship still exists between ln r corr and ln P CO 2 in CO 2/H 2S corrosion (as same as that in CO 2 corrosion). Therefore, a correction factor as a function of P H 2S has been introduced into the predictive model in CO 2/H 2S corrosion. (3) The model is compatible with the main existing models. 展开更多

A comparative study on the corrosion resistance of 17Ni/(NiFe2O4-10NiO) cermet inert anode prepared in differentsintering atmospheres was conducted in Na3AlF6-Al2O3 melt. The results indicate that the corrosion rates of NiFe2O4-based cermetanodes prepared in the vacuum and the atmosphere with oxygen content of 2×10^-3 (volume fraction) are 6.46 and 2.71 cm/a,respectively. Though there is a transition layer with lots of holes or pores, a densified layer is formed on the surface of anode due tosome reactions producing aluminates. For the anode prepared in the atmosphere with oxygen content of 2×10^-3, the thickness of thedensification layer (about 50 μm) is thicker than that (about 30 μm) formed on the surface of anode prepared in the vacuum. Thecontents of NiO and Fe(II) in NiFe2xO4-y-z increase with the decrease of oxygen content in sintering atmosphere, which reduces thecorrosion resistance of the material. 展开更多

The commonly-employed material for thermal barrier coatings(TBCs)is 7 wt.%Y2O3 ZrO2(7YSZ),generally deposited by electron beam-physical vapor deposition(EB-PVD).Due to the increasing demand for higher operating temperature in aero-derivative gas turbines,a lot of effort has been made to prevent the premature failure of columnar 7YSZ TBCs,which is induced by the microstructure degradation,sintering and spallation after the deposition of infiltrated siliceous mineral(consisting of calcium magnesium aluminum silicate(CaO MgO Al2O3 SiO2,i.e.,CMAS)).A new method called Al-modification for columnar 7YSZ TBCs against CMAS corrosion was present.The Al film was magnetron-sputtered on the surface of the columnar 7YSZ TBCs,followed by performing vacuum heat treatment of the Al-deposited TBCs.During the heat treatment,the molten Al reacted with ZrO2 to formα-Al2O3 overlay that effectively hindered CMAS infiltration.Moreover,the Al film could evaporate and re-nucleate,leading to the generation of Al2O3 nanowires,which further restrained the moving of molten CMAS. 展开更多

The results indicate that the co... (Cu-Ni)/(10NiO-90NiFe204) cermet inert anodes containing metal Cu-Ni0, 5, 10, 15 and 20 wt pct were prepared and their corrosion resistance to Na3AlF6-Al2O3 melts was investigated. The results indicate that the content of metal Cu-Ni has little effect on the steady-state concentration of Ni in the electrolyte and the values could not be used to effectively differentiate their corrosion resistance. The steady-state concentration of Fe decreases from 304×10^-6 to 168×10^-6 and that of Cu increases from 21×10^-6 to 71×10^-6 with the content of metal Cu-Ni increasing from 0 to 20 wt pct. Post-examination shows that metallic phase Cu-Ni is corroded preferentially during electrolysis and many pores are left at the anode surface. Considering the corrosion resistance and electrical conductivity, the cermet containing metal Cu-Ni 5 wt pct should be selected and studied further. 展开更多

The corrosion resistance behavior of a highly dispersed MgO-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 composite refractory material is examined by testing with high-basicity and low-basicity RH(Ruhrstahl-Hereaeus)slags.The composite material exhibits greater resistance to the RH slags than the traditional MgO-Cr2O3 composite,MgO-ZrO2 composite,and MgO-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 composite.On the basis of the microstructural analysis and mechanisms calculations,the corrosion resistance behavior of the MgO-MgAl2O4-ZrO2 composite is attributable to its highly dispersed structure,which helps protect the high activity of ZrO2.When in contact with the slag,ZrO2 reacts with CaO to form the stable phase CaZrO3,which protects MgAl2O4 against corrosion,thereby enhancing the corrosion resistance of the composite. 展开更多

ZrO2, Al2O3, ZrO2/Al2O3 and Al2O3/ZrO2 coatings were fabricated on low carbon steel using atmospheric plasma spraying technique. The microstructure and phase composition of the as-sprayed coatings were examined by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and X-ray diffraction (XRD), respectively. The polarization test, salt spray test and immersion test were used to investigate the corrosion behavior of the coatings in 3.5% NaCl solution. The results suggested that the bilayered Al2O3/ZrO2 coating exhibits superior corrosion resistance when compared with the other coatings. This is ascribed to the presence of very few interconnected pores and stable phases in the coating. 展开更多

Their corrosion resistance was also investigated in Na3 AIF6-Al2O3 melts. The resuits show that the metallic phase species in cermets have no effect on the concentration of impurities in bath during electrolysis, the total steady-state concentration of impurities is almost the same, i.e. between 4.12 × 10^-4- 4.80 × 10^-4. There exists metal preferential corrosion for the cermet inert anode with metal Ni as metallic phase. For NiFe2 O4-based cermets, the cermet with metal Cu as metallic phase exhibits better corrosion resistance than the others. 展开更多

The present work studied the corrosion properties around the fusion boundaries of 2.25Cr-1Mo steel with stainless steel strip overlay joints under as welded condition and after post-weld heat treatment (PWHT) in H2 S containing solution (NACE TM-01-77 standard) with different time. An in-situ observation method was introduced for evaluating corrosive progress in the fusion boundary in H2 S containing solution, that is, the samples were marked firstly at the boundary and then treated in the solution for variant time. Each time after the corrosion treatment, the observations were kept to focus at the same marked area by using scanning electron microscopy (SEM) to observe the corrosion progress. The results reveal that the fusion boundary is the worst region for corrosion resistance when comparing with other boundaries, and a broad fusion boundary has a stronger resistance for "hydrogen induced disbonding" than a narrow one. 展开更多

The corrosion of an Fe-based alloy containing 15 wt pct Y in H2-H2S mixtures under 10-3 Pa S2 was studied at 600~800℃ in an attempt to find materials with improved sulphidation resistance with respect to pure Fe. The presence of Y has been shown to be beneflcial, but not sufficient to the level expected. In fact, the alloy is able to form at all tested temperatures an external FeS layer, beneath which a zone containing a mixture of the two sulphides is also present. Thus,Fe can still diffuse through this region to form the outer FeS layer with non-negligible rate. The corrosion rate of Fe is considerably reduced by the Y addition. but the alloy corrodes still much more rapidly than Y. The sulphidation kinetics is generally rather irregular for both the pure metals, while the corrosion rate of the alloy decreases with time and tends to become parabolic after an initial period of 12~17 h. The sulphidation behaviour of the alloys is discussed by taking into account the presence of an intermetallic compound Fe17Y2 and the limited solubility of Y in Fe 展开更多

根据CO2—H2O体系均一法测温过程中出现的部分均一和完全均一现象,采用最新的热力学参数及相关模型,分别建立相应的热力学方程。根据同一体系的摩尔体积在均一法测温升温过程中几乎不变的特征可知,部分均一与完全均一状态下,体系的摩尔... 根据CO2—H2O体系均一法测温过程中出现的部分均一和完全均一现象,采用最新的热力学参数及相关模型,分别建立相应的热力学方程。根据同一体系的摩尔体积在均一法测温升温过程中几乎不变的特征可知,部分均一与完全均一状态下,体系的摩尔体积近似相等。据此对影响摩尔体积的充填度进行微调,通过迭代运算,直至两种条件下的摩尔体积近似相等,从而可以获得精确的摩尔体积和充填度,进而获得体系中的CO2含量、完全均一压力以及流体包裹体的总密度等热力学参数。本方法只需提供部分均一温度和完全均一温度以及部分均一方式便可求取相关热力学参数,符合地质研究方法和思路。该方法只适用于完全均一温度低于623.15K、完全均一压力小于100MPa以及最后均一至液相或临界点的CO2—H2O流体包裹体体系。对比研究表明,该方法也适用于盐度低于6%的NaCl—CO2—H2O流体体系,所获得的热力学参数相对误差在10%左右。 展开更多

采用不同体积浓度的乙醇溶液分别对石灰石和石灰石的煅烧产物CaO进行调质处理,研究它们的碳酸化反应,并与水合调质CaO的碳酸化进行比较。通过SEM和N2吸附法考察吸收剂多次煅烧的微观结构特性,进一步揭示了乙醇溶液促进CaO碳酸化的机理... 采用不同体积浓度的乙醇溶液分别对石灰石和石灰石的煅烧产物CaO进行调质处理,研究它们的碳酸化反应,并与水合调质CaO的碳酸化进行比较。通过SEM和N2吸附法考察吸收剂多次煅烧的微观结构特性,进一步揭示了乙醇溶液促进CaO碳酸化的机理。结果表明:随着循环反应次数的增加,乙醇溶液调质后CaO的碳酸化转化率明显高于石灰石和水合调质的CaO,对于石灰石,乙醇溶液则没有明显的调质效果。CaO经乙醇溶液调质后在650~700℃内有利于碳酸化的进行。乙醇浓度越高,则经调质后CaO的转化率越高,抗烧结性能越好。经乙醇溶液调质的CaO煅烧后比表面积和比孔容均比单纯水合大,远高于煅烧后的石灰石;比孔容分布和孔比表面积分布明显优于煅烧后的水合CaO和石灰石。乙醇溶液调质对CaO的孔有明显的增扩效应。 展开更多

超燃研究地面实验中通过燃烧加热方式获得的高焓气体中通常含有H2O和CO2等污染组分,污染组分可能造成地面实验与实际飞行中燃料着火特性不一致。为了正确评估这两种污染组分对碳氢燃料着火特性的影响,在预加热激波管中研究了H2O和CO2对R... 超燃研究地面实验中通过燃烧加热方式获得的高焓气体中通常含有H2O和CO2等污染组分,污染组分可能造成地面实验与实际飞行中燃料着火特性不一致。为了正确评估这两种污染组分对碳氢燃料着火特性的影响,在预加热激波管中研究了H2O和CO2对RP-3航空煤油着火特性的影响效应。根据超燃研究的实际应用需求,以压力为0.05,0.1,0.2MPa和化学当量比为0.5,1条件下RP-3航空煤油在纯净气体中着火特性为基础,分别进行了单独加入4%和25%的H2O,单独加入3%和10%的CO2,以及同时加入15%H2O+10%CO2条件下,污染组分对RP-3航空煤油着火特性影响的对比实验研究。结果表明:0.1MPa时,H2O和CO2单独以及同时存在时对煤油着火基本都没有影响。在0.05和0.2MPa时,H2O对煤油着火具有明显促进作用,CO2对煤油着火产生阻滞作用;当H2O和CO2同时存在且压力为0.05和0.2MPa时,污染组分15%H2O+10%CO2在较大温度范围内表现出对煤油着火的促进作用。从燃烧反应机理和热物理性质的角度对实验结果进行了初步分析。 展开更多
